I don’t think they use the proper technique for piercings. I previously had my earlobe pierced at Rowan inside Target, and it didn’t hurt at all. The healing process was quick. But here, it was extremely painful. I just needed a simple earlobe piercing, but they used a needle that seemed way too large, which was unnecessary. As a result, the hole turned out much bigger compared to my other piercings, and that’s probably why it hurt so much.Also, they didn’t show me their tools in a sterile package, so I’m not sure if the equipment was even clean. It made me really suspicious

John was extremely helpful, informative, and professional with my 15 yrs old daughter nose piercing. He explained everything with detail. The visit was fast. Thanks for your patience with nervous customers like me. Its definitely worth it and will return soon.

I got my second lobes pierced here and the girls working were so nice and quick. I was nervous because I was young for my firsts, but they were so welcoming and worked fast. I definitely recommend this place!

I got a face dermal done here a few years back & All i can say is GO HERE if your looking for that. I got a second one done in Texas with Areils piercings. She was extremely rough on my face, did not talk me through the process at all. I completely regret not waiting to go back to Lulus as its completely Worth the price. Even being years ago, Lulus service highly stuck with me. A guy had done it there for me and he was so light handed and in and out fast as heck!!

My experience, and my brother-in-law’s was absolutely amazing.The staff are very nice and welcoming, and answer all of my questions concerning the care of my piercing. I was nervous at first because pain is expected but it was only a small pinch.They have very light hands. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this spot for other people.Justine did my brother-in-laws piercings and they came out amazing. She is so nice and answered all of our questions and we loved that she gave the option of a count down or breaths for my brother-in-laws first experience. Thank you so much!

I decided one Friday morning to finally get my Conch and repierce my lobe. I called ahead to check availability, but they said that I could just walk-in.Justine talked me through the waiver and took down my ID. After that, she helped me pick out some jewelry ahead of time. She was very pleasant and, her input was very insightful as well as based on all of the jewelry I already had. She listened to my preferences and took into account my convenience and every day life during planning.She then passed me off to ✨Maya✨ for piercing. ✨Maya✨ was very friendly and patient. I was nervous because it was my first time getting my ears pierced by another person. She reassured me and explained things thoroughly. She helped me feel as comfortable as possible.I had a great time. I love my jewelry, and I’m excited to show it off~💕Thank you Lulu’s 🙆🏽‍♀️💕

Nancy was amazing! I came in open to any ear piercings and she helped me decide which piercings and jewelry would look best in my ear. Alyssa and Angelica were my piercers and explained the whole process and let me choose if I would like a countdown. I am definitely coming back!

Ive been following Lulus on YouTube for a while now & finally made my way from Vegas to Westminster to get pierced at their shop (I know, Im a nerd lol). My oldest daughter & I got mommy/daughter piercings to celebrate her graduating high school, and we are beyond happy with our new piercings and our styler/piercer, Kendall! Yayy Lulus! I got my belly button piercing here and my mom got her nose piercing! Very friendly staff that make you feel comfortable. Strong piercers too which is good because it makes the piercing process faster. They email you after care too which is great. Really cheap prices in comparison and includes piercing. Always go to a professional piercing place and not the places with the guns like Claires!! Not safe and unhygienic, it also crushes cartilage instead of piercing one area. Love Lulus! Go here!! :)

I recently purchased a ring for my daith piercing. Not pleased with my second purchase unfortunately. The clicker costed $50 more than the first one, is way smaller, and very cheap quality. Not happy at all having spent $180 on something I’ll never wear for fear of it falling out.

My sister recommended this place and I was skeptical about it until i gave it a shot. The prices are very reasonable and they even helped me put my new stud on. I had a slight infection with an irrational and they suggested what to put on it and thanked me for coming. I was a little nervous but they make you feel at ease and very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place and I will be coming here again to get more piercings.

