First time patient and the staff was both very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions while I was going through the consultation process. Stephanie assisted me with receiving my Dysport treatment and the procedure was seamless, and so quick, it was completed in under 10 minutes. I felt little to nothing while receiving the injection units, and would relate it to a slight pinch. I am very satisfied with the service I received and I will definitely be back for follow up visits in the future. Upon completion of the visit the front desk staff was very thorough while going over the billing process, and answering any follow up questions, as well as scheduling future appointments. I am new to injections, and I have been wanting to get my lips done for a few years now. Well, I did my research, and Skin Perfect checked all the boxes. Upon going in, the front desk was so helpful and reassuring after I stated how nervous I was. I was fortunate enough to work with Stephanie. She was great! Stephanie was very informative and calming as well, LOL. She explained my options and understood what I was going for in regards to having a natural look. Even through the Aftercare I had some questions and she assisted me right away! I will definitely be returning in the near future.

I’ve been a fan since 2020, so much that I travel from the Bay Area for regular treatments. My skin has dramatically improved since including their services in my self care routine. Min is my go to nurse for dysport, fillers, peels and microneedling. She is technical, meticulous, and keeps me looking natural. I love how she is upfront and honest about what to expect for results. Her recommendations are well thought out to help achieve long term skin goals. The front desk gals, Nikki and Cassie, are so sweet and accommodating. They are always so warm and greet me by name before I even make it to the front desk to check in. Each visit I feel so well taken care of. When I leave I get so many compliments and questions about my skin care regime. I’m grateful to not live closer or I would definitely be spending more of my money here.

Started skin perfect February 2024 with a liquid filler for collagen hydration went in for my threads on April 23 set a positive positive outcome. I am so happy with my new look Stefaney the PA is outstanding management and girls are wonderful. I recommend, perfect to everyone. Love you skin perfect. You’ve made me feel beautiful.

I visited Skin Perfect for the first time two weeks ago and I cant wait to go back! I booked the Diamond Glow facial with Danielle, she was seriously the best! She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. Nikki and Jess at the front desk were very welcoming as I walked in. While I was filling out paperwork I was offered water by Cassie. All the employees I interacted with were very kind (I pay extra attention to this) Their pricing is reasonable as well! I will definitely be back!

I had such an amazing experience at Skin Perfect Whittier. Jenna was so knowledgeable about all of the treatments provided, but put my needs and skin goals first. She made me feel beautiful (and not like I needed to be fixed) while still promoting all of the possibilities that SkinPerfect Whittier has to offer.Danielle, my esthetician was kind, friendly, and provided an awesome hydrafacial. I had a few small breakouts a day or two afterwards, but thats normal for me when I undergo deep exfoliation treatments. From start to finish… Cara was very helpful and professional with helping set my appointment for a facial and continued to make sure I was taken care of until the end of my appointment. Ive had a problem in the last couple of years with redness and broken capillary veins on my face. My wife got tired of my complaints and found Skin Perfect. My wife said they had great reviews so we scheduled a consultation. Skin Perfect lived up to the hype! Jenna provided the consultation and she was so informative, Friendly and funny. It felt like talking to a friend. She answered all our questions and I signed up to get rid of my redness and broken capillary. While I was at it I also decided to remove my skin tags! I had a consultation with Jenna about concerns I had with my neck and eyes. She took her time to go over what treatments would be best and what I did not need. I truly appreciated her not trying to push other services after I decided on one. Ive had two (out of 3) Vivace treatments and I am really happy with the results so far.

I had my consultation with Jenna this past week and am so excited to get services at Skin Perfect. Jenna listened to all of my needs and worked with me to get started on the procedure im getting. I walk past this place all the time and now that I am getting married I decided to get coolsculpting here. I am insecure about my arms and wanted to go to a place that was reputable. My initial consultation was with Jenna. She was wonderful and took the time to explain everything. She even threw in a free facial to redeem anytime. Cassie did my treatment. She is just as wonderful and very knowledgeable at what she does with the applicators and walking your through the process. I am 7 weeks into my first session of coolsculpting of the arms and just completed my second session. I am so happy with the service and results so far I decided to get my upper back/bra fat area. Cassie was generous enough to do a last minute consultation when I went in for the second session of my arms. Again, she is very knowledgeable and explained what her recommendations were and why. This time they threw in 4 free B12 shots. If you are thinking about getting this procedure done or anything, this is the place to do it!

