The best place to get your ears pierced! The intake staff was very kind and super helpful making my decision, explaining the process and aftercare. My piercer Aisha was AMAZING! She made me feel super safe and comfortable - you can tell she LOVES what she does and made sure my piercing was perfect before I left. I can’t wait to come back! ❤️

My boyfriend and I walked into zebra tattoo this past Sunday. I think it was Father’s Day. I wanted my lobes stretched up and he was getting a septum piercing. The reception was a little bit….Let’s say lacking…however when we got to their lounge, it was a great space, our turn was up and we got Aisha.What a blessing. She was the kindest, most welcoming warm service provider with the positive energy on high!!she knew what she was doing. I felt completely safe in her hands.I would highly recommend Aisha.to the owners of zebra tattoo and body piercing in Walnut Creek. You guys have a really high value employee there do whatever you need to do to keep her.Anyone considering getting some piercing work done,I would highly recommend you reserve time with Aisha.

I got a second lobe piercing here on a Monday around 1:30 pm! I really appreciated how structured the registration process was. Instructions were given in a clear and friendly manner, efficient but with no rush. I was not kept waiting long despite it being fairly busy. The piercing itself is definitely a better experience compared to someplace like Claires, the pinch was a bit longer but it beats having a piercing gun click right next to your ears. The one who did the piercing was calm and collected, and let me know when to breathe in/out for the piercing, which helped a lot. It stops hurting basically as soon as its in! So if youre one whos worried about pain, dont let this stop you, okay?Bonus points for the shop being very accessible! I had my doubts just looking at the pictures, but the door was wide enough for my power wheelchair, there was no steps anywhere, they have a doorman to let you in, a reserved seating area for disabled people, and any objects in the way are 100% moveable, including the chair abled people sit in for their piercings! Its clear this place cares about your well-being, from start to finish and even after the initial piercing. The higher cost is worth the quality service and the care & compassion they offer you!Important note: When they offer to add the cleaning solution to your purchase for $10, TAKE IT!!! I thought CVS would have a cheaper version with the same ingredients/requirements (no hydrogen peroxide or alcohol), but I couldnt find it anywhere! Not even on Amazon! I ended up ordering the cleaning solution from them directly online after I got home... which was $7.99 additional for shipping. Dont be like me! Get the solution while youre there!

I had existing ear piercings that I just never got to wearing anything in because I didn’t like the jewelry/the back would hurt so I just wanted to go in and buy jewelry for those piercings- I got flat back dainty studs, and wanted the piercer to measure the threads so I knew what I needed in each piercing along the lobe and cartilage. John did a great job placing my earrings and helping pick orientation of the studs. Dineo (I hope I got her name right!) helped me mix and match a couple of options and pick the right ones. The jewelry is very pretty and good quality. I’ll be back again!

Gabe is fantastic. He makes every experience I have at Zebra special. Hes helped not only style but also design my ear piercings and jewelry. 14/10 recommend.The rest of the Zebra crew is also awesome. This is a truly great shop!

Danielle and Gabriel at Zebra were the dream team at my last visit. The studio was spotless, the waiting room will make you feel like the most popular girl in school, every employee was Trader Joe’s level approachable and friendly, and their is more than reasonable. They’re walk-in only, so if you’re in a rush come during off hours. If you get set up with Danielle count your lucky stars because my conch healed faster than all of my lobe piercings. Miracles do happen.

Literally the best place to get piercings. I got all my ear piercings and a navel piercing here and they have the sweetest and most professional staff. It’s a little pricey but worth the $$$!

I have been to way too many places where the workers dont know anything or hardly anything about the place they work for. But Im proud to say that my experience at Zebra is the opposite. Ive worked with several different people here and all of them have been very knowledgeable!: Good service! I recommend!

Got my septum pierced and everyone was so friendly and helpful! It’s so nice inside and the spacious waiting area is such an awesome bonus i’ve never been somewhere with something like that it definitely prevents customers from getting overwhelmed!! 10/10 piercing experience as well. Definitely gonna come back

My daughter had her ears pierced. The place is super modern, bright and clean. Everyone was friendly. Taylor did a wonderful job. No redness etc like after her other piercings with the gun. Thank you Taylor!

Had great experience! Went for a nose piercing, I had previously had my nose pierced but it closed. Went in and didn’t even wait 30mins more like 15mins and was in and out. Love that I paid first that way when I was done I was able to leave. Highly recommend!!

Incredible experience. Im not a tattoo person. My daughter, who is almost 15, wanted a nose piercing, and I reluctantly agreed to accompany her with her Godmother. They had all their security precautions in place; our piercing person was kind and welcoming. If you can ask for Amar, they truly made the moment memorable. The shop had beautiful art, complimentary beverages, really kind staff, and an excellent GM, Sean; I met the owner, I believe as well, who was equally as kind. Just an overall dream for customers. They had a full playroom for children, candy, and treats; every room was well thought out to make your waiting experience pleasant. I was beyond impressed; I think Id return because the energy was dope. Id imagine a better place than this, and Im pretty demanding about customer service. These people know what they are doing and LOVE creating. You can tell its so much more than a job.

Wow this place is extremely expensive compared to others that are just as good maybe due to the location, but the employees are knowledgeable and the experience was very smooth. I felt like it was a safe and clean environment.

The service was great and walk in experience was quick and well done. My only issue was realizing how much I overpaid for an earring. The single stud I bought was $175 and I thought it was diamond and gold but only realized later its just CZ and titanium. A $40-50 piece at most. I really regret buying the earring but the service was still good.

