I had a fantastic experience here. I’ve been now twice, once to help put in my own jewelry and just today to buy new jewelry from her and to get it put in. Her prices are amazing for the quality of the jewelry. She was able to get me on her books so quickly and seamlessly.I have multiple body piercings and facial piercings. I’ve been to lots of different piercers and by far she is the best one I’ve been too based on her jewelry options, the quality of the jewelry, her prices and who she is. I’m telling you, this is the place to go!

So glad that I went here to get a new helix piercing. They were both super nice and informative. There is a great selection of piercing jewelry to select from (love that they have gold pieces). Honestly disappointed that I didn’t take my daughter here a few months ago when she got her ears pierced for the first time. Will always go to piercings by Kelly for any future piercings for myself or my daughter.

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced by Kelly and we had a great experience. Kate (I believe) checked us in and helped my daughter pick out her earrings. Kelly walked her through the process and had a very calming presence. My daughter was at ease and everything went smoothly. They gave her a freezy pop in between ears to help distract her which definitely helped. She drew her a picture with a thank you note and when we came back for resizing it was hanging up. My husband and I got pierced by Brandy and she was amazing. Very thorough in explaining everything and picking out jewelry. He got the industrial and I got the conch done. The shop was very clean, gloves changed multiple times, great jewelry. We went on a whim and they were able to accommodate us between appointments, next time we will make an appointment though. I got my inner Helix and my helix pierced by Kelly and she was amazing to be honest I was a little scared at first getting them done but she kept talking to me and telling me what she was doing made me feel more relaxed. The lady’s are all super nice they greet you with a smile and they are very friendly and they will answer any questions you have I will go to them in the future when I need more piercings done. Came 3 weeks ago and got my industrial done by brandy, came back today and got to meet Kelly and got my lobes done (working towards gauges). My wife also got her forward helix done, and is very happy with it. Everyone there has been so nice and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to come back for more!

I went in because my nose piercing done in Lake Geneva had fallen out and I couldnt get it back in. I was able to get in right away and Kelly fixed me right up, gave me a new, better piercing with hardly any pain. Ill never go elsewhere!!!!!

Piercing by Kelly is a very professional, sanitary and clean facility! My husband got both ears pierced and I got a jewelry change. Both Kelly and Marie provided detailed instructions on the process and the after care.I have had several other piercings in the past and have never seen a professional take the time and have the accuracy that Kelly had. she even measured the ear and the location of the piercing for my husband who got both ears pierced, to make sure they were even and level from side to side. I would definitely recommend!

The initial piercing appointment was fine, though she was very vague about pricing beforehand, mine came out to around $75 (for a basic flat back stud, nothing special or cutsey). After the appointment I was told to come back in 6-8 weeks to have the piercing replaced, which I did. She replaced it with another flat back piercing, it was uncomfortable almost immediately, it felt too tight & had no wiggle room but I was told it was sized down & this was normal. About 4 weeks later I decided to change my jewelry myself for the 1st time, I was told replacing it would be very easy, just twist & pull & the flat back would come apart. No matter what I did, I couldnt get it to come apart. I reached out to Kelly several times over the span of 4 days & her only suggestion was to come back & pay another $40-$70 for jewelry replacement. I then said I didnt like the flat backs she used & wanted to bring my own, she didnt want to accept the liability. She then stopped replying altogether! I reached out to a place in Whitewater who got me in today, took 1 look & were stunned that a flat back stud was used in my nostril. It took him 7 minutes to get it out! Super painful & he said NEVER should flat backs be used in nostrils.Knowing what I know now & having the poor experience I did, Ill definitely never go back & Im shocked they have such high reviews!!!

Kelly was pretty awesome. I had walked in to try to make an appointment and she was able to take care of me right then. Probably not typical but it was a bonus for me. Everything was nice and clean and there was a decent selection to choose from hardware wise. We had a really nice conversation while she was setting up. It was an altogether nice experience and if I get any more piercings Ill check in here first.

