I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Jonathan. I had tattoo removal done on my eyebrows from an over-zealous micro blading session. He was so detailed and explained everything very clearly. He spent a lot of time talking to me and finding out exactly what I wanted. I only needed 2 sessions and have gotten an amazing outcome. I also appreciated the medical information that they required to ensure the safety of the procedure. I would highly recommend Om Laser for any type of tattoo removal ! Her program gets the desired results and she is flexible in scheduling. Military friendly too. Just a pleasure to work with.

Heather is the most calming individual I’ve ever met, her presence makes me feel at ease and comfortable! Her knowledge and explanation of each procedure made me feel well informed and educated about the procedures I was going to have done. My consultation was professional and thorough. She answered all of my questions and explained things easily for me to understand. The office is calming and clean. Safety is made a priority here. Heather’s energy made me relax during what many would feel would be uncomfortable and up close procedures! I trust her with my skin health and making sure I am not only happy with my results but also my skin is not damaged. This business will have me as a returning and referring customer!

I highly recommend Heather. In comparison to my previous experience with Laser Hair Removal. Heather has made sure I understood the process, answered all the questions I had, took her time with the treatment and listened carefully to my concerns and previous experience. My skin is quite sensitive so she has taken her time to make me feel as comfortable as much as possible through this process. (In comparison to waxing laser hair removal is less painful and last longer!) Ive been to a few places for laser hair removal, and this was by far the best experience Ive had. Heather is a complete professional and knows exactly what shes doing, and knows how to work with her clients to make sure that their needs and concerns are met. At the same time, she has a huge heart. She made me feel very comfortable and safe. And, I cant leave a review without giving this anecdote: I came down with covid and had to cancel an appointment. Heather actually offered to buy me groceries and have them delivered to my house, in case I wasnt up to it myself. Honestly, shes the nicest person youll meet.

I can’t recommend Heather enough! I came to her with a bit of a time crunch before my wedding and was nervous but she has been amazing throughout the treatment process. So, I havent had any sessions yet, but I had my first consultation today. Heather did a great job of thoroughly explaining the process, and then some because of my darker mediteran skin. Ive used ipl and it hasnt been effective. I cant wait to start this fall. Also, this IS an LGBTQ / trans friendly business! Not listed directly on the website, but putting it on here so people know. She was also knowlegeable about the effects hormones might have on the skin and how to adjust treatment accordingly. Green flags here folks✔️🏳️‍🌈.Will update more later this year.

Everything about the procedure and process was explained in advance and during each stage of the procedure. The environment was very inviting and relaxing. I have been extremely pleased with the outcome of my laser treatment for facial hair. Heather is very knowledgeable and professional and takes great care in the treatment and well being of her patient.

Im a man who HAD a hairy back as well as hairy shoulders... I use the past tense because even after only one treatment with Dr. Heather Guntherberg at OM Laser & Wellness my hair was DRAMATICALLY reduced... like way gone.Ive only been through two sessions now and its amazing how little growth remains, so Ive had her do my neck which also responded amazingly after only one session.She explained the process and answered all of my questions in the initial consultation... the procedure wasnt really that uncomfortable, but Im also pretty good at relaxing during things - I couldnt be happier and I am recommending this place to everyone I know.