Very easy to work with and informative. I always feel very welcomed here. Stephani does an amazing job of explaining and going through what would be best for my particular situation. My acne scars have diminished, and my skin is looking better than ever.

My experience at this place was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Cara helped me understand the procedure I was getting and helped me pick the best one for my concerns. Anh was the one that did my injections and made the whole process fast and painless! She definitely made my experience a great one. Jesse was incredibly sweet as well and helped my check in go smoothly. Niki as well was of great help as she made the checkout/ follow up appointment fast and efficient.

I can only review on lip infections. Worst job Ive had! Months later and my lips are still uneven, (and yes I followed proper aftercare, this was not my first time). The place and people itself are nice and clean, only advise I can give is make sure you know whos doing your lip injections. Also upsetting that they wouldnt agree to fix my lips without charging. I tried going somewhere else to get them fixed and even they denied touching my lips and suggested I come back here. Definitely research the injector before allowing them to touch your lips.

Received great service today. Nikki was very kind and a great help! The provider, Stephanie, did a wonderful job doing my RF microneedling and explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely be back soon!

Came in for one of my Brazilian laser appointments with Anh.Upon arrival I was greeted and check in by Jessica. Then Cassie brought me back to my treatment room. Anh started my laser treatment and made sure I was comfortable. During our session she gave me some great advice for maintenance and never pushed me for anything more I wasn’t comfortable with. She’s my go to person for all my laser treatments. She’s super kind and I trust her 100% with all of my hair removal needs. Every session we have she checks in with me on my hair growth and how I feel after each session so far.Once I was done, Nikki was able to schedule and book me for my next appointment, and even helped me book a facial in the coming weeks. This is definitely the place to go for all self care needs! Thank you again Ladies for making my visit enjoyable.

I have been coming here for 2 years now. I started out by getting Botox with Stephanie and she great and my main girl. I love the office vibes, the girls Nicky and Jessica at the front are so fun and check you in for appointments. The medical assistants Cassie and Victoria are friendly and I’ve even done my B12 shots with them for vitamin boost! I get my consults with Michael, you have to meet him, he is hilarious. Nobody is allowed to touch my face except Christina, she is the only one that helped calm my acne down with routine facials. Everyone here offers a friendly experience and are knowledgeable. My last visit I met Ann for Botox and she was friendly and made me feel comfortable. This is my go to spot for all my beauty needs! Also they do fun parties and raffles throughout the year so keep an eye out for that

Came in for an RF Micro-needling and subcision combo treatment, specifically for acne scars and just after one treatment the results have been awesome!! Stephanie and Jenna do some great work!

I got cool sculpting like 3 sessions did not work. i was disappointed. i also recieved botox the injector did it well but very over priced here.

I had a consultation with this company and I was made to feel very comfortable so I believed I would benefit from their services. I was never told this procedure was non refundable, I also found out that with my BMI it was impossible for me to see any results and someone with my weight should lose lots of weight first before being allowed to have this done most places would deny me but this place was so greedy they took $3,000 from me and when I tried to cancel said it was non refundable so I had to go on with this procedure. When I did the procedure it was not even in the area that was discussed in the consultation and at the end of it all to make matters worse the woman that worked on my pictures said I am working on your pictures I will call you in when I amdone. After she showed me some pictures of a flatter area that she photo shopped. The next day I had my husband snap pictures of the area and thats when I knew I been played. The money I spent on this procedure took me a very longtime to get I feel I should have gotten it back.

I was about to leave my review, as Im always satisfied both with customer service and also with my treatment, when I was shocked to see a couple of concerned reviews. First of all change is difficult for many of us but this updated team offers the same caring and informed service as the original Skin perfect team. And the owner ensures the staff is trained in both good customer service and technology. I especially love that new services are available and machines are updated to ensure customers have choices in the latest technology from facials to fat reduction. I highly recommend this medi spa.

This is a great place to go! I was greeted at the door by the receptionists and I had my coolsculpting consultation with Victoria who was knowledgeable about what was going to happen, professional and friendly as well. I definitely would recommend this office to a friend. Overall everyone was very welcoming.

Place had an amazing staff until the recent transition . These people has the audacity to ask me why I placed my full trust with them, when I question the results of new staff. I paused on leaving this review but approach with caution, seems like a place just looking to take your money and cares little about your real concerns. My face has never reacted so bad to the products they recommended and lack of communication amongst one another, on the combo spa treatments I was receiving and more laser they continued to try to push on me.

