Ive been there at least 4 times, my most recent being just yesterday to get snake bite piercings. Dakota has been my piercer for all of my piercings so far, and theyve all turned out amazingly. They healed up great and quickly.Dakota is great, she talks you through every step of the process and is really nice. Love this place and really glad I found it, definitely will come for any other piercings or tattoos I want

My wife and I arent tattoo people, but we wanted matching ones for our anniversary. Since this would be a very special, once-in-a-lifetime thing for us, I looked for the absolutely best-reviewed place around, even though its almost an hour from our house. Aces did not disappoint!Brandon showed obvious skill, talent, and expertise in giving us the unique design we wanted, making it look fantastic, and helping us make sure that it will last us for many years. I have no tattoos, but I wanted to get a tribute tattoo for my son that passed away last year. Aces Ink was recommended to me. I went & met with artist JD Matarazzo & I told him what I wanted. I made the appt & the day arrived. I was a tad nervous, but JD made me comfortable & we began. JD knocked it out of the park, the tattoo turned out awesome. Highly recommended!!!!

This shop is top tier 🔥. Very clean, very welcoming, staff was very pleasant. I had the pleasure of having Gary as my artist and he was absolutely AMAZING. I had a nasty scar I was insecure about and I came in showed him what I wanted and he NAILED IT!!! I am so in love with my new piece. My experience was for sure 10 out of 10!

Hands down, the best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to. The whole experience from the time I first inquired until the moment I walked out the door with a new tattoo was phenomenal. Everyone there is professional, patient, and most importantly an expert in their craft. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Every tattoo I have is from somebody at this shop. They are all very professional, and you’re in a very comfortable atmosphere during your session. They’re really good with making a unique piece so you’re the only person with that tattoo. Will always recommend this place!

I went to Aces Ink over a week ago and got a good sized tattoo (full day session) with tattoo artist, Brandyn Zielberg. He is FANTASTIC, I love his work! The tattoo he designed is stunning and Ive gotten so many compliments. I got my tongue pierced today by Dakota LaRue and she was wonderful, as well as very knowledgeable and friendly! Both experiences 10/10. Brandon Hutchinson (owner) is such a nice guy with a welcoming vibe and has really outdone himself on a successful, absolutely stunning shop/business. Im thrilled to be an Aces Ink client!

Great experience, Mario did my tattoo and killed it. It was an all day session and me and Mario did not start until we were both on the same page and both liked what we came with. When we started he was locked in and capturing every detail. Dudes talented and “you get what you pay for”. We took breaks when needed and went back at it. Towards the end of the session he was touching up and making sure he got everything captured on the tattoo. It turned out amazing and I definitely recommend Mario at aces ink.

Went in today to get my nose pierced. Dakota was super professional and sweet! Definitely will be back for my next piercing.

Absolutely love Aces Ink! All the artists work is phenomenal and they are all very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in the shop is comfortable as well. Highly recommend. Mario Rodriguez did a scorpion on my hip and he always checked to make sure I was doing okay and let me know I could take a break if needed. Definitely plan to come back for more work.

Place is AWESOME!!!! All the artists are amazing and take care of their clients. Will recommend to anyone. Joshua Greener has been working on my entire leg over a few sessions. He has a light hand and has knocked my disney leg out of the Park so far.

JD was my artist not only did he manage to perfectly execute my mental image for the start of my sleeve but the attention to detail is out of this world JD went above and beyond with his skill set and inked a perfect image that I couldn’t even believe!!! I would also like to comment on the other staff amazing people!!! Very humble and kind I love how they hype up each other for the work they all do and the shop is spotless clean all my work is going to be done with JD thank you brother for this amazing art work I get to carry for a life time you out did yourself!!!!

I love this shop. My tattoo artist is amazing, Gery did a cover up. Love it. Something I wanna show off. His lines are clean, blending great, can free hand and good guy. Coming back for sure.

I came in to have my belly button piercing looked at after getting it done at another shop and the lady that look at it was amazing she told me that it was done through my stomach and I shouldn’t have had a typical bar and a floating navel instead. She changed it to a floating and not even an hour later my redness and pain is basically gone.

