Sick Dogs Tattoo and Piercing

Got this place as a recommendation from a friend and when I got there everything seemed fine. I had to re-pierce my helix and the guy tried to ask me a question to distract me. Granted for some that would be great but it also distracted him and he pierced it completely crooked. now months later it is still having an extremely hard time healing due to it getting caught on a lot of things due to it not being pierced straight. :( would not recommend

I got a custom cover up tattoo and a touch up for a badly healed tattoo (from another shop). All the artists have some serious experience and talent (there are work binders on the counter inside that showcase their work as well as portfolios on Instagram).The owner Frank is really friendly and cares about his shop. He is active in the community (recognition awards on the walls) and I saw him dealing with customers a few times who all were happy after coming here.We came here for two full days while having an artist custom design and apply our tattoos and I loved the whole experience. There are comfy couches inside and a bathroom. There is an ATM inside but also a BofA across the street for larger withdrawals.Would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Very welcoming and friendly place.

Frankie took care of an infected piercing I got out of state! He is very knowledgeable and patient - he took care of the problem within a short period of time and almost no pain at all. Definitely will be seeing him when I’m ready for another piercing. Thanks so much!

I do my laundry next door to this place every time I see the people working there, theyre always really cool laid back if I was to get a tattoo, it would definitely be there.

Took my daughter over a year ago to get ears pierced at the mall where they used the gun needless to say it was horrible. A year later she still wanted her ears pierced so we brought her to a real professional. Frank was amazing with her, she also said it hurt a lot less than the piercing gun. Thank you for being so good with our little girl.

I was a little late to write a review, but frankie did my belly piercing and i am in love with it! it was quick and painless which was awesome :D plus he was really friendly, the place was clean and sanitary, and everyone there was super chill!! i really recommend sick dogs! i would definitely come back for more piercings in the future :)

This place is awesome! Had a great experience getting matching best friend tattoos. Frank is awesome and so are all the artists theres upper! Super laid back, chill environment, and professional. We had a great experience. They do get really busy though, and I can understand why. Great quality work and the tattoo artists took their time making sure it was exactly what we wanted! I would highly recommend this place for your next tattoo or piercing!

Been coming here for over 20 years, mostly to get pierced. Frank and Megan have done 80% of my piercings, theyre very professional and know what theyre doing. Pay them a visit sometime, also the tattoo artists there are very talented as well, win win.

Im a 30yo and I decided I wanted to get my first piercing. Very happy I came here. They were super friendly and VERY professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They made the experience extremely stress-free and they were happy to help me when I had to come back a couple times. Highly recommended

I got an industrial piercing and a spider bite piercing. I have been there before for other piercings and they always use sterile tools and are very friendly and efficient.

I forgot his name- but the piercer was amazing!! He was very kind and professional! He explained everything and was very patient with my daughter (who is very fearful of needles) through the whole process. He did an Outstanding job! I plan to be back to this shop for a new tattoo! If I could give him 10 stars for the piercing, I would!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! the workers are very unprofessional, got a piercing here and after leaving and getting home it would NOT STOP GUSHING BLOOD! had to get it surgically removed at the hospital and was on an iv drip bag until stable again. definitely do not recommend. DO NOT get ur piercing from here.

Got my septum pierced there a couple years ago and just got my tongue pierced today, always friendly, straight to the point, quick, affordable, clean, would definitely recommend!

Been going here for 14 years, they are my go to for new piercings!! Theyve all healed nicely and Ive never had any issues with them4 of my tats are from them too

I have not been tattooed here. I have been pierced here. Megan is the best. I went with my friend to pierce my nose. You can tell shes not rushing and cares about how itll look after the healing. She accounts for facial expressions and the swelling when considering where to place your piercings. After piercing my nose with my friend, I came back and pierced my ears. 4 more with another friend who got a piercing as well. I also came back with another friend for him to pierce his nose. I highly recommend her and wont go to anyone else. She only works Tuesday and Wednesday so plan accordingly.

Went for piercing for my 12 year old daughter. I would definitely recommend, clean and friendly. Frank was absolutely professional and caring for my daughters comfort and well being. Go here over the mall for sure, its a better piercing at a competitive price. My daughter was very pleased and happy with her new earrings.

