We were in NY for just a couple of days and I decided to get my ears pierced. I wanted 2 at the top. We easily booked an appointment online the day before. The studio was right down the block from our hotel. Phunky was the best! I was in and out in a few minutes. And the price was perfect! I got exactly what I asked for and I couldnt be happier!

Horrid experience. Stood in line for eight hours this Saturday from 2-10 to get a simple flash tattoo (no line for piercings). We were also there Friday so had shown up for two days in a row at that point. Serge was consistently rude and kicked me out of the shop when my friend asked for me because she was scared to get her sternum tattoo. Both artists who interacted with me y friend made gross comments to her regarding the placement of her tattoo. Totally unprofessional. Only reason Im giving two stars is the woman who did my nose piercing here was extremely nice and put me at ease.Editing this review after the owner left their comment- taking someones money before the eight hour wait and then only offering my friend with the sternum tat a refund for $20 even though she paid $90? that doesnt read as unprofessional and forceful to you? and yes there were two artists who commented on my friend, one did the tattoo himself and the other one was the neighboring artist who for some reason also felt the need to give her his instagram although he never worked on her directly. your comment to my review is also highly unprofessional. you should probably reevaluate the way you treat customers.

I got my first and second tattoo in the same day (Friday the 13th event). So many people came to the event so the owners extended it to Sunday which was the day I got mine done.My artist was YU, he made my first tattoo experience great. Very informative, very considerate and clean.The shop in general was very clean, the atmosphere was great inside. Serge is respectful, professional and keeps the vibe going. He would constantly check up on everyone making sure everyone outside was doing fine and answered everyone’s questions.I also got my eyebrow pierced by the man himself Red, great guy, took care of me well, very respectful, professional and accommodating.This was my first time at a tattoo shop and didn’t know what to expect but the owners and artist made it very welcoming. 10 out of 10 definitely would go back.There were a few people complaining about the waiting, I myself had to wait as well but it was alright because the flash event was huge, the artists were working hard and in my opinion shouldn’t be rushed. It was worth it.

First time tattoo! I was so so nervous, but Andrea immediately put me at ease. I was so excited to work with her after seeing her beautiful portfolio. She was so kind during the whole process and I am blown away by her artwork. The studio is so clean and the staff is very professional and friendly- I was referred here by a friend and couldn’t have asked for a more amazing experience!

I got my nipples pierced by Red this weekend and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. He made me feel extremely comfortable, he was hilarious, and the overall experience was a 10/10. Highly highly recommend!

Got some fresh ink during their tattoo sale! Amazing work! I was nervous getting my first wrist tattoo but my artist Edgar did great work!

Andrea is so wonderful and talented! beautiful work. the shop is clean and friendly and it was a seamless process for check in, consultation, and check out. i will be going here from now on for all future work!

I got a nostril piercing which was $50. The lady that came to get us from outside was really nice. I signed a form and paid her. The guy that was in there, the boss I’m guessing, was rude to her over the smallest reason. Didn’t like that, her customer service was great. The lady that pierced me was really nice and informative. The shop was clean, The piercer also used gloves, an un-used & sterile needle and used a push pin stud so it won’t fall out during the healing process like a regular L-shaped nostril stud would.

Got some fresh ink on a Monday, Andrew took great care and did a wonderful job on my ink! As always the staff is the best!

I went for the flash piercing sale. I read other reviews before coming in and was skeptical and nervous. However, when I came in, the person who did my ears greeted me , their name Funky if I remember correctly. They were nice and gentle and helped me feel comfortable. The only downside was that when I left, I didn’t notice until much later that there was a smidge of [my] blood left on my cheek so Im sure I looked like a mad man 🤷🏼‍♀️ anywho It was a great deal for the piercings! And looks super cute.

Hidden numbers in my tattoo. I noticed, but still tipped well. He did a fine enough job, and although the numbers are noticeable to me, they’re discrete. It was a “good enough” experience, but I left with a bad taste in my mouth.Update: the owner (Serg) is the best. He personally reached out and made everything more than right with the situation. He has high expectations of the artists in his shop, and ensured this kind of situation wouldn’t happen again. I’m very impressed with the way he runs his business and the kind of customer service he provides. We’ll go back, for sure.

Red link offered an amazing deal . The line was crazy . We had an appointment at 5:00 pm and was seen at 7:45 pm . The deal was so amazing that we figured it would be crowded. We found some stairs and sat until it was our turn. Although we waited hours we had a lot of laughs . I would definitely do it again lol .

Got my first tattoo here today with Andrew, super chill dude, gave me exactly what I wanted, perfect line-work and filling in.Overall great parlor, price is totally justifiable, great tools, great people.

I went in to get a piercing and a tattoo with my best friend and the person who pierced me (which I believe is the owner of the shop) was just unnecessarily rude. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or if this is just how he is but he spoke to both me and the front desk employee in such a condescending tone, I couldn’t believe it. Like? I’m coming in for a service and giving you MY money as a paying customer and you feel the need to speak to me that way? The crazier part is that It was not just me, anyone who came in to get a piercing was spoken to in a “let’s get this over with” tone and i was just shocked. I got a tattoo that was literally no bigger than a small Bobby pin and he charged us 180 dollars each, I understand I’m paying for the artist labor however, the prices seemed a little outrageous considering the size and minimal detail of the tattoos. It’s crazy because the best part of this experience was the interactions we had with the artists. Fabian and Matias were so great and they did amazing jobs in making us feel welcomed and satisfied with our tattoos. But it was incredibly sad to witness the attitude and bitterness presented by the piercing guy (I think, owner). I’m sure he makes the working environment miserable for them and I honestly wouldn’t go there again just because of that. Best of luck to the tattoo artists!

Great tattoo place in New York. Clean, single use needles and great ambience. Andrew worked on my tattoo. He is very skilled artist and very friendly and highly professional. Im definitely coming here for more tattoos in the future. Strongly recommended if you want tattoos or piercings in New York.

I’ve visited this location twice. I came buy 3 weeks ago and got the Medusa piercing. The boss did it and he was clean , very professional and I don’t feel any pain whatsoever.I just visited with my friend and Steven /stephen did her septum . He was kind and friendly. He walked her through everything and was quick and gentle. I definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for quality, affordable friendly service . Thanks Red ink !

