TNT Top Notch Tattoo

This review is from some work my wife and I had done here a few years ago... We scheduled an appointment with the owner and drove 2 hours to get there just to meet his apprentice and be told he would be doing our tattoos instead because the owner couldnt make it...I shouldve turned around and left right then...We reluctantly decided to go through with it. My wifes simple fine line arrow tattoos turned out mediocre/decent at the time but have since completely blown out and look terrible. I on the other hand wanted winter scene of evergreens with snow to fill in another tattoo I had and brought several pictures of what I had envisioned. He assured me he could do it and proceeded to tat out stick figure trees that looked like a toddlers drawing. It was the worst tattoo Id ever seen. After I left I immediately went in search of someone to fix it and found someone who was able to mostly save it a couple weeks later..

I love all the artists at this shop. I drive about 2 hours one way to get work done. Well worth my commute.

Worked with Kaleah today, she worked with some photos I sent to make a final end piece. Only did some outline for a bigger piece today but it was worked on hard and took her time with it, pricing isn’t to bad either! 10/10 would recommend.

Taylor is great to work with on tattoo design, figuring out placement, different tattoo techniques, etc. Just trust his skill and artistry! My husband and I had back to back appointments with him getting his second tattoo by Taylor and I had Taylor modify and add to my existing tattoo.

My wife came home with a tattoo from here, and I was very disappointed with execution and line work. She has gotten tattoos from many different artists and always had better luck. I would expect better work in prison.

Excellent artistry!!!!Very professional, and inviting enviroment.Artist listen to why and what you want. They really understand that youve put some thought into an idea of this tattoo that is going to be on your body forever.This is important to me for the in memory type tattoos that I add too my body. And if they have any ideas that might make it look even better they will present that idea to you.

I went here to get my belly button pierced. The artist was so precise and took her job so seriously! She explained everything that she was doing and answered all of my questions. She was super nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time. If youre getting a piercing, GO HERE. She does a wonderful job and actually takes her job seriously unlike so many other people in the piercing business. She is also super reasonable with her pricing. 110% would recommend!

Taylor is hands down the best tattoo artist in MN! He has done numerous of tattoos on me and my friends. Taylor gives 110% to every customer that walks into his shop. His originality to his art is what separates him apart from everyone else. He makes sure that your tattoo is exactly what youre looking for and much more. Taylor is very passionate about his work.

Taylor was so awesome! He really listened and gave advice and in the end I had 2 beautiful tattoos.

Went in for a nose piercing. Lexi was awesome - comfortable to be around, good at what she was doing, and knowledgeable in everything she was talking about. She explained in detail the piercing and aftercare process, and made sure all my questions were answered. Left with a cool new nose piercing and little pain. Very pleasant experience.

I have gotten two tattoos already from TNT Tattoo, and they are an amazing place to get one from. Amazing quality, affordable and will definitely be coming back for more. And high recommend them to anyone.

Jay Z (the original) is amazing! Free-handed an elephant and was fast and affordable. I always get compliments... love it. Cant wait to go back!

T bone is a very good tattoo artist and he does whatever the customer wants. I personally have 3 done by him