Booked online appt several days in advance for my daughter to get her ear lobes re-pierced. We arrived on time but the WiFi was not working, so there was some delay as the staff worked on resolving that. One staff member who may have been a little flustered from the stress of the tech issue said to the other “you can check them in now” in a manner that set off a little flag for use about the professionalism. It all went downhill from there. The person checking us in very awkwardly started the process of checking us in and requested that we start signing the waiver. She said ‘um’ and ‘like’ and ‘basically’ so many times that it was apparent that she had not been formally trained in a procedure to do what she was doing. Instead of “hello, welcome, thanks for your patience! I bet you’re excited for your piercing. Please join me here at the counter and I’ll get you all checked in” she just started shouting from across the room to us in the seating area and we had to assume we should come and talk to her over where she was. Once I filled out the waiver, we were asked for a form of ID. I gave them my DL and she said no for my daughter. I said, my daughter is 8, no I don’t have ID for her. They said I could go get it, but it was beyond odd how they didn’t seem to understand how inconvenient that was nor how disappointing it is for an 8 yo who was looking forward to the experience. I let them know that this requirement was not communicated ahead of time and that in the future it would be very supportive to folks to get this detail clear at the time of booking. They blew off my comment and said “It’s on our website”. All I could do was laugh and the utter lack of customer service and professionalism. Couldn’t just validate my frustration and logical reasoning and tell me that this very important detail is somewhere on their website like I’m supposed to know that? Laughable. We left and went to Claire’s. Got the piercings without delay or resistance.

I got my daith and my 3rds (on lobe) at Lulus a year ago when I was 17 by Johnny. I had my mom come with me (all the way from Arizona) and had to show my birth certificate etc. The daith piercing obviously hurt but the process of everything was amazing. The staff was helpful in picking out jewelry with me. I have anxiety when I can not see me getting pierced and Johnny was nice enough to let me hold the mirror for me to see him piercing my ears and reminded me to breathe through the process. I am planning on coming to Lulus soon to get my conch and double helix done on my other ear (because it is pretty plain)!! Thank you Lulus!![I got the right opal heart in my daith and in my 3rd I have the crystal rose gold push back in 2mm, the other earrings in my lobe are fake and not from lulus!!]Update: I got my two helix and conch. Wonderful as always and love the redesign of the place. Got pierced by Gabe. My conch did not hurt at all and my helixes stung a lot getting pierced (if you wanted to know the pain). Very good, fast and easy. I got the 14k gold opal flower and 14k gold for my helix.

As soon as I walked in, Justine greeted me and the rest of the staff were very friendly. The jewelry they have are so beautiful and look top quality. Raven, who was my piercer, did a great job although I hate feeling pain, but she did great! Told me everything I needed to know to take care of my piercing and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Would definitely come back for another piece of jewelry or piercing! :)

I recently got my mid helix with their beautiful 14k cluster on my right ear and absolutely love how it goes with the rest of my piercings which I also got at lulus a few years ago! They have a lot of highly quality gold pieces I just wanna buy all of them! Their piercers were very gentle and fun and I just had a great time with the staff here. They also do a great job educating me on how I can take care of my piercings. Looking to come back in a few months and update some earrings to their other 14k gold pieces!

Walked in and was welcomed right away. Justine helped me out with my paperwork and gave me a rundown of how the process worked, also gave me a quote for prices. Maya pierced my ears and gave me some options on how it can go two ways, go straight into it or a breath before. It was quick and simple and it hurt a lot less than I thought it would. I would definitely recommend coming here if you plan on getting any piercing, also they give you a really good rundown on how to take care of new piercings!