So I was REAL NERVOUS YALL . Was going to get my septum pierced for the first time. I had a typical nostril ring before, but the person was super inexperienced, and ended up taking too long to put the needle through and bled a lot. It was so painful. But they are very experienced here. Super chill vibe, sweet, and walks you through everything. It was a quick 1-2-3 moment. And I finally got the septum I always wanted ! Will def be going back. If youre looking to get your first OR YOUR SECOND piercing and looking for a chill vibe with experienced people, def come here.

Had an amazing time today with Andrew! There was a line on the sidewalk when my friend and I got there. Luckily we had an appointment and they let us in before the time slot to fill out the paper work. The stencil machine was down, so they were doing everything by hand, but they were very friendly and accommodating and apologetic for the delay. They worked their butts off and delivered on an amazing Flash Day Sale. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Andrew, my artist, was very kind, gladly adjusted the tattoo when I wanted it facing a different direction and very friendly. Tattoos covered with second skin, and they took the time to explain everything, even though I have 25 tattoos now. They know their stuff and mean business.

I got 2 dermal piercings on my chest. They healed amazingly! I had dermals before and they ended up falling out. Did great work and definitely knows what he was doing. Would recommend!

Steven was extremely professional and knowledgeable with getting my septum piercing removed. I tried for HOURS to remove it myself without success, went here and took him approximately 3 painless seconds. I will definitely be back to get my next tattoo and piercing here!

Andrea was so sweet and she did a great job. I appreciated the after care tips that she gave, the process didn’t hurt at all and this is only my second tat. i would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning for another.

It was an amazing experience, they a waiting room so while you are signing the form youre comfortable. Maty did my tattoos and he was amazing. I hate any kind of pain but he helped me relax and I barely felt it. He was really dope and a very talented tattoo artist. His care and after care was a 10 out of 10 I will be going to him for my future tattoos.

My appointment was at 8:45 I got there at 8:50 and was out by 10:30 only because of how packed it was , but let me tell you … the energy, the vibe, the location design and set up ALL AMAZINGGG!!!! The wait time was nothing because i was able to step outside smoke a blunt and come back in. I have over 13 tattoos and this location was the first place that verbally and visually made sure that I saw the needle being opened brand new, as well as receiving an INK patch for my tattoo. Now listen, being a girl from the Bronx, I’ve never gotten that bare minimum treatment from any other location and therefor I’m Definitely coming back. Thank you for making me feel safeeeee and well taken care of. AND I LOVE MY TATS !!! I came in for the $20 flash sale and got two little skulls. Thank you randy for guiding me into my first appointment , there will be more to come !! I had a great experience with the piercer. he was patient and understanding. I had to get my daith piercing removed and corrected. I was in pain and he was careful. I am grateful cause I not in pain anymore.

Phunky is the GOD of all piercings! On a family trip and we all decided to get different piercings, five in total. They all came out beautifully, and she did a great job at explaining aftercare. The piercings were reasonably priced and none of our piercings (all walk-ins) took longer than 10 minutes!

10/10 I absolutely adore Steven! The staff is super kinda & friendly also. Steven made my nose piercing feel like a breeze & helped me clear out both my old belly button piercings 🤩🤩🤩🤩

I’ve been trying to get a piercing switched out for a couple of weeks now. The first time I came here in 2023 I had a pleasant experience. However each time I’ve gone back this time to switch out this piercing, I’ve been unsuccessful, but I’m not coming back after this second attempt. The piercer (big white hair) does not inspire any confidence and the cleanliness of her space is questionable. I didn’t see her wash her hands or use hand sanitizer at any point prior to touching me or my jewelry. She did wear gloves but still needs to keep her hands clean and be mindful of cross contamination. Anyway, after struggling with the piecer for 20 min, the owner eventually came over and said I should go home, ice the wound and come back the next day. He didn’t even try to get the piecing in (old or new). Once he refused to continue helping me, the first piercer came over and said she thought it would close overnight and be even more painful to fix the next day if we didn’t put anything in. So, she put the old piercing in. A great deal of discomfort for nothing!

Steven was the best piercer I’ve ever had. So calm & precise. He made sure it was what I wanted & was sure to be specific to your personal ear shape. We were a walk in & couldn’t be happier! Cash only but they have an ATM :)

Great prices and service. Had a wait on deal days but totally worth it when a $70 service cost only $20. Would go back if needed. Staff is also great and they’re very efficient.

Update: both the flash tattoos i got are now infected. this artist Fabian is dirty and needs to be fired. i cant imagine how his other work comes out if a flash this small wasnt cleaned before the tattooing began and now got infected. and yes i followed after care directions (washed w unscented antibacterial soap and light coat of aquaphor).$20-$35 is a very cheap price for a flash but thats no excuse to skip crucial steps in sanitizing prep for the tattoo. the guy who did my tattoo didnt bother to clean the skin or shave the area before starting the tattoo. he also caught an attitude when i specified the thickness i wanted. “take the bandages off after two days.” was all he told me for aftercare. won’t be returning.

My experience at RedInk was AMAZING. I recommend it to anyone who wants a piercing or tattoo. Staff was exceptionally nice and funny. Studio was clean and they provided chargers!!! Not just a great tattoo and piercing outcome, but an amazing experience. Definitely 100 Stars.

Bad customer service and service in general. I came here 4 years ago for a tattoo removal and the guy name RED was very rude and heavy handed with the laser. I told him it was burning mutliple times and he said that was normal. I was in extreme pain for 2 hours getting my leg tattoo removal. Also i ended up with an infection in the hospital had to let my skin heal from 2nd degree burn. I had trouble walking since my blood supply was low to that leg and all they offered was meat packs and sticky gauze to wrap my leg with because he said it needed to stay moist. Mind you i had followed up with a dermatologist who said he was using the wrong laser (Q Switch) on Black skin and it is very harsh and can cause damage to our skin tone. It took 3 years for all the darkness to go away and im finally healed but that trauma cost me a lot of money just for a simple tattoo removal. I also thought his attitude was rude after i did the first session and was complaining about the symptoms. There was no empathy or understanding that he caused this damage. Never recommend this place to anyone. Its in the cut, in a underground area on 56th st. BEWARE DO NOT COME HERE FOR TATTOO REMOVALS OR IF YOU GET A NASTY ATTITUDE FROM A WORKER. THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR MONEY. NO TATTOO IS WORTH DEALING WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This studio was great. My best friend, Jacquelyn and I scheduled an appointment because we were going to be in town for her birthday and wanted to get matching tattoos. The entire staff was friendly and our artist Steven was fantastic. He made us feel very comfortable and his line work was clean. It was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend this place!

