I came in to get my cartilage pierced & Jacklyn was very sweet, took her time & made sure they were even, she made me feel comfortable since I have severe anxiety. She helped me find the right earrings for my sensitive ears. I’m definitely going back to get my lobes done & I highly recommend her!

Went here to get my five year olds ears pierced. Let me tell you this was such a positive experience for my daughter. She didnt cry or anything, this is on part that the employees made her feel so special and excited to get it done. Awesome experience for my daughter!

Jacklyn and Meg were awesome !!! Came buy to do my seconds and it was a fun experience. They guided me throughout the whole way with no problems. They also explained to me how to take care of them and the healing process. Would recommend 100/10. Absolutely loved it !

We got ear piercing on Monday. It was excellent, quick and friendly service!! Jacklyn is a professional ear piercer!! Highly recommended to everyone looking for get their lobe or cartilage piercing this place to go.

I went in to spend my $10 birthday coupon on some titanium earrings. The poor girl was working alone, and the store was packed! She had probably 15 people in the store, some walking around, some waiting in line, and she was in the middle of doing piercings when I walked in. She wasnt flustered or short with anyone. She kept her composure and apologized to each person for the wait.She was very organized and knew what she was doing! I wish I had gotten her name because she definitely deserves a raise!!!

I brought my daughters to get their ears pierced here. The piercer was so patient and made them feel comfortable even after one of the got scared had to walk away for a little and came back and was ready to get it done. She talked them through everything she was doing, what was coming next and made sure we knew everything about post care. I was extremely happy with our experience.

Came in and got some amazing items from the mystery bags for my 10 year old. We liked the stuff so much that we came back again the next day to grab a few more. The employee was really welcoming and friendly and the store was very organized and neat. We plan on stopping again the next time we are in the area.

Absolutely terrible service. I would give lower if I could. I booked an appointment a week in advance and they blew us off and told us there was two families ahead of us. They were going to make us wait even though we had an appointment and the other families did not. Their excuse was they were not aware of having any appointments. I left work early just so I could get my daughter’s ears pierced. I highly encourage everyone to avoid this place and the very rude and inconsiderate staff who works there. I would love to talk to the corporate leadership and get the manager reprimanded. If this is the model of their business then they will not be very successful. My entire family will never return to this business.

Friendly staff. Good prices. Almost everything is always cheaper at checkout, so dont trust the price tag.

Jacklyn pierced my brother and I’s ears and was very kind and patient. This Claire’s is very clean and organized. If you want your ears pierced I recommend this Claire’s and Jacklyn for your piercer!

Great little store with super nice employees

This is one of if not the best Claires weve ever visited. Very clean, spacious and well merchandised. Kristen who was on duty was super friendly and helpful. She was very active sticking and making sure all of her guest were funding everything they needed. We wish we had this Claires store near us. We are from Philadelphia and have quite a few near us but this one is top notch.

Really bad customer service. I was the only person not greeted. I only go to claire’s for body jewelry as i’m an adult and nothing else in the store interests me. i waited patiently for the line to die down and once i was the only person in the store no one was willing to speak to me or assist me with getting the jewelry out of the locked case. as i stood there patiently waiting for the employee to assist me she greeted another family that had walked in and then continued to ignore me. assisting all guests is the first rule of retail. the 2nd rule is checking up on them to see if they need any further assistance. rule one and two were never attempted.

Excellent products and customer service is top notch. Amanda is a friendly and personable clerk.

Love bringing my daughter here, we always leave with something. It can get pricey but they do have deals which we luckily run into a lot.

Best customer service EVER! Stopped by to get second earring holes. Manager was extremely kind, friendly, & helpful. Took the time to make sure that the holes were even. Will definitely recommend and return to in the future. Thank you! ☺

Just went into Claires its 5:40pm and they dont close until 7 and I was just yelled at that they were closed. I wont be shopping at this Williamsburg Claires any longer.

Deadass NEVER answer the phone! Called 4x to see if they had what I need and I never got the answer! Terrible customer service! Why have a phone if you aren’t going to use it??