If I could rate Kelly 10 Stars I would do so, she is the most compassionate, calm, kind, respectful, and sweet person I have ever met. No matter what shop shes working at, there is a sense of serene, calming, and amazing energy within the room. Shes extremely passionate about what she does. And takes very good care of all of her clients. If youre a first-timer, she most definitely will take the time and patiently explained to you the Aftercare procedure. She will make sure that you are comfortable in the chair. I went and got a piercing from one other person in the past same shop but different person it was the owner as a matter of fact and this was well over 15 years ago. I had my eyebrow pierced, and by the time I got home my whole eye including the eyelid eyebrow underneath my eyes were swollen black and blue and swollen shut. I called and the gentleman had said that that was normal and I said bro no its not because Ive had two other piercings done on my face like that and not once has that happened needless to say I went to see Kelly about a month later and she told me he must have hit a vein not bad it mattered cuz I didnt bleed out but still man that was proof right there that Kelly knows what shes doing. Shes amazing I highly suggest her.

I have been going to Kelly for about 20 years. She is incredibly knowledgeable, very kind, has a ton of experience doing all kinds of piercings (she even travels to conventions to see, learn, and practice new skills and keep up on the latest advances), she cares very much about her customers and is very thorough when giving aftercare instructions, she takes care to be extremely sanitary (she would be happy to show you the sterilization equipment if you would like, I was really concerned about cleanliness and possible infections - she showed me all of the equiiptment and explained everything to me), she has excellent taste in jewelry. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to have a piercing done!

Had a really good good experience here, friendly service and good conversations as well. Super calm and clean environment, piercings were over before I knew it. My friend and I both got pierced here. She loves her nose piercing and said it was much more comfortable and faster than when she had gotten her nose pierced before. I got double nostril piercings and they are lined up perfectly. Kelly also helped me switch out my previous industrial piercing. I had a few issues after with irritation and swelling, but I contacted Kelly and she got me in right away and helped me out. I got my industrial switched back and the irritation went away very quickly (it was just a bad piece of jewelry I had bought) and I had a longer piercing put in my nostril to give more room for swelling and everything is healing up great!

Kelly and Marie are super accommodating, kind, and professional. They both were very transparent and answered all my questions. Due to a scheduling error, my original appointment with a different piercer (different parlor/company - unrelated to this business) was cancelled, and these ladies squeezed me in and took on my six new piercings without a second thought. They provided great quality jewelry, wonderful customer service, a clean work area, a nice atmosphere, and pretty piercings! I got my stacked 3rd lobe piercings and a single 4th lobe piercing on each ear. The picture was taken moments after I left the shop. The placement is wonderful and I am very happy with the service I received. Pricing is as expected and well within industry standards. My piercings are healing well so far. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get a clean, safe, and pretty piercing. I can confidently say I have found my new go-to piercer!

Got my septum done here for $65 for jewelry and piercing as a walk in a couple years ago. Took my boyfriend in for the same process and wanted to charge $165. This place is very good at piercing but honestly to save money take your piercings elsewhere.

I received my first piercing (septum) from Kelly back when she had her own setup at Waukesha Tattoo Company. She was very upbeat and relaxed throughout the entire process. I didn’t use this place purely because they didn’t honor the price I was quoted on text message for piercing. I was quoted $80 for a piercing. When I got to my appointment I was told I could pick out my jewelry so I did. I also got some saline spray. She added it up and it came to $250! I said whoa I was quoted $80, and was told that was only for the piercing not for jewelry. Well no where in this text message does it say that. So why would I know? So needless to say I didn’t get pierced there. I called several places in the area and was quoted $70-80 and it included basic balls. Why is there such a markup? It’s literally just poking a hole through my skin. It’s not art like a tattoo or hairstyle. They should’ve honored what they texted me and use better communication in the future to clients

Initial piercing experience was fine. Told to leave thecartilage earring in for six months. I left it in for eight months. Removed the earring and within a day could not put another one in. The hole closed up! When I asked about this I was told you have to immediately replace the earring otherwise the hole closes up. This was NOT told to me!!! They offered no remedy except to Re pierce the ear. Really!!! After what I already paid!!? Left with a closed up hole!!! Will not recommend this place.