This was my first time getting tatted. I went on one of their flash sale days as a walk in. The wait wasn’t too bad considering, maybe 40 minutes or so. BIG UP JUAN CARLOS! 10/10 service. Im super satisfied with his clean work. Professional, friendly, muy amable. Other artists around were cool too. They charged me $120 for two small tattoos on my wrist.

Go with Andrea! Shes amazing! I was so nervous but she answered all my questions and was so patient and sweet. She did an AMAZING job and did it exactly how I wanted it. So happy.

Buddy with white hair and face tattoo that looks like he just crawled out of the NYC sewer system is an absolute joke, and radiates that small PP energy! Went in with a design idea and he immediately seems incoherent, impatient and rushed! I think to myself “why is prince Phillip over here doing my consult when he’s not even the artist?” He didn’t take any of my ideas and laughed in my face at one point when I got frustrated at his arrogant remarks towards my weight and how it would take a year to tattoo an arm my size. Was really grateful to be shown true colours before supporting this horrible shop. Shows you should read bad reviews even if the good outweighs the bad.

RedInk Tattoo Studio is an exceptional tattoo shop at what they do. I came to the shop late night on memorial day to get a Roman numerals birth/death date for my Uncle Architectural Historian Barry Lewis, but Also had the idea for a Mad Hatter melting clock in mind. After speaking with his staff and then presenting it to you Red we booked an appointment for the next day. It was a honor to have him do the work and share this special moment under his mastery of his passion and craft for tattooing. This experience is something I will remember all my life. Andrea did well tattooing a cross with great precision and accuracy . It’s a very important religious symbol for me and she executed it well and explained after care thoroughly.

Came here to get a piercing , piercer was nice but the guy with that hat was being a jerk to the staff and was very unwelcoming, getting pierced was already making me nervous so it threw me off. Artists work was decent there’s lots of other tattoo shops to go to that aren’t so hostile so if you’re looking for a comfortable environment this probably isn’t the place.

Got my first lip piercing and the service was amazing. They were so respectful of me and the lady was very professional and patient with me. I can’t tolerate pain so I got nauseous but overall amazing service.

I suggest visiting his beautiful little white dog who was very helpful and playful. He kept me with smiles from the time I was in there till the time I let the door close behind me. Great place and atmosphere to be for looking for any designs. I give it a five star!

Person messaging through Instagram was really helpful.Very rude in store customer service. 2 older gentlemen working the desk, more sips from their coffee than words spoken. Dirty looks upon arrival. Very dismissive tone. Inaccurate information over the phone. Long wait times. Had to walk out after all of the above. Wouldn’t return. Would take your business elsewhere.

I’ve been here countless times and have had a positive experience each and everytime. The owners are hilarious and always make for an entertaining and comfortable experience. I bring friends with me often and they have become returning customers too!

My husband and I chose Redink Tattoo Studio because we wanted to get special, matching tattoos during our visit to NYC. We chose this studio because of their great ratings.I made an appointment ahead of time and got right in at that scheduled time. Our tattoo artists were kind, professional, patient, and most important, talented artists.There are a couple reasons I give 4 stars instead of 5.First, my husband and I were assigned two different artists for our matching tattoos...I should have questioned this and requested one artist. The art and stencil were the same, however artists have different styles and what bothered me most, different shades of our chosen colors. I didnt think to ask if the colors being used were the same. So, while we are both happy with our individual tattoos, there are color and style differences.Second, the pricing...I wish I had gone in with a better understanding and expectation of tattoo pricing. We were there during the flash sale, $20 & up tattoos, customs starting at $60. Our tattoos are the size of a DIME, two colors, basic shape, outline only. We were quoted and accepted $140 each, plus we tipped $30 each. Im not qualified/educated enough to negotiate with a tattoo artist, but for this size and knowing the special was custom tattoos starting at $60 this was a little shocking, considering the small size, basic shape, and two colors. I feel like I just played the role of stupid tourist.Overall, a great shop, but just remember to ask questions and have an understanding of tattoo pricing.

This is my new spot! I went here for the first time and had JAUNK as my tattoo artist. He had me laughing the whole time. He was so accommodating and helpful. He was also so gentle with me, the least painful tattoo I’ve ever received. I will definitely be returning to see him. Thank you JUANK!

I have a habit of getting new ink when I travel. Saturday 12/9/23 was no exception. After reading all the reviews, decided to stop into Red Rocket. Gio was available and I’m so glad. His work copying my choice was quick and spot-on. However, when it came time to pay, I was floored and embarrassed when I didn’t have enough cash, thinking I was going to pay $100 cash and the rest on my card. Gio is one of the artists who does not accept credit. When I decided on Red Rocket, the website clearly said credit cards accepted. So I was in a bind…no cash for his tip either! Fortunately my friend had cash so she gave me the $10 for the balance plus $20 for his tip.Gio was amazing. Friendly, respectful and an amazing artist. I have a tattoo that needs a facelift and I only wish I could go back and have him do it for me. But being 75, that was my last trip to the Big Apple.

Walked in and was taken care of super fast! Matias did my tattoos. He was super nice, professional, did great work. Highly recommend this shop and Matias!

Do not let this place take advantage of you like they did to my friend and I! We were on a girls trip to the city and after dinner decided it would be fun to get small tattoos. The atmosphere at this shop was nice and I truly appreciate the gentleman that worked with me to come up with a design that I liked. I also appreciate that he said he didn’t do much fine line work so he passed me off to another gentleman in the shop. After 1 week my overpriced tattoo is DISAPPEARING. Same for my friends. I have another large fine line piece that never disappeared. I tried writing the “artist” afterwards and he told me that happens with thin lines. Well if it happens with thin lines then why couldn’t he share this before or ask if I wanted it thicker? I was charged $250 and then left him a nice 20% tip so $300 for a small (maybe 2 inch) tattoo to now have to pay again for someone to fix it. Again, I do like the design. But the artist should not be offering his services if this is what is going to happen. It’s not right to charge someone an arm and a leg for something that’s vanishing. The third girl in our group was tattooed by someone else and hers looks good. But for my other friend and I, we were tattooed by Jager Fernandez (this is the name on his Instagram) so please be aware. An artist should always be open about what they do or don’t feel comfortable with doing. Don’t do something just for the money. They had also said the tattoo was going to be over $300 after I had asked for a price and when I got hesitant they started negotiating the price. I felt weird about that. Again this is maybe a 2 inch tattoo…. I do understand this is in the heart of New York City, but I am just emphasizing don’t take advantage of people because they are tourists.

