“Angie” is awesome. I had a little different design on my mind in the beginning. she designed multiple prototypes for me and send to me. We discussed and she really respected my thoughts, discuss with me all the details . Now I have got one better than I expected. I love it, my wife loves it. I am glad that I trusted her and her artistic abilities . The shop is really clean and all the people are extremely friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a clean and safe tattoo studio. Ask for “Angie” . Don’t feel shy to discuss and explain what you want. She will listen to you and give you some really good insight.

In town for work and D Bravo got me in for some leg work. He was able to finish my leg sleeve and piece it all together flawlessly. Super great crew, clean shop, great vibes, and incredible work. The professionalism is top tier. Cannot recommend this place and these artists enough.

Donnie is great artist that I’ve been going to for years. I’ve gotten all my tattoos from him. He pays attention to details. I have both color & black pieces. He doesn’t disappoint. It’s always good vibes with him and Max. The most recent one Donnie did for me is this leg piece a few days ago 🔥!!

Im in town on a short visit so no appt, and we were able to get a same day consultation and next day appointments. The shop was clean, peaceful, and kind. I got my first large tattoo here and I am so incredibly pleased with his work! Donnie took all the elements of my vision and brought them together seamlessly. From the beginning, he was very friendly and professional, showed me that he was using new needles and made sure I was comfortable before we got started. The end result was better than I expected. The amount of detail he put into the tattoo brought so much realism into it and I could not be more happy with my new piece! I’ll definitely be back for more tattoos in the future.

I happened to find this shop by chance. I went in and spoke to Don and Max, both were very welcoming, friendly, and funny! I am new to the area, from NYC, I havent let another tattoo artist tattoo me in over 8 years so I was very nervous. I ended up loving the panda sketch so booked right away. Came across this shop about a year ago and I’m truly thankful. I had such a great 1st experience that I ended up coming back 3 more times for other tattoos, which led to a half sleeve tattoo! Not only are these guys truly amazing artists, but the reason why I kept coming back is because these guys are incredibly friendly, humble, and outgoing. The hospitality and overall vibes are out the roof! Prices are reasonable, snacks and drinks are offered, and usually a movie or music is playing in the background. HIGHLY recommend!

Great vibes in this studio! The environment is super laid back, cozy, comfy, and clean! I first met Donnie about six years ago when he was working in a parlor in Woodbridge. I was so impressed by him and his work that I followed him to Alexandria when he got his own studio! Donnie and Max are ridiculously talented, considerate, funny! I could really go on and on about how incredible these two made my 8 hour session. Donnie free-styled my half sleeve. I told him what I was looking for and let him do the rest! I honestly couldn’t be more happy with the finished piece!!

I got my first tattoo last week with Angie. I was a little nervous about healing because of an auto-immune suppressant but she was impressive in how clean and detailed she was for me and my fiance. I am now going to get one with her at the end of the month and anytime I probably need one Ill be making an appointment with her.

Yo, the shop is super clean, the staff is chill and knows their stuff, and my artist Max, hes the real deal. I mean, I went in with a jumbled mess of ideas, but he definitely listened and came up with something even better than I imagined. Literally the best experience I’ve ever had. We ended up going on a whim, and they gave us the most professional, respectful, and amazing experience ever. Maxwell took his time to make sure that we had the exact layout of tattoo that we had wanted and offered us many breaks and time to rest so that we fully enjoyed our time. I have been going to this artist since 2016 and will continue to go. The artwork is amazing, the pricing is amazing as well and he makes you feel comfortable. Always makes sure your ok, very professional as well. And they also offer you snacks and water.

Maxwell and Donnie came through for me during an unexpected walk in when an appointment in another shop fell through. Maxwell developed a beautiful original design, worked with me on pricing, and was super communicative with me as we refined the size and placement on my body. I couldnt be happier with the results. If you have brown or dark skin, Donnie is the man to see! I was very intentional in my search for a tattoo artist that could bring my vision to life. I wanted a tattoo that reflected me and my affinity for plants, herbs, nature, etc. This was my first major tattoo with color and if I could do it all over again, from start to finish, I would! I am still in awe that I have this piece of artwork on me for life, and will definitely return to the studio for future pieces. I literally have zero complaints about my entire experience and highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an artist that executes flawlessly and just has overall good energy!

Listen! Exceeded my expectations for sure. I was very intentional about picking an artist in this area (Northern VA) who knows what they’re doing with dark skin and I found it. The vibes and energy was unmatched. Both Max and Donnie were patient with me and used their expertise to complete my vision. Scarp did my tattoo a few days ago. I truly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. A friend of mine suggested this establishment after she was serviced by Donnie who is amazing as well. I have 0 imagination but Scrap helped me bring what I wanted to life. He showed great patience when scheduling me and making sure I was SURE about what I wanted. I watched as he picked out the colors for my tattoo ensuring not only that I loved the colors but also making sure the colors would show up properly on my skin. Tattoo dark skin has its challenges but Scarp did an amazing job. He made sure I was comfortable and ready, and sure about my choice. (Again that was most important to me) I will currently working on my sleeve work, and no Doubt Scrap will be finishing it all up for me.

I would highly recommend getting work done here. The vibes are always great. The environment makes getting the work done an enjoyable experience.
