All around a great atmosphere and energy from every person in the shop. I’ve gotten 8 pieces from Penny (none flash) and had Chad remove a hip dermal. Penny is beyond understanding and talented. Chad walked me through the removal process step-by-step and make sure I felt comfortable and respected. Absolutely love this place and the people in it!

Ive been going to SkinSinn since Nortland days.... my daughter introduced/recommended Skatt, and now I dont allow anyone else to tatto me. I brought my son for his 1st, my daughter passed away and Skatt did her portrait on my arm, then I brought my oldest Gson for his 1st(a mock of his moms).HIGHLY RECOMMEND, clean,professional, friendly environment

Absolutely loved our tattoo artist she was very sweet and professional and made sure we wanted exactly what we wanted with no pressure. This shop was not bothered by us shopping around as a consumer. She allowed revisions and pricing was awesome and fair. Although I dont have a picture of my girlfriend tat on hand her line work with hers was amazing also. I will be using this shop going forward due to the work they do. They are also very fair on pricing. You get what you pay for, so please dont be a jerk and try to get massive amounts of work done for cheap. Your paying for an artist time and detail to your piece. Although my is basic the line work is awesome.

Skin Sinns is one of the best tattoo shops I’ve been to, Skat is a great artist, he came up with ideas for my tattoo and was very good with detail and making my tattoo amazing. Been going to him for a few years now and has never let me down

We went here for piercings. The store was clean, the staff was kind & helpful. They explained everything, including pricing, in depth. My daughter was getting an industrial piercing and I got a cartilage piercing. My daughter was a little nervous, but Penny took her time and was super patient. We were both pleased with our piercings and service.

Highly recommend. I reached out to Skat one evening. Within 30 minutes we were trading ideas on a tattoo I wanted. I swung by the shop the next day and booked my appointment with him. Leading up to the appointment he was responsive, enthusiastic and genuinely interested in my piece. The whole experience with him was fantastic start to finish. And he does great work! I’m very happy!

It has been such a pleasure working with Jay to fulfill all my tattoo extravaganza’s! He has been amazing to work with and very professional and clean. He is always willing to work with my schedule and time, has a very professional way of dealing with clients. Jay has done 4 tats on me and 1 nose piercing, 1 back tat on my sister, and 4 finger tats on my boyfriend and each and every tattoo has turned out awesome. Penny is the absolute best tattoo artist and piercer I’ve ever had. I have come back for over 10 tattoos and 2 piercings. I’m in love with every single one. This place has such a unique and welcoming atmosphere and hands down my favorite shop of all time. Penny has always been light handed and so creative with her flash and coming up with designs for my ideas. It has always been an amazing experience with her and everyone at the shop! 10/10 do recommend!

Great customer service great experience great prices! I was nervous reading the reviews but trust me when I tell you it’s a whole vibe in here! Went & got my nose re pierced by Dylan & the process was smooth prices were what was displayed he was very professional and even joked around and made me more comfortable! Came in on Black Friday with my best friend to get our nostrils pierced and we had an amazing experience. I was pierced by a young lady, who was extremely helpful with the piercing and after-care steps. Funny, because I came back in a few weeks ago to get help with putting my ring back in, shaky hands lol and the same staff member was right there to help me and not make me feel like a fool for not being able to put it back in for the first time. I will definitely be back, I am interested in a new tattoo.

Got a tattoo about a week ago. Artist who did my tattoo was Dylan. Love the final product was patient let me stretch my arm out. Also made recommendations about placement and different colors. Love the shop and all of the artist our dope. Would recommend you to stop and get work done

Do NOT get a piercing from them. I got my daith pierced and the person who did it, did it so wrong it was, basically a surface conch bowl piercing. I had to get it removed completely.

Got all of my piercings and tattoos from here. Specifically from Dylan but this place is amazing. Been coming to see Dylan for a couple years and this tattoo parlor has an overwhelming home feeling to it. Everyones every welcoming and very talkative, great prices for tattoos and piercings. I refuse to go anywhere else, ya cant convince me to or pay me to. They treat everyone the same so if you had a bad experience, maybe it was you? I dont know but Ive NEVER seen a client be treated in any negative way. Love this place and the artists that work here. Cant ever say enough good about them and they do love their craft, they take tremendous pride in what they do and they care about tbe client and what they want. Come here, come all!