Idk the actual service in the shop is a bit unwelcoming and they’re overpriced to say the least but the Artists are so nice. Matias was so sweet and gental the tattoo barely hurt. He took the time to help me creat a beautiful piece that I’ll come back to finish soon!

Today I went to Red Ink for another tattoo and I’ve been here previously never regretted the decision to come get my tattoos there. The Red Ink Crew were friendly and tended to me quickly once I arrived. I have gotten two other pieces with them and I leave every time satisfied with the work. Their artists are creative and amazing definitely need to come see what they are about.

The check-in process was clear. You have to scan a QR code and wait outside until they call you inside. The receptionist guy was kind of rude. He was very short and not very welcoming. But Gabriel, my artist, was great. We went during the flash sale and he did a great job at making sure I was comfortable and ready. Also his line work was perfect!

I stumbled upon this place googling tattoo laser removal and it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made! My tattoo is fading nicely after only ONE session and there’s hardly any pain! The store’s owner, Red, is the epitome of professional with excellent quality laser removal equipment. He takes the time to explain how it works and how to care for it. I have over a dozen tattoos and I’ve never been more comfortable in a tattoo parlor then here! Definitely recommend!

**Review is solely on the customer service since the negative experience caused us to take our business elsewhere** I stopped by with my family to get matching tattoos to celebrate my mom’s birthday and a nice gentleman came to open the door and letting us in. We walked in and the man behind the counter with white hair with the small tattoo on his face rolled his eyes immediately. Obviously bothered by us coming in. He let us know that we couldn’t come in with kids and that was perfectly fine, safety first. Every shop has their own rules. We let him know that we were looking to get a quote for the tattoos we wanted to get and he proceeded to roll his eyes and said “show me a picture” from there on, I knew the type of service we were going to receive from there, so we let him know that if he’s going to be rude that this is not the place for us. The two other people we interacted with were nice though and I’m sure some artists there are dope tattoo artist but we weren’t compatible due to the customer service provided.

Got my rook and traigus piercing done by Serge, barely felt anything! He was speedy, efficient, and welcoming. Great service, I highly recommend this place and this artist/piercer!

Went here for their flash tattoo sale after finding them on Instagram. I took my own custom flash which was priced fairly in my opinion. I scheduled an appointment online with a specific artist at a specific time as instructed on their website and was told after my hour & 1/2 long wait that appointments are not honored during their flash sale events so that was annoying to hear. Prepare *at-least* a 2 hour window for the whole experience. I ended up being seen by Fabian and he was very quick & attentive. I had a pleasant tattooing experience with him.

Being a tattoo virgin, I had been putting this off for a long time. Andrew was really cool and calm and made my experience the best. I’ll be back.

I stopped here for a flash sale during a trip to NYC. I got a small custom piece done. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. My artist (Fabian) was wonderful and did great work. I wish I could have him do more of my tats. Nice and clean studio with a fun vibe.

Amazing, the artist that did my tattoo was super sweet , and patient. I absolutely love her line work. I forgot her name but she is the petite Brazilian girl. She made it so comfortable it was amazing. Let me not forget the guy at the front desk. Man that guy there in the front desk is the absolute reason I would return. Service is there , reasonably priced, cool vibes. If you’re hesitant just try them out, I’m one who is never pleased so for me to even write a positive review should tell you something… lol !

Alexis tattooed me for my first tattoo ever and it was such a great experience. He was so thorough when we were discussing placement and size, but also very understanding, taking my preferences into account. While he was working he was super gentle and efficient. I actually ended up getting two fine line tattoos, and they both look so amazing. Definitely go get a tattoo with Alexis!!!

Owner was rude from the moment he came outside. very dismissive. tattoo artists were lovely. My friend was asked her name and artist was shutdown by owner i told you we are here to work, not make friends. My other friend paid and waited in the basement for three hours while they took other clients, they ended up not even having her in line to be next. When she was done with her tattoo we had left her to get the car and she was kicked out the shop at night with no jacket on. That same owner did her piercing and was having complications, began to curse and become frustrated as if he did not know what he was doing as she began to pass out. False advertisement for the flash sales . overall i would maybe go back?

Had a session with Andrea. She was amazing answered all my questions made me super comfortable. Definitely returning to see her again.

Paid $200 for an inexperienced piercer to pierce my dimples. While she was doing it I could already tell she didn’t really know what she was even doing. She not only struggled to get the jewelry through itself but also pierce it from the INSIDE and then gave me an extremely short bar. I tried to trust the process and they looked super cute at first. But then literally the next day, my cheeks completely swelled over my jewelry and I had to go to a completely different place to get my bars changed out because I quite honestly don’t trust these people enough to go back to them. I was scared that the jewelry would get completely embedded into my cheeks! I just feel that for such an expensive price, the piercer should know what they’re doing and if they don’t have the correct jewelry for it, they should make it known to the customer rather than just taking their money.

I was visiting NY for a few days from FL and so glad I found Redink! Wow! Their hospitality was PHENOMENAL and so easy to call and schedule an appointment. My friend came along as a walk-in too! To have a relaxing environment, great vibes, fun employees, and of course amazing tattooing. It was really great to have my first tattoo done by Gonzalo at Redink!!!

Ava was so kind, patient and helpful for my first piercing! I had a great experience only added to by their service and willingness to take our time and get the position just right.

The customer service and vibes were amazing until it was time to get my piercing done. I informed Steven on what I wanted, and that I had it before and just needed it higher on my lip. He suggested I do a different style of piercing instead of straight through my lip. He seemed to be reluctant to do it and told him nevermind. He like you already paid Ill do it. Got in the chair he lined it up I again reminded him I want it higher and he placed it even lower than before . I informed the manager I didnt like the placement and hes like well come back and we can fix it. No offer of money back,no Im sorry you dont like it . Just welp you are here now .

