From consultation to completion!There isnt anything more you could ask for from a shop than what they offer. The entire enviroment is super chill, with the entire staff cracking jokes, engaging with clients, and playing awesome music. Everything was constantly being cleaned, from gloves to table coverings, and other hygienic products.Jose, the artist, was very helpful in suggesting colors, positioning, and overall making sure what I wanted became a reality. Even with a few last minute changes, he was more than willing to give me advice.End result; I couldnt be happier with it!Ive gotten many compliments on this piece!Would definitely go back for another.

Jose is awesome and does great work. Has done several tattoos of mine. Shop is clean and plays good music. Easy to make an appointment. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because sometimes you have to wait on an appointment thats running late but I understand that happens. Other than that - great shop, great artist, great atmosphere.

Ive been going here for a year now. Everyone does some amazing work and is fun to be around. So far I am 8 tattoos and 5 piercings in (: Caity is fantastic! She has great energy and has a way of making you feel very comfortable. She has done my nipples, nose, tragus, and septum piercings. All of my tattoos from this shop have been done by Jose. He is so good that I dont think I have left lately without having another appointment booked. I havent had work by Tyler but his art that is all throughout the shop is incredible! Monk has done a chest tattoo on my nephew and it looks great. Lets not forget about Lucky.. he hasnt messed up booking my appointments yet. He is pretty funny and looking all fine since doing his meal preps (:

Thanks to Tyler Im 70% covered LOL! And Ive been published in several tattoo magazines thanks to his amazing work! As a dark-skinned woman, its difficult finding an artist who understands how sensitive my skin is and that Im prone to scarring from a heavy hand. Tyler understands which colours work with my skin tone. Hes such a delight! And Jose the shop owner is always in great spirits. I love MY tattoo shop! 😍

We love Tyler. My family has gone to him for numerous tattoos! He is always creative and accommodating. He listens to our ideas and uses his creativity to come up with beautiful pieces of art! If you love color, Tyler is the one to go too! You won’t be disappointed.

Went and got a pretty big tattoo done by Tyler. Jose and Tyler are both very professional and easy going. They felt like brothers that Ive had for years. They are well priced and are very skilled at what they do. Definitely check them out if youre ever in town.

Went in not knowing what I wanted or how I wanted it all the Artists helped me with ideas considering my pain tolerance and no experience in Tattoos. My artist was very precise and took his time. I will definitely return in the future. Thank You for an awesome Tattoo. I love it.

Jose gave me exactly what i wanted and better. took his time and was patient on drawing the stencil out . price was completely reasonable, didnt over or undercharge. work turned out great and it was enjoyable. best tattoo shop around no doubt.

The artists & piercer are the only people I trust to put anything on my body! They are very helpful when it comes to after care & are very fair with their prices! I wouldnt go to anyone else ever since I started going to True To The Game over a year ago. Theyre all extremely talented & I trust them with pretty much my life at this point! Great people, great art!

Best people around ! I take the 20 minute drive and come here every time I want a clean tattoo. Tyler has done all my tattoos and he is very light handed and always takes his time. Luis did my best friend and it also came out extremely good. Always reasonably priced, definelty recomend!!

I am sorry to give such a low rating because they did fantastic work with my wifes tattoo, but lack in customer service. My wife spoke to about getting two small tattoos and they said that you have to pay up front,not too big of a problem, but after my wife got the first tattoo she decided that she was satisfied with just one and notified them that she did not want the second they then said okay but there will be no refund for the second tattoo , which I would understand if the tattoo was already done but considering they have not even started I dont quite understand why they cant refund the fee for the second tattoo which has not been rendered. They did not have anything posted at the desk nor did they mention anything of this to my wife before she paid just boom heres a surprise we charge for things even when we dont offer the service to you. So I guess my review to others to be cautious with places like this is to ask questions, be one hundred percent positive in what you want to do because there are such thing as crooks in business and they are one of them. Now in my opinion all this could have been resolved and I would have left a much more positive review if they could have just worked out the situation with us but since they refuse there must be consequences.

I always have an amazing experience with the crew there! They are so friendly and knowledgeable and help you along the way! I highly recommend Jose and his awesome crew! Hands down the best tattoo shop I have ever been too!

