Golden Crystal Body Piercing

By far my best experience at a piercing shop and I’ve had 16 piercings done at various different locations. I went in to have 3 piercings today by Lexie 2 forward helix and one hidden helix. Lexie was awesome! I’ve never had a piercer spend so much time with me. She went through all of the jewelry and was very attentive to my needs and concerns taking account for everything I wanted. The piercings were lined up perfectly and she explained why she placed the piercings the way she did. I appreciate the fact that she took extra time to make sure everything was measured and lined up well. She also took time to explain the entire procedure and was extremely welcoming and friendly. I really appreciate this amazing experience, I would rate them beyond 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much!

Ive always wanted to get my nose pierced but for whatever reason I hadnt. Golden Crystal made the process extremely easy!! I appreciated the ease of scheduling and the option to book by appointment only. I felt it from the moment I walked in the door, they knew who I was and called me out by name. Its not often that happens in business. Sedona was very pleasant and her customer service was excellent. All around great experience. I definitely look forward to coming back!!

Super awesome experience here! I went in because I was having a lot of pain and issues with my triple so I needed a jewelry change and some professional advice. The owner was very helpful and informative and fixed the issues I was having. I went in to my appointment with my ear hurting so bad I couldn’t even touch it to the next day after the appointment it felt so much better that I could touch it without it hurting. The jewelry was a little pricier than I was initially expecting but it is solid gold and I think quality jewelry is 100% worth it and it’ll last forever. Plus they had a ton of cute options to choose from. I will definitely be coming back! The jewelry I got from them is the cute little snake in my triple piercing.

10/10 recommend! I would give them more than five stars if I could. Sedona was so sweet and did such a fantastic job. She is so patient and helpful and walks you through every step of the way. I got my nose pierced with no true idea of what I was looking for in jewelry. She spent time showing me her favorites and recommendations. I couldn’t decide on placement, and she went above and beyond to help me visualize (the dot on your nose is harder to visualize than you anticipate!) Super clean and cute shop too. I’ll be back if I decide to pursue any more piercings!

Scheduling was easy and thorough. When I arrived, I was greeted like they knew me, even though I had never been here before. Office was extremely clean and bright, which I appreciated and made me feel “safe” from infections that you hear about with some piercing studios. Everyone was so nice. They walked me through the process and explained everything. Went through pricing and totals before she even touched my ears. I thought one of my ears closed after an issue I had with a screw back earring, so I was prepared to have it redone. She explained that if it wasn’t closed, the charges would change, which I appreciated. When she called me back to the room, it also was spotless! She explained everything she was going to do and thankfully it wasn’t closed, but I still got earrings with a really cool “flatback” and she showed me how they worked. She was done in like 5 minutes. At checkout, as she stated, she adjusted my bill to reflect the change in expected services and all of the ladies were thankful and genuinely cared that my experience was great. It was great. Highly recommend for any piercing needs. Thank you ladies for a great place to go. I appreciate all of you.

I wanted to get my cartilage pierced and heard about Golden Crystal Body Piercing from researching online for clean and safe piercing places and they were the first to come up. I went to Sedona for my piercing and she was so helpful and educating on everything especially with keeping the jewelry within my budget. It’s been about a week since I’ve had my piercing and I haven’t experienced any pain or complications. This is definitely the best healing experience I’ve had and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get pierced.

Both piercers were so nice and friendly. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and concise. They offered options, ideas and actively listened to my vision. In the end I purchased a new conch ring and a new nose ring. I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely go again to buy investment body jewelry.

I drove about an hour for my appointment with Lexie yesterday to have my conch and helix pierced. Hands down the best piercing experience Ive ever had. I came in with a budget for what I wanted, and she helped me pick out amazing jewelry that fit within that. The shop is beautiful with an amazing selection of jewelry. Everything was clean and sanitary, and she talked me through every part of the piercing process, showing me that things we steril along the way, and gave me great aftercare instructions. Ill be back for jewelry ends and check ups on my healing piercings, and Im very much looking forward to it!