First initial meeting was great thought I found a great tattoo artist but it just went down hill from there. Brandon first told me it would $400 for each session because he couldnt finish it one after the $200 deposit but when I got to the register I said $400 right then he was like no $500 I was annoyed but paid it figured I just take that out of the tip then. Next session he should me a picture of the charms and what they would look like and it didnt end up looking like that even though he insisted it did he tried to fix it but just made it end up looking darker which I hated. He said he would do a free touch up but it would lighten up after healing which it didnt. I made the touch up appt because the tattoo he covered up was showing through. Had to wait another 2 months but when I went they didnt have me scheduled! He tried to apologize but the girl at the front desk never even tried to. He said he would come in half an hour early to fix it next week but then decided to bring over another tattoo artist to say you can barely see the other tattoo. Like what? I dont care if you paid to have something covered up it should be covered not trying to make me feel stupid for bothering you or that I was being an inconvenience. Along with complaining about the charms that look like chicken scratch or a kid coloring with a gray crayon I asked him to fix he said it was some of his best work if it was it would have been posted to Facebook like I have a mental disability but Im not stupid so I was done and I decided not to go back to get the free touch up. I will get my old tattoo artist to fix it from where I lived and just make a vacation out of it probably should have done it to begin with. Really disappointed but I guess not even the best tattoo artist cant make every piece look good.

I am so in love with my tattoo! Jd did an amazing job and really out did himself. Such a cool funny guy and there’s nothing bad I can say about it! The shop is great and I will definitely get more tattoos in the future. Jd gave me my new favorite tattoo and you won’t go wrong getting a tattoo from him!!! Dakota did an amazing job with my nose piercing. Best piercing experience by far. Amazing set up all the way around, and love the atmosphere of the place. Will be back in a few months for a tattoo hopefully, and of course another piercing by the best 🖤

Came in for a walk-in and Joshua Greener was able to squeeze me in. Tattoo came out super clean, and he was really mellow during the design process, actual tattoo and aftercare routine. Definitely recommend him for a tattoo.

I have 3 of Enchantress amazing tattoos. I have had them about 3-4 years. Every single day I get something said about 1 or more of them. They still look as good as they did in the beginning, most people are shocked when they find out how many years Ive had them. So if you hate attention keep looking 🤣 but you will not be disappointed in anything she designs for you. It will be for YOU. I love that about her. Her love for her work definitely shows.

The only positive about this place was the very kind, warm, young lady at the front desk. Met with Brandon to show him the image I have and tried to bounce ideas off of him because of his so called past work and he not only quickly dismissed me, but he thought that by not only saying that some of the other artists might be a cheaper price but that he wouldnt put his name behind what I wanted. This experience was a complete waste of a two hour drive from the space coast! Dont waste your time or gas! Their attitude isnt worth it!

Dakota did my daith piercings and was very professional and friendly! The shop was very clean and she took time prior to the piercings to sterilize the room. The best part is the daith piercings stopped my migraines that had been ongoing for 7 weeks!! Thank you and God bless you Kota!!

Went with my step daughter to get her navel jewelry replaced. The parlor is clean, inside and out. They offer complimentary beverages. Staff is super friendly.

Got my nose pierced by Dakota. She did a great job explaining the process and my piercing was quick and pretty much painless. There was a good selection of jewelry to pick from and her area was very clean and everything she used was properly sterilized. Overall a great experience and I would definitely go to her again for another piercing.

I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and detailed job JD did on a family member yesterday. Had to cover up an old tattoo (crudely done to say the least). JD not only covered it 100%, he created a work of art! Utterly amazingly talented man! Shop was clean, positive vibes from all the staff there. Well done Sir!!!

After many not so great experiences with different piercers, I gave Aces a try and let me tell you my expectations were BEYOND exceeded. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and informative. The entire vibe of this place is just amazing. I got two piercings from Dakota and she was so amazing at making sure I was comfortable and she was so gentle. I was referred to Aces Ink by a current customer. This was my first time getting a tattoo, and the artist, Mario Rodriguez, was very thorough throughout the whole process. He made sure I was comfortable. I love my tattoo and I highly recommend Aces Ink.

Great piercing experience, couldn’t have asked for the staff to be nicer and more accommodating. Very friendly girl at the front desk, so sweet and welcoming! And Dakota was amazing! She was nice and careful and explained every step of everything she was doing. She put care and consideration into placement which I was so appreciative of. Extremely clean and sterile as well! I went to their shop I haft to admit it was clean. That was about the only good thing about the shop. After driving for over two hours to interview the tattooist I would not recomend them to anyone. The artest felt I could not afford a tattoo I was told that other tattooist in other locations would be a better choice. I am a disabled Veteran and wanted a deduction tattoo. The tattooist not only disregarded me but told me he could not do a deduction tattoos. If you are a Veteran please take your business elsewhere.