I am kind of obsessed with this place and have had the same great experience at their Berkeley location. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The first time I came here the wonderful peep helping me with jewelry double checked and asked if I preferred a female piercer.I cannot say enough good things about Dee and Madison! They’re both extremely personable and honestly, I always have a great time even know I know I’m about to be stabbed.The atmosphere at Walnut Creek is fabulous. There’s an entirely separate lounge equipped with courtesy beverages and comfy couches. The wait can be long so plan ahead for that. They will text you when it’s time to head back if you decide to grab some food at the plethora of restaurants nearby.At the risk of over-writing-I had found this awesome Deathly Hallows BVLA piece and Stephanie special ordered it for me with a down payment. So if they don’t have the exact piece of jewelry you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to ask.They will also allow you to bring in your Jewelry for a piercing, but it’s best to give them a call to make sure that you order the correct sizing and material (lesson learned). It’s $10 for them to sterilize the piece.All said and done I’ll be back again to downsize my bars ($10 if you return before three months)and get some more holes.**update**I went for another hole today and to shorten some bars and had yet another fab experience. Eve is just a ray of sunshine when she’d helping you with jewelry. Danielle was as bubbly as ever and answered all of the questions I had regarding further piercings. She also hooked me up shoving my daith back in after it fell out a month ago. She’s just the forking best.**update**I ended up here, again after just being in last week. Clearly I lack some self control, but it was great to see everyone!I called ahead before making the drive from Hayward especially leaving as late as I did today and they said the wait was at 30 minutes.Sean came by and introduced himself which caught me off guard, but I appreciated being recognized in the shop.I was a little bit picky today picking out jewelry and went back and fourth, but in true Zebras fashion they were understanding and accommodating.After paying I only waited about 15 minutes before meeting up with Dee. As always, Dee talked me through every step of the way and kept a lively conversation going. I was so so nervous about the work today. Like full on sweating and she distracted me so well.A few pokes later and Dee asked if I needed to hang out a second to recover. This is what you want in a piercer folks. Not someone who rushes you out the door while youre lightheaded.On my way out I had a second to say hi to Eve who normally helps me out with jewelry.No pictures today, but yet another great experience. I am sure Ill be back way sooner than I should be.

Love it here. Piercers are gentle (as much as they can be), professional, kind, and informative. Jewelry can get pricy, but there are many options for every budget. I would love to book tattoos but have not yet due to them being appointment only. The whole family comes here for piercings to the point that we are almost regulars. I refuse to go anywhere else. 200% recommend!

Been here twice for piercings. Friendly staff, informative, and have a great selection of earrings. Each time the process was the same, sterile procedure and techniques, and a clean environment. Quick piercing. The price is worth it. Street parking is available. Will be coming back for more piercings.

I had my 3.5 month infants ears done. The only place that did it that young so I was super nervous. But every single person there was so reassuring and accommodating. The place was clean and the person who did it was so patient with me!I have already referred them to 2 of my friends- fantastic!

All staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Gabriel. He took the time to walk me through all potential Jewelry. The piercing staff are super professional and were super gentle when stabbing my ear. I will definitely be back

My cousins, sisters, and I have been coming here for years and it’s always good vibes all around. This time I was getting pierced and Sam was incredibly friendly and helpful with choosing the style of the jewelry and aftercare. My piercers John and Brandon were informative and made sure I was comfortable. My cousin accompanying me had even said that she was impressed with how informative John was while piercing me! Thank you for being awesome! We will definitely return for more piercings!

Over priced but I still keep coming back. I’ve been to both Berkeley and Walnut Creek and I’ll say they’re equals. Pricing for jewelry is astronomical but the service is great and you know the place is clean and equipment sterilized.

I had an amazinggg experience getting re pierced due to my septum being pierced incorrectly in the past at a different studio. Beanz/beans I really apologize if I spelt it wrong but she was so sweet and so fun to be around, along with the rest of the piercing crew they treated me with kindness and I felt as if I was stepping into a friends house. The environment itself is beautiful and packed with good energy. They also have a vast range of beautiful jewelry for your every piercing. They all Genuinely made my day I highly recommend this place they are patient, trustworthy and kindhearted:)

Amazing space and staff and owner!I brought my 6yo to get her ears pierced and a few more myself, and the consultation was amazing! They numbed her ears, we got ice cream while we waited our turn…. And bamb! I had to leave bc my own business was flooding!The owner was super easy to find (he’s the kind gentleman you see chatting with people ) and when I told him our situation he was so nice to my daughter about rescheduling and handling it all. We will be back asap.

I have come to Zebra Walnut Creek for years and I love coming here. It is a happy place, seriously! Dominic is my FAVORITE piercer. I literally request to have him do my jewelry change outs any time I visit because he has the best personality, such skill and is just a pleasure to be around when you visit Zebra. I highly recommend you have Dominic be your piercer! Ive had my tragus, cartilage and nose piercings done at this location and I could not be happier with how my piercings look but the quality of service and the quality of jewelry. Yes, you do pay a little more than you would any other place but the key is quality. You really get what you pay for. The staff overall is very friendly at this location. You occasionally may have someone helping you who is not as enthusiastic, but normally you have a very helpful person who is just as excited as you are for your new piercing or new jewelry purchase. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a great piercing place to come here!

I got my ears repierced and my daughters ears pierced too. As soon as we walked in, the staff were very friendly. The establishment was very clean. It was very organized as well. I loved the detail of giving my daughter her personalized certificate after the procedure! I would 100% recommended this place for any parents that want to get their childs ears pierced.

We took our 1 year old and 5 year old here to get their ears pierced at the same time. Great experience, from check-in and selecting earrings to the waiting area and the actual piercing.Eve was great with our eldest and numbing her ears.Aisha marks the spots first to verify theyre centered, and then proceeds to pierce each ear. She did a great job with both kids, especially as the 1 year old was obviously not enjoying it (as theyre too young for numbing agents and get the full pain experience) and Aisha tried to work as fast as possible to make it as easy as possible on the little one.Both kids did great and were fine shortly after. We would definitely recommend and come again.

I went to see Brian for my 3rd tattoo and he was great . Brian is a great Tattoo Artist and goes above and beyond to ensure your tattoo meets your expectations. Brian is very professional and extremely focus on detail . I will highly recommend him for anyone that is looking for a delicate tattoo.

I love how they explain in great detail the healing/cleaning process when you get a piercing. The customer service is amazing it keeps me coming back!!!

I was referred to this location by a co-worker. I’m from Ga, but here as a traveler; Thank you all for a great experience! I was nervous, but the process was very quick. Everyone whom I came in contact with was helpful and professional. I can’t remember if the guy’s name was John; he had curly hair who did my piercings, but he made me feel comfortable and secure! Great techniques! Also, thanks to the young lady whom checked me out. I will be back to visit. I recommend this location to those who are in the area and looking for a tattoo/piercing shop.

Incredible ear piercing experience! There should be more than 5 stars to rate Zebra Tattoo & Body Piercing due to its wonderful staff and business culture. I promised my daughter on her 13th birthday to get her first ear piercing. Everyone we met were extremely helpful, professional and showed us a level of kindness that made this a very special occasion. I want to especially thank our piercing specialist, John, who gave my daughter amazing care and kindness that we will always remember for this rite of passage. Johns artistry and attention to detail made my daughter feel special and has made us a customer for life. We will always return and recommend to everyone.

