We had a fantastic experience. My mom and I went in to get our ears pierced, and we were lucky to have Cat as our piercer. He was incredibly friendly and made both of us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The shop was clean, and he was professional and welcoming. If youre looking to get a tattoo or piercing, I highly recommend this place, especially with Cat—hes amazing!

Great experience! Called ahead for some piercings, went in 30 min later and got them done! Guy made me feel super comfortable and felt very welcomed in there! Definitely will be going back for more piercings!

A safe place :)I went to Lucky 7 to add three new ear piercings to match my other ear. Mr.Cat was very friendly and lined up the piercings with perfect symmetry! Directly after these piercings I got pretty dizzy and almost lost consciousness. It was not the shops fault at all as im learning its my own blood sugar issue, but Mr.Cat was very helpful in grabbing me cold water and helping me outside to get some fresh air. He waited outside with me until I felt well enough to leave, which as a young woman was extra appreciated!!! I am very happy with my piercings and I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

I came here for a long awaited navel piercing and I have no regrets at all, it was good vibes and straight laughter. Everything was clean and my piercing was super affordable and came out so beautiful! 10/10 recommend. The whole process start to finish was smooth and no longer than 10-20 minutes. So helpful and kind!! I came in to buy a new piece of jewelry for my belly button piercing because I lost the top part of mine. This shop was the only one around that answered my call and told me to come right in for new jewelry. I’m so glad I did because when I arrived, Mr. Cat saw that I only needed the top piece of the jewelry and offered me a new top ball that fit with my current jewelry for free. Decided today was the day to finally get my nose pierced, called this studio to ask if they do walk ins (they did) showed up and DO NOT REGRET it! Mr Cat was able to get me in real quick and had me out under 10 mins feeling awesome!! made me feel comfortable during my whole piercing experience. i left with the biggest smile on my face! best decision coming here!!

I had come in to get a nose piercing and redo my bellybutton piercing and I had the best experience. Mr. Cat did a great job on my double nose piercings and bellybutton. He was gentle, very informative and very very reassuring through the nerves while piercing. 10/10

I came in for an Ashley piercing! I’ve awful anxiety and don’t do well in social settings, my piercer made things very comfortable for me. I’ve gotten 3 piercings done with Mr. Cat and he was amazing! He makes you feel very comfortable and walks you through each step. Okay so I got my piercing done with them yesterday! The shop was clean, had amazing jewelry To purchase & I was welcomed by Kat who was super friendly, helpful , professional and was also the piercer for the shop. He did amazing job with my piercing, quick, easy, painless and he’s very thorough about making sure you know how to keep your piercing clean and healthy! I’ll be back for sure! :)

I went to get a nose piercing the day before my birthday and the piercer named Cat (an older black man) looks at my nose and says “dang you got a big nose Im going to have to charge to extra”. I guess he thought he was being funny. First, that was very unprofessional and secondly as an older man that is no way to speak to a young woman. Needless to say I left I will never give my money to a business that devalues me. As I read the reviews I see other women have a a great experience with their nose piercing but yet you saw fit to embarrass me. I intentionally looked for a black owned business to invest in and the owner chooses to humiliate me.Response:Initially we met outside (me, my child and his father) and you did a quick consult looked at my nose and said the belittling comment; at no point did I need an accommodation for my child to be in your shop; you said nothing about it so we went inside. (Had I known it would have been no issue for them to wait in the car). Bottom line Cat you are WRONG for the comment you made and all I was doing was addressing it on the proper channel being that you didn’t respond to my text message. As a business owner your “joke” was rude and unprofessional. THAT was the issue not my child not the fact that I sought out a black owned business and not my moral charter as you stated. It was You and your belittling comment; and continuing to attempt to belittle me will not change the fact that you were wrong for what you said.

Got my nipples pierced with Mr. Cat and he was amazing. Made me feel very comfortable and walked me through all of the steps. He created a very light and welcoming environment, he’s awesome. I 100% recommend coming to Lucky 7 if you want to get a piercing, so professional and so fun!

I went to get a piercing on the other side of my nose. I originally had a piercing on the left side but I got a keloid on the inside of my nostril and was told I could not have a piercing done. Mr Cat looked at me and looked at my nose and said I can do it and I said but they told me it couldnt be done and he said I can do it. Not only did he do it but he went in the back and custom made a piece to go through the keloid with extra width because of the keloid. He was so nice and accommodating. I would recommend him to anyone

I had 7 piercings done in one day. 6 were re pierce for my ears and my newest was the sternum. Im in love with all of them!!!With that, there is some anxiety. I have to say, Mr. Cat was so patient and gentle with me. This was an amazing experience. I cant wait to get more piercings.