I really enjoyed my experience at Lulus today. I booked my appointment online approximately a month or so ago. I had booked for my 3rd and 4th lobes, one conch, and one industrial. Once I walked in, I was greeted by Angelica. She was friendly, extremely professional, and patient in helping me choose my jewelry. She respected that I wanted Titanium pieces, and was not pushy about trying to sell me something else out of my budget. Alyssa took a look at my ear and suggested not to get the Industrial as I didnt have the anatomy for it. Also, she didnt recommend the 4th lobes as they would look too crowded with the conch. I really appreciated her input as she recommended what looked better aesthetically versus doing every piercing I wanted so they could make more money. Today, I got the 3rd lobes, as well as the conch on both sides. My piercer was Anastasia. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She walked me through what she was doing the entire time. I thought the conch was going to be painful, but overall I would rate my pain level a 1. Also, Im from Denver, Colorado and I had previously gotten my 3rd lobes pierced by a tattoo shop. They did such a horrible job where the piercings werent even, and the piercer was rough enough where getting the piercing actually hurt. With time, I let my piercings close due to my dissatisfaction. However, Anastasia did a great job. She made me feel comfortable the entire time, and Im beyond satisfied with my piercing placements. I would definitely come back for more piercings in the future. Got a helix piercing in October 2022, and its still not close to being healed and swells up. I tried to go back in October after telling them its too small and to change it , but they wanted me to pay for their mistake. My other piercing from there is fine and the correct length. So I dont recommend this place and I also reported them to the BBB.

Nancy at the front helped me choose what piercing would be best for my face and ears. While getting pierced Raven walked me threw the process of getting the pierce and tried her best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I am very happy with the placements and quality of service.

Some of their jewelry is great….their thread-less or push pin ends are cute and can be USUALLY used with standard backs. I say usually because I have had some issues with a few pieces not fitting correctly with standard backs from other companies.The problem with their threaded jewelry is that it’s EXTERNALLY threaded which as any good piercer in this industry will tell you it’s TERRIBLE.The industry standard is to use internally threaded. This type of threading is less damaging on piercings and if you like the ability to switch out your pieces , externally threaded jewelry will damage the tissue of even fully healed piercings as it’s put through and pulled out.This is FASHION jewelry boutique that offers piercings services.I have no experience of their piercing services but I have bought many of their jewelry pieces.Yes they are cute and pretty affordable when compared to many of the big piercing lines (BVLA, Buddha, juniper. Etc)But that saying “you get what you pay for” holds true for this place.If you’re just starting out in your piercings journey, i understand why Lulus is an attractive choice. But do yourself a favor and go to a reputable piercing shop that has Piercers that are APP (Association of Professional Piercers) certified. You won’t regret it.

Raven is the GOAT!!! My little sister got her septum pierced first and I loved the placement it was perfect! So I booked my appointment. Went down raven was so sweet and very explanatory and triple and double checked my piercing placement! It was painless like the clamps they ppl say HURTS I DIDNT EVEN FEEL THEM.OMG PLZ IF U WANT UR SEPTUM REQUEST RAVEN!!!! Very cute girl with burgundy/ red and black hair and glasses u can’t miss her. She work the weekends so yeah! 1000/1000 I will be back in the summer so she can give me the labret piercing!!!!!

Went in to get my third piercings on each lobe. It had been about 10 years since I got my second ones done, and I had never had piercings done by needle before. I was so happy with the outcome!When I got my second ones done at Claires (I was young and didnt know better), they did it quickly and didnt really align anything. This time was so different.He took his time to line up where the third piercings would go so that they would be as even as possible and also help hide the misaligned second piercings. We redid the marks a few times until both of us were happy. Once he had pierced both sides, he also made sure that I still was pleased with the locations and said we could fix anything if necessary. It isnt! They look so good and I am 100% satisfied and would happily recommend this shop to anyone. Super easy to book an appointment, they care about the quality of work, everything is very sterile (huge plus for someone with a science background), and they were very friendly.

I got my Daith pierced here several hours ago Gabriel did a great job, his apprentice was also really sweet . Johnny initially helped me and was really informative. The girl at the front desk was really nice and personable, and the girl at the computer was able to answer my questions about the black Friday sale. Ive seen their videos, so I wasnt sure what I was going to be walking into, but it was a really chill shop with a reasonable wait time. I drove in from central LA, traffic on the 101 sucked, but it was definitely worth it. I will be returning in the near future for more piercings.Thanks again to everyone at Lulus.