The whole team is amazing. If you need something slightly custom or specialized they go above and beyond to create an option that fits what youre looking for. They have a great selection in stock but can also special order items if they dont have ehat youre thinking about in stock. Certain days of the week they are a bit busier, but they have an awesome lounge for while you wait. If not, the little shops around Walnut Creek can be browsed while you wait and they will text and page you when you are ready to be seen. Ive been to three different peircers with their location and all have been very professional.I typically go alone, but one of the times I went it was as a group for a friends birthday and the service was still amazing. So go alone or go with friends if youre all thinking of getting something done!Im very glad to have found this shop and will be a regular client here while Im in town! I advise you do the same.

Great experience here. Took my 6 year old daughter to get her first ear piercings. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. My daughter changed her mind a couple times on which earrings she wanted, and they made her feel right at home and it was not a problem.We had to wait about 45 minutes as it was a Saturday and a holiday weekend. They had enough fun things to keep my kids busy eyes entertained.The piercing man was very friendly and understood kids temperaments well and was patient when my daughter got scared. He was done very quickly and my daughter was very happy.I would recommend this shop for kids first ear piercings.

They have great piecers, clean facilities and high quality jewelry. Ive gotten three piercings with them, and they are all happy and healed now. During the healing process, they answered questions and gave good aftercare advice.Theres usually a line, but I like that they give you a buzzer and a time estimate so you can get a coffee or something if you dont want to wait.Would recommend to a friend, and will return myself for new piercings at some point.

The best experience Ive had in any piercing shop. Every single person I encountered was professional, kind, and supportive. Finally mustered up the courage to get 2 piercings fine Ive wanted for years. The check in process was easy and quick. I didnt feel pressured at all to buy anything I didnt need or to upsell me on something else. Love that they offer mobile pay. My piercer John was so professional and very patient. He helped to to calm my nerves and waited until I was ready. I will definitely be coming back to this location for more mods. 100% recommend this shop!

This place is an insane rip off!I came in today to get my PA jewelry changed. I brought my own jewelry and they were going to charge $50!!!$50 is more then I paid to get it pierced at a different place 6 months ago.How can they justify charging $50 to change jewelry which will take less then 10 minutes!Insane rip off prices!!

Zebra is the best place to get pierced, extremely clean, professional , casual vibe, the piercers are extremely gentle. Would recommend to anybody that wanted to be pierced. Excellent jewelry, especially in the case next to the register. I wish they had more diamonds, unfortunately the ones they have are too small. All gold jewelry is beautiful. Love this place!!! Ended up here spontaneously. My 3 year old has been wanting to get her ears pierced so we decided to stop by. Customer service couldnt be better and I dont say that about too many places. The shop filled up quick but staff remained attentive. I was even asked a few times by different staff members if I have been helped. Brittani very professional and made the experience as enjoyable as possible. This establishment is very clean and welcoming.Yes, I do agree with some of the reviewers it is a bit pricey but I felt that it was definitely worth it and will surely come back!

Amar is THE BEST. They are interested, knowledgeable, kind, funny, caring, and genuine. Makes it a lovely memory and as painless as getting holes made in your body could be. The front staff are super kind and generous with knowledge about placement, care, and what jewelry is best. We always request Amar and wait whatever time is needed to be peirced by them. They are so awesome that we have recruited new clients, and we make it a day of piercing fun.

The people were EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable about their products and piercing placements. They have a nice waiting room that you can sit at until it’s your turn to be pierced or tatted. Walk ins can be kinda a hassle because the wait time is usually 45 min- 1hour, but you’re free to walk around and get food before it’s your time. I’m definitely going to see them again absolutely love their hospitality and energy.

My sister and I have been kinda searching for places to get matching conch piercings for all of last week, and came across Zebra online. We went the next day and were so so pleasantly surprised, since our luck with piercing places havent been all too well lately. Not only did Zebra have fair prices, but the services they offered were sooooo comforting and fun. I ended up getting both a rook and conch because... girl.. priorities, duh! Anyways, I love how theres a little lounge and a shaded area to wait; the lounge is so pretty-- def a great place to take pics and to shake your nerves! Amar was the artist who pierced us and talking to them made me feel SOOO much better, they were really kind, helpful and funny-- no doubt that they made the experience so so much better, it was like talking with a friend. My sister and I left the place talking about how many cool people there were, and how we were so lucky to find this place and how nice an experience it was. Thank you so much!! 10/10 recommend Zebra!!

Got my flat done and my piercer did an excellent job.

Staff is friendly and very informative when it comes to piercings and how to clean them. Prices are great. The lobby is homey and comfortable, theres always something new to look at! Takes your nerves away. Love the artists there, and the piercers get everything done in a collected and professional fashion!

John is a great piercer. always feel comfortable there. they let you choose your preferred name and pronouns and are all super kind and helpful!! there are great coffee places around to sit at while you wait for your buzzer to go off, too :)

Me, my daughter, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter were all pierced by John. I personally have been pierced by John several times since 2010. He is always professional and has an amazingly gentle technique. When he pierced my granddaughter’s ears, she barely flinched!! I live in Washington now, but when I’m here I try to pay John a visit. Zebra is a really nice facility with the lounge/waiting area. They are lucky to have the best on their team!!

This morning I brought my friend to get his first piercing! The workers were extremely nice and accommodating toward his many questions and explained the cleaning processes perfectly. Personally, I’m allergic to practically everything and 3 workers talked over which earring would be the best for me and my health. Not only does that show me customer care, but that the work environment is welcoming and thriving. Highly recommend going here because they care about their customers!!

My daughter is 8 months old and I finally went to get her earlobes pierced. The staff was very friendly, the piercer knew what he was doing. The earrings look awesome. They even made some custom stickers for my daughter with her name on it, I thought that was such a nice gesture. Overall, awesome service, awesome people, and good prices. Would definitely recommend.

I got a nose and a belly piercing here and the actual piercings were so quick and the pain didnt last long. Ive also been here with my mom a few times (shes been getting piercings at zebra since college) and I have multiple friends who love going to zebra for piercings. The one downside is the wait is normally pretty long (its under an hour probably if you go on a weekday morning) but other than that its great. Compared to a lot of places its inexpensive and the people are nice & welcoming. Definitely recommend them!