My friend and I were in the area and spontaneously decided to get a piercing. I have a total of 13 piercings (including my nose) and wanted to get my rook done. We walked in without an appointment and the process was super easy. I was a little nervous to get the piercing done because of how thick the cartilage is, but my piercer made the process super quick and easy. He walked me through all the steps and talked to me the whole time to ease my nerves. The piercing itself was maybe a 4/10 pain wise (everyone is different) and other than a little bit of swelling and discomfort for the first few days, it’s healing nicely. If and when I decide to get more piercings, I know the place to go!

Mr Cat is a g. He’s a very funny and informative guy. He walks you through everything step by step and makes sure you’re comfortable the whole time. He’s super chill and very easy to talk to. Got a double helix piercing by Mr. Cat. the random person who got a piercing before me came out saying how great of an experience and mr cat was and she was completely right. he ran thru the whole process the right way and i felt like he recognized clients energies like everything was great. and i liked the way the piercing placement was handled here; you really end up with exactly what u had in ur head for it to look like. then i accidentally left my license there but i had left the state the next morning and they were so helpful and accommodating with solving this situation, very grateful. also this is a few weeks later and everything is healing normally and well. thank you!!

I rly love this place i got my snake bite repierced and put in the spot i actually wanted and also got my labret bar changed to a shorter one. Mr.cat was extremely nice and generous with me and only charged me $32 to help me out and take out my wrongly placed snake bite and repierce it in the spot i wanted the costumer service was great. i will be coming back here.

He does stellar traditional piercings. My earlobe feels better than before. 4 months ago I had a hole re-opened by Mr. Cat. Mewow Mr. Cat, mewow. Im really happy so far. My ear lobe has not been this pain free since I was a child. I rarely wore earrings anymore because one lobe was sensitive, the piercing got infected when I was a young child. His re-piercing healed beautifully and feels better. The hole wont close this time because I can wear earrings comfortably. I will bring my daughter here when she wants her ears pierced.

My mom & I brought my sister to get her belly pierced. Piercer was very knowledgeable and made my sister very comfortable. She’s hypoglycemic and he gave her snacks and juice to drink prior which showed what kind of person he was, caring!. 10/10 highly would recommend!

I booked an appointment Monday 4/3 and was scheduled for Wednesday 4/5. I wanted a third hole in my ears and my Medusa pierced. The shop is low key and clean. The owner, Mr. Cat did my piercings. He was funny and down to earth. He told me how to care for my piercing and got to work. He was patient and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Went on a whim after going for ice cream in wh center and based on the reviews I thought I would try. Cat was accommodating over the phone and told me he had time to do my walk in nose piercing. The shop is clean, staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease. The piercing was quick and painless. Haven’t gotten a piercing in 20+ years and I would absolutely go there again. I need some tattoos redone so I would consider them for that as well.

Did an amazing job. I’m obsessed with my new belly button piercing. I had gone to another piercer who told me I did not have the right anatomy for the type of jewlery I wanted. This was not an issue despite the fact that my navel was is not super deep! Would 100% recommend!

I picked the right place to get my nipples pierced AND get tattoos (however small). Regarding my piercing, Mr. Cat was very pleasant, helped keep my mind off the pain, helpful in terms of aftercare and overall just made me feel comfortable. I saw Cat to re-pierce my nose after the hole closed up. The other shop I had gone to was a pain to try and track down the piercer to help me, but the minute I called Lucky 7 Cat was like, “Come on in and I’ll take care of you.” This guy is super personable and takes the time to make sure you’re happy with the final outcome. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and you can tell they take the extra time to make sure everything is properly sanitized and ready to go. His jewelry options were also really nice. The first time I got my nose pierced I went home with some cheap looking nose jewelry and couldn’t wait to swap it out. But of course the healing time is 3+ months so I was getting impatient. But with the jewelry Cat used right off the bat, it was such great quality that I never even needed to swap it out. Having a nice ring from the beginning helped it heal better because I wasn’t trying to play around with it. If you are looking to get a piercing definitely go pay Cat a visit.

I got my belly button pierced by Cat. I have gotten my belly button pierced 2 times before and it was crooked and he got it right! I am so happy. And it barley hurt, surprisingly. He changed out my conch piercings and made everything pain free. Goto him! He is the best, I will be bringing my sister and niece to him as well.