I’ve got a few small pieces done at this shop, and my girlfriend got some piercings done, the experience was awesome, my tattoo artist was JD he did exactly what I wanted but made it even better, very clean environment, Dakota was amazing to my girlfriend, she walked her thru everything she’s needed before and after her piercing, even told her if she wanted to stop by a short time after she got it done to check on the healing she could. All around great experience.

Got my vertical labret pierced last minute and ended up here. The shop was very very nice and clean and I liked the set up of everything. The piercer Dakota was understanding and accommodating to my nervousness and my faintness after it was done. Pain for the piercing was definitely an 8/10 but overall I’m very satisfied with my experience at this shop. I definitely would like to come back for more body art.

Got venom bites (double vertical tongue) piercing done by Dakota in August 2022. I was a walk in and Dakota checked my anatomy to see if I was eligible to get the piercing. Everything looked good and it was a great experience. I did faint due to not eating enough before the session (don’t be like me) and everyone was very helpful until I was able to get back on my feet. If I remember correctly the total was $100. The photo is from 5 months after and I’m doing great. I love my piercings!

Everyone here is so nice and professional. The tattoo I wanted was intended to cover a scar but also had a lot of meaning behind it. Joshua listened and created something perfect based on what I wanted. He worked with me and changed it a few times to get the placement where I wanted it. I was nervous but he made me feel comfortable. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely go back and recommend them to anyone!

This place is amazing. First off, the shop is bright, airy and so clean. Everyone there is super nice and easy to talk to. Jessi was my artist and wow, she blew my expectations out of the water. The drawing she did was gorgeous and the tattoo turned out to be more than I could have imagined. I got sick during my session and Jessi was so supportive and kind to me after I made such an embarrassment of myself. Overall a great experience and I’m glad I made the drive from Lakeland to go to Aces. I would highly recommend this place and their talented artists.

This shop is amazing. I just moved to the area so I was really nervous to pick a shop, but Aces took all that away. I got my septum pierced there and Dakota walked me through the whole thing, was so kind and professional and made sure the piercing was perfect. Next I got a tattoo by Brandyn, best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. I was so comfortable and he is an amazing guy and artist. Both the piercing and tattoo I’ve received have healed amazingly and were amazing prices for the quality of artist and quality of work. Love this place.

The artist however, are the true treasure. They do everything in their power to provide satisfying service and a personable experience. My daughter came in for a navel piercing and the staff was great! Everything was explained in detail and they made her feel very comfortable. Please be advised that they do require a notarized FL Dept of Health Parental consent form for all minors. This is the 2nd piercing she’s received at Aces Ink and we are overly satisfied.

Today I visited Dakota to have my tongue repierced, I had it done incorrectly 10 years ago and took it out. The piercing went beautifully, the shop was so clean and nicely set up. In my short time waiting for Dakota to finish the piercing before mine, everyone who works there was so friendly and attentive. I also spoke with JD about a piece I want covered up and he was super cool and helpful! The piercing was a breeze, Dakota was so sweet, very professional and thorough. Best place to get a tattoo in Winter Haven. The studio is beautiful and clean, staff is amazing. The owner Brandon is great he welcomes everyone with a smile and offers them a beverage as they wait. My sister and I got matching tattoos from artist Alex and I cant not be more pleased with them. He did an amazing job and drew exactly what I asked for and more. Hands down one of the most amazing shops I have been to. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Dakota with such kindness. Even though I wasn’t there for any piercing services (which is her specialty) that didn’t matter to her because they are truly there for all the clients who come in. Upon walking in you can see a full layout of the entire shop and everything it very clean as well as maintained. Each and every Artist there is truly phenomenal in so many areas. I’ve watched their work for a while now and it’s truly astonishing the artwork they create. They are all extremely talented and have a humbleness to them, they know they are good at what they do but that doesn’t bring an arrogance to them which is what brought me to Aces Ink for my piece. Brandyn Gaskins is who I set an appointment with and please don’t let their wait deter you from booking, it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. He is kind, patient and took the time to create something to flow with my existing tattoo. I came in with 3 very sad and faded lilies that were in much need of a redo. I’ve been looking around to get a memorial tattoo for my brother that passed away in a motorcycle accident. I didn’t just want to go to anyone and the tattoo not be perfect because of how much it means to me. I came in to the business and was greeted so friendly. Upon reviewing the artist portfolio I booked my appointment with Mario Rodriguez to who I told him want I want the tattoo to represent and gave him full creative artist freedom. To say it’s perfect is an understatement. He knew how much this meant for me and he truly went above and beyond to capture everything and bring it to life. We spent the whole day together while he did it and to say I enjoyed the process is an understatement. He truly is very talented and I will continue to get all of my future tattoo’s here.