Best place ever!!!! The ambience was amazing, the people were so nice and chill, 100% professional, and daughters piercing came out amazing! They made the process so easy and comfortable even though my daughter was a little bit nervous! It took a little but of waiting to get the piercing but it was all worth it in the end! Definitely recommend!!!!

They helped me switch out my nose ring because the last place recommended the wrong size. The wait time was definitely less than 30 minutes like their signs said. She fit me for 3 different rings and was patient until I was satisfied with the size!

Got my first piercing here back in 1997 so thats 25 years ago. The service is still as good or better. Over the years I had MULTIPLE piercing there. My eyebrow, my tongue ( done twice bcus it hurts so bad I took it out after a day the 1st time),a Marilyn ( repierced multiple times due to me letting it close, and a few months ago I got a Tragus ear piercing. As usual the service was great and, as always it was nice and clean I highly recommend this place.

I went in today around 3:30 for a daith piercing. I havent had an ear piercing since I was a child with the piercing guns from Claires. Im terrible with names so Im appologize for all the amazing people that helped me if I use wrong pronouns or anything. The blond girl in the front who helped me sign in was wonderful. She explained what jewelry would be best for me. The healing time. How to clean it and had me pay before hand. I really LOVED this. No paying while pain. I was given a buzzer and waited maybe 5 minutes. I read 2 pages of my book. The guy that did the piercing was very chill. Made me feel really relaxed and the room was clean. It was a great situation. I wish there was a way I could have tipped electronically as I feel super bad for not leaving one but walking in was spur of the moment doing something for me thing. Thank you all! I appreciate how professional, clean, and quick you were.

Came in with my brother for a piercing and the whole experience was great start to finish. The staff was really patient and friendly. They took the time to answer all our questions and even though there was a long wait, it was so organized. They had water but also came by ever once in a while to check if anyone needed anything else. There is a paid parking lot right next to the location but only about 10 spots.

Love this place and the friendly, welcoming staff. They will take great care of you! All of my piercings so far were done at this location and Ive had 0 issues with healing or infection. If youre looking for consistent quality service, this is the place.

As punk as it presents, (and the prejudice from the mainstream that goes along with that) this was an amazingly accommodating place to get my 8yo’s ears pierced.She has sensory issues and needed to calm down between ears, meaning we had to go out and get a sandwich and come back later.When she did come back, they gave her numbing for the second one and cheered when she finished.She loves her earrings and she loves Zebra, so thank you all!I highly recommend it as a professional and clean establishment. The piercing folks are always kind, helpful and gentle.

This place is awesome! I got my nose pierced today by Chris and he did a great job. He made it quick, kept me calm, and was really nice. I always am so hesitant to go into tattoo parlors because its not really my scene, but Zebra Tattoo makes you feel so welcome and comfortable! Not once did I feel judged or out of place. I will be coming back here for all of my future piercings and tattoos.P.S. Their variety and knowledge of jewelry is impressive. This is the second time piercing my nose and I LOVE my white opal instead of the standard fake diamond/gemstone nose studs.UPDATE: I had to take out my stud a few days ago and couldnt get it back in. I came back here and Dominic put it back in for me and was super patient and understanding. Zebra was happy to help and made the experience as painless as possible, and if you didnt know, putting a nose stud back into a partially closed hole is THE WORST. 10/5 stars for this place!

Only Zebra Tattoo & Body Piercing I knew of is the one in Berkeley, so when my brother located this one. It was like Wow when I walk by the store front. There was two parts, one side look like a lounge area or a waiting area (which I wanted to go in and sip some tea there, but that side was closed) and the other side was where booths were for tattoos and piercings. Both places had a picturesque atmosphere. I wish I had my phone to take pictures. The staff was amazing, they gave suggestions, and was knowledgeable about the product. When we got back to the booth the Piercer guided my brother through the process, and told him about after care. Upon leaving everybody said bye like we knew them personally.

My first time at the Walnut Creek location. I went by myself, I was nervous!!! There is free one hour parking across the street, $0.50 after that. The young lady that pierced my nose was awesome, she is a five star! She didnt surprise me, nor did it hurt.The reason I didnt give five stars, after the first hello from a worker, I was told someone would be with me. And, I waited for awhile with workers doing other stuff.Also, the piercing prices are awesome, but small jewelry selection and pricey. My small nose stud, basic, was more than the piercing. Bringing my own next time. I saw people doing that.

Got my septum pierced here and the piercer was very nice and helpful and professional. also very cool. love all the people there, they are all very professional and nice and helpful. would and will definitely come back here again for any other piercings! i plan to get others and with their great service and great prices i will definitely keep coming back here.

I want to start off by saying that my daughter and I had the most pleasant experience getting her ears pierced.The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a group of nice employees, they had us sign in and begin the paperwork and choose our earrings. The young lady was extremely nice and patient while I asked a bazillion questions about the material and the process. Once we had it all picked out, we went and paid. They were informative about the wait time and even suggested maybe going out and coming back in half an hour. We did just that. We went and had a milkshake close by and returned in 30 min. Once again, the staff greeted us and made my princess feel special.A staff member showed us a book of pictures of all the young people getting their piercings. She even offered her their poodle that helps them feel safe. My daughter loved it. She held on to the stuffed animal and was all smiles. When they finally called us in, she was nervous and the young gentlemen were patient and super sweet to her.I am very thankful for places like this because they make everyone, no matter the age, gender, race, feel welcome. I can feel the hospitality and my daughter absolutely loved it.I can’t wait to take my three year old in the next few months.A huge thank you from our family to yours at Zebra. 💕From Nora and Mariani

The staff treated us with kindness and professionalism. My daughter came here to have her ears pierced for the first time. Every staff member was so sweet with her. The owner saw that there was a delay, so she used the time to show my daughter a video about a person getting their ears pierced to put my daughter at ease. That really helped. The piercing went beautifully and the person who did the piercing was a pro! Thank you, Zebra!!

I just waited an hour and twenty minutes to get an anchor piercing. I was originally told 30 minutes to an hour and things seemed busy but then I was the last one waiting and some girls that had just arrived were called in before me. I talked to a young person by the register and was dismissed and told to wait another 15 minutes. Finally I inquired again and I got to John who apologized for the wait and went out of his way to make me feel cared for. Getting pierced is already emotionally taxing so it’s unfortunate that my entire evening schedule was derailed as well. I’m happy with johns work and customer service but that’s about it. My 10 year old got her ears pierced today. Everyone was so professional and kind. It was an excellent experience. No wonder they were so busy! The young woman who did her piercing was so kind and thoughtful... I think her name was SaKeda (so sorry if I butchered her name, but hopefully Zebra knows who I am talking about.)

