Do not bring your children here for piercings. I brought my 6 month old to pierce her ears and the outcome was horrible. The lady did such a careless job and did not pierce the spots that she marked. I now have to remove both piercings.

I used to shop here a lot, basically for every holiday but the last two time I went to buy jewelry from them was a little… weird lol. At first the girl working there was quite upset with me because I wanted to see a few different chains before I bought one and raised her voice a little bit saying I wasn’t listening to her because I was trying to decide between two different chains. There were no other customers waiting behind me, which would’ve made it more understandable to be frustrated. Today when I went I was looking for a specific size hoop for a conch piercing and the two girls told me they sell them but they both didn’t know the gauge sizes they sell or the lengths and seemed a bit upset I’d even ask them in the first place… I figured they’d be able to check somehow but they definitely didn’t want to. They were sitting on the floor and on the stool on their phones when I was trying to ask them questions about the jewelry which was a little odd lol. Definitely just go somewhere else and don’t waste your time here if you can :( I love banter, and I loved the old employees that worked here but the new ones are beyond miserable :( The workers at the one at wrentham MA are really nice and helpful, definitely worth the drive to not deal with the girls that work at the warwick location.
Had such a wonderful time at banter with staff member Jordan. He was super helpful and pleasant to talk to. He had us laughing and enjoying every moment here. He was a great employee. Banter is an amazing place.
I do not recall the two women’s names who pierced my lobes today but they were the best! They made me feel super comfortable and were understanding and patient with my anxiety. They pierced me at the same time which was super nice and walked me through the whole thing. Definitely recommend!!!
Went here yesterday and I have to say this was the best experience by far and I am a pretty frequent customer. The store manager pierced my daughters second hole, and really talked her through it. She also was so helpful and I actually left that store feeling like she cared. There was some trouble with my previous purchase from a previous employee; and the manager made things right and more!Please please dont lose her as a manger. At a time like this is it so hard to find people that actually care. I will be back on the days when she is there most definitely!!

I am currently on an airplane trying to complete a purchase because my father is critically ill and I’ve needed to fly across the country unexpectedly and it’s the day before Mother’s Day and I’ve asked my 21 y/o daughter to help me by running to this store to select some last minute gifts, she has my card information a copy of my ID, her ID and I was available to give verbal permission after an hour spent making selections with a very sweet customer rep Felicia, We found the perfect items dispute the stress of me having to leave hours before Mother’s Day. Chrystal the manager on duty interrupted her associate during cash out and refused the sale, told me she didn’t care about my personal circumstance and would not make any acceptions to policy and if my daughter was an authorized user this would be a non issue and called me “hon” throughout our interaction and then hung up on me. I immediately called the credit card company associated with pagoda card and added my daughter as an authorized user. I called the store back and explained to her what I did and that my daughter would be returning to make the $500 purchase and she began screaming at me while other passengers in the plane could hear her and told me absolutely not my daughter could go buy something at another store and told me she was refusing our business and as manager she could do this and hung up on me again. Multiple attempts to call back were sent to a fax line because of her cowardess. Chrystal hon, next time you hear from me which you will, you will address me as Dr. Phillips Anzivino., not “hon” Have a wonderful night and thank you for your kindness and care of your customers. Also would like to add your exemplary role modeling to your staff demonstrates the consequences of giving a small minded person a little tiny bit of power goes really bad!
My daughter (6 months old) just got her ears pierced the other day. As any mom would be, I was super nervous so I decided to get a 2nd hole to see how it would be before letting her get hers done. The ladies were super nice, they followed all safety precautions and made the experience great. My daughter cried of course but they were very attentive and showed compassion and made the experience a good one. My daughters ears look amazing and they dont even bother her and there is no irritation or redness. I highly recommend this place 👌

First time customer. Got it done again for my 9year old who was very nervous. The lady was very kind and took time to review and explain before getting it done. I’m sure it’s part of the drill but her professionalism was refreshing.
Brought my two girls here, ages 5 and 6 to get their ears pierced. They did their best to make sure we knew every step of the process and aftercare and my kids felt super comfortable. It was clean and affordable. The girls were awesome all around!
I was at the Warwick mall location Saturday the 9th. A girl with very curly hair was helping a gentleman, he kept asking for any kind of discounts she said no. At his persistence she looked to who I believe was a manager with red hair. I then overheard her tell the girl with curly hair to just give him the military discount. This man was not a military employee no id was shown he just kept asking for a good deal. I’m not sure if it’s because he was buying gold chains if they gave it to him for the sale but when I asked for a discount I was told no that the only discount was the bogo 50 promotion that they were running. I was just picking up earrings for my daughter. I’m not sure if they said no because I am not white as the gentleman was or because they didn’t care to give me an extra discount because I wasn’t spending as much as the gentleman. Overall I didn’t feel valued as a customer or like my purchase really mattered. I will not be returning and I will be telling my friends and family that Pagoda picks and chooses which customers to give extra unwarranted discounts to. It’s a shame. I will also be cancelling my credit card that I have with this company seeing as to my purchases and business doesnt matter unless I’m buying gold chains.

I just had my ears pierced after 20 years of not wearing them. I was a little nervous, but the service was friendly, the selection was great and the area was very clean. Really impressed with how thorough and careful the staff were and it was practically painless. 👍
Terrible customer service here its ridiculous. Workers dont even look or talk to you until theyre ready to be off of their phones or get bored with their own conversation. And one of the workers sold me a piece of jewelry for a completely different piercing when I ASKED her if it was for my nose but it wasnt. All in all Pagoda needs to hire NEW PROFESSIONALS.
DONT GO!! Save your time and money. They messed up on fiances engagement ring twice. And i came back a 2nd time mid speech the lady interupts me an says oh you have get it resized at another store when they recognized me already from the previous time. And i filled out paperwork twice and the 2nd ring came online am STILL dident fitThe first time the lady gave me a ring a size to small. Fast foward a week after doin the papwrworo and return. Now this ring is 2 big
They people wore rude and did the piercing the wrong way it was to high up so asked for them to fix it they were rude telling me they know what there doing I said look at my 5 year olds hole its way to high up you need to move it down meaning my grandons earing she finally agreed and his grew with him be careful ladys they are putting the earing way to high as youre child grows the earing is going to sit to high up
Not a bad place if youre getting your daughter earrings its good for teenage the girls you will like small pieces of jewelry I wouldnt go there and try and get a 2 oz gold bracelet for a man you wouldnt be able to find it LOL and you probably pay $10,000 haha but if youre looking for a nice pair of earrings for your daughter youll find them at the right price
