Pete is fantastic!! Went to him for my first piece with a design and an idea to elaborate on it. He designed it perfectly! He walked me through what he was doing and made me feel at ease! Went back again for another piece I designed and he knocked it out of the park! Pete is my go to guy always!! 5⭐️

Great place, very professional, they don’t use excuses like (SORRY! WE ARE BOOKED FOR MONTHS) to dodge a client. Or say, HOW MUCH ARE YOU WILLING TO SPEND? to see if customers have deep pockets.Nope! Very good people.

What a beautiful shop. Very clean, everyone who was working was so kind, helpful and informative. They will tell you the truth and maKe sure that your request is met only if its safe. I wanted to have my bellybutton re-pierced and my piercer offered some suggestions after a quick consultation. After a little consideration i went with his suggestion I LOVE IT. I also appreciate the fact that they are not just trying to make a sale, and how they value health & safety above $$. Well worth the price they charge. The body jewelry is expensive but high quality. You get what you pay for thats for sure.

Im very excited about this tattoo, I really wanted this tattoo in the honor of my sister that passed a few weeks ago. A friend of mine recommended me to go to United ink tattoo on post Rd they are very pleasant. Eric was so awesome he drew my tattoo and I was so impressed because it was so perfect and beautiful. Tim Carroll is an amazing tatoo artist . He did a great job on my sons tatoo, he is so happy with it! Not to mention Tim has a great personality. Highly recommended!

Love this place, been going here a few years now, Will is a tattoo god and probably one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, never mind his amazing tattoo skills and ideas he comes up with, the owner is awesome always joking around and present to talk to in passing when I’m getting work done. Overall the best tattoo parlor I’ve been too and I’ve been to many! This is Essentially the only place I will recommend my friends and family use between affordable prices and the incredible work you can’t beat it!

Great experience here! Walked in on a whim to get a matching tattoo with my friend and we were told we could be taken care of in about 30 minutes (and we were!). Christina was amazing! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is clean and relaxed. Both me and my friend are very happy with the finished product.

The guy that pierced me seemed very nice and accommodating but he severely messed up my chest piercings, pierced way too deep and extremely crooked. Used numbing cream without testing on my skin first. Opened the needles without gloves on(he put them on afterwards). Had to take the piercings out right after getting done. Then gave me a hard time when i called to talk about it.

Every Tattoo Will has done is amazing. Im so very pleased. He even did a killer job fixing a bad tattoo . Cant wait for my next.

The shop as a whole is great. Will is my go to and each and every person there is laid back and cool. Ive never not felt at home during any of my appointments whether it be a tattoo or getting my hair done right next door. Great to work with and the art is just as amazing.

I live in Norwich Ct and travel an hour to United Ink for Pete and Cher. Ive been going to them for a few years. They both do meticulous, amazing work!!! Pete recently fixed an old botched up tattoo (from a previous tattoo parlor) and did a new tattoo in memory of my friend. I am so happy with the results. Cher did my permanent eyeliner years ago and Im ready for her to tattoo my eyebrows. The salon is clean and the artists are talented. I also am so amazed at how much they do to support breast cancer patients and survivors. Highly recommend United Ink!!!

After having a not so good experience at a nearby tattoo shop, me and my friend called United Ink 2 hours before closing asking if they could accommodate two walk ins. They were very professional and helpful with accommodating us. We both wanted two small quotes. Will Walsh took his time drawing out our quotes (which we changed our mind about 4 times on the font) and he was patient and worked well with us the whole time.. My quote came out absolutely amazing and he accommodated my friend for an appointment to come back and get hers! He made us feel very comfortable after hearing about our experience at the other place. 10/10 recommend for great service and great work!!

I come here quite frequently, Will Walsh is my tattoo artist and his work is absolutely wonderful. Hes very talented and rarely makes fun of my dorky ideas lol. Ive met several of the other employees here--the owner, other artists, the piercer, some stylists...its a very fun and talented crew!

I wanted a small tatoo, a bluebird, and wanted to get it somewhere on my lower right arm as I am left handed. Pete was my tatoo artist and walked me through the process and made me feel very at ease. I have one smaller tatoo on my ankle, however this was done in 1993 so really did not know what to expect. I brought in some small sculptures of bluebirds to give an idea of what I wanted. Pete took the time to draw and trace a couple of times and place at different angles for me in ragard to placement. I decided I wanted it on the inside wrist area. Pete was very patient with me as I was a bit indecisive and did not begin until we were both on the same page. In less than an hour, I had my bluebird and instantly put a smile on my face! It was well worth the wait as it took about 2 plus months to get an appointment, but so glad I did as this shop came highly recommended. The conversation was easy and took my mind off of the process. I dont want to say it was painless as it is a tatoo afterall and the wrist is a sensitive area. I am so pleased and would definitely refer United Ink Tatoo!!! Thank you Pete.

I got my bellybutton pierced today, Kevin, was Awesome!!!! And it did not really hurt...I would definitely recommend this place, pricing so reasonable! He also did a 3rd ear pierced, so symmetrical placed, Love It ! Will go back.

A great place to get artwork done, the customer service is wonderful as well as the artwork. Tim walked me through the tattooing made sure i was comfortable and took care when tattooing my arm, his artwork is amazing and quite honestly perfect.

I got four piercings. Kevin was great. Took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable. If I ever decide to get more piercings I will definitely go back.

Went in to have my hoop put back into my nostril after having to take it out for a medical procedure 18 days prior. The lady who was working in the salon portion seemed annoyed at my presence and was a bit rude. After asking twice if the peircer was available (knowing he was because I had called before I went there) she went outside to get him. I was lead to the back of the building and downstairs into the basement to what I assumed was the piercing station. The young man piercing couldnt get my hoop through so he told me he had to repierce it. He had nothing prepped and was pulling supplies out as he went. Stupidly I waited until after he had the needle through my nostril to ask how long he had been working in the trade. To my dismay, it turns out hes only been piercing professionally for a year. After spending quite some time dabbing a decent amount of blood from the area, which I found odd since Ive had my nose pierced twice prior and never bled that much, he took out a tool to pinch my hoop closed, which I also found odd. He spent quite sometime using this tool and at one point he slipped off my jewelry and pinched my nostril pretty damn hard. Almost 30mins later Im back upstairs and paying $10, which wasnt a problem. It wasnt until I got in the car and saw how badly he jacked up my jewelry. My white gold hoop was completely misshapen and the seam was overlapped by at least a quarter inch. I went to United Ink because it is closest to my home. NEVER AGAIN will I go there and I would absolutely NEVER recommend anyone I know to go there.::UPDATE:: Had to have my $90 white gold hoop replaced and my nostril is infected. Im going to have to remove it and have a scar. To say that Im pissed off would be the understatement of the decade. I wish I never stepped foot in this place, and that kid should never touch anyone with a needle.

I got my cartilage pierced here they were quick cheap and the guy was very personable and professional. I would highly recommend this place for piercings. Cant say anything about tattoos though as I havent got one here.

Came by to check out the shop and see some designs. Door was locked and looked like nobody was there. I called to make sure because the shop was referred to me by a previous client that spoke highly of it. The person that answered the phone sounded confused and unsure when I asked basic questions about their artists, flash, and schedule.