Update!....My piercing experience with Aisha was horrid, since going somewhere else to get another nose piercing and I got 2 the same day, she basically stabbed me slowly! However, I definitely had pleasant experience with Nino! Getting a tattoo from him almost feels like someone writting on your body with a permanent marker, almost painless! Lol, Im all sitting there with my stress ball waiting to scream inside, I felt a little bit, less than 5 minutes he was done! I was like youre kidding, he said nope finished!

One of the best shops I have ever been to! I have seen a lot of tattoo & body piercing shops in my years and Zebra is professional, clean, have excellent customer service, and are conscious of time. The shop is well priced and they go over everything you could possibly want to know about your service. I HIGHLY recommend them, they are worth going to at least once to see for yourself - the decor is rad!!

I wanted to thank the owners and staff of the shop for making my 8 year old daughters ear piercing into a positive and relatively painless experience! They were kind and professional and things could not have been smoother. I am a medical professional, and it was clear that everything was clean and/or sterile. I think having a childs ears pierced here is a much, much better choice than having it done at one of the mall places and I encourage anyone to use Zebra to get the job done perfectly.

I’ve had many piercings from Zebra and most have been excellent, but I did receive one that I did not have the correct anatomy for. However, since my previous review, the owner of Zebra has reached out to me, and after I explained what happened, he offered to give me a complimentary piercing himself. I appreciate how he handled the situation. I can honestly say that Zebra cares about their customers and will work to correct any mistakes made to ensure quality piercings.

Love this place. So glad to see they expanded and that my favorite tattoo artist, Dominic, is still there. Jewelry selection is the best. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars, is because we werent allowed to see the items up close, only thru the glass, so that made it difficult to compare or choose between the options.

Well-organized, well-mannered, polite staff, with a wide array of products. However, I cant help but feel that the prices are quite high. I went in simply to buy a simple piece of plain stainless steel jewelry, and it cost me $25+taxes, which is ~3x what I paid for the exact same thing in another city.

This is for the Walnut Creek store - We went in today to get our daughters ears pierced for the first time (shes 8.5). To be clear, piercing and tattooing in a pandemic, especially now with Delta, is hard. This team had everything organized, professional, and were friendly, kind, and warm. We saw Dominic, who was an absolute sweetheart, and exuded the kind of experience and perspective Ive personally come to expect from institutions such as the now-defunct Gauntlet (in NYC) from back in the day. They made it special for her, and really went the extra mile, we were extremely grateful. Protip for folks: everything is walk-in only right now, so get there early, and be patient, and theyll make sure youre seen.

Zebra has always been my favorite place to go to for piercings, Dominic is my guy! And of course for the jewelry. When I went today, their staff was very welcoming and they checked my temp upon entering. I was able to purchase jewelry as they had a wide variety which was awesome to see. I truly hope they do well during the pandemic and are able to open up to full services soon.

Got my first 2 tattoos here a few weeks ago from Brian. Awesome experience, very professional and incredibly friendly! They were both very small, but I was still a bit anxious at first. Brian was accommodating and never pushy about anything. Also made sure I was well informed of the potential for one of the tattoos to fade quickly due to its placement - something not a single other artist did while I was shopping around for estimates at other shops! I’ll be back soon for more!

I was greeted the moment I walked in, did not feel pressured to buy anything, and was in and out in half an hour. It was my first piercing and both the person up front and the piercer were super friendly and nice and overall just had a great vibe, which helped me relax. Look, I dont usually write reviews ok? I got my nose pierced here last week by Manny. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel comfortable and welcome by the staff. Manny was so nice and professional but relatable. I was nervous buy he put me at ease. I didnt feel any pain at all and I love my new piercing!

Aaron did an amazing job on my side tattoo! I was so impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of everyone I interacted with! This was my first tattoo and he put up with my nervousness wonderfully and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. I cant say enough good things about how it turned out! I got my first nose piercing and had a really great experience! Everyone was super nice and professional. Dominic was so skilled that I barely noticed it. I didnt bleed or anything and I had heard that some people bled when getting their nose pierced. I was quite happy.

All my tragus and conch done at Zebra. Very busy place, good selection of jewelry and nice people! Pay attention to store hours since different by location and not the “general” retail hours. Plan that it will take time to shop, get jewelry changed (at least 30 min) and piercings can be a 2 hour wait.

This place is cool for walk-ins. I came in to get my philtrum piercing done, everyone was friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I did leave the shop happy, but I’m afraid my piercing is very crooked and I plan to return in a few weeks for a second opinion after it’s had some time to heal.

The people here are so friendly! I was taking a long time to make up my mind about what jewelry I wanted and they were really patient with me and gave me a lot of helpful info and advice. Our 13 yr old daughter got her ears pierced for the first time. Although she really wanted to get them done, she was very nervous and stressed out.We chose Zebras Body Piercing because wed read that using a sterilized needle is the best & safe way to get the ears pierced. Our daughter asked a bunch of questions, and everyone at Zebras was SUPER nice, helpful and overall patient with her. I really liked how the person about to do the piercing, explained step by step what she was going to do, and gave our daughter confidence that only when she, our daughter, felt ready would she go ahead and do the piercing. First time visiting post-quarantine and I’ve been wanting to get a navel piercing for months on end! After being recommended by several friends who’ve went there for piercings, I decided to step in today to finally get my piercing done. Dominic did an amazing job and made sure everything was 100% clean and sanitized, 100% accurate, and made sure the experience was completely worth it. I decided to go for the numbing cream that was offered by the shop before the procedure for a little extra bucks, but trust me, it will make your life easier if you have low pain tolerance. Glad to see the shop back open for business and hope that everyone else will continue to follow COVID safety orders so that everything will be back in action by the time this period of our lives pass.😊👍🏼💯

I got my bridge piercing done there and it turned out a little crooked wich I totally understand, it can happen sometimes, not a big deal. I emailed Sean and also went back to the shop to talk to my piercer (John) to see what we could do about it... and they worked with me in a way I cant describe. The professionalism Zebra has. They go above and beyond. John re-pierced my bridge and fixed it for me and it looks AMAZING. Sean was there and he also talked to me, he takes such good care of his people he knows what hes doing and how to handle costumers. I told them, there is no reason for me to come here, give them a one star rating because the piercing came out slighly crooked and I was never mad at John nor Zebra at all. I just simply contacted them, went to the shop and they were more than happy to fix it. Thats all you have to do people. No need to be rude or bash them. Act like a grown up, go to the shop and talk to them, they WILL help you out, its not hard to be kind and polite. John, THANK you for ur patience and kindness, you are now my official body piercer, what an amazing professional you are, so sweet, also thanks for re doing my septum, U ROCK. Went in for a snug piercing with my friend who also got a piercing as well! Our piercer was Dominic and he is SUPER dope. He took a look at my ear and told me that the anti-Tragus would look better on my ear because some ears are too small for the snug! He made both my friend & I feel comfortable! He’s got such a positive and happy vibe! Sucks he’s only at the WC location 2 days a week but I will for sure be going back to him for ALL my future piercings!! 1 day after my piercing and it’s almost pain free and looks flawless! Thanks Dominic, you’re dope at what you do! 10/10 recommend him!