I came to this location about 2 days ago. I just needed longer jewelry and it to be put in. The piercer was great. Nice quick professional and down to earth. What frustrated me during my experience was the gentleman who gave me the pricing at the front desk said 10 for jewelry and 5 for the piercer. Only should have been 15 plus the 20% I would have tipped. Once the jewelry was in he then proceeded to tell me it was a 10% up charge for card. He charges me 22 dollars instead of 15 which isn’t even a 10% up charge. I believe the guy tried to get over on me. Watch how they price you because they will lie to get their money which isn’t fair. Great work sucky service and will never go back.

I wanted something special done, I came to skin sinn tattoos, I talked to Skat , set up a time. The day before the appointment Skat contacted me and asked me what was it that I wanted done, I send him an idea of what I wanted , the day of the appointment I asked if him if he could make the tattoo look nice for me, he said that he would. I have to be Honest I was unsure of what the final result would look like but I was really pleased . Skat did such a great job on my tattoo , he got the details on my sons foot prints and added some lighting to the piece to make the tattoo really nice , I recommend Skat if you need something done you will not be disappointed, you will walk out really happy with what you wanted and got done . Side note , make sure you tip the artist people like Skat deserve a good tip they do great work.

Chad recently did a memorial piece for me. He took my Grandmothers writing and did a beautiful realistic red rose on my foot. It looks amazing! He was so patient and professional I would hands down recommend this place. So clean and comfortable.

Skin Sinns is a great little shop! They are super friendly and walk newcomers through the process to ease their minds. All four artists pay close attention to detail and consistently do their best work.You will usually find some seasoned tattoo lovers in the chairs getting more work from their favorite artist.Penny is the greatest, so comforting, knowledgeable, and her art is quite unique.I have had a few tattoos from Penny and her shading and line work is phenomenal. She is always up for designing what you envision in your head and putting it in ink.Penny is also one of the piercers in the shop, just another little diddy shes great at.Give her a try!

Pricing is a little steep but for todays economy, Id honestly expected it. Work done by an apprentice but she did a fantastic job. She was very socialable & engaging... so much so, I actually wanted to ask her out for brunch or something😅. But being the introvert that I am, I kept my mouth shut. Ive maybe 25+ tattoos and they were all basement tats honestly. This was my very first time at an actual professional establishment/tattoo shop and I would definitely recommend this place. Clean, quick and exceptional service. $80 minimum for those who are inquisitive. Ill be back in a couple of weeks. They kind of reactivated my tatting quirks😅

My wife and I got matching hand tattoos. Dylan did both of our tats. He did a great job, was personable, funny and reasonably priced. Dylan made the pain much more tolerable by cracking jokes and making the experience fun. Definitely will be going back to him.

Took my daughter for her first tattoo tonight. Sarah is awesome, she was patient with a nervous first time client. Explained everything to her. I also got my second one from Sarah. Love them both. Highly recommend. Fun atmosphere. Clean. Reasonable pricing.

Walked in for 3 piercings and Penny was fantastic! She took her time with everyone, explained the aftercare, kept the moment light and did great work!

Staff was very nice, and likely i would give a 5 star review but the male piercer with the face tattoos and durag (never got his name) gave my friend a medusa piercing that was both almost vertical and at a sideways 45° angle, and he refused to even admit it was done wrong, and he kept saying she just needed to downsize but there was no fixing its angle and location. there are piercings that are a little off, and piercings done wrong and this was wrong and he refused ANY accountability. assuming it was the shop owner that said she could come back and get it redone for free - just be wary of where you decide to go :)

I took my daughter in to get her nose pierced. From start to finish we worked with Dylan and he was absolutely amazing with her!!! He did a wonderful job making her feel at ease. I highly recommend Skin Sinn!

Quick, clean and just an amazing experience. Was downstate for the weekend and friend’s teenager wanted a tattoo so made a random same day appointment then decided to get my nipples pierced. I had grown up in westland but was just visiting. Would definitely go back my piercing turned out amazing and so did her tattoo.

The shop was clean, affordable and the staff were cool. I went for a peircing and the piercer (sorry cant remember HER name) was very professional but also laid back. She made the experience very comfortable, I highly recommend for any women who might have a nervous reactions going in for that type of thing!