I love this place I’ve been to two of their flash events, and decided to have them do a bigger piece that was super close to me and could not be any happier with my tattoo. The amazing red did my tat, and he took what I had given him and turned that into and even better piece and I’m happy I took his advice. Everyone here is just so friendly, and personable. I wholeheartedly endorse getting a tattoo from this shop. This is my fully healed lion tattoo. Red inked my tattoo, and I was a walk-in. My first tattoo was fantastic, and I had numerous compliments on it from other people. Everyone there was so kind. I wish I could offer a rating of more than 5. Once my mother approves, Ill get another tattoo(s).

Very Proffessional Studio, All the artists were very good at their work, very neat and hygenic place, although our work started late night they still accommodated us and finished our work even though it was after their work hours. Thankyou for that.

I went there like a year ago and the guy with the face glasses (white man, chewing gum always ) was very rude !!!!!!Went there again today and he was again rude , but very welcoming and warm to a white couple !!!!!!!! I’m sorry, but everyone in there are nice except for him. I was in the city for a weekend and decided that I wanted to get a tattoo. Walked into the office and was politely greeted and welcomed. I flipped through the book because I wanted something small to remember my trip. Found a few things I wanted and then there was the photo. A cross with angel wings. I sat down with Gio and we talked about placement and how it was going to look. Gio had a gentle touch and was a great person to work with. Highly recommend and make sure you say hi to the pup that’s there!

This was my first time getting a tattoo. My artist Quest was very nice. I was very nervous and I almost passed out. He gave me some water and candy and just talked to me until I was calm and ready to go. The shop is very clean and all the people are so nice. I had an amazing experience and will go back the next time Im in New york

Nice shop , staff, great location convenient to times square and Broadway. Fabian had done some work for me in another state last year so I looked him up while in NYC so I could get some more of his artwork, he is a very talented artist and a perfectionist, great combo when one has such mad skills. Im sure he is surrounded by talented artists, everyone was very professional, nice shop that I hope to see again someday.

My tattoo is now two weeks into healing and I am so pleased with how it turned out. I would get work done by any of the talented, versatile artists at Redink, but accredit Ryan with this one. I appreciated Ryan’s enthusiasm, deep focus, respect, and attention to detail throughout the whole experience, as well as Ryan’s periodic check-ins to ensure I was still comfortable. The tattoo took about 4 hours to complete. The shop itself is clean, has a down to earth vibe, and everyone there is so kind while still being professional. I recommend Redink Tattoo Studio to tattoo lovers of all styles, and will be returning as soon as I can myself for more stunning work like this masterful, one-of-a-kind piece of art (see photo)!!

Walked in to get my septum pierced ($100/cash only) and the placement is not where I wanted it, and not straight. I decided to keep it in to see if I liked a different piece of jewelry more. The jewelry change was $40 for a flimsy piece of medal. Everything felt rushed… with a crowd outside. I’m really disappointed because I didn’t want to go through this process again and will not be returning.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Redink. Spencer did a piece for me that I am head-over-heels in love with! He took his time drawing out a beautiful outline from some truly terrible sketches and pictures on my phone, then shaded the tat in ways that I could never have imagined.I had to leave in the middle of inking to go see a show, so Spencer wrapped me up and I came back 3.5 hours later and he finished it!The detail and emotion Spencer put into my tattoo was incredible and the next time I am in New York, I plan on seeing him again for another piece.One of the owners (I think Serge) came in and chatted with me and my friend while Spencer was working on me. He was super friendly and really added to the whole experience.

There are places that touch my heart and Redink was definelity one of them, It was a fantastic experience, I was looking forward to to get my lip and eyebrown piercing done for many years and I was lucky enough to stumble upon this place. From filling out the forms and they smoothly walked me through it with such an ease and confidence, Red himself took care of me it did not hurt at all, his years of experience came through when he was taking care of me, meeting him and Serge made realize I found I space where I will come back to make new piercing projects and tattoos where I am sure its gonna be fair as well full of professionalism, where their honest answer would make me feel secure of my choices and awareness through it. My anticipation for the flash tattoo and piercing event at this shop turned into sheer disappointment and frustration. Despite arriving promptly at 3pm, I found myself waiting for an agonizing hour and a half before being attended to, despite being assured I was next in line. The disrespect reached its peak when the tattoo artist or front desk person abruptly switched priorities, allowing two others to go ahead of me. Then he acted like we started an argument about it and kept insisting. Honestly he was so immature and unprofessional, so detrimental to have people working like that.To add insult to injury, the demeanor of the staff was far from welcoming. From the moment I stepped in, I was met with snide remarks about my appearance, including unnecessary comments about my glasses that bordered on unprofessionalism. The atmosphere was tainted with an air of rudeness that persisted throughout my visit.As someone new to their services, this experience left a lasting impression – one that ensures Ill never return nor recommend this establishment to anyone seeking quality service and respect.

I came in on a Monday afternoon -2 days before the new year. Place was a little busy for a Monday and I didnt have an appt so there was a little wait time. Sergio was very reassuring that I would be seen. In came Ledja and she started to work with me right away. She took a design that I had and prepared it for our session. It was my first tattoo and during the process she asked if I was okay. I was a bit nervous at first but the process went smoothly. Ledja made sure that she explained how to take care of my tattoo and what to expect. I discovered this place via a Groupon that I had purchased...The facility was nice, comfy and clean. Spencer is the best, they know their stuff and all the staff give you plenty of time to decide what you want. I will go back to get mine colored after it heals, and get a custom tattoo. I went to their tattoo event where they give the flash tattoos, the price you see is the price you get with the exception of coloring or resizing.

Best place in NYC to get a pair of lobe piercings!! I decided on a whim that I wanted my 3rd lobes done and went during a flash. Dani was SO friendly and I was in and out within the hour. Would definitely come back!

Do not go here. The piercer took my irritation bump and picked it with a needle despite my telling him that the procedure seemed a little crazy. Now I have a scar tissues nose that’s forever messed up because of this place.

Spencer did an amazing seahorse, and on March 25 Chris did 3 beautiful tattoos on me. Definitely will return again for more ink!