Epitome of a high-quality piercing studio.I had a jewellery change (for a stubborn piercing) and a new cartilage piercing done at Golden Crystal. I must say that Lexie was truly caring and extremely professional. She talked me through each step in brilliant detail. She also didnt rush me despite my questions and nervousness.The jewellery (some of which Lexie designs herself!) is stunning. Once my piercings have fully healed, I would love to purchase pieces at Golden Crystal.Highly, highly recommend Golden Crystal if youre new or well-versed in piercings.

Amazing experience! Lexie was very knowledgable and it felt like she really took her time with me. She was very kind and made me feel so at ease. Our 6 year old had a great experience getting her ears pierced for the first time. Lexie and Sedona made her feel safe and special. Following the after care procedures has made for an easy, and painless healing process. The jewelry is high quality, super functional, and cool enough to make my 6 year old happy to show her friends.

Me and four other family members scheduled back-to-back appointments on Friday together, and Sedona and Lexie were awesome; great communication. We all got helix piercings, and all five of us would definitely come here again! This was my first cartilage piercing in my ear and I was so nervous, but Sedona was so patient and walked me through every step and explained everything so well. It was more expensive than I thought it would be, but it was worth it for the peace of mind. It’s been three days, and neither me or anyone else in my group has any issues with our piercings; the whole process is less painful than I expected!

This is the most professional piercing shop Ive been to.They have the expertise and take the time and care to do piercings right! They also have beautiful, high-quality body jewelry.The cost is higher than other shops that Ive been to, but I find that its worth the money!Ive went in twice for jewelry change outs and once to get my ears pierced.

I don’t know where to start. This piercing studio has exceeded my expectations and then some. It’s so hard to find a genuine piercer that knows their craft and actually cares about the people they’re piercing. Lexie was an amazing piercer. I got my surface tragus pierced!I went and got it pierced once before but decided to take it out because it was done improperly by a different “piercer”. I got in contact with Lexie months ago and even then she helped a lot. So I then decided now is the time to get it repierced. She walked me through every step of what she was doing and also showed me all of the tools as well. She even was able to anodize my jewelry to match my current piercings, which I thought was so cool! I also love the aftercare pamphlet! Very informational.Overall it was the best piercing experience I’ve EVER had and I would definitely highly recommend her to everyone.

Lexi is amazing! Professional, calm, compassionate, what more could you ask for in the person putting holes in you!!! (lol!)She explained why some jewelry would be better than others, showed me that everything was sterile, had a light touch when putting in the jewelry and closing it.... Im only sorry that I didnt discover her earlier!!!Addendum: just got a nipple piercing and while it hurt because of the location, Lexie was amazing - quick, careful, and planned the piercing so well!!! I had an amazing experience here! When first walking in, the environment was clean and elegant. There was a great selection of jewelry to choose from, with a variety of budget options.It was very clear that this place prioritizes customer safety and comfort. I was pierced by Sedona, who was extremely nice, helpful, and patient, and did such an amazing job! I couldnt be happier with this being my first piercing, and I cant wait to come back!

This was last month I got my ears pierced here with lexie and my belly button jewelry changed and I just want to say I had an awesome experience! Staff was so knowledgeable and kind and patient. I had the wrong size jewelry and thought I may have to remove a piercing that was irritating me but they were able to switch it out and gave me instructions for aftercare and I have had no issues since seeing them. Highly recommend if youre in the Milwaukee area. Very clean facility. They make you feel comfortable if you are nervous!!

I had such a great experience with Lexie and her staff at Golden Crystal! I was nervous about getting my nose pierced, but Lexie talked me through it and kept me calm the whole time. Great experience. Lexie did an awesome job for my nostril piercing and my 18 yo daughters septum piercing. Lexie explained everything thoroughly - the sterilization and piercing process and aftercare. The procedures were quick. There were lots of jewelry choices. She made it abundantly clear that if we have any questions or concerns as things are healing, we shouldnt hesitate to contact her. 100% recommend.