I seen a few bad reviews but I thought that maybe each situation was different but the reviews are try these people are extremely rude!! I was greeted kindly but short after I showed my tattoo I wanted covered up I was made fun of and laughed at by the people that worked at the shop and I came in with a picture I had drawn up for me & they threw my picture away because THEY thought it was UGLY after they refused to do my cover up the girl at the counter refused to get my picture out of the garbage can ... after I argued with her for a little bit she gave it back .... Im a dancer and my body is honestly a work of art so I am honestly happy that they did not have a chance to use me as advertisement because I would NEVER recommend someone to this place AT ALL..please read all the reviews this place is honestly not even worth it.. no matter how good there work is you should always treat people with kindness ... you never know who they are :)

Jose did my tattoo yesterday and I love it and truly was amazed by how professional and down to earth he was and his workers . I love the place it was a place I would recommend to many . Jose is a very unique individual . We talked about japan and etc how he wants to travel there . I like people who shows me their interest. Well overall I had a great experience for a first timer.Arigato

TJose is the BEST!!! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I love true to the game.. and i will never go any where else again. Jose made my experience personable. He inquired as to why i was covering up my scar and made the most beautiful piece of art out of it, for that i am truly grateful.

I got my first tattoo done here and not once was there anyone rude to me. There was fantastic customer service, reasonable pricing, very clean, and laid back environment. I will definitely be coming back for more and making recomendations to anyone who asks.

The first lady was nice and encouraging. My friend decided she was going to get her nose done and when we went to the back the piercer had taco all over his shirt. He put a dot on her nose and I had her look at the placement to see if it was where she wanted it. He said what she wanted wouldn’t look right. She made him adjust it and when she looked at it again he told the assistant not to let people bring their friends to the back. He was super rude and unprofessional. We ended up leaving because of how he was treating her.

Trigger was the bomb!!! Did my custom piece how I wanted with his his twist into it. EXTREMELY HAPPY, and the rest of the crew caity and Tyler were awesome to sit or in my case lay there and bs when they could. Very down to earth artists and would recommend anyone looking for amazing work to see them or caity for a piercing. I came all the way from Colorado to have this piece done so that says a lot about these artists and this business. Thanks again trigger and hopefully see ya soon for more work!!!!Chuck

The best art work out there, I personally will not let any other tattoo artist do artwork on me unless its Trigger, he is passionate with his work, treats his clients with care and makes sure that you are satisfied with his work. The customer service is extraordinary and I will return and recommend anyone that is looking for a good tattoo to go to this place.

Came here for my first tattoo and I absolutely loved it.! Jose did my tattoo as detailed as i wanted it. Couldnt be happier. They are required to wear masks at the moment. Shop is nice and sanitized. Wish the communication through email was better but overall, great.!!

The piercer at true to the game tattoo is awesome I had two microdermals I started with one to see how it would react with my skin it did a beautiful job healing I went back last night for a second one true to the game tattoo is very professional it was fun because I was able to purchase a sticker from Lucky who is currently working on logos / stickers for his company very clean environment and professional

Got my septum pierced. The piercer who is also a nurse is very nice, professional & caring. I explained the last piercer pierced my septum way too high in cartilage which hurts like a mf so had to take out. She double checked & assured me that wouldnt happen this time. She hit the sweet spot & almost 3 weeks later- its competely healed. Definitely will be back for more.

Customer service sucked from the big Mexican looking dude!!!!!! Me and my friend went into the shop today to inquire about pricing on matching tats that we wanted and his response to our questions were very rude. He definitely lost 2 customers easily. We took our business to the shop down the street, they treated us with respect!

I got my belly button pierced it about two months ago... IT COMPLETELY RIPPED OUT!! The piercer did not pierce enough skin and eventually the skin thinned out fully and it just ripped out. I took such good care of it. Sadly, now I have to re go through the pain to get it repierced somewhere else.

Jose did a great job on my tattoo. I brought in a picture in the morning, he drafted it up and called me a couple hours later to come in. This was my first time and I already want to go back to get another.

Went in for a piercing had no real idea what I wanted. The lovely piercer looked at my ear and suggested a double conch! I love it so much! Reasonably priced as well!

The piercer pierced my Medusa slanted TWICE, placement was fine but she did not pierce it straight up n down it was slanted BOTH times which made it look crooked cuz it was going to the side after she did it the 2nd time slanted again i gave up!

Priced my sleeve out at $4000-$5000 when every shop around priced it at $1250-$2000. Also tyler was rude to my mom when she was there and talked about his pigs penis to her.