I went in initially for facial scarring, I received a great consultation. The doctor was honest and I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” procedures just for profit. The front desk staff if so friendly and professional. They keep great files on your progress and take pictures every time. I worked exclusively with Janice and she is just a doll! I did 3 sessions of micro needling and anteage. 2 of the sessions we also did PRP. Janice tailored my program to what my skin needed. She tried different things and made sure that my investment was worth it. ❤️ My scars have improved and I will continue to work with her beyond the 3 sessions.

I went to get my lip fillers at the end of May, and now its July, and it looks like theyve dissolved quite a bit. It actually looks like I got nothing done, to be honest. I spent a good amount of money on this, I expected to see some results. I have another consultation to talk to the practitioner. Im hoping I can get some answers. I still rated high, due to the great customer service that was provided at the time I got this procedure done. Depending on how the 2nd visit goes, ill determine If this is the place ill be going to moving forward. The staff is friendly and highly professional.

From scheduling to consultation from welcoming me to the office from escorting me to the operatory it was just so amazing their office is so clean and Stephanie was so sweet and gentle and made me feel as if she understood my concerns and really educated me with different products that I was interested in. Ive been coming here since opening since its next door to Paloma and Friends. Ive always loved the staff and Jeremy (he moved to another location). The last couple of visits the staff seems indifferent to long time customers. Before they would make exceptions on my Botox care providing me with VIP specials. Now its like oh yeah we dont really need u or care about u as a customer kind of attitude. Thats fine there are plenty of places probably even better that DO WANT my money. Other people have also stated that the staff have become snooty

Ive gotten botox in OC so many times and not happy. Than , I heard about S.P.M.A and was so beyond happy with my experiences and results. Unlike other places the gal actually listened to me what I wanted.Im actually going to book another treatment right now. The lady Melanie was lovely who did my consultation.

I paid $2,800 for a service and it did not deliver the results that was stated in presentations and promotional materials. When i went to speak to a manager she tried to sell me another package. (why would i want another package if it didnt work) So i Wrote a Yelp review and that got the attention of Erin Borini and she called me in to try and resolve the issue. She barely looked up at me she was more concerned about her negative review. So she offered to give me 3 more treatments for free. I agreed because naturally im a good person and I was willing to try to make it work. Im a mother of 4 and for me to make appointments cost me to hire a sitter. So I went to 1 of the 3 treatments and realized i was waisting more time and money on a bogus procedure that does not work. I called to cancel the future appointments and to speak with Erin. I did not get to speak with her. I called multiple times to speak with her over a 4month span. NO CALL BACK. Not even a receptionist. I updated my review hoping to catch Erins attention again. Still no call. I decided to take matters into my own hands. I mailed a demand letter asking for a full refund. They responded late with a $500 check! what an insult. I paid $2,800 and I truly believe i was scammed. I will not rest till people know how shady this place is. Beware and find a more legitimate business to take care of your needs. I have filed complaints with BBB and Consumer rights they should know this business scams their paying clients.

I was feeling like I was always looking tired. My hairstylist who is a client here highly recommended I get a consultation with Jeremy. So I made an appointment the same day just to see what he would recommend. He took one look at my face and knew exactly what I needed and BAM in just a few minutes he smoothed out my forehead and my squint lines. What was really amazing is that he used a filler in my right below my eye bags and Presto!! My bags were GONE !! Its been four months and Im still really happy with the results. I feel like he took 5 years off my face.

I’m absolutely satisfied with all the services I’ve received from Skinperfect !! If your skin is dehydrated try the SKINAID drink....IT WORKS !! It took 2 weeks and then I started to get compliments on my skin ....I was getting that “crepey” forehead but Erin said all I needed was to hydrate my skin. I even shared it with my 82 year old Mom who swears that she can walk better because of the collagen that soothes her joints !! It’s not what it’s for but whatever works to make Mom happy 🤗. Also HER skin looks also amazing !! Also I highly recommend the Ultherapy Ultrasound treatment- it’s the same treatment Christy Brinkley does that makes her look young. It takes a few weeks to start working but that’s because it’s working underneath the skins surface. If you feel like your skin is looking old - GET THE ULTHERAPY - you won’t regret it !! Last month I visited Skin Perfect in Whittier for a facial with Danielle. I loved that she was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. The conversation made me less nervous, I definitely appreciated it! When I left, Nikki at the front desk took the time to show me several of the products they had available. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything and simply recommended products tailored to my needs. The office always has an open and welcoming atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Skin Perfect is definitely the place to go.
