Been here a few times. Got both lobes pierced and then had my dermals switched out. The piercer is funny and down-to-earth. He was up front on process and what to expect. The shop itself was pretty clean and the piercing room had a curtain for privacy so that was good too.Each time I came, they were pretty busy but the shop is inviting and hes pretty quick on the piercing. The jewelry provided is pretty generic so makes it easy to find a replacement and makes it affordable. Will definitely be back.

Chris did an excellent job on my tat. He was able to personalize it and make it into one of a kind. I had won a gift card at a United Way charity event and it covered the price of the work.👍

My wife and son have had tattoos from Chris for years now. He is a great artist and tattoos. If you want a great tattoo, then go see Chris. He is very busy, so make appointments in advance.

I got my hoop piercings done here and it was the best! The guy who did my piercing was so kind and helpful he talked to me while I got my lip piercing, it is also very nice and clean in the shop!! 10/10 would recommend this shop for piercings!!

I went to Heart & Soul with the intention of customizing a ring tattoo and touching up my existing tattoo. Chris did an amazing job on my ring tattoo and I am super happy with the final outcome. I was stunned when I saw what my existing tattoo looked like after Chris finished it. As shown in the picture, I didnt have a lot of fine details in the original tattoo; Chris took the time to add in all the fine details. I posted the new tattoo to Facebook and have gotten so many compliments. My mom told me she cried when she saw what my tattoo looks like now because it is 100% better than the original. I am definitely going back to Heart & Soul for more tattoos.

As someone who has a needle phobia, I can say my experience with Jake @ Heart & Soul was better than I expected. Three piercings later, and I want more! (Naval and nostrils) Jake is very laid back, honest, and clean. I knew I was in good hands when I saw Jake change his glove after handing me the mirror and checking the placement of my piercings. This let me know that he is careful and does not cross-contaminate. Not only that but he also took care of me after I switched naval jewelry, and lost the sparkly ball(at no cost.) Lastly, he always reminds me that he is available if I ever need help or have questions. Needless to say, I will not be getting pierced with anyone else if its not Jake.

My daughter just got her first piercing and from the moment we walked in we received a warm welcome. Everyone has a great attitude and it felt like visiting family. We received clear instructions on aftercare and felt that all of our questions were answered. Were looking forward to our next stop in.

I wrote the vision down and Chris knocked it out of the park. Not only did he catch my vision--he enhanced it. He will have all of my business from here out!Its only been a few days, but Ive had many people stop me and ask where I got my tatoo. He even did some nice work for my son. Got a navel piercing about a month ago and came in today to get a shorter bar now that it’s healed enough. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and you can tell he is knowledgeable about what he does and cares about the healing of his clients.

I brought my 76 year old mom here to get her lip piercing put back in after her surgery. We had the pleasure of meeting Jake. He was super nice on the phone and super cool in person. Totally personable and down to Earth. Highly recommend coming here. Especially if its your first time getting a piercing this is the perfect place. Clean, comfortable and great location. Jake the owner is very nice and professional. We found Heart and Soul to be clean and a enjoyable environment to be in. He took his time, cleaned the room and the area well before piercing. He went over all the facts and gave a care sheet to take home. His prices are amazing and we cant wait to come back. My daughter did a lot of reading before and found him very knowledgeable and that made her feel safe and good getting something so big done to her body.

Ive been here several times for piercings and STILL cant remember the piercers name but hes always friendly, quick and patient. Ive never gotten a tattoo here but the tattoo guy is friendly too and the shop itself is always clean and comfortable.

I saw Jake today for a few piercings. He is super knowledgeable, friendly and makes sure that you are always comfortable. We laughed and talked through my whole appointment which made the experience even better. He doesnt use any clamps and is quick and smooth! I will hands down recommend Heart & Soul to anyone! Went in for my septum piercing. The shop was clean, and I watched him break out all the tools and jewelry from sterile packaging. The piercer had a great sense of humor and has made me feel comfortable each time I have been there.

Went to go get my eyebrow pierced and it was the best piercing experience Ive ever had. Jake was super nice and fun to chat with and definitely very experienced with piercing. He doesnt use a clamp, which I LOVED, Id rate the pain a 1 out of 10, it was that smooth and quick. I also had absolutely no swelling or bruising and Im going into week 3 of having it and it is healing beautifully. I definitely want to go back for many more piercings and HIGHLY recommend this place. It is fantastic!