Went to Aces Ink today as a walk in just to see about a piercing and to get an estimate on a tattoo. As soon as I walked in Dakota greeted me at the door and began to assist me while offering me a cold drink. I have been to several places recently trying to get my nose pierced and always get disappointed when they said their piercer only comes on certain days and then way overcharges for the tattoo I want. I am glad they all turned me down because I found this gem. Dakota showed me the artists portfolios and it was VERY hard having to decide one because they were all amazing and the detail was breathtaking. Dakota did an amazing job at piercing my nose and talked to me the whole time like we have been friends forever and during the whole process she told me every step she was taking. THIS GIRL IS MY NEW FOREVER PIERCER. After I was done I spoke with JD and showed him what I wanted done and gave me a quote that was hundreds cheaper than every other place and he talked with me about how he wanted to do it and the size and all.Coming in I only expected a piercing and a quote for tattoo. Leaving I had my piercing and put down deposit for December to get my tattoo (which I have wanted for several years). I cant even begin to express how Aces Ink is now all I will ever recommend to anyone. The environment was relaxed, clean and they all welcome you like family.All I can think about now is for my tattoo in December and I will definitely be showing it off to the world. I just got my 4th tattoo from the shop! Not only is it clean, and professional, I love that I feel so comfortable! All the artists are so amazing and friendly. I instantly felt like I have been going there for years! The quality and value each tattoo artist puts into their work is outstanding! I feel like they are an extended family! I have 2 large pieces and 1 smaller piece from Josh and they are nothing short of PERFECTION, I also have a smaller tattoo from JD and although there isn’t much detail it still looks perfect! Me and my best friend went here right after work on a Friday and got piercings done by Dakota. She was amazing very professional very clean as well as very honest with her own advice to questions I had about different piercings because I couldnt make up my mind on what I wanted. She was very helpful and patient with us as well. The wait wasnt long either. I got my tongue done and my friend got her septum and both our experience was amazing. Aces Ink is the ONLY place i will go for not just tattoos but also my piercing needs from now on. 😁

I originally met with Brandon about wanting to start my sleeves, but based on what I wanted, my age, skin type, etc, he felt it may be more suitable for me to work with JD. we came up with a concept, and the day I showed up for my session, he showed me the stencil he drew up. I was very pleased with his design and we got straight to work. JD is an awesome dude, very easy to talk to and light handed(which is awesome when you doing sleeves). I love my tattoo inspired by the Second Star to the Right from Peter Pan. Brandon really made my vision come to life. I am getting my second tattoo in April and I know it will also be amazing. This was my daughters first tattoo. Josh did an amazing job putting her mind at ease and making her feel comfortable (she has social anxiety). There was minimal redness that disappeared within an hour. I would totally recommend to anyone and everyone!!! I will be returning very soon for ink therapy of my own!

Josh did amazing work on my Stitch/Baby Cthulhu tattoo! They are two of my favorites, and he handled it beautifully.The shop is clean, and the employees are professional. However, if you expect business professional, then you have no idea what tattoo artists are like. (Theyre held to different standards.)My tattoo healed nicely, the lines are crisp, and the colors vibrant. After I save some more money, Ill be returning to start filling in the empty spots on my half-sleeve.

My wife and I went in for her birthday tattoo. Spur of the moment, I asked if they had time for a walk-in, Brandon hooked me up BIG TIME. He turned a simple doodle I gave him into something beautiful that I can wear with pride. Just got some piercings done here yesterday. The piercer Dakota was absolutely amazing. So nice ans friendly a complete sweetheart. Made the whole experience very comfortable. We talked the whole time about random things which made me more calm. Even the gentlemen that checked me in waa very nice. I live an hour away from this shop and would definitely make the drive to come back. Theu deserve 10 stars.