My favorite, Johnny, answered the phone. He answered all my questions. I have actually ordered on line. Got my jewelry in a nice amount of time. Have not taken them off since I got them.And, yes Harout, I clean all my piercings twice daily. Just habit but especially since I got my nose and eyebrow pierced and they are still healing.If you live in the area, Westminster California, you should definitely go there. If I had the money, I would hop a plane, I live in Spokane Washington, and get a couple more piercings and styled with all the jewelry that I want.They do have gift cards.

I was so excited to get my conch pierced here because I have been watching them on YouTube for a long time and was a huge fan. When I went in they were very nice but extremely expensive. I figured it was probably because they were high quality and went through with it. A month later my piercing was swollen around the jewelry and painful. I had been doing the ear care regiment they sent me home with and not sleeping on it. They had not told me the gauge piercing they were doing or if it was a screw or push in top. I went to a local piercer who was far less expensive to have it fixed and was told that the bar they pierced me with was far too short and the flat back was way too small. I never would have expected this from lulus and am very very disappointed. Sad to say I will never be going back here.

I absolutely loved the experience! They were all wonderful & so professional. Definitely a high end staff! I am so grateful that I was given the opportunity of a lifetime when I finally got pierced here! It was an absolute dream come true and I got to mark one of many things off my bucket list!

I have been going to Lulus for a while now and this visit wasn’t so great. My daughters and I went in just to get our nose rings changed out. I bought a new ring to be changed out. That was fine I paid for the ring and one of my daughters nose rings to be changed out which I was told was 5 dollars. So my one daughter and I went in while he was almost done with us my other daughter comes in. I left to answer a phone call. I thought everything was good to go until we got back on the road and my oldest daughter asked me if I paid for her sister which I said I didn’t. She then told me the piercer charged her 22 more dollars on top of what I already paid. NOw we were only supposed to pay another 5 dollars because to change out a piercing is 5 dollars. So now I am totally annoyed right now and unfortunately can’t go back because we live far. I also paid 30 dollars for my septum ring which the ball fell out that night so that was a waste of money. I will never be going back here to do business with them again. The last few times I have been in there they have had so many different employees working for them. It’s a shame because between my daughters and I and bringing some friends to get pierced there and obviously getting pierced there ourselves we won’t be going back.

I went there to get my helix pierced. Ive always heard great things about them. Always seen them do good in piercing on YouTube. Everyone seemed to enjoy their work. It may be because I dont know the place very well since it was my first time there. It was quick which was nice, but the piercing was to short. I waited a few days but it was still just to see if it was swelling but it was just too short or me. So I went to my piercer where I live and they even said it was too short and that it wasnt the size that they said it was in the email. Im not sure if its just because they opened, but I would recommend you checking everything and resizing if necessary. I had my piercer check the size of the stud they gave me and it wasnt the size it said it was on the email. But I do like that it was fast and easy to go through everything and everything was all over email. No paper wasted. Besides that, I do like the store. :)

Ive been a subscriber for years...so when I left my job and was finally able to get my piercings done, of course I thought of Lulus. They did a great job. I got my daith and my rook the same timeand they came out great. They are so nice and professional. I could not imagine going anywhere else.

Went here to purchase hypoallergenic earrings for my daughter. The staff was friendly and attentive. Wished that they had more jewelry to choose from though and I felt $25 was a little pricey for stainless steel studs. Also kinda surprised they didnt ask if I wanted help putting them in - not that I expected it for free by any means, just would have been nice to be offered the service.

I have been here multiple times and had an okay experience. Today i went to get my cousins ears pierced and had the worst experience. When we walked in at first they weren’t taking walk ins. no big deal, we asked what time we would be able to come back and they said about 45 minutes later. We confirmed an appointment with the piercer for 45 minutes later and they tell us we have to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes once we get there!? The piercer walked out the door as we walked in. I understand being short staffed but this was ridiculous. They said we could come at that time and we made an appointment and she walked out on us. totally unprofessional, made me disappointed in a place that i usually love.

