Rethink Laser Tattoo Removal

I am so excited to be removing my first, ugly tattoo. It’s always bothered me, but I wasn’t sure about the removal process. Jennie is so patient - and the actual laser process is super fast! Jennie explained how it works, and we discussed all of the options to make sure the package was best for me. I am so happy after session 2! Rethink is also socially responsible, offering removal for survivors of trafficking and other great causes. Definitely call them if you are thinking about tattoo removal!

Jennie was great. Very knowledgeable about the entire process and excellent with the laser. She explained in detail how everything worked and was very professional! The 1010 N. Glebe office was convenient and clean. The after care information was great to learn about. I can’t wait for my next session. Goodbye unwanted tattoo!

I was so shocked at how caring and knowledgeable Jenny is! Everyone else is trying to sell me on packages and she’s taking her time to give me a one on one experience and explain how everything works so I can make an educated choice about what I want for my current and future needs. I was very nervous and hesitant about doing laser tattoo removal on my eye brows because I wasn’t sure about the result and if I’m going to like it or not. But I’m so so happy I came to Rethink studio! I had a very old and intense tatoo on my eyebrows that changed the color into blueish tone with years and it didn’t look natural or nice any more. So I decided to get rid of it or at least to make it less obvious and bright . The result even from the first procedure was just amazing! The blue tone is completely gone and the color looks much lighter and a nice brown shade which actually is very beautiful on my eyebrows. I think I will do one or two more procedures depending on how much more lighter I decide to go or remove the Tatoo completely. Jennifer the laser technician is absolutely the best! She was so helpful and patient explaining all possible options how the result can be as well as setting realistic expectations from the procedures. She’s also super pleasant and personal and gave me the best service in all aspects including checking on me the next day after the procedure and asking about the result and my satisfaction about it. Highly recommend this place and Jennifer in particular!

Excellent experience overall! This was my first tattoo I removed which had me a bit nervous at first, but Jennifer who I think is the manager was very personal and professional. Seeing results even after the first treatment. Would recommend for sure!