The Red Ink Crew here is nothing short of AMAZING. They took care of me from the moment I walked in to the time I walked out. Red is an amazing artist whom works for his clients, and has already done two big pieces of mine. 10/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I never ever leave reviews but I actually have to for just how terrible this piercer made me feel and just so unseen as a customer who saved up money for these piercings. Avoid this piercer and just go somewhere close to you. I went in August and got my helix and earlobe done. She doesnt care about her customers and the quality of the earrings itself SUCKS. I found out from 2 other friends who went to her that they constantly got irritation bumps and infections and went to a different piercer who was shocked at how bad the jewelry was and how terrible of a job she did. This entire time, I havent been able to remove either piercing, and after my doctor failed to remove it, she recommended I call and ask the piercer to remove it at a discounted price since its strange that even the doctor cant remove it. When I called, I heard her in the background, super mean and rude, go Uhh.. no way. Bye! No tips, help, sympathy, anything. She couldnt even be nice about saying no (Keep in mind I was never rude this entire time - Im literally shy and felt bad about asking in the first place) My friends recommended me a different place near QCM where they literally fixed all the problems she caused for half the price - same certifications (better actually) and years of more experience. Save your money!

During flash sale I was there as a tourist and Fabian helped me out with the tattoo I wanted. Really happy with the result and got a nice souvenir to bring back home!

Gonzalo was amazing! He was super professional and did this amazing tiny squirrel for me. We walked in and were greeted and the crew got right to work. Super quiet shop with great 90’s rock streaming at the perfect volume. Was able to sit back and relax the whole time.

Not only is the tattoo GREAT, he was also so patient as I decided what I wanted and he gave sooo much good feedback on my tattoo placement, sizing, etc, which were things I didn’t think much about beforehand! Went for the flash sale this weekend ($20 piercings!!) and got a piercing done by Steven. Everything was very efficient and professional and Steven joked around with our group and talked us through every step, 10/10 would come again!

I have gotten a few tattoos from here. The place is very clean and the staff are very nice and welcoming. I must say Red is definitely my favorite artist. He is the best! He’s very nice and very chill. The prices are very reasonable as well. If you are looking for a very clean and sterile place that do wonderful work then this is your place.

If your nose piercing is crooked they attack your nose size. Instead of solving problems they attack their customers. How is it that you charge a high price yet treat with such unprofessionalism. Also your jewelry is flimsy. Are there any other ones you can sponsor at your shop?

A friend recommended me to come here it was my first time , the employs are friendly and my tattoo artist was very cool and nice but the only problem was that he did my tattoo a little way to rough that when I got home I started leaking through the badge , I quickly took out the badge and clean it before it gets infected mind you I barely use that arm and this has never happened to me I have other 7 tattoos on me n this is the first time that ever happened to me but I really appreciate him fixing my other tattoo and I love how it came out.

They charge you for everything, they print your tattoo enormous, just for you to pay $20 extra to make it smaller. In their flash tattoo events you end up paying 3 times more for services that are basic in other places. Furthermore, people at the front desk are rude, they told me that they just want my money. They dont care about you. Literally the Spirit of the tattoo studios in NYC.

Visited a few Shops in Manhattan last Week, walked out of most of them due to Overall Store appearance. By previously researching REDINK with some others they proved to me they were the ONLY PLACE before i was even met at the Door! GREAT Experience from A-B. I had my Tattoo prepared Weeks before and when the Staff and MARTIEZ looked at it They/HE put Very much thought into it Immediately and their Suggestions and His Personal touches made it Better than i could Imagine it Ever Looking. They reworked an Older Tattoo and added my additions Seamlessly! Hands down the Only Place in NYC i will go moving forward, THX REDINK!!

Went here for memorial weekend to see a show. My sister and I wanted to have matching tattoos to remember the trip. This place was awesome ! This place is amazing!!! The prices are phenominal compared to other places ive been too. Last thursday i went in for a tat and was so impressed i went in the next day for another and brought along my sister and mom who both also got work done! My 12 yr old got her ears piecred by red as well and her ears are healing perfectly! I am definitely going back soon!!! Thier work is amazing and my tats are healing beautifully. I went during one of their events- two lobe piercings and a flash tat for $60! Great pricing and the front desk was quick and efficient. Had a great experience with Dani and Sam, both had multiple years of experience and were very welcoming and nice :) I definitely recommend Redink and would come again!

I had a blast at Red Ink. I went for the October 2022 Halloween Flash Event. I got two beautiful tattoos for close to nothing. Compared to the other places Ive been, this place is incredible in terms of its pricing and environment. The place itself is cool but its also incredibly hospitable and friendly. Serge is an absolute character who had me and the staff laughing, and because of that, I felt more comfortable in there. Damian was excellent too, telling me a wonderful story of how he became a tattoo artist. The whole experience was incredible. Highly recommend. Im coming back next month.

Been here twice already for two Friday the 13th events. The staff is always super kind and understanding. Their tattoo artists are also amazing. Everyone at RedInk definitely puts a lot of effort into making sure everything runs smoothly. They dont get enough credit, but they get my respect.

I had a great experience at Redink Tattoo Studio!! I got a tattoo behind my ear/neck done and my eye brow pierced! A Friend of mine also got a tattoo and piercings done too! We both are veryyyy happy!! Ive been in other tattoo shops in Mn that did good but the vibe wasnt the greatest.. This one in New York is great, everyone is friendly and we both felt veryyy welcomed!! I for sure recommend them!! If Im back in New York, Ill for sure be back !!

Got my earring piercings done here, process was super fast and easy. The person doing the piercings was informative and knew what they were doing. I felt basically zero pain throughout the entire process.

