The workers were amazing. The manager Brittany was truly one of a kind. She helped me pick a good earrings. Elizabeth was such a nurturing soul and I would love to talk to her again. Kiela was such a beautiful soul to talk to and they all combined helped me pick the best earrings that fit me personally.

My 11 year old daughter finally decided to get her ears pierced. We had Elizabeth, and she was the best. She was helpful, kind, and professional. She explained everything to us, answered our questions, and was very reassuring to me and my daughter. She also spoke to my daughter directly, not just asking me the questions. They also schedule you a follow up appointment in a few weeks so they can see how her ears are doing. I was not expecting that, and I really liked it. The customer service is superb. I would highly recommend you go here for your first (or next) piercing. Thank you Elizabeth!

The piercer that I met today (9/21/24) that had an earlobe stack, I didn’t catch her name, but she was very informative and kind when I communicated to her that I wanted to build my ear lobe stack like hers. She advised that I move my first hole lower so that it can build up evenly. I got 4 piercings done to start and I’m really happy with how they turned out.

I am a previous customer and I just had the worse experience at the Galleria Mall in York PA location.The store was not open and I just walked by to see the jewelry on display.I didn’t ask for any help or questions. I was immediately told to leave and not look at the merchandise.I was told to leave the proximity of the store and not look at the merchandise because the store was not open. Because it was in a mall and in the center of the walkway I stood in the walkway and continued to observe the merchandise. I was continuously harassed and said I will not come back and provide my business. After I walked away the staff continued to speak loudly about the encounter that I was being childish for not leaving the walkway. I will not recommend going to this location in Gallleria Mall.

Today we had wonderful experience with Brittany and Lizabeth. They were so so gentle and kind with my daughter’s piercings. If I didn’t like the placement of the piercing they will adjust it make sure it’s perfect. It was my daughter first time piercing and they were able to do it at the same time. And after my eldest daughter piercing the placement was a little off and they were able to fix right away!!Brittany and Lizbeth have such a kind soul.I would definitely recommend to anyone who want to get piercing, to go to them!!!

Brittany pierced my 7 yo ear after previously having to let it close due to infection (not done at banter. She was great with not only him but all of my kids, answered questions, and was super patient. She has an amazing personality perfect for working with the public! We had such a great experience that we will be returning to get our other kiddos pierced by her as well!

Great experience! The staff were soo nice, Brittany in particular, and made me feel calm and even excited to get my first piercing when in previous attempts I was too nervous to go through with it. 10/10, so nice, great service, definitely will be coming back for more!

I recently just got my ears pierced and absolutely loved the experience I received from Elizabeth. She was very professional, polite, and even took the time out to have a small conversation with me and see how my day was going. I highly recommend getting your ears pierced by her.

I’ve been here for two piercings and they are great. Knowledgeable, a good eye for placement, friendly and fun to chat with. They have a nice selection of jewelry, too (more than I would have expected for the size of the shop). I’m sure I’ll be there in another few months for piercing three. :)

An amazing staff with great service!!!Don’t trust the bad reviews… The associates here put up with a lot of disrespectful individuals that will leave a negative review just because they dont get the answer they want to hear (despite asking for or doing things in a way that are clearly disrespectful). The ladies at this counter are professional and kind. They’re people who deserve our respect.

Pathetic! My granddaughter saved up enough money to get her ears pierced. We took her in and a young man with no experience marked her ears and proceeded to pierce the first ear. When he pierced the second ear, he pierced half off her ear. Being in pain, she started to cry. Another employee came over to finish the piercing. The young woman did not bother to look at where the first hole was done and proceeded to pierce her ear way above where it should’ve been pierced. My daughter-in-law and I just left Banter three weeks after the original piercing episode. We wanted the business to add another piercing in between the two holes at no cost due to them messing up the original piercings so badly. The answer was a resounding “No!” The young woman who messed up so badly would not take any responsibility for her action. To be honest, I told them that I believed that they were not a real jewelry store and that my 2 year old granddaughter could’ve done a better job piercing my 10 year old granddaughter’s ear than she did. This hurt their feelings and the manager who couldn’t handle her feelings being hurt called security. I’ve never seen a business run by such irresponsible and delusional people. I told them that it’s okay to make a mistake, but be honest enough to own up to it. If anyone is thinking about going to Banter for a piercing, do yourself a favor and go to a “real jewelry store,” but don’t let Banter know that you don’t consider them a real jewelry store or you just may have security called on you.

