Dorcas was amazing! She made herself very available in regards to scheduling the appointment. She even brought cupcakes because the ear piercings were for my daughter’s birthday gift and it was my daughter’s actual birthday! Above and beyond! And it doesn’t stop there. Dorcas was so professional. She also explained the ear piercing process and aftercare in a very thorough yet simple way. My daughter has had absolutely no trouble or complications with her ear piercings. We are so grateful for Dorcas at Concierge Ear Piercing LLC!

Dorcas was absolutely amazing. She explained every detail in a way that my 4 year old was able to understand. Painless and simple! She is a wonderful woman who makes you feel so comfortable. Great selection of starter earrings. I was unable to wear even 24k gold earrings due to allergy. So far so good, no pain or even redness.