Been there twice for 2 different fundraisers. Brandon H and Dave C. Inked me for these events. Dave did a dainty lotus flower and was very patient with me finding the right flower and placement. That’s a great quality for an artist to have and didn’t make me feel like he was annoyed to help me find the one that’s just right for the forever ink going on my body. I really appreciated that!!! Brandon has done previous work on me also with flawless shading and line work. I have an upcoming appointment because I trust them their work. Go have a look around and schedule something. In total I’ve gotten 6 piercings and one tattoo from this shop. I’ve been here quite a few times and every time they’ve been so nice. this was by far the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never gotten color before and it wasn’t a pleasant feeling but he was fast and I think it turned out beautiful, better than I could’ve imagined.

I have been tattood by Brandon in the past, who is the Co-Owner of Aces Ink. I cant even begin to say how impressed I was with his artistic abilities. He was fun to have as an artist because he didnt mind joking and laughing to assist with helping to calm my nervousness. He helped me finalize my design choice and he went above and beyond to provide me with a flawless tattoo that he was proud to have his name attached to and Im equally proud to have as a permanent piece of art for life. Im no easy person to tattoo either, My 2 tattoos previous to the piece Brandon done for me, didnt end so well... the artist (yes, 2 separate ones) said that I have the softest skin they have ever tattood on and the ink was running under my thin skin/tissue layers and it looks horrible. I had came very close to not getting anymore ink because it was a disaster those previous 2 times. However, Brandon nailed it for the win. Not so much as a single ink drop was/is out of place!! straight, neat, clean, lines and beautiful script. My personal opinion... as I am not a tattoo expert by any means, but I believe there are 2 types of Tattoo guys Either you will select a tattoo artist or you will select a Tattoo tracer. Brandon is most definitely the tattoo artist, he is able to provide you with custom pieces that have lots of depth and character, smooth lines, fabulous color (should you choose that style) personality, and personalized one of a kind pieces!!. I have watched Brandon expand from beginner to where he is today and he has made some remarkable growth!!! You wont be sorry to choose Brandon the tattoo artist over any old Joe the tattoo tracer, who finds an image for you on the internet prints it and traces it on your skin with needles blasting and tearing you up. This is art for life, youre the canvas.... DONT let just anyone ruin the picture! choose Wise.

I have yet to visit ACES INK, however Ive been speaking with 2 very talented artists that work here named Brandyn Zielberg and Brandon Hutchinson. Ive seen both of their work and they are extremely talented. Im in the process of scheduling an appointment to get mine and my ole ladys tattoos done. Brandyn Zielberg has been extremely helpful in responding to my messages and helping me work towards scheduling my appointment. I wanted to get some portrait work started for a while now but never saw an artists work that really spoke to me. After seeing Brandon Hutchinsons work from Aces Ink it was a no brainer! It was time. Brandons pricing was extremely reasonable for the caliber of work and time he spent shooting my portrait. Really cool shop and experience. Drinks for cusomers and company on hand and he even bought pizza for the wife and I as we spent the day getting work. Im definitely going back to get more work from Brandon at Aces Ink.

I went there back in June when I was vacationing and since I had friends who recommended this place I was eager to get my tattoo done with them, and it was my first time im a tattoo shop. I called previously and the girl who answered the call said I could come in to see what I wanted done since I wasnt sure at the moment. I walked in the next day and no one was at the front desk, I see two customers sitting in the waiting area and I could see 4 staff members sitting on their computers or Im not sure if it was 3 staff and 1 customer I dont know I couldnt tell all I know is they were sitting on some sort of desk. Anyway 2 of them saw me come in and proceeded to work on whatever it was they were working on in ther computers and chatting up a storm but never bother to make eye contact with me or ask if I needed help or wanted something. I was ignored the whole 15 mins I was there. The two customers in the waiting area seemed more concern about my visit there judging by their constant gazes. Finally I just walked out the door and left with a very disappointing feeling. These people seem like their talents have gone to their heads so they dont care much for customer service. Idk maybe this is how all tattoo shops do business I mean this was my first time in one of these places after all.

Hes a passionate artist who takes a large amount of pride in his work. I live in Lakeland and I will be driving out to Winter Haven any time I need any ink done.