Very nice piercing parlor! They have a great selection of jewelry and a very clean environment. Sam did my piercing and was super friendly. Was a bit pricy, but they did an absolute great job and I would get another piercing here again.

Soooo Over priced and had some placement issues. Get ready to spend 120 dollars or more for a simple 50 dollar piercing you could get at any nice legit tattoo shop. My daughters lip piercing was point straight to the ground. Had it pierced 3 times by Johnny and finally got it right the 3rd time

Went in around a month ago to get a third ear lobe piercing. I ended up upgrading to a gold snake and payed almost 200$ for the piercing and the jewelry. Everyone was very nice and I would assume for the price being the jewelry wouldnt fall. One month later the jewelry became loose and I ended up seeing it is just a push back. No wonder it just completely fell and I lost it! Would never go back to this shop they screw you over with the prices and quality!

I had a screw back plug stuck for like a month now and oh my goodness yall Im so happy because they were able to take them off!! The staff was really nice and the piercer was really great too. He really was determined to take this thing off and I couldnt be more happier! I would highly recommend this place they are clean, super nice and there customer service is great!

Editing my original review since Ive been back at Lulus several more times. Ive had my industrial and orbital done here and bought septum jewelry at this shop. First of all, the jewelry they sold me for my septum and industrial was cheap quality, the color chipped off within a week and the threading on the ball end of the bullring broke off after a week. I bought new jewelry at Kmart that was 1/5 the cost and much better quality. Ive been pierced by Gabriel and he was very friendly and nice. There was a woman (who pierced my orbital) and another man, not sure what their names are, but they were extremely UNFRIENDLY and seemed like they didnt want to be there. Very unenthusiastic and almost bored attitude. I tried being conversational by mentioning their YouTube channel and that I have been to their shop multiple times before, but the other man and woman were unresponsive as if they wanted me gone. Other than that, they make the piercing process quick and painless, clean shop and professional standard practices. However, their employees attitude and customer service leave something left to be desired.

I just love this place. I brought both of my girls here for naval piercings, and had a helix and nostril piercing done here myself. The shop is very clean and staff members are professional. I have never experienced poor customer service. Highly recommended. As a Registered Nurse, I take sanitization very seriously and I give these guys an A+.

I really like their jewelry, but I ordered some a while ago. Like almost a year ago, and it took forever to get here and the tracking just up and disappeared. I just figured it was because Im from Michigan and theyre in California. Well I just ordered more two weeks ago, spent a lot more money then the first time and this is happening again. The tracking disappeared and now I have no idea when its supposed to be here.Now I know its not because theyre in California because Ive ordered other things in California and theyre already here. I ordered everything at the same time and the same type of shipping.They say they cant control what happens to it after its shipped and were unhelpful about my situation the first time. So I wont be contacting them again, or buying from their online shop again.Which sucks because I really do love the jewelry, but to me this isnt worth it. I dont even know if its getting here at all this time. So we will see.No shade, if you live in California Id definitely recommend going there but I would not recommend buying from their online store.No shade or anything, sorry my experience sucked.

Definitely more pricey then my normal go to piercing shop, but I definitely wanted to skip the stigma of going into a tattoo shop with a bunch of burley angry men looking at me terribly like I dont belong there. Everyone was nice and inviting, such a great experience. It also didnt hurt as much as my other piercings did! I recommend trying this shop it was a wonderful experience overall. If I was going to get more, I would definitely come back!

Extremely professional and kind staff, I got both sides of my nose pierced by Gabriel and let me tell you he takes his craft VERY seriously! He really took his time to make sure my piercing was symmetrical and also brought in a girl with green hair to make sure everything was symmetrical and they both really took their time on making sure they were even. These people are very professional and take their craft very seriously. I now see why they have the highest rated reviews for body piercings on google!

