I had a great experience. I walked in not knowing what I wanted and walked out with a great work of art on my foot. The owner was very calm and patient with helping me decide on what kind of tattoo I wanted along with the the design, font and placement. Carlos the tattoo artist did a fantastic job on my foot tattoo. Staff are super professional, friendly and funny. I will be coming back if I need any more pieces done.

Do not go to this place. The owner/manager is terribly rude and doesn’t have a sense of responsibility. Pierced ear here - in a week, the flimsy stud they gave me had broken. Went to them to put a new one and they asked me to pay same price I paid for piercing. The ear wasn’t even closed. They didn’t even have the aftercare spray the first time. The guy who actually did the piercing was cool though which is why I gave two stars.

I want to start off by saying no way am I cheap. I went here for my nose piercing to be changed, and decided to get a tattoo that I had in mind for a while. That same day, I put down $100 deposit. I went back in on 03/03/23 to get the work done. I thought the illustration he did was great. He took his time making sure it was something that I liked even though it wasn’t what I originally had in mind. I was patient he let me look at a couple options and I settled on something. The only issue I have and the reason why I’m getting three stars is because I was quoted between $200.00 to $300.00. I ended up paying $400.00 and that kinda rubbed me the wrong way because I could have waited to spend that much. Now my tattoo is badly infected and the shading is very bad. I regret the work the did. Don’t go here and don’t go to Carlos!!! He’s very bad at Tattoos!!!

I took someone very close to me get her first tattoo ever. We had an appointment with Apollo and it was amazing. Alexis was such a sweetheart and they both made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Not only was the artwork phenomenal, they were both so patient and so kind to us. It was really an experience we’d never forget. For almost 6 years now I’ve been looking for somewhere to get my sleeve done and I’ve finally found the place!! I can’t wait to see you guys again :D

Thank you to Sherrice for re-opening my piercing holes 💜 I will be coming back for my cartilage piercings. She did it clean and efficient with the needle. Great service.

UNBELIEVABLE...The first time I met Manny (the shop owner and masterartist), I had shown him this horrible excuse of a tattoo cover-up that Ive been living with for 17 years. This thing took up most of my sleeve. Manny looked at it and asked me what it was. When I told him, he saidsaid: okay I can see that now. This butchered tattoo i had carried for so long was just so horrible and dark that if I didnt say what it was, you couldnt make it out.So Manny said he could cover it up, but it would take a lot of work because of how dark it was. I thought, theres no way he could fix this, but he came highly recommended, and seeing some of his work made me feel at ease. Not only did he set the right expectations, but he OVERDELIVERED on his promise to me. I am overly impressed with his works. I ended up paying him more than he asked for because I no longer have to live with that Frankenstein of a tattoo that I was living with. THANK YOU, MANNY! Your tattoo work is unbelievable!

I got my tattoo done by junior. He is amazing. He makes sure you are comfortable and has amazing line work. Gave me all my after care instructions and I am happy with the results. Highly recommend. If you go there ask for junior.

Staff is friendly. The piercing guy is super funny and makes you feel at ease. Definitely recommend and will use again. This was my second piercing with him.

Good customer service, I just did my piercing and it was pretty fast, he took he’s time on explaining cleaning procedures. I would definitely come back!

Horrible service it’s like you begging them for money ... you go in and ask for a simple earring and they completely ignore you this is the second time i go there and same nonsense ... took my daughter to get her ear pierced and the white boy didn’t even know what he was doing let alone i had to wait like 45 mins and there was NO ONE IN THE STORE !!! horrible tattoo shop in the uptown area NEGATIVE STARS !!!!!!

*DO NOT GO FOR A TATTOO!*I went for a simple tattoo “Manny” did not do a good job he never even finished for example he forgot to outline some of my leaves from a flower tattoo so I thought simple mistake so I text him saying when can we do a touch up he lets me know to let it heal so I thought okay he is right.so I wait a month and I text him back and this man keeps telling me to wait after it has healed I paid 300 DOLLARS for an UNFINISHED tattoo please I am warning you DO NOT GET A TATTOO HERE.

Owner and his trainee were not wearing masks. Owner doesnt believe in wearing masks and said it openly... so sad. Hopefully things will change in this place in the future until then if you care about your health dont go here.