Went to partake in the flash sale… arrived and there was a sign that said “do not walk in wait for someone to come out and get you” I was literally outside standing in the cold waving to the girl at the desk through the glass door, eye contact and all. After waiting for over 10 mins I called and had told the young girl on the phone that I was waiting outside and that I also had an appointment. Which then she responded “ we’ll come get you in a minute” she came out didn’t even greet me it’s automatically asked if I filled out the consent form. She then said fill it out and I’ll be back in two minutes. Which I then again waited outside for another 8 mins before two tattoo artist that were going on a McDonald’s run. Invited us to come in as they were walking back into the shop. Once I walked in the girl who I had original spoke to started chopping down on cheeseburger and Fries along with the two other 50-60 year old white men that were sitting in opposite ends of her (Aka serge & Red( the owner)). The girl her self was very unprofessional she kept demanding I pay before printing the stencil, which I had automatically said okay and had no problem with…so I don’t know why she kept reiterating it. I asked how much for red ink bc ALL of my tattoos are red. She told me $20. Waited another 10-15 mins before they actually assigned a tattoo artist to me. He wasn’t even the one I selected for when I booked my appointment. The girl who neglected me out in the 40° degree weather, with a scheduled appointment, who was also stuffing a McDonald’s cheeseburger down her month at the front desk FAILED to inform the tattoo artist that I PAID extra for RED INK. When I got up and told the three workers at the front desk he replied with “ you can easily get that lasered off” NEVER did I receive an apology. He was like “ we all make mistakes, I made alot of mistakes in my life” and was trying to make it seem like he was tryna help me out eve tho he knew it was that young girls fault. And when they gave me my money back, the girl had the nerve to ask the guy “all of iT?” as if she wasn’t the exact reason for why I now HAVE A BLACK CIRCLE tattooed on my wrist. It literally looks like I drew on myself with pen. COMPLETELY unprofessional… from the waiting outside with an appointment, to the McDonald’s eating at the front desk, to the lack of communication of information to their artist about their work. I would NOT RECOMMEND. That girl doesn’t need to work there you can be so unprofessional and UNFOCUSED when dealing with things that are on people’s bodies forever.

I loved this place! I went for a bring your own flash event randomly. Everyone was really nice and helpful to someone who didn’t really have a plan on what they wanted.My tattoo artist Preá was my favorite person! He was so kind and understanding. You could tell that he loved his job. I loved being able to chat with him while I got my tattoo. And the tattoo itself was so quick and easy. I stopped here as a walk in because I was visiting NYC. I only waited maybe ~30 minutes before being seen which was great. The only thing that was a little weird is the pricing. The artist asked me what my budget was and I said I didnt want to spend more than $200. The tattoo I wanted was small and easily probably quoted around $150. I dont think the tattoo was worth that much and it was weird they didnt base their prices off of tattoo size/detail, so if they ask you what your budget is, maybe aim on the lower side.

Worst piercers ever. Pierced my nostril piercing so high my coworkers clowned me. Called for months to get it fixed. Emailed too. Finally I am able to come. The piercer is an hour late despite having an appointment. They are piercing me in the front door area. Had to pierce the needle thru my nose 3 times because they lost the hole. Had me trying to put the jewelry in myself. Offered to pierce something else because she couldn’t do it. Owner finally came and put the jewelry in. I even said yeah it doesn’t look symmetrical to the other side. He says yes it is. That it’s swelling and I bled a ton. Emailed them saying piercing placement still is messed up. They said wait it’s just swelling. I literally had nerve numbness after for a week since they stuck my nose with a needle multiple times. It messed up… it’s been months since this happened. But I want everyone to know, I WOULD NOT recommend. Spent cost of piercing, tip (when I didn’t see it was messed up the first time since they rush you out), train fair 2 round trip, hours of my life, pain, suffering, crying, and for what? A bad piercing and a free pair of hoops they gave me to make up for it. They offer the cheap piercings but bro at what cost fr… posting from my meme google account but the shop knows who I am via email/fb, etc…

My finance and I spontaneously decided to get a tattoo while on vacation in New York. Maty and Fabian were amazing!! The tattoos looked amazing!! The shop environment was relaxing! I would recommend this shop to everyone!

I came as a walk-in last weekend, and I had a pretty good experience. The wait was kind of long, but thats understandable since I didnt have an appointment. Steven did my piercings, and he was really nice and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions regarding the piercings (my first time getting ones in my cartilage, and he advised me on the best course of action to get my desired results. I appreciated how we decided on what piercing was best for me before paying, and it goes to show that they care about getting the client the best services. It was $120 for an industrial piercing, and $40 for each cartilage piercing. Everything was clean, and the needles were in the sterile packaging. I highly recommend coming here and requesting Steven to do your piercing if you want a great experience! You wont be disappointed, and this is a safer, better option for a piercing than cheaper, untrustworthy places that use piercing guns.

Owner was rude to costumers and staff. It was unsanitary piercer kept dropping things and touching everything with bare hands. The owner/manager tried to charge $100 for a small finger tattoo when they were having a $25 dollar flash sale. Then charged $40 for an ear piercing even though they had a $25 dollar deal. One of the staff was confused on why we were charged $40 for an ear piercing when a deal was going on. Don’t go here not worth it.

I have gotten 4 piercings and tattoos from here, one of which was by the owner, Red, himself. Every person that I have worked with has been great. Always accommodating and cool and makes me feel comfortable. The girl who pierced my cartilage yesterday had such a gentle touch, I barely felt it. I would highly recommend people to this shop. I plan to go back.

Jeff did an incredible job on my forearm tattoo. Great attention to detail in the lettering and took his time to do it which I really appreciated. Everyone at the shop is very friendly and welcoming and the prices are fair too. This is my second time coming to this tattoo studio, both times have been great. I received amazing tattoos from both artists. Edit- I went back to Red Ink for three more piercings last week, three months after my first piercing. I went on a Flash Deal day, but much earlier in the day (probably around three pm?) and the wait was very very short. Ive recommended Red Ink multiple times to friends. I really love my tattoo from here! Crystal was so kind and patient with getting the sizing right, especially because I can be a little indecisive. Her guidance was so appreciated and it was probably the most pleasant time Ive had getting a tattoo.I had to wait a while to get in for the tattoo, but that is definitely to be expected when coming to a flash event! Its a great opportunity to get a discounted piece, so lots of people take advantage, so just make sure you have some time to spare and patience with your artists who seem to be working hard to get everyone in, but dont want to rush the process which is so appreciated. The system out front was very organized so it went smoothly! Will definitely be coming back :)

I love this tattoo shop! Im so grateful I took a chance on this tattoo shop for my first two tattoos. Their staff are sweet and kind, super inviting! My first tattoo, done almost three weeks ago now was tattooed by Red. He was super chill and nice about helping me out, it was such a great first experience. And the gentleman who did my second, Christopher Inksinna was awesome. He was accommodating, super friendly and really cool about the experience. Both artists did an awesome job and I love my tattoos! I recommend both artists highly and will go back for more in the future!

