I got a few piercings for Friday the 13th, the other side of my nostril and a second lobe piercing on each ear. I will definitely come back! Madison was my piercer, and she was incredible! My grandmother is completely lost when it comes to tattoo parlours, but she insisted that she needed a good replace that with a reputable piercer and her only condition was that she feel comfortable in the environment. I live in Maryland and was researching parlours in the area when I found Pinky’s. Fully woman owned and operated (which put grandma at ease), lovely to converse with via messenger, all of the assurance that they would take care of my grandma.My mom took my grandmother in and did nothing but rave about the exceptional service. My first time at Pinky’s was last night for The Cosmo Project flash sale fundraiser! Pinky did my tattoos and she was so cool and patient and generous. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere with a bit of an edge (in the best way). Pink pixie punk comes to mind as a descriptor for the aesthetic (of both the artists and the shop!) lol. Went to get my second earlobe piercing on both ears and a helix on one ear and had the BEST experience with Madison! She was so sweet and extremely professional. Informed me of everything and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Place was very clean and pretty and they take all the measures to make sure everything is disinfected and sterilized. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I Got my nostril and naval done by Madison, she is an absolute DREAM piercer. I would recommend her to everyone. She was very kind, welcoming, and comfortable to be around, and made sure I was 100% comfortable with every step we were doing. She always explained what I was feeling and why it felt that way, I never felt like I didn’t have control or that I didn’t know what was going on. She also did an excellent job in general, gave great tips on the healing process, and I can’t rave about her and this incredible studio enough :)

I got some piercings done by Madison today and when I say 100% recommend! The establishment was super nice and clean as well. I came in super nervous but by the time I got in her chair she made my whole experience a breeze. I felt very reassured. She was very quick and informative throughout the whole process. Had an appointment last Saturday with Mona and it went great! Love the design she made up for me. Shes incredibly light handed, and communicated the whole time to ask if I needed breaks and how Im doing.As for the shop its got a very cool vibe and I love that its female owned business! I got my septum pierced by Claire and she was absolutely amazing! She was very through explaining exactly what she was doing before she did it. Even with a fear of needles, Id still come back a thousand times!

Pinkys shop is PHENOMENAL- from the moment you step in you can tell this place is different. The vibe there alone is worth the trip. For piercings, you gotta go to Pinkys. Her jewelry selection is the best around, and her and Ace are extremely knowledgeable about their craft. Ive had work done by both of them, and each time hey talked through the steps as they were doing them and I felt completely at ease. For tattoos, Ive had work done by all but one of the artists there (I guess were gonna have to fix that) and they are all outstanding. I love my tattoos so much, and get compliments on them literally every day. I mostly use Brandy as Im obsessed with her work, but everyone there is tops. You really cant go wrong at Pinkys so you really must go there for your next tattoo or piercing.

Honestly one of the BEST experiences I have ever had. I had the pleasure of meeting Madison who not only gave me a wonderful piercing, but helped me through a very long process of healing a previous one that was not done correctly. Not only is Madison very knowledgeable and skilled in her field, she is such a sweet person! I love supporting women owed and ran businesses. ❤️Pinky, the owner, completely won me over when I took my niece to consult about a piercing and she told us due to the anatomy of her ear, the particular piercing would not be recommended. I was completely impressed that she wasn’t chasing a dollar, she stood by her integrity and expertise, whereas I’m sure a lesser salon would’ve just pierced it.

Had my first experience at this shop on 2/21, got my nose pierced by Madison and my niece had her navel pierced. Madison was so sweet to us and made us feel very comfortable, it was my first piercing (besides my ears) and I was kind of nervous. The piercing was quick and a lot less painful than I expected. Love the rose gold/yellow gold jewelry options, I’ll be back in a few months to buy more!

My boyfriend got his septum pierced and came out crooked and was given threadless jewelry and wasn’t informed on how to properly secure it. The piercing ended up becoming undone multiple times because the jewelry was not put on correctly either. Very disappointing.

I read reviews online and they were all true. I called and was told I could come in right away. Pinky had to meet me outside! The location is hidden and iPhone maps don’t get you there but within the vicinity. I went in for high helix piercings and was guided through the entire process. The whole experience was the absolute best. My piercings are healing nicely with 0 issues! I will be back for more!

Pinky’s place is such a cute studio. Pinky herself has been so patient with my daughter who got her one ear pierced because she is very scared. Pinky has remained calm and caring to my 5 year old and us. It’s not ideal that my daughter won’t get her other ear done but I’m glad she isn’t being forced to. My daughter is excited to get it done just very scared. Until then she still has one gorgeous earring 😅

Got my daughters ears pierced by Madison. Madison took her time to explain everything to my daughter and to do everything on her timeline. My newly 7 daughter is very shy and doesnt tall much but that didnt deter Madison she did everything on Aryas timeline and made sure she was comfortable with every step before moving on to the next

I had my first tattoo and belly button pierced here by Pinky. She is super patient and understanding. She wants to make you comfortable and happy. Her whole staff seemed friendly and we had a great time during my session. She took my idea of two concepts and meshed them beautifully for my tattoo. I also asked for a few tweaks and she didn’t hesitate to fix them and make sure it was exactly what I had in mind. She also did amazing with so many colors. I get so many compliments on it especially in my pole classes. I definitely plan to come back for more. ❤️

Took my 17 year old daughter to get her nose pierced and Madison was absolutely amazing! so informative, professional, clean, detailed and fun! definitely made my daughter and I very comfortable! happy to say we have found our new piercer !