Skat did an amazing job on my memorial tattoo with custom lettering! It was my first visit to his shop and I drove 2 hours each way to get there but it was totally worth it and I will definitely be back!!

Dylan does an amazing job when it comes to piercings and tats. I experienced almost zero swelling with my labret or nose, had the former changed out with new jewelry super quick, and my forearm tat is healing like a gem. Highly recommend, and Ill be coming back for more!

I met Skat through my dad when he got some work done. I decided to go to him for my half sleeve. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!! I love it. His work is amazing. Dylan did an amazing job on a mechanical Alice and Wonderland cover up tattoo for me. He took the time to make sure everyone had their part in the tattoo but a style I can grow with. I went into to buy a replacement piercing for my nose ring. As I was speaking to one of gentlemen, about the available jewelry they had availability he was making smart remarks. I left and did not spend my money there. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.

Ive gotten three tattoos from Aaron and am so pleased with all of them. Ive had no blowout, he is quick, precise and efficient. I experienced little to no pain from his skill, and his placement suggestion for my Furby was much better than my original idea.

I love my tattoo! Chad is my go to Hes super awesome! He tells you what hes doing the whole time. Makes you super comfortable :). All of my friends have gotten amazing peices here too. Dont see myself going anywhere else for a while.

I had my FIRST tattoo given by apprentice Jay. I had MY QUEEN pick out something I have wanted for years and trusted both of them without seeing it. I just made an appointment to get it finished by Jay with color. Very happy so far.

I booked an appointment with Loc due to my original tattoo artist being unavailable (at this shop) the shop recommended loc so I reached out to him almost two months in advance for a face tattoo, I let him know I was coming from out of town . We set a time (4:00pm) and date (9-19) and I sent the deposit ($50) well the day of my appointment at 1:11pm he or his ‘assistant’ let me know that he was unavailable and could not take my appointment, ummm excuse i literally flew out here to get tatted (I also had my Covid-19 papers because I just got tested a few days before to insure his and the shop safety) and HE KNEW THIS!!!! Then he asked if I was available the following weekend umm I DON’T LIVE HERE, so NO I’m not available🙄. That was the most unprofessional thing I have ever encountered with a tattoo artist!!! The owner is amazing but his worker needs a conversation about customer service!! I would NOT RECOMMEND LOC for a tattoo, the shop yes him as the artist NO!!

First of all, this place smells good as hell and it’s so neat!!! The guy who did my piercing was so polite and considerate. I’m definitely coming back here for any piercing and definitely my first tattoo. I’m so in love with my nose piercing and it was affordable!

Skatts alright, did a great job on my upper arm and not so great on my forearm area. I’m a bit disappointed every time I look at my arm. He had also used a video game cover for one of my tattoos which I hadn’t been told about and also changed how I wanted my tattoo to HIS liking. For the price I paid, I wish I had went somewhere else.

Went for a small cover up nothing wrong with the previous tattoo just out grew it. the guy put a huge monstrosity of a diamond over it. the lines weren’t straight the shading was bad and it was way way bigger than i wanted. it was poorly done enough that it was easy to remove from the comfort of my house. i would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else.

Attempted to show support to this business by walking in and explaining a simple tattoo I want on each arm. The artist was so worried about going outside and smoking a cigarette that he said he couldnt concentrate on me telling him about each tattoo I wanted and he opened up a calendar book and told me to look for any openings on calendar 🤦🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♂️😂😂unprofessional 🤣get ur smoke on playa bcuz Im good now🤣

I had gone in last night and got my septum done and the guy i got was super sweet but he messed up my septum bad, he never used clamps and he kept tugging on my fresh piercing (which is crooked) all over the place and then told me I wasnt expecting you to flinch) which caused my nose to bleed profusely after, he offered to do it again it but I decided against it because of the fact that it was messed up from the first initial time he pierced it, I would love either someone else to fix it or some of my money back :(

They told me that they did walk-ins, first come first serve so I went a bout 3 hours before closing for a small tattoo that would take 30 minutes or less. The guy didnt take me. I didnt hear a tattoo gun and I didnt see anyone working. What a waste of a trip.