The team at Golden Crystal was an absolute delight! I had a jewelry shopping/curation appointment because I needed a serious upgrade on ALL my piercings, and had a great experience! The selection is amazing with such unique options (seriously, the only tough part about the experience was how to choose!), and AJ and Lexie were both so friendly and personable. You even get the added luxury of having your jewelry changed for you if its in stock, which, with their selection, it probably is. I would highly recommend this shop for any piercing needs.

Pretty pricey but I think worth it for those who want cute jewelery and sensitive skin. And I love Sedona!! I got my nose and helix done with her and she made the anxiety disappear. Not only that she was so personable and easy to talk to. I just went to my check up and downsize yesterday and she was just as awesome as the first time I met her!! She’s like a personal cheerleader even though I hardly know her!! I will def come back for some jewelry shopping or a new piercing.

Took my daughter there for her 18th birthday present to get a septum piercing. Lexie was absolutely amazing!! She took the time to examine the area and expressed concern that it wouldnt sit right. She gave us all the options and never made us feel rushed to decide. My daughter ended up getting it and absolutely loves it. Lexie was very skilled and the piercing itself was very quick. | Terrific service IN THE BEGINNING |(In reference to Daughters ear piercings)Lexi is amazing at what she does, she goes above and beyond to ensure the piercing is done properly, and in a sanitary manner.Unfortunately, a lot is stated up front that is untrue in the end.We paid 2.7 times the cost of every other local AAP certified piercer in the area, based on a recommendation. Which we agreed to and accepted, as they eluded to the fact that their follow up appointment and post change is covered in the original price.The fact that they charged us to schedule the follow up appointment was already unacceptable, but ignored as we were already vested.Then they stated that (4) earring post changes would not be another $95.00+ on top of the exorbitant amount already spent.Avoid this place at all costs, go with any other option if you’re in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area—Since I am unable to reply directly, I will add my reply here.There was no actual jewelry change, we were sold on “lifetime” jewelry (which the gem fell out of upon removal) during the piercing, and only the posts required change due to ear swelling.Only AAP certified piercing location within an hour means absolutely nothing, as I can’t imagine any parent who is not willing to go a couple hours out of the way for quality service when piercing their child.If you have money to burn, this is your spot, but just know that you can receive the same quality of service (without surprises) for a fraction of the cost with a short drive

I chose to come here for quality jewelry and a healthy piercing. Right off the bat, I was greeted in a negative tone. The owner of the shop is NOT friendly and acted put off by my being there. My biggest concern was around the possibility of getting a bump since the piercing was going to be on my tragus. I’ve never had a bump or any issues with piercings (I have a lot!) so this shouldn’t have been a problem. After it was pierced, my ear bled a lot and got very swollen (This has never happened before). It took 3 months for the swelling to go down and reveal a bump. I went in for a check up and the owner, once again was very rude, determined that I was wrong. This bump must not be related to the piercing at all, she said. At the end of the day, it’s been a year since my piercing and the issue has not gone away. Basically, I spent $300 here to have to seek further heath care to remove the bump and piercing. All while being treated poorly. Do not go here - you will waste your time, energy, money & poor skin!

I was able to get an appointment with Lexi for a lobe piercing and recommend her to literally anyone. She created a very comfortable and calm atmosphere. She made sure to explain her procedures to me to ensure my concerns were taken care of. She did an amazing job of adjusting the piercing to my preferences. Golden Crystal has the highest standards of any place I’ve ever been pierced. I regret not finding them sooner. Lexie and Sedona were both so friendly and helpful. Their selection of jewelry has everything from trendy aesthetic pieces to the basics and it’s all super high quality. They explained everything from start to finish without any of the condescending vibes that piercers/tattooers can sometimes give. Definitely a great place to go for your first piercing or if you are nervous. Lexie made sure I was happy with the placement of where my piercing was going to go and that I wasn’t just agreeing to avoid being complicated. Everything was super sterile to the point that it was like getting a medical procedure done. Their aftercare instructions are incredibly thorough and also include the type/size of jewelry they used and instructions on how to remove it when it comes time to change it. I won’t consider going anywhere else for a piercing. They are definitely worth their price.