I bought some jewelery and try to exchange it and the 2 ladys at the counter were totally rude towards me and a customer before me i asked them to explain something they did it extremely rude fashion and unprofessional i asked for the manager one of them said she was her name is Michell she should not deal with customers at all after i told her she wasnt a peoples person and asked her for their names to file a complaint she lost it raising her tone of voice at me and threating me to call mall security and have me tresspass just because i told her the truth then she proceded to verbally attacked me by saying is not my fault it was a leased and for me to grow up a couple of inches then come talk to her dont bring your mony here is not worth it unless you want to be.Ps. She used to work at Walmart now the Mall.

If i could rate it a 0 i would. The employee was down right ignorant. My mom and I got there 5 min before they officially were open and I was just looking at jewelry and my mom was staring into space. We did say we know they werent open yet and I wanted to get daughters ears pierced. But I just continued to look my mom just got off work was tired and was just staring into space. The employee rudely asked are you just going to stand there and stare at me to her and ridley said you cant just stand there since we are closed. She could of politely asked us to wait somewhere else. I was bring my 3 month old there since this is where I got my older daughters ears pierced when she was a baby. After she was so ignorant I refused to let her do it and gave my business to claires who was in the same mall. They just lost my business and I spent my 150 dollars elsewhere. Wont ever come to this place again.

I I’m a loyalty customer ,6 years already getting all stuff from here , today something was going on in the store and the way they tell me to move away was very rude, it’s make me feel like I was bothering and I just want to ask a question to the ladies but they wasn’t available for me so with this experience I never coming back to this store again 😢😭.

I got my 3rd lobe piercing here, service was really good. The woman that pierced me was efficient, kind and informative. She did an excellent job. I’ve had no problem with the piercings and am very happy with the placement. She even took the time to help me pick out the best jewelry for me, since I have an allergy to nickel. Great experience!

This is usually my number one spot to go to but now this place just hires trashy people. Same girl that was fighting in the mall yesterday tells us she was going on break after we sat at the stand for 10 minutes waiting. We waited because we saw a purse there so were like well they should be around I know I wouldnt just leave my purse then she talking about Im on break so I asked how much longer because I would of waited 10mins or so longer but she goes I didnt even start yet. Sooooooo yal got people working away from stand? Great to know. Claires is definitely great with the piercing my kids loved the girl their!! Yal hire people that fight and tall too smart to customers. TERRIBLE

Tammy was great! was very welcomed and she knows what she is doing. she works well under pressure as well. was very busy when I went. she was by herself and took care of everyone in a timely manner! I will be bringing my daughter back.

Drove about an hour to get my daughters ears pierced, arrived at 10 when they say they opened only to find out they never changed their hours online. Then once I got to the stand at 11am they said piercings by appointment only for today. Next appt wasnt till 530pm. Walked by the stand 6 times within the hour and NO ONE was there. They could have made $70+ if they would have taken 5 mins to pierce my daughters ears but bc they didnt I went and spent my money at the Tattoo place in the mall. Which was WAY BETTER!

After having a wonderful experience in getting my nose pierced there a year ago. I went back to get another piercing on my nose today just to leave upset.. Not doing any nose piercing due to covid but on the website it says they are back open selling jewelry and doing all ears and nose piercing..

TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! Definitely recommend going to some place other than here! I got my nose pierced and the lady missed where I had told her I wanted it and the very next day the nose piece was falling out and eventually I had to just take it out!!

Will never go there again bought a braclet from them it broke i found out their stuff is not 14k from Italy and it not truly what they say it is

I went went an hour and 45 minutes before closing with four representative standing in the kiosk I was informed that they were closing early due to lack of staff

Got my second lobe piercing back in November it’s now February and it’s still not healed and looks infected wouldn’t ever go here again

Just plain AWFUL. HAD TO GET MY INFANTS EARS DONE TWICE BC THEY MISSED THE MARK THEY DREW ON HER EARS. Just plain disgusting!!!! Do not risk yourselves or your infant!!! Not worth it!