I had a great experience getting my cartilage pierced by Jake. The shop was clean, inviting, and comfortable. Even as a walk-in, I didnt wait very long. You can tell Jake loves what he does, and he exudes positivity. He used awesome judgment in placing my piercing and it was over before I knew it. I actually had fun and I love my new piercing!

Oh my gosh. This place is absolutely on hit. Jake the piecer is amazing, hes reasonable, honest, professional and funny. The tattoo artists are also great at their jobs. They know their business and I wouldnt go anywhere else, 2 different style artist available 7 days a week. Reasonable prices for professional work.

I had a triple helix piercing done by Jake. I love them. Almost painless, as painless as poking holes in yourself goes. He did a really great job. Super comfortable, friendly place. Ill be back for a tattoo really soon. You wont be disappointed if you choose Heart n Soul.

I have had 3 tattoos done and am going in next week for # 4. The shop is clean, comfortable and everyone that works there is more than friendly and professional. Chris has done my tattoo work and he is a great artist. He also takes the time to make sure you are getting what you really want which is important since we carry our ink to the grave and beyond.You guys are the best and have a loyal customer as long as you have a place to create your art.

Best tattoo shop around. I have never walked out the door feeling disappointed, I am always happy with everything that I get done there and then some. The atmosphere at Heart N Soul is perfect. They have the best decor with artwork and horror memorbile. I went to Bobby for my arm tattoo. I didnt drink water or eat that day which caused me to pass out in the few minutes of the tattoo. Everyone there helped me to feel better with water and sugar. My arm turned out amazing, better then I could imagine. He took a picture and turned it into a perfect piece unique to me. I definitely recommend anyone from this shop to get a tattoo or piercing, especially Bobby.

Got a half sleeve tribal tattoo and I absolutely love it. Chris hand drew it from a reference I brought and made the whole session enjoyable. After all said and done he hit a home run and I am stunned with the final result.

Super clean and friendly shop, Ive gotten 3 tatts done by Bobby here. Ive given him designs and told him how I wanted them done and he always came threw beyond my expectations. Hes done my kame Symbol brand style on my chest, Majoras mask on my calf, and a memorial tattoo for a best friend on my shin. An great artist to go hands down.

In 2013 I Had had several pieces done here and Zoey is AWESOME! A free-hand tattoo can be terrifying, but she pulled off a large dragon in an amazing way. 2018 update: still awesome! Just had another large piece done. Looks amazing.

Just got a percing redone in my upper ear from years of having it closed. After reading reviews on here, I decided to check the place out, and was not disapointed. No hiding of chairs (curtains for privacy work were pulled back), and you can see all equipment and where it was cleaned. Jake was super awesome about my closed percing, and was super sweet about how to handle the virtually painless process. He also provided a two sided sheet of cleaning instructions and the offer of in person aid of help if things got questionable. Aside from the clean shop, clean work areas, and EXCELENT customer service, what sold me on this shop was the coffin front desk.Edit: My percing came off in the shower and Jake answered my concerns over the phone, and gave instructions till he could put the percing back in properly. He was above awesome about the whole thing. I recomend this place to everyone who asks about the percing! Will come back here for any and all percings in the future!

Got my 5th tattoo today from bobby! I love it!!! I had a idea of what I wanted and showed him like 6 pictures and had him draw something up. It is exactly what I wanted I’m so in love with it. I went in for a piercing and they did a wonderful job, they are good on pricing and after I got my ear done, they gave me a paper that tells me how to clean my piercing. And it will also tell you how long it will take for it to heal

Got my belly button pierced back a few years ago I pointed out it was a bit crooked he said it cause it’s new and has to make itself room and I let it go 2 years pass it’s still crooked don’t go there to get your belly button pierced I love mine but hate that it’s crooked

So I got a nose piercing form then and it wasn’t painful and they really took care of me my only thing is that (this is 100% my fault) however I took off my glasses and it pulled on the piercing and took it out the hole isn’t close but I’m scared because I got it Pierced on March 1st I don’t know if it will close or not and I don’t know how to put the piercing back in