Golden Crystal is my go-to for any piercings and jewelry! Lexie and Sedona are wonderful piercers, explaining every step of the process, showing that everything is sterilized beforehand, and making sure that what youre getting is the best, and the best for you! The jewelry quality is superb and they have everything from basic to absolutely gorgeous blingy items. I have received 10 piercings from them and I havent ever had a better experience than here.

Absolutely loved my experience. Lexie was very professional, clean, and informative. She also was talkative, helping me be distracted from the nipple piercings I was getting. I brought my 8 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced today. I was incredibly impressed. Lexie and Sedona are super professional and friendly, the shop is incredibly clean and the jewelry is beautiful. Lexie addressed my daughter first the entire time and made sure she was comfortable and that she picked out jewelry she loved. Piercings can be very personal and just a sensitive treatment, but Lexi and her amazing team at Golden Crystal are phenomenal! Lexie did an amazing job!I had my nose pierced at a different studio and was experiencing some complications. Lexie looked over the piercing and advised me to change my jewelry to a high quality titanium. Along with this, she changed my jewelry free of charge (aside from price of the jewelry). After visiting this shop, I noticed a great improvement with my nose piercing and was very impressed with the professional care given at this studio. I will definitely come back for any future piercings and jewelry purchases.

Lexie is awesome! I went in for a navel piercing with a little bit of nerves but this girl knows what she is doing, and any nerves I walked in with, disappeared when I actually went in to get the piercing! She has beautiful jewelry to choose from and it’s very knowledgeable about her art. I will never go to a piercing kiosk in the mall ever again. Lexie is super chill but is very firm about her rules, if I could give her 100/5 stars I would. She knows how to run a business and is an incredible piercer!

Lexie was absolutely amazing, I had gotten four lobe piercings a couple of months ago that I was having minor issues with, and came in for a curating session and daith piercing. She looked at my love piercings and we changed out the jewelry to something that wouldn’t irritate them as much, and got a wonderful new piercing to go with it! Everything was done using sterile procedures and with great care. Will definitely be going back to get any more piercings recommending everyone who is getting piercings there!

Lexie, Sedona and Aj are amazing! So far, I’ve gotten a conch done by Lexie and a rook done by Sedona. I love both of the piercings so much and both are healing well. My most recent appointment was in November on my birthday, and they were super sweet and wished me happy birthday. I had a lot of fun. Everyone is super kind and very attentive. I have really bad anxiety, but I feel so incredibly safe here. From the minute I walked in for my first appointment, I knew I was in good hands. They take the time to help you pick out jewelry you’re happy with and to answer any questions you have related to your piercings or jewelry. There are lots of pretty, high quality jewelry options to pick from, and you can also get things custom ordered which I hope to do in the future. They walk you through each step of the piercing procedure and make sure you feel okay once it’s done. Aftercare is explained thoroughly, and you are provided with a brochure that includes aftercare instructions, expected healing time, and your jewelry information. It’s easy to reach out and get a prompt reply if you end up having any questions later. The studio is also beautiful. I am very pleased with my experience and am so glad I found Golden Crystal. I can’t wait to go again!

Best Experience Ever! After searching hours for a place I felt I would feel comfortable with getting a piercing done. We thought we would take a chance and drive an hour and 10 minutes to visit there place. As you walk in the door you are greeted right away and the building was filled with positive energy. I absolutely love working with Lexie and the team. She has an eye for detail and is one of the only APP certified members in the area. The studio is gorgeous and inviting and the quality jewelry selection is wide as well as both economically friendly and if you feel like splurging on yourself - there’s so many options. The peircing room is not only clean but the privacy option of a closed door and the courtesy of staff is the best. I have gotten 6 piercings by Lexie, all of my jewelry is from her, and I definitely recommend her and her studio to everyone.

I went to Lexie after I had gone to a previous piercing place, and noticed a bump develop on my nose piercing. She was recommended to me by a friend so I thought Id give it a try. She was very personable and knew what she was talking about. You can tell that piercing is her passion and she also likes to help educate her clients. She ended up changing my stud for me and told me to follow up again in a couple of weeks to see how its progressing. I highly recommend her!

