Finally found the best around! His name is CHINO at La Casa de Tinta!Referred to him from a close friend and he did AMAZING work! My son got his first and very nice large tattoo piece from him. Chino is very talented and detail oriented. From the time we met him, he made us feel extremely comfortable and really connected with myself and family to help us follow through with the process. Chino booked us and his communication was great, he helped perfect the design idea wanted and made it happen to turn into a masterpiece. The shop was very clean and it had a great welcoming atmosphere with friendly employees throughout. He worked us into his schedule and really took his time with this tattoo. La Casa de Tinta is a 5-star tattoo shop in my books! Freddy was great from the minute we exchanged our first messages via IG (cashinkz), to the moment it was time to start the tattoo! It was my first tattoo, but I wanted to go big from the start - takes a lot of trust, believe me! I got a half sleeve of a Lion/Rose which had lots of little details here and there, and he executed it beautifully. We actually incorporated small details from different designs that we found together, so once I saw the stencil, I knew it was going to look amazing. The shop itself has such a homie environment, and they’re known to give you ultimate comfort, which in the long run goes a long way being a first-timer. The pain wasn’t that bad at all, & I want to say that it could’ve been because Freddy had such a steady hand. I love my tattoo and will surely go back to Freddy at La Casa de Tinta to complete my full arm sleeve. He deserves all the credit he can get, and I hope for nothing but the best of upcoming clients to showcase more of what he can do. Get done right by my guy Freddy!

I made an appointment for a tattoo I brought my own design and the charged me $100 just to make the appointment which I get it, turns out I needed to reschedule but they tried to charge me another $100 for the appointment that I already paid for, along with this Edgar never gave me a specific amount that he was going to charge me and said that he will know until finished, I don’t see a logic for this due to he already had the design in hand. Don’t go to this place you will be scammed and they will try to get more and more money

Honestly as my first big tattoo this was really good. The guy Freddy did very well and it was easy to converse with. Overall I was so surprised by the amount of detail and him even getting the smallest parts. I will be coming back to finish off the other half of my forearm soon!

Went in for my first tattoo experience. Rodrigo and all the staff were very polite and cool. I gave Rodrigo a good reference for my tattoo idea and he made it his own unique beautiful design. He always got second opinion as we went through the design to make sure everything looked good and professional. My pain tolerance wasn’t all that great but Rodrigo was nice enough to bare through with me. Our appointment was supposed to be done by 6 but he stayed an extra three hours for me to finish the tattoo completely and it looked beautiful! Super clean and professional.

Although it can be a little hard to find, it’s a hidden Gem. All of the artists are very nice and it’s a chill environment. First, scheduling an appointment proved to be a difficult and frustrating process. To celebrate our wedding anniversary, my husband and I wanted to get new ink. La Casa De Tinta came recommended. After reading their reviews on Google and checking out their work on Instagram, I decided to book this shop for our anniversary date. I tried various routes to schedule appointments for my husband and I at the same time. Since there is no business phone number offered on Google, I reached out over Instagram to several of the shops artists. I was finally able to book an appointment for my myself (or so I thought) with Miguel. I explained what I wanted for my piece. I also explained that I wanted to get my husband scheduled at the same time with another artist in the shop. First, Miguel said that I needed to pay a $50 deposit to book. Once he learned hed have to design my piece, he upped it to $100. No big deal—Im happy to pay for a custom design. However, it wasnt until AFTER he collected my $100 deposit that he informed me that several artists were on vacation and he didnt know who could work on my husband, if anyone. The was disappointing, but I kept pursuing my goal to get my husband an appointment. Eventually, I was able to get my husband scheduled for two hours after my sessions start time with the shops guest artist. No ideal, but workable.So, the day of our sessions arrives. I arrive at the shop a few minutes early. Im told by Miguel that he doesnt have my appointment in his calendar. When I try to jog his memory with our entire Instagram exchange, he says Oh, I remember you. Youre the lady that kept messaging the shop all day. YES, thats me. If you provided a working phone number to the shop on Google, clients wouldnt be forced to reach out via other means. Provide some sort of actual customer service and clients wont be forced to continue trying for a response. To make me feel like a burden for attempting to schedule two appointments was unnecessary and unprofessional. Anyway, he then asks me if I brought my design. No, dude. I paid you a larger deposit because you were supposed to draw one up. And then he attempts to tell me that my appointment was four hours earlier. So, I brought up our chat history on Instagram to prove to him that my appointment was scheduled for the time I had showed up. Finally, he apologizes (after making me feel like a burden and insinuating that I had missed our appointment time). I asked for my deposit back and left, disappointed.Heres the deal, I understand that this is a tattoo shop and not a customer service related business. However, it is a professional business, so in my opinion customer service should not be nonexistent. I will be taking my business elsewhere and some other shop will profit the $1000 worth of work we were attempting to bring into La Casa De Tinta. I just hope my review saves someone else the frustration and disappointment of trying to schedule work at this shop.

The whole experience was just great. I had freddy who did great work. The inside was clean and organized the people in there were cool made you feel like you wasn’t a stranger. La casa de tinta , 10/10 in my books.

My sisters and I had a tattoo with Edgar recently. He did an amazing job. He was punctual, very professional. He gave us suggestions. Will definitely be using Edgar in the near future . 100% recommended!!

Chino disappeared with my deposit after he had been super responsive to set up a date. Never made things right afterwards. I would say, pay with a credit card (not Apple Pay) so that you’d be able to get your money back somehow.