I got my upper lip pierced and my daughter got her nose and belly button pierced. The piercer is really nice and hes patient. He even gave my 8yr old son a fake press on sleeve tattoo on his arm cuz he was feeling left out. The shop is very clean and every time Ive been in there, there have been several customers and i see why.

Great people! Great work! Bible Study on Thursday evenings which is open for all to attend and they contribute a lot in helping the less fortunate in the community. The owner Frank is an awesome man with a big heart. God Bless you Frank

Referred by a friend years ago. this place is great. I noticed how clean and professional the place was and how everyone who worked there were able to answer any concerns or questions I had. I have been back 5 times, My wife 3 times, and my daughter twice. All the tattoo artist are very professional.

Very clean, friendly and on point with the piercings

Tattoo artist didnt show up to our scheduled appointment. Appointment was booked almost a month in advance. Waited for 30 minutes and then left. Came all the way from Phoenix and planned our day around getting the tattoos done, which never even happened.

Amazing team, great energy and friendly environment. Frank was really nice, direct and gentle with my daughters septum. Im going back for tattoo work. 10/10

Well my teenage daughter wanted to get a bellybutton piercing for her 14th birthday she said all her friends had them I said ok reluctantly but thought Id chose my battles and this wasnt going to be one of them ,But we were going to Havasu on our boat a week later I told my daughter it wasnt a good time to get it she said no it will be fine it wont get infected, So I took her to Sick dogs Tatto first thing I asked them was a it a good time for her to get one and all there staff was just great instead of just making a sale they all told my daughter straight up no its not good and it could get infected if she had it done right then. I appreciated there openness and explaining it to her why now wont be good to do it with a trip comming up they told her to go get her tan at the lake and come back . Boy I want to thank Sick Dogs so much for being upfront to her and as her Dad I loved it with the one guy very nicely told her shes young but needs to have patience. And having him tell her that boy that helped me out big time Thank you 😊👍Now as far as the work they do there I can say its amazing I know as I had a girlfriend that had a lot of amazing tattoo work done by them there awhile back , and as my story says there staff is just a bunch of great people and artists as youll see with a lot of experience so if your looking for a great place to have work done look no further and you can trust them to do amazing work and ill take my daughter back when the time is right to get her bellybutton piercing she as to have and wants . They are finally accepting walk-ins! The entire shop is clean and the staff has their stations clean.Frank did my septum and it was very quick. It took about 2-3 minutes.

Megan did such a good job!! She pierced my nose and my two friends ear lobes. 10/10 would recommend, she knows what she’s doing.

Do not go here!! Management and artists are high on meth at this location!! Very unprofessional. I highly do not recommend this shop at all.

The piercing professional is quick and to the point. He definitely knows what he is doing. Tools are clean and taken out of sterile bags for each piercing. Will be back for more work done!!!

Terrible customer service!!!! My husband and I went in to get a tattoo and the two tattoo artist that were there were like “i don’t want to tattoo him” at the end they ended up doing it way the guy didn’t even know how to shade it in. They didn’t even do my tattoo the guy said he has “no time”he had 1 hour left before closing. Way way too over priced for their job. Terrible definitely don’t recommend them, tattoo artist here don’t care about their customers and they definitely don’t even know how to shade in!!! It’s awful here don’t come here.

Went in for a simple band around my wrist and Phil couldnt make a straight line. Had to go somewhere else and pay another $100 to get it fixed. Spent 6 months figure out the design and he screwed it up in an hour. Now its totally different.

Its kind of intimidating when you walk in there not really friendly when you walk in except for this last time Hunter asked right away if we needed help..Ive had 3 tattoo done here and the last one was done by Hunter he was very friendly and making conversation with me while doing the tattoo so Id stay calm I really liked how patient he was with me because Im very picky but seriously its going to be there forever right,I wasnt sure of where I wanted it and after talking to him for a while made my decision it was exactly what I wanted where I wanted it and I was so happy with the results he even offered numbing cream I think thats what he said it was i didnt even know that excisted and kept asking me if I was ok the whole time Im very happy I will definitely go back to Hunter for my next tattoo...

Frankie hit a vein while piercing a girls industrial which caused her to nonstop bleed, and had to be taken to the er, when asked for a refund he denied and was extremely unprofessional to the family and wouldn’t admit fault.