Had such a great experience getting my daith pierced by Lexi! The people here were so friendly, prepared, and very knowledgeable. Even though I was two minutes late, they were very patient and explained every possible detail I would need to know about the jewelry, pricing, piercing process, and after care. All of the prep was completed before I arrived through online forms so they already had my ID and card on file! I was in and out within 20 minutes and will definitely come back again and tell all of my friends to come here!

I love love love this place and the two ladies here! i will never go anywhere else for piercings or jewelry. they take into consideration your anatomy, your healing of previous piercings, etc before piercing you, in order to guarantee a safe new piercing. everything gets sanitized including the entire room, and they walk you through each step of the process before doing anything. with appointments being required, it allows lexie and sedona to give you the full attention and make sure no distractions cause mistakes. the environment is so calming and the ladies here are beyond sweet, and easy to make conversation with. i feel so safe coming here for piercings and will continue to make the drive here even when i’m off at school!

Im not sure you could find another piercer in the area that you could message at 9 am with concerns (if you were going to be late for an appointment, or the barbell of your rook fell off after taking a shower) and get a response immediately. Beyond being one of the best at what she does, shes so accommodating, understanding and accepting of those who want piercings done right, and makes sure you know exactly what to expect with each piercing. If youre not used to check ups with your piercer to see how theyre progressing, youll have no problem doing so with Lexie. Plus she has great taste and great selection in jewelry. Took my daughter (16 yo) to have her ear cartilage pierced. Scheduling was very easy and the whole experience, from start to finish was fantastic. Ive been a tattooer for over 20 years and I was very pleased with the cleanliness, sterile practices, and professionalism. Highly recommend! Staff is friendly - good, causal atmosphere. The place is clean and cozy! They go over everything with you prior to the piercing and give you a handout with a follow up appointment date and home care instructions/tips. They do a really good job with talking you through the steps as they go too!

I was so impressed with Golden Crystal Body Piercing. Sedona did my piercing and she was so professional and knowledgeable, as well as being super kind and helpful. I got two cartilage piercings here and I was charged 240 dollars. Was not told a price beforehand. I was told the price of the earrings I got and the actual piercing which did not add up to the 240 dollar total. I got both piercings done at the same time, 1 year ago, and have had nothing but problems. After first getting them, my ear swelled up so bad the skin was around the jewelry. Extremely painful and thought I might have to go to the doctor to get them removed. When I contacted the owner she said she didn’t use long enough posts, which caused the extreme swelling, and needed to replace with longer ones. I was charged 40 additional dollars for this mistake. Both times a tip was expected on top of these fees. Once the swelling finally went down, I noticed the upper piercing was on an angle. So the earring sticks out sideways lol. Also the jewelry I bought was the cheapest that she offers. No jewels or anything, just stainless steel. So unless you want to pay a ton of money for this type of experience, I would go somewhere else.Edit:Why would a customer be charged for swelling when the piercer applied posts that are too short-as she stated when changing the original ones…Given my very detailed situation how hard is it to believe I was pierced by you?I have a receipt with the total on it. And was not given this total prior to being pierced. And the jewelry was on an angle the first day of piercing. You told me it was due to swelling and would straighten out. I do not sleep on that side to this day, never have.Given the owners reply alone should deter anyone from going here. Even if I used my real name I’m sure a bogus response would be given, hence the anonymity

As an adult getting pierced for the first time, I felt at ease thanks to the clean studio and welcoming owner. From selecting the properly sized studs to an educational overview of how to heal properly, this was a fun and painless experience. Plus, the jewelry selection has a style for everyone, modern to bohemian. Ill be doing some shopping when I return for the healing check in three months!