The shop is so cute and the workers are so sweet. But I wish they were more upfront with their prices, it’s not very upfront and if the service fee says $45 you’ll probably end up paying about $100 instead so just keep a heads up. But I do think it’s definitely worth it and I’ll return, just when I have more funds.

Pinky made our daughters piercing experience wonderful. From the moment our daughter(8 years old) met her she felt safe and comfortable with Pinky. She is great with kids and has a calm spirit. I got my tongue pierced by Madison and dear God I cant recommend this shop enough. The shop is clean, there are signs requesting you dont touch fresh piercings, and everyone is so friendly. Madison is talkative and not judgemental at all, did not ask if I had done research on my piercing in case I hadnt, and explained the whole process as she went. The entire wall of the room I was pierced in was covered in certificates, the piercing equipment came in sterile packs, and the surfaces were wiped down immediately after we were done. Plus they have an anodizer for that extra bit of customization. Will definitely be going back for the rest of my piercings

I went to Pinkys because i was recommended by a friend to see Madison for a nostril piercing. I used to have one back when i was younger but i let it close, but to be honest i forgot the pain level and the procedure. Madison was so patient and sweet from the moment i booked with her until the moment i left after my piercing. Veryyy knowledgable too! The shop itself was super clean and overall a positive vibe. I have a horrible history of getting piercings rejected, and so far im a week and a day in, and its healing so lovely like its supposed to. I will be going back but this time, to get a tattoo cover up. 🥰

Pinky is amazing! My daughter wanted her ears pierced when she was 8 years old. I contacted Pinky to see what all we needed and to make sure she would pierce an 8 year old. We communicated for weeks even had a meeting to review everything. We even made sure my daughter was totally sure she wanted her ears peirced. Needless to say my daughter is now 13 years old and absolutely loves her ears pierced and wants to go back for her second ear piercings. Meaning two piercings in each ear. We relocated to Tennessee but I will drive my daughter back to Florida to get her second piercings done by Pinky. Pinkys Place is so comforting and not at all intimidating, Pinky actually was the one who did my nostril piercing and I have had zero complications with it AT ALL and the jewelry selection is everything. I originally went in for a septum piercing, but my sweet spot was really small and Pinky and Kallie both informed me that it was just something that they would do without feeling 100% comfortable - which really goes a long way and I seriously appreciate!! All in all I recommend them to anyone looking for piercing services locally, just the best customer service and great people all around.

I brought my daughter Omri her to get her lip pierced. They got done a double vertical labret done. The piercing was done by Ace. They are an Apprentice there. They did a wonderful job with the piercing and were very professional and explained evey step along the way. pinky was also in the room as well watching on. What an amazing place! Pinky did an amazing job and helped me with a cartilage piercing I had done at a different place. My ear was swollen and so so painful. Ive had my lobes pierced 3 times as an adult and just couldnt seem to get them to heal.. recently i decided to try again and found this place which had great reviews and decided to give it another go. I got there, the place is clean and nice. I was greeted by the piercer ace and they made me feel really comfortable! They explained every step along the way.. I told them my concerns in regards to my ears and past experiences and they took the time to assess my ears and pick what was best.. showed me all the jewlery options and explained their differences and then walked me through the piercing and then afterwards the aftercare instructions. Gave me great tips like using a donut pillow which has been amazing for helping to heal my piercing. They were amazing! Very kind and professional. So far i have high hopes this time my piercing is going to heal its already doing much better than my other experiences and i feel the jewlery here is actually good quality. 10/10 recooment. Cant wait to get more piercings here

Very unpleasant experience with Mona I was on the phone with her since 1pm I was driving from Lakeland got there 2:47pm I was confused with the address because there was pop up shops in the parking lot I called and asked was I at the right place she said yes I parked and went in she could’ve told me over the phone at 1:58pm and 2:20pm that it’s getting busy with walk-ins or appointments instead of having me proceed to come and wait for 3 hours in my car just awful drove back to Lakeland time wasted…

I have gone to Pinky for 7 of my 8 piercings since I moved to Florida in 2011. She has never been anything but professional, informative, and kind. While doing multiple piercings at once (two piercings on both ears), she patiently waited while I needed a breather to prepare for the next steps in the process of putting in the jewelry between the piercings. Now that I have a daughter, I will trust no one but Pinky to pierce her ears once she is old enough and asks for them.

Went in to have Pinky take a look at my piercing. Was told via FB To come in at 2pm. I made it in at 1:58 and she said that she was running a little behind and to give her 10-15 minutes. I say okay and get gas and come back within 20 mins (I came back later to give her extra time). She’s still not ready. The receptionist there barely acknowledges me. I thought it was because she was on a work related call but I soon realize she’s just on a personal call.People start piling in her small waiting area despite signs that say no more than one person in the service areas due to COVID-19. I guess a waiting room doesn’t count as a service area. Including me, there were 6 people crowded in a space as small as a family restroom. I left. I don’t intend on coming back or recommending this place to anyone I know.