I have driven down here from the Bay several times, I have gotten pierced by Gabriel and it was a smooth process, I have gotten my tragus jewelry switched out by Johnny and Harrison. They have always been very friendly and attentive. One thing I do agree, I paid a good amount of $ for a Gold Spider and today the post that clicks into the flatback broke off. Now I just have a Gold Spider that lays flat. I have quite a few to switch out but definitely not going to buy more Gold pieces. But this shop is definitely my go to especially when I get helped by the OG crew.

I got my daith piercing in a rush, and a bit on impulse. Ive been considering it for a while due to migraines, but decided to take the plunge when I saw the great reviews and that Lulus takes walk-ins. Royanna and the other girl (didnt catch her name, unfortunately) were awesome. They helped me pick out the jewelry and put me at ease since I was super nervous! The experience was quick, reasonably priced, and I was able to catch my flight immediately after. I love my new piercing. Fingers crossed it helps with the migraines!

I enjoyed my experience at Lulu’s, it was easy to find in the mall. The night before my appointment I applied and filled out the consent form. My piercer was a very nice man and the lady who greeted me was kind. Nice place. I payed $75 for my nostril piercing in all.

I had my first nose piercing today and it was done excellently. The wait wasnt bad at all and the pain during the septum was a lot less painful than I thought itd be. I had my piercing done by Harrison, did a great job.

I should have tipped more! They give great advice based on the shape of your ear and what sort of piercing youre looking to get beforehand if theyre not comfortable giving the piercing they will tell you why. Very professional quick but also took their time making sure my lobes are even and he looks was where I wanted it to be. I couldnt get an industrial bar because they advised against it based on the shape of my ear, that the piercing would be difficult to do, and even more difficult to heal and might not heal correctly Etc. Earlobes were painless, just a brief pinch the Helix did hurt but only momentarily. Bought their Aftercare solution and was advised two to three months for the lobes to heal and 68 months for the Helix, however I have scarring from a previous helix piercing so it could take up to a year. Great place to go to, dont go anywhere else for piercings my opinion

Everyone working was very friendly and knowledgeable. 3 weeks after having my 3rd ear lob piercing done, it got embedded and I was unable to remove it myself. I went back and they did it for me. They were so calm and great as they fixed my sore ear! I am so happy I chose Lulus!

I was so impressed with the piercer/owner here! I took out my nose piercing that I got done elsewhere over a month ago and had no idea piercings closed up so quickly so I had to go have it pretty much re-pierced. The guy was so nice and even though this place was not where I originally got my piercing done he helped me out and pretty much just charged for the new jewelry. It was obvious that this guy knew what he was doing and it was so nice of him to help me out when he really didn’t have to. Additionally this place is very reasonably priced for their services (I also found out I got ripped off from the other place I went because I literally payed more than double what this place charges for a nose piercing). I got a nostril piercing a few weeks ago and accidentally pulled it out while drying my face with a towel and got a bump. I went to my piercer and they told me just take it out and weren’t much help ( I was panicking) haha thankfully I found lulus on YouTube and drove down 45 mins from chino and it was so worth it! They made me feel so comfortable and helped me feel at ease. They addressed the problem and let me know it was a easy fix. Thank you so much and will plan on going again in a few months to change out my jewelry 👍🙂

I have 8 piercings. All from Lulus. Two of the 8 piercings are my Tragus piercings that I got done over the past weekend. It was my first time visiting since covid shutdown everything last March. The makeover of the space looked great! They bring you back into a private room to be pierced and follow all guidelines like masks and social distancing.They also have amazing quality jewelry. Lots of gold and titanium!Johnny did my tragus. it didnt hurt at all. it kind of felt cool.If you want to get a tragus done and are afraid of the pain I have to say go for it I would give it a 0 out of 10 when it comes to pain.The wait on Sunday around 1:45pm was about 15 minutes. It can get pretty busy on the weekends, but they move everyone along quickly, yet professionally, and give all the information youll need and answer any questions you have in the process.(Ive had to wait upto 30 minutes in the past, but they will let you browse the nearby stores and text you when its time for you to make your way back to the shop)I drive all the way from the Hollywood area because theyre a multi generation, family owned, and operated business. With an outstanding reputation for what they do.Thanks Lulus team!Ill be back!