Very cool looking shop, and very nice team :3 I went in last weekend to have my left earlobe re-pierced. I was extremely nervous, but the piercer made sure the experience was as fast as possible. I am thinking of coming back for a lip piercing- I just need to get over my fear and anxiety first 😅

I got piercings by Jennie. Shes a lovely sweet lady. I did have some fears when I stepped in, but the gal who was helping me at the front eased my fear as I was asking questions. Jennie was really quick about piercing and answered my questions about aftercare since Im an martial artist. There was pain, but I survived. Definitely would come back! The staff is really nice.

Just moved to the area and had completely no idea where to go to get my nose pierced. Im very picky when it comes to piercings and tattoos. I read a few reviews on other places and finally decided to go to Zebra. Best decision hands down. Everyone was great, friendly, nice atmosphere. Very clean place. I was very nervous about the piercing but the lady who did it reassured me and she did an excellent job. I will now be going there for any future piercings and probably tattoos as well.

This was our first time coming to Zebra for a piercing. Our usual spot no longer pierces minors, so we came here upon a friend recommending it.As they mention on their website, be prepared to wait, as there is currently isnt an appointment system for piercings. We called ahead and heard it was 30-60 minutes. I signed the forms online before arriving at the shop because my daughter is 16.We arrived and waited outside on the Zs which are safely spaced apart. We were checked in and were told it would be a few minutes. The process was very professional and organized, and the man checking us in waa friendly, as well.We were invited inside and given hand sanitizer, and then my daughter was selecting her jewelry for her ears while the next young man checked the online forms and took a photo of our IDs. He also was professional and friendly. We had a couple of laughs with him, too.My daughter got pierced by John. He was SO cool! Great personality and did well putting my daughters fears at bay since these were her first piercings (lobes). He was so chill and encouraged her to take some deep breaths. She asked if he would give her a count of three, and he did. The first piercing went SO well that she said, Wait, that was it?! Lets gooooo! Haha. It was so simple and easy. Her second ear did have a sting, but it was nothing compared to what she thought it would be. She has a fear of needles, so for her to be so surprised at how simple it was really speaks to Johns expertise and the shops overall vibe in putting the clients at ease.We interacted with a few different people, and I believe it was Sean (Shawn?) who told me where to get food in the area. He was friendly, too. As a parent, I was very pleased; as someone whos gotten piercings before, I felt confident having them pierce my daughters ears, and if our local shop continues their current policy, well definitely be back! I highly recommend this establishment!

A great place to get kids ear piercings. My sister and I came to this place and we both got ear piercings, and it was great. Relatively painless, and the lady at the front desk and the guy who pierced my sister and I’s ears were very nice. The wait wasn’t too bad, being an hour and a half, but you can just go somewhere else while you are waiting. Definitely recommend this place.

I came to get a replacment septum piercing over the weekend. Place was packed, so I was suprised to be assisted so quickly. Had a pleasant interaction with one of the girls there. They had the exact piece I had been looking for, and even offered to expand the jewelry for me. We went back and forth a few times about sizing. Having struggled a couple of times to get the desired size. They decided to replace the insert with a larger metal ring, without notifying me. I paid $100 for a piece of jewelry I did not ask for. It changes the entire look/aesthetic and is too bulky for work. Dont offer to do something you cannot make good on. I should have recieved the piece I aksed for

The people they were so sweet the piercings I got were killer and they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. 10 out of 10 would totally recommend to share with a friend.

We’re visiting family in California from the United Kingdom and our daughter has been begging us to get her ears pierced for a while! Both my beautiful nieces had their ears pierced there so we went on high recommendation, sure enough these guys set standards in how to make people feel welcomed and making them feel special:)) everyone from the owner to the customer service assistant was fab. Bri was so lovely and helpful whilst maintaining her super friendly approach! I ended up getting my nose pierced too and my eight year old daughter came out feeling like a princess only to be welcomed with a cute certificate. we had a photo taken with our favourite Bri too!! First time at Zebra. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I didn’t mind the time wait, was TOTALLY worth the wait! Got my vertical labret done and my grandma got her nose pierced!Very quick and the piercer kept everything clean and professional!

Brought our 7 year old cousin here to get her ears pierced. What a fabulous experience. They did both ears at the same time after numbing them. So grateful for that. I was afraid it would be one and done. This was our second attempt at doing them. The first time wasn’t here’s due she got scared and we left. My husband stayed with her per her request while Mom and I went for a bite. No sooner did our wine come they called to say it was over and all was good. I would recommend them to anyone.

I came prepared with a speech about a piece of jewelry that had broken less than a year after purchase, I didn’t end up giving it as the manager offered a solution that seemed fair without me having to say much. Another time I got home and realized they gave me a turquoise earring instead of the opaque rainbow-ish one I picked out, but I ended up liking it enough not to care. Five stars for the uber friendly staff. They’re all very pleasant people there and they seem to care about making the experience pleasant for their customers.

Staff is great! Had piercing there before. Very reasonable. Just had a tattoo and they were great! All tattoos are by the hour and a bit pricy but did,an awesome job. Thats why they get 5 stars! It was worth it.

I went here to get my cartilage pierced and of course they were friendly when I walked in but they helped me pick out a jewel in then asked me questions and told me to look on the website for any other information I need on how to take care of my ear and basically ALL the important stuff. when running a business you shouldn’t tell the customer to rely on your website for all the information and not be able to give it out yourself. A week and a half later the piercing falls out of my ear. I didn’t pay $200 for it to last me less than two weeks!!!! SO 1/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I stopped in here at lunch time on a Monday to purchase some earrings and have them put in. They have a great system for busy days, using buzzers to alert folks. The place was clean and well lit, 2 things you want in a tattoo/ piercing shop. Will definitely return.

