Love coming here for custom work in a neo-traditional style. All of Pauls work heals quickly and cleanly - no raised lines, no scabbing. No pics of the shop / studio - its clean, not one of those pretty shops covered in taxidermy and collections - its CLEAN. Paul follows all safety protocols and sanitization methods.

Paul brought my vision to life! My son loves Jurassic park and the dinosaurs Blue and I wanted some flowers around it. He did just that! I am so happy with my tattoo and can’t wait to show it off. Ive been going to Paul since 2018 and have never been disappointed. My year isnt completely without a visit. Hes done 7/12 of my tattoos and is the only artist Ive gone back to. #13 coming in June!

Stopped in with a friend so she could get some work finished up. The owner/artist is incredibly talented, fun and personable. The shop is clean and organized, as well as very comfortable. If you’re in the area or even if you’re not I highly recommend coming to boomtown for your next tattoo.

Got my first tattoo here and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Paul did a perfect job with the tattoo, made the whole session fun and easy going, and didnt hurt my bank account! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of getting a tattoo. But plan and book in advance because you may be waiting quite some time for your appointment.

Got my tattoo done by Paul, right after his old shop BoomTown in New Freedom PA caught fire. Haven’t been to his new shop in York. But Paul is a great guy and highly recommend him to anyone looking for tattoos. I got my first One done by him and did an excellent job. I got my first tattoo here. Great atmosphere, made me feel comfortable while doing the work. The tattoo looks amazing. Paul makes you feel so welcomed and like you have been friends for a lifetime.

I took my son there for his first tattoo. My son was nervous and his blood sugar was low so he got a little queasy. The artist was very patient, funny and understanding. Very good experience for his first time. I would go there to get my fifth tattoo and I would recommend it and send my son back.
