She answered all of my questions leading up to the session and never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her.At my first appointment she did a great job of setting expectations and making feel comfortable. Tiffany at Lost Love RULES, I had a dumb old tattoo I hated looking at and she zapped it down so I could get a coverup. She’s kind and funny (but professional) and made an experience I was annoyed about really great. Wish I had more old bad tattoos!!! Also of note- the space was super clean and you get to wear *very* fashionable laser glasses!

Lost Love is both professional and knowledgeable. As a tattooer I’ve sent clients there to get tattoos lightened in order to make coverups easier. I’ve also had pieces removed by them and my experience has always been amazing. Highly recommend.
