Awful experience. The piercing itself went off without a hitch, although the piercer (associate # 13593779) had terrible hygeine and did not smell good at all. She also used her gloved hand to touch the outside of her pants to turn off a device in her pocket and then proceeded to use the same hand to pierce my daugthers ears. The earrings were $37.50, supposedly 14k gold with 2mm CZ. The first night of sleep and one of the earrings fell out. Like, WHAT?! A $37 pair of earrings intended for piercing ears with a gun, not to mention the $75 piercing fee and one fell out??? Not the kind of quality Id expect for the price I paid. And since the earring is so small we are unable to find it. I called Banter the next day and was essentially told they couldnt help me because the earring was lost. The earring was lost because of the poor quaity of the product!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they take responsibiity for the quality of the products they sell.

Just had a disappointing experience at Banter Jewelry today. We were just browsing the store, and looking around casually, nothing really caught our eye so we left. As we were leaving, an African American lady who worked there said in a passive-aggressive tone, Sorry we couldn’t help you the way you needed to be. Her tone was so negative that even other customers looked shocked. This kind of rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I wont be coming back, and I cant recommend this place to anyone.

Marie and Mercedes were incredibly caring, patient and kind for our daughters’ first ear piercings. It made the girls’ day and we are so grateful. 💗

Usually places like Zebra and other ear percing places have quite a wait. Banters got me right in there and the workers are so kind! They have earrings and jewelry for everyone and I recommend! 10/10 would go back

The piercing was medically safe and it was over quickly. I had old piercings redone. The technician made sure both ears were even. Very little pain. It was great.