I recently got an industrial piercing, it had a little irritation due to my ears anatomy, Mr Cat did not hesitate to change the jewelry for me so it could continue to heal properly. He also made sure that I knew I could come back if I had any other issues! I will definitely be returning. 😊

Please dont go to this tattoo shop. I walked in with my friends yesterday. the shop was supposed to be closed but 1 artist was in there. he told us to come back at 3:30 unless he said later. we texted him and got no response so we went so we didnt lose our opportunity. we arrived and he didnt give us any info on how long or greet us. he kept saying 10 minutes or a couple minutes and an hour and a half passed until we got to go. He wasnt personable nor informative. He didnt give any info on the location of the tattoos and just did it with no talking. Also almost positive he was high. we saw him hit a cart many times. he told my friend not to clean her lip tattoo or to keep it dry since it was in the lip which is supposed to be okay. he sent a unprofessional text to my friend when she asked a question and spoke to her with attitude saying thats why I warned you and thats what I said to u when all the info in the text was not given before the tattoo. this man shouldnt be tattooing. also gave a nasty snark about us not tipping when he was unprofessional and rude the whole time. no tip if your like this. and gave one word responses with any questions we had.

I came into the shop a few weeks ago to have my ears pierced. They were incredibly nice and laid back. The earring actually broke and I brought it back to the shop. They sterilized them, fixed them and even offered to replace them if they couldn’t fix them…..free or charge. 10/10 would recommend.

A week ago I came and got my nose pierced , I was honestly really worried because I felt like my nose was so to little but the piercer made me feel really comfortable and confident to get my nose pierced . He was honest about how he felt about drawing and placement so that I got the best tattoo possible, and is flexible when it comes to working on your budget. And the feel of the shop is warm and inviting. Theyre all super welcoming, and from top to bottom the shop is super clean. Mr.Cat lightens the mood, calms the nerves, and makes it a super welcoming place to be. Overall a great place to be and get a tattoo.

I got my nose piercing jewelry changed at lucky 7 tattoo. The service was really great but after just a day they were irritating my fully healed piercings. When I tried to make a follow up appointment I could not get in touch with the studio. I went to another body piercing shop to get them changed again and they informed me that the jewelry was really bad quality and was put in horribly.

Best place ever!! Had a piercing done at Black Diamond and it rejected because it was done incorrectly. Mr. Cat noticed it as I was getting a touch up done by the tattoo artist I always see now Rafael. He offered to fix it for me and told me exactly where it went wrong the first two times and was very professional about it. He offered it to me free of charge because he understood how my previous experiences went and did not want me to give up on having something I had really wanted. I very highly recommend Lucky 7 for both tattoos and piercings!!

Me and my best friend went to Black Diamond and they tried charging us $60 minimum for a piercing and was rude when I tried to ask about other prices . When we went to Lucky 7 our piercer was so nice and understanding, the price was way less understandable and affordable. After a week i came back to ask a few questions and now my piercing is looking good and feeling better than ever . I highly recommend their team, I am coming back.

I Went in for a very specific tattoo design, and was pleasantly surprised, and pleased at what I actually ended up with. Jayse was very patient, and professional. He has a stearn deliberate, but gentle hand...if that makes sense. The vibe, in the shop was calm, and comfortable. I thought I would be in a lot of pain, but to my surprise it didnt hurt much at all. The end result is a BEAUTIFUL music staff with the words to a song that is very near and dear to me, and now thanks to Jayse I will have it close to my heart for life! SHOUT OUT TO JAYSE!! Thanks! I got the first part of an awesome tattoo by Rafael (Rafi). It’s a 7-8 hour project so I asked him to divide it into two sessions a month apart. I can’t take any more 8-12 hour sessions. Paying the deposit via Venmo was a breeze. I scheduled a brief appointment with Rafi a few days prior to the actual start date of the project. He saw the design (a screenshot from a movie) and later spent hours researching the original statue. It’s the Scarface statue of “The World is Yours” that I wanted tattooed on my right inside leg. It covers that whole part of the leg. It’s 10”x 4”. The attention to detail, the knowledge and artistry that Rafi possesses is hard to express in words. We are only half way there and I can tell this will be the best tattoo I have -among more than a dozen. It was a relaxing, cool (literally nice & cold on a very hot day) session that lasted from 2-8pm. I will post an update with the finished product in a few weeks. Needless to say: I will follow this artist anywhere. I’m from Puerto Rico, moved here and it took me 15 years to find a tattoo artist of true caliber! Finally! I have to commend Lucky7 shop for having such a talented artist and all-around great guy working in their studio. Treat him well! ;)