I went there for my birthday and got my septum,rook and daith pierced by Gabriel. He is an amazing piercer, Ive gotten pierced in the past at tattoo shops and it ended badly. Gabriel did a great job, wasnt in any pain at all. He made sure I was happy with the placement of the marks before he pierced me. I highly recommend going to Lulus!

Im from Canada and seen videos about this place. Loved their jewelry options. I purchased several peices over the course of a year but unfortunately ran into a problem with the last piece I purchased. Little Huggies were tarnishing around the hinges that I only had to 2months, I contacted them hoping they could do something but they wouldnt, unfortunately they have lost a customer because of that.

Just watched a Snapchat of them absolutely humiliating one of their employees for her infected piercing. It was meant to be entertaining but it was so toxic and negative and overly dramatic. The way they were trying to humiliate her attention was disgusting and over the top. Deplorable.

I havent been here but the staff are so welcoming and know what their talking about when it comes to piercings. Their body jewelry is dependable and so pretty. I cant wait to visit LuLus when I come to Cali this summer.

CASH GRABSAVE YOUR MONEY OVER PRICED AND OVER HYPEDAverage quality but wayy over priced I feel robbed :/ 94$ for a pair ear lobe piercingsUsually I pay 30 for my ear lobes with an even better quality piercing experience from start to finish was so expensiveI just wish I could take it out and get my money back I really truly and honestly feel robbed and dismissed as a angry woman of color ...I literally asked the lady can I have the cheapest stud and she said something along the lines of the stud doesnt affect the final pricing then I call back because of the over priced pricing and she uses dismissive tones and vocabulary to me and tells me she said the titanium ones are more expensive however I never recall her telling me anything I only remember being asked what kind of metal and she only gave me two options but as I said before I thought the studs wouldnt change the final pricingI failed to see the price of their piercings anywhere and on top of all that one of the piercings isnt even where they marked it one is higher and one is lower.....Even though I choose the titanium and it was more expensive how does any of that justify a simple ear lobe piercing to be 94$!shouldnt matter if the piercing was 20 or 90 it should at least be symmetrical and not crooked and not have staff that are dismissive of THEIR customers.... I really would advise against going here total rip off.....

Yes it’s clean and feels healthy but after a month or two of the healing process after paying 460! On a helix and two lobe piercing the jewelry becomes loose or just falls off and way too small to hold itself together and pops off if you get a small infection.

Sadly I have purchased hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry from the store. When my opal came off of my $60 earring after two weeks of wearing it they would not respond. I called the store and they told me to call the online number. The online number has no people working at and they will not respond to my two emails or my Instagram message. This company does not stand behind their jewelry avoid them.

Just got my tongue pierced here, the last of the night. I called ahead so they took me in (super nicely, not rushed) 10 mins before close, and got everything set up. The team there was so fun to talk to, answered all the random questions I could think of, and kept convo with the other customers there even though they shouldve been able to close 30 mins before I left.Will post a photo update later, but I got three options to choose from on where I wanted it, and it feels great. No pain besides feeling like a canker sore under my tongue.Go here! I was worried since theyre in a mall, but it was great.

The people were very professional and very energetic. The piercer was very friendly and explained everything to me. Although, she pierced my left tragus wrong. She pierced it where it wasn’t in the middle from the back so you can see the back of the earring than the front. It’s really red as you can see and It hurts when I clean it because it’s not really on the other side. Even though it’s extremely professional, it’s still very expensive and would just suggest going to safepiercers.org It has only been 4 days but the right side of my ear is pierced fine and it’s normal but the left is really hurting.

I went in yo get my tongue piercing changed out. Less than 10 minutes after leaving it fell out of my mouth literally. Called and she was rude. Not sure if Id go back.

Bought a 14k gold piercing stud and it kept falling out went for a better back stud same thing happen. Very disappointed for the price I paid.