I went in on Sunday to get four piercings. The ladies at the front desk/ jewelry counter were very helpful and informative! The wait was 30 minutes (which I wasn’t mad about because the place was BUMPING with people) they got me in in about 20 mins! Dominic is the bomb! He made sure to be very precise with the placement of the piercings which I really appreciate! He was charming and kind and overall had a great attitude while getting the job done in a fast manor. All while making sure I was comfortable! Couple days later and the peircings (both lobes, daith and nose) look amazing! Highly recommend Zebra Walnut Creek and if you can, try to come when Dominic is here! Absolutely coming to him for my future piercings!

Everyone there is awesome! I went in first to get my monroe, went in a month later to get the bar shortened, and came back the next day and got my septum done! I passed out after getting it done, but everyone took very lovely care of me and were very warm and understanding. I didnt even feel emberassed. The whole place is very sterile and nicely decorated and all the workers are nice. I love that they are all pierced so I can ask them questions on their personal experiences with their own piercings. Chris did my monroe and a pretty woman with I want to say green hair, switched out my bar and pierced my septum! 😁

The place was so nice and clean , when me and my mom first got there we were greeted very welcoming and we were also check out by Tristan ! She is the besttttttt ever super friendly and gave me and my folks nice conversations , when it was time to get my piercing the man who did it was very nice they let me pick out my piercing and overall were super nice and the piercing didn’t take long at all .most definitely coming back for any future piercing

We got my 4 years old ears pierced here. They were amazing with her! You most likely will have to wait a couple hours tho, so make it an all day thing. But the wait is totally worth it!

Brought my wife in to get a peircing changed out and employees were very helpful and patient and an over all pleasant experience before we bought jewelry (that seemed pretty overpriced). The hour long wait after the jewelry was purchased was the problem. Once we started noticing people who came in after us get rung up peirced and leaving I went up and politely asked why there was a long wait and why people that came in after us were leaving they kindly replied we were still 3rd in line and that what I said wasnt true.... An hour and a half later they completed a 5 min job. Good service horrible follow through. Dont seem to work well when problems arise, wich seems like a basic customer service skill. Every one else seems to like them and I feel this was just one bad experience, but thats why reviews exist right. For the good and the bad.

While all the piercers are good, I always request Tim P. only. Hes especially skilled with Maria Tash earrings. Theyre incredibly tiny and require finesse to put on. Tim has a great sense of style + hes a really nice guy.

Dominic not only did a fantastic job on my daith piercing but he went the extra mile and made it a good experience for my 8 yr old grand daughter to get her ears pierced. Even when we had to come back a second time, cuz she got scared the first time. He made her feel welcome and brave and grown up for facing it. Cudos to this team! A very clean, well run shop!

They pierced both my kids 8 & 11 and the staff was amazing!

Chris did an amazing job piercing my daughters ears, she is 4 and a drama llama. He did a great job trying to keep her calm and afterwards she was over the moon happy with her pretty earrings. The floor staff was awesome and very family friendly, they had a lolly pop stickers and a certificate all ready for her when she was done. The jewelry selection was great and they offer numbing cream which is great for littles.

I got my 2nd ear piercings done and it went very smoothly. I was nervous since Im afraid of needles (my first ear piercings were done when I was a baby sooo I obviously dont remember) but she was very nice and I was calm. So glad I did it! Thank you!

I usually dont write reviews, but I just wanted to share how great the customer service here is! I came for a repiercing because my piercing had closed a few weeks ago, and when I first went in, they told me that there would be a two hour wait time. At first, I was charged $17 for the piercing, and since I brought my own earring that I purchased from them previously when I first got my piercing, I didnt have to buy another pair of earrings to pierce with. I was also first charged $5 for sanitizing the earring I brought- but when the piercer saw that I was charged for sanitation, she let the front desk know that the sanitation fee is only for earrings that are not purchased from them, so I got a refund for the $5 (: Not only that, when they double checked with me to make sure I knew the waiting time, a piercer told me that she had time to quickly do my repiercing because her other customer hadnt come back yet, so I didnt even have to wait over 5 minutes! After she repierced my lobe, she told me that one side of the piercing was still open, so I would get a $7 refund because it only needed a stretch. Although its only been my second time here, itll always be remembered as a pleasurable experience!

This place was my first choice a year ago when I was getting my cartilage,doubles,triples and belly button pierced! A year later I finally decided to get a tattoo and I worked with Nino. I ended up getting 2 in one day and the first one went on my ribs. Nino was very professional and understanding about the fact that it was my first tattoo so he was able to keep me relaxed and comfortable. Both tattoos turned out absolutely stunning and I was pleasantly surprised with how much effort and time was put into it. Definitely will come back for more!

This was definitely an experience of a lifetime! Im so glad I waited to let my daughters decide when they wanted to get their ears pierced because they really made it just so freaking awesome. It was my daughters 13th birthday today and this is what she wanted to do

They give you everything you need to know about your piercing before you get it and all the information you need to know. Then you go to the piercer and they Mark you and get you ready then pierce you. The piercer I had didnt really talk to me she kind of just pierced me then she said thank you and have a nice day then I left. But I really recommend this place it was really good.

Did a great job with my nose pierecing nice and quick. But the next day I was notified from Chase about credit card fraud and they attempted a $200 atm withdrawal but thank God was declined. This place was the only place I put in my credit card pin. I’m hoping no one from Zebra but there is no other explanation as to who could have my credit card info. But thankfully no money was taken but just be careful and hide your PIN number when putting it in! Now I know!

Everyone is so nice. The facility is so clean. Theyve been around for years. I have a tattoo from Zebra, piercings, so does my sister and my son. The only place I go for body art

Love love love this location! I had a piece of jewelry from the Berkeley location, that was lost. I was able to visit WC, and find what I needed. The ladies were prompt, service was awesome. The space is great, and so are the employees! Ill be back!