The flash tattoos are very popular so expect a long wait. I wish the receptionist would be transparent with the estimated time. She said 40 minutes knowing there were over 15 people ahead of me. The wait ended up being 3 1/2 hours. I got there at 3pm and didnt get seen until 6:30pm. They also way over charge for custom flash tattoos. I wanted a simple design, same size as the flash ones, and even less linework and they upcharged $40. The artists are talented, however every experience Ive had over the last 3 years, the lines tend to look a little shaky, nothing too crazy. Overall, its a decent spot to go to if you want a cute, small, cheap tattoo!!P.S: The bald dude at the desk with glasses is VERY rude. Theyre cash only, and have an ATM inside, however it was broken when I tried. I asked him if there was anything he could do and he responded with such an attitude: Go to the bank. Theres one in every corner. The nearest chase bank was a 7 minute walk. I had 85% of the cash, and told them my friend was running to the bank but they wouldnt hold my place in line. Had to leave to work after waiting over an hour, and came back the next day. Thankfully the tattoo artists themselves are funny, kind and caring.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! My tattoo artist, Randy, killed the design. It was clean, sleek, and precise. It came out really clear and he really took his time, he was also very gentle, which I appreciate a lot because I have sensitive skin. All of the staff and artists are very sweet and attentive to what you want exactly. This is my second tattoo and it is now my new home for getting tattoos.

I live a block away from Red Ink Tattoo and I saw one of their monthly flash sales going on, so I decided to book an appointment. It did not disappoint at all - this place runs extremely smoothly. From walking in it was about 15 minutes to get in front of the tattoo artist. Everyone at the shop is extremely friendly - the owner is super personable and called every customer by their first name, they all make you feel welcome and at home.Crystal tattooed me and she was friendly and did great work, she took her time and made sure everything looked perfect. Booked an appt online even tho I had never been to this shop. I was in town on vacation and wanted to get a tattoo. I chose Prea to be my artist and I was not disappointed. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Appt time was kept and price was where it should be. Prea made me feel like I was at my home tattoo shop. Will visit him again the next time I am in the city. I had the best time ever Spencer was amazing his attention to detail and the all around experience was great. He is so light handed barely felt a thing, but when I did his calmly voice really helped me not focus on the pain. The studio was clean staff is pleasant and professional, Red the owner was so nice and welcoming. I’m definitely going back for more tattoos. It’s a little far from the Bronx, but well worth it.

I’m not one to write reviews but this was a horrible piercing experience for me. first of all they charge weirdly high prices for not very intricate designs. things that would be 60$ else where he tried charging my friend 120$.then while be pierced by someone who is clearly new to piercing(which isn’t a problem) she ran into some trouble and issues. her mentors and higher up just watched as she struggled to pierce myself and my friend. they were invasive and annoying towards her and pressuring and scaring her even more and they just watched. when she pierced me and i start bleeding badly, her higher up/mentor just watched and barely even passed her tissue to help with the all the blood. less than an hour later my nose ring practically fell out. the professionalism and teamwork of these folks was terrible

I had the pleasure of being pierced by Steven. I was a walk-in with a friend and we immediately got brought upstairs to get pierced. We met Steven who was the kindest ever. My friend and I went for a walk in and it was super quick for the services. When my friend got a little woozy after her ear piercing the staff was so kind and patient. They waited until she felt 100% again for her to even leave the chair; even when two customers left because of the extended wait, they were so kind and continued bringing water and lolly pops until she was ready. They even gave us cash for an Uber home so we didn’t have to take the train. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Walked in for my first tattoo, the shop is sanitary and clean. They are following safety guidelines, only the individual getting the service will be allowed inside and a mask is required. I also suggest securing cash of about $250, depending on your tattoo. I was warmly greeted by Luiza, filled out the consent form and waited for about 20 minutes in their cozy waiting area. She made sure I was comfortable and was thorough about the consultation and aftercare. She made different stencils for comparison and made adjustments accordingly to what I wanted. It was a fun and chill first time experience. It took about 30 minutes for two words. I am happy with the result! I recommend this place.

Redink is where I got my first tattoos and my nose piercings, both experiences were great! Theyre very friendly and organized, I was a walk-in for my nose piercings and they took my right away and it happened very quickly. They make sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and I was incredibly happy with the results! Definitely recommend this place for all your tattoo and piercing needs! Will say they are cash only but they have an ATM inside if you need one. 10/10

So I went here for my first tattoo. I had Randy as my artist and this was the best experience! He took his time answered all of questions and was super nice! He did an amazing job and described in detail everything I needed to know for aftercare. The place was very clean and overall was a fun atmosphere. I am VERY happy with my experience.

Made an appointment prior for the flash event this weekend. They were Able to accommodate me with no issues after I had to reschedule. Pretty, cool and plenty designs available for a fair price. A little crowded but I don’t blame because of the location. Very clean, welcoming, quirky, fun and welcoming staff. Got the pleasure of working with Red. He’s was very cool, respectable and made me feel comfortable the whole time, got four tattoos done in a decent time window. And he was kind enough to let me make some changes, a little last minute and made it happen. Would definitely come back again.

I went to Red Ink with my sister this week and we both got tattoos (1 for her, 2 for me; one being a much needed touch-up to an existing tattoo). Overall, the experience was great! Really friendly staff here they really take their time to explain everything to you pre and post care. Got my tattoo done with Jonathan Quest, really talented and super friendly artist. Worked with the design I had and made it even better! He’s really great with colors and did such an awesome job with my One Piece tattoo! He was so excited to do the piece and had a great time!! It was a pretty big piece so was there for 3-4 hours but had a great time chatting with all the artists while getting my piece done. I highly recommend this place! I am so so happy!!

Traveling from out of town and made an appointment, which was the easiest most seamless method of booking I’ve ever experienced. Got a text saying they could fit me in earlier if I wanted, which was perfect for some changes in plans I had that day. Very short wait time, and Koal was a fantastic artist. Very professional and kind, with one of the lightest hands I’ve ever encountered in my tattoo experience. The ambiance of the shop is fantastic and the staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Wonderful experience, and highly recommend to anyone whether you have many tattoos or need a safe space to get your first!

The overall atmosphere was relaxing.My appointment was with Crystal, and I will forever sing her praises. Her vibe was so welcoming from the minute I stepped through the doors. She was a consummate professional, friendly and open. She sat with me to discuss options and sizing did not come across as rushed or pushy. During the session she made sure I was comfortable, checking in at regular intervals. Crystal took her time and was very precise with her work. And even after she was done she ensured I was satisfied and when I asked for a few additional tweaks she was more than happy to add my suggestions.