Do NOT go here. i went and got a second cartilage piercing in my right ear and it cost me over 125 dollars to do just that. and Lexie claimed that the jewelry she let me pick was good for healing and swelling for the piercing. (youre supposed to use longer jewelry for your fresh piercing until its healed completely and swelling is gone).not only was the jewelry shorter than a normal bar i would have gotten from BodyCandy, i literally had to cut it out when it came time to change it to the point keeping the piercing was pointless.her jewelry is overpriced and i get why, but unless you have the money for real precious stones, its not worth it. not to mention that the stone i had in my bar did fall out a week after having it. also, while waiting for her to sterilize the jewelry, she was talking about very unprofessional topics for having two customers in her shop.all around, not a good experience.do NOT go here ever. if i could have given this place less than one star i would.

Very impressed with her professionalism. She was very patient with my million questions and took time to help me choose the right jewelry. Explained every step and even sterilize jewelry and tools in front of me. She measured the placement of the piercing multiple times including angles. //This is a very long, drawn out review because no one was really giving a walk-through of their time and I like them so I decided Id make one for anyone wondering. Moral of the story though, Lexie is an angel and Id strongly suggest her to anyone considering a piercing.Lexie has by far the best reviews in my area, so I figured shed be the best person to go to for my first piercing (I got my septum done). To start off, she took me back to make sure my nose was right for the piercing and once we were in the clear she took me to look at jewelry; she gave me a few options and then once I picked she calculated what the cost would be afterwords. The little opal bullet guys werent exactly the same (she said one was more rounded) so she spent a few minutes finding two that looked exactly the same, which I appreciated because the jewelry isnt exactly cheap; it also came with a lifetime guarantee which is amazing. We went back into the room and she sterilized everything while I filled out the little consent form on her iPad. She then talked me through the rest of the process as she did it. I felt so bad because she had to have readjusted the clamp a good fifty times to make it perfect (I wish I was kidding). The actual piercing part and putting the jewelry in went as expected (painful, but that wasnt her fault). It wouldve been nice if she gave me a tissue or something to wipe my tears up with (my eyes watered..a lot, she warned me though) but it was alright. She gave me a piece of candy and went out to get me water which was suuuuper kind because I was feeling a bit lightheaded. After I was alright again, she gave me care instructions, offered for me to buy some saline solution (even told me the better deal), then I paid and everything was alright. I also found it relieving that she kept telling me I was doing well and complimenting me through the process. She also answered the questions I had about stretching my ears. I was a little scared that the piercing looked crooked (I worry about everything), but everyone I ask says it looks fine. Overall, she was so sweet, considerate, and funny. I would most definitely go to her again.Follow up: I was worried about my piercing so I emailed her and she invited me back. I set an appointment and when I got there, she looked at it, offered to get a picture of the worry area so I could see, and even flipped it up for me. She calmed all my fears and really just put me at ease. Honestly, shes always just so beyond sweet.

Super clean, certified, and knowledgeable. Went here a few months back to have a poorly pierced septum (pierced at a different place) taken out, I was going to come back to have it repierced once it was healed, but quarantine happened. As soon as it’s safe for them to do nose piercings again, I will be coming here!

If I could give her a bajillion stars, I would! Wisconsin has shockingly few APP certified piercers, and thats dangerously disappointing. In order to be an APP Cert, thousands of piercing hours, blood borne pathogen training, anatomy and physiology classes, etc... need to be completed. Sadly, Wisconsin certification only requires minimal training and about $60 for a license. She has invested everything into this little shop, and I hope people searching for a piercing make the drive to Waukesha and take advantage of her skills! Shes super personable, knowledgeable, and has a pretty great jewelry selection (all surgical implant grade). She can always make special orders on jewelry as well; she has accounts with many different companies. Dont go cheap on your piercing, do it right.

Extremely predatory cancelation practices. Does not state anywhere obvious the forms it requires for a minor. So when you get the email stating you need it, but youre out of the also hidden cancelation window. Youll be charged 50 or 100 dollars for the cancelation if you dont have those documents on hand. Like the birth certificate of the child, or if the child doesnt have an ID. Both are required, no exceptions.They hide that information to get the cancelation fees out of the unprepared.Extremely predatory or non user friendly interface/website that hides important info.