I got piercings here with my sister back in October and they did a great job. Really had no problems, but I recently got a tattoo from them and although it was quick and easy, it seems that I have now gotten an infection from it and it has been about a week now. I plan on seeing a doctor to hopefully rid of the infection soon because this was my first tattoo which I have been wanting for a while, but it now makes me question if their equipment was sanitary or not.I did see my artist a few days after I had gotten it done because the redness and rash-like infection had not dulled, and all I was told was to stop using the ointment and use normal lotion. I had followed and still have been following all strict instructions on cleansing the tattoo, and moisturizing it every now and then. I have not over moisturized, and I did not keep the bandage on longer than I should have the day of. I air out my tattoo as well since it is on my ribs, but the infection seems to be getting worse. I was also told upon my down payment of $40 that my tattoo was going to be $75, so arriving the day of to be told I owed $60 (making it $100 total not $75) was absurd especially now that I have an infection.

Perfect and easy, it was my first tattoo. Nino was great. I know where Ill go if I want another. All my friends ask about my experience, so I tell them. They all say the say thing, Og wow, where did you go? I make sure to tell them.

Nice location with cheap parking near by. Super clean & everyone is friendly. Nino is an awesome artist!!!! He goes above & beyond & makes the tattoo experience an awesome one! Cant wait for my next appointment!Update 1/3/2020: cant believe the work Nino finished up on my lower arm! Well worth all the trips to see him. The colors he uses are bright & pop out! Cant wait to figure out what to have him tattoo next! Thanks Nino!!!!

The pictures from Google where not expected, its a small shop. If you look at any piercings its through the glass case . But over all its clean , tattoo artist are amazing 👏. The waiting rooms are comfortable.

The inside of the place is literally gorgeous, the wait time is a bit long but its SO WORTH IT. i love the piercing and the kit is so helpful, everything there is so beautiful, professional, and the employees are so kind

Everyone here was super helpful! I went in to get my navel repierced and it was a super easy process. The wait time was around 30-40 minutes but it was worth it! The cost of my visit + jewelry was around $40.

Very clean shop and all the piercers Ive had are knowledgeable and make me feel comfortable. I drive two hours from where I live to get my piercings done there because Ive had such great experiences.

My daughter got her nose bridge pierced They are nice people there super polite super courteous.... Even though there was a family emergency for the person that was supposed to do my daughters piercing they had a nice lady they did a great job and I hope that guys family is OK thank you for treating us right

Took my 7 month old today for ear piercing and they did a great job. She had so much fun. Only cried for less than a minute when the piercing happened.

I have many piercings- and have experience piercing other people as well- but have waited over 25 years to get a meaningful tattoo.I have walked into countless tatt places and most all of them have been unwelcoming, conceited, and just plain too cool to even talk to me. I was finally ready with the perfect design idea and we called Zebra based on their great reviews. They fit us in right away same day and off we went.Upon entering we were greeted kindly and the whole atmosphere was awesome- smiling people, lively and happy, and HELPFUL kind staff. None of that holier-than-thou attitude.Nino, our tattoo artist, took the time to talk to us and look over the pic we brought in and discuss the meaning of the tatt. He quickly drew out a wonderful design and off we went. He was professional, easy-going and friendly, with great skills and personality and just quite lovely all around. He explained everything to us and when the tattoo was done, welcomed me to the club lol!I recommend Nino- and Zebra- highly. As for tatts- Im hooked.... Thanks Nino!

I was so excited about getting a tattoo of the state flower of my home state. i had a drawing of it that i wanted it to look like and my tattoo looks nothing like it. i said i wanted it to be stretched out and not filled in and it’s very black and has too many concerted lines and is short and stubby. i am so disappointed because it’s my first tattoo and i had an image of what i wanted.

Amazing!!! My nose ring broke after 4 years I just moved back to area and had no idea where to go never knew they had a zebras in walnut creek so happy and thankful for them great people very knowledgeable and accommodating awesome environment definitely will be back

While their shop is appealing and they have ok customer service I was in this past weekend and got a tongue piercing (which was very painful), 4 days later I have the same unbearable pain, cant talk right or eat so I went to get a professional to take a look at it and as soon as I opened my mouth they told me that whoever did my piercing did it completely wrong 1) they use acrylic jewelry which should ever be used to pierce seeing as how its impossible to sterilize it 2) my piercing was beyond crooked 3) the size of tHe jewelry was way too small and digging into my tongue...I am just thankful Im not one of those ppl that ignores my better judgement and that I caught it before any type of infection took place...the place a went to for a second opinion offered to re pierce me once it heals but I refused I am truly traumatized!!! And this is coming from a person with over 10 tattoos and 6 piercings...I would not recommend getting a piercing from here at all!

Was rushed by a employee and didn’t even ask me if I wanted either silver or gold for my nose piercing and worse of all, I had to switch my piercing twice since it wasn’t the color I wanted and second, they charged me STILL for a different color $46 (silver to gold ), if you’re gonna do your job right, do it right lmao ask what size/shape/color/first time or not/ sensitive or not w skin/recommend them anything; not that difficult

Got a septum percing before going to work. Wait can get a little crazy on a weekend so come early. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Theres no push to buy extra cleaning stuff and the pricing is pretty good too

The women at the front were very helpful & patient when i couldn’t decide which nose stud to get. one of their piercers was also patient too! a lot of places kind of rush me so i appreciate that.

I am so disappointed with my tattoo. I chose a cage with a bird coming out, but neither me or the artist realized that the bird would be better coming out in a different position than the picture because I chose the right side of my body to do it. Since the artist is used to deal with this I think he should have told me that. He should have asked me which direction I wanted the bird going. I felt like we have to decide quickly once we are there so I didnt realize the bird was coming out the wrong way. I just realized the mistake when I got home and looked at my tattoo in the mirror. Now I have a wrong tattoo in my body. Its not something that we can erase it and do it again, so I think the artists should be more careful and help people warning them about the best way for the tattoo to look better.

My wife needed new jewelry for her piercing and we stopped by here. Very friendly and informative staff!She will come back here for her ear lobe piercings.

Made an appointment for a friend to get a tattoo a couple days ago only to recieve a call 5 minutes before the appointment that the artist (Marcus) wouldnt perform the tattoo due to the location (upper butt). Would have been nice to know this before I made the appointment. Waste of time.

Ive gone to zebras for all of my piercings &have left happy. But I recently went in to get my left nostril pierced after having my right one already done, & theyre really noticeably un even.

Very professional, helpful staff, parking is a bit challenging but I dont mind that. Do keep in mind that this location is very popular and there can be some waiting for what you want done.

I have had my nose pierced here once. I will never go back. They messed up my piercing twice. When pierced and when they changed it now. They all have the wrong information on how long to wait and what metal to use
