Yoana did a fantastic job on my tattoo. We did two sessions, one for line work and one for color. I gave her my idea and she designed it to fit my arm perfectly.The shop is very clean with modern equipment. Overall, a great experience.

Got a cover up done by Abraham and I am in love with the result. He did so well, he was super fun to work with, communicated wonderfully and when the appointment finally came was fantastic the entire time with making sure it was what I wanted. I 100% recommend him and I will absolutely be coming back.(After and before photos of the coverup)

James did an awesome job with my cover up. kept the spirit of my original piece and made it better. Great customer service and helped make me less nervous. 10/10, would recommend.

I can’t recommend a more clean , friendly , and professional environment. I had the pleasure of getting work done by James Cowden. He was super helpful during the booking process and very flexible. The tattoo was everything I wanted and more! I love that he made the design his own from what I was inspired to get. He checked up on me to make sure I was doing alright. Was offered refreshments during our break. Overall the best experience I’ve ever had, and I will absolutely be back in the future.

James was my tattoo artist for a walk-in and it was refreshing having someone care about what theyre putting on your body as well as care about your preferences. He made my friends and I feel very comfortable and is just a straight up down to earth guy. The shop is also very clean and the staff felt very welcoming. We walked in and were able to work with our tattoo artist, Rocky to draw out what my friend and I wanted. He was patient with us and super helpful. We then proceeded to each get a tattoo which both turned out great. He did an amazing job and was also an absolute sweetheart. I would highly recommend him, and the shop in general. I needed an earring with a flat back earring for my cartilage. The ear piercing specialist (young lady) helped me found exactly what I was looking for. She also taught me how to care for my cartilage piercing and within 2 days the irritation of my ear is gone. Now I can sleep on the side where I have my cartilage piercing.

My husband and I dropped in for simpler tattoos and they were awesome! Very accommodating shop. Clean, professional and very friendly. Felt really comfortable and could easily see the talent they had. They took their time to go over the design. Thank you James and Mike!

My first experience with Yoana at Urban’s Tattoo & Piercing Studio was awesome! Greeted and checked in right away for my tattoo appointment with Yoana. There are free arcade games, cozy wait area, and refreshments are offered! You can tell the team takes cleanliness/sanitation seriously at this business which is super important - some examples, the bathroom is clean and stocked + drinks are not allowed beyond the waiting area. Even though this was my first time at this studio, it was not my first time getting a tattoo by Yoana! Leading up to the appointment, she is very responsive on social media and flexible with booking. I have traveled 2 times now (about 2 hr drive) for my appointments and she’s been worth it. We are currently working on filling my left arm with her art (combined with existing tattoos). I can’t wait to book with her again and ultimately see how her art sparkles on me :) highly recommend!

Chris is an amazing artist. His leans towards cartoon work, but has Don an amazing job with realism and color blending. Both of my tattoos were done by him and i will be coming back. 10/10Friendly staff and comfortable and fun environment. Got decorated for Halloween. Ill add photos when healed

My husband and I recently got tattooed by Abraham. He was great! From initial contact to the day of our tattoo, he was super patient with us and made sure we liked what he had designed for us. Literally 10/10. We’ve gotten so many compliments on our tattoos even with the second skin still on. Will definitely be returning soon for our next tattoo with Abraham!

Ive had a piercing and most recently a tattoo done here and this place is top notch! Very clean, very professional and great environment. Ryan did my nose piercing and follow up care. He is fantastic! Very informative and you can tell that he truly cares. He isnt going to do anything or put in jewelry that will cause you problems later on.James did a cover up tattoo for me and wow! The piece is amazing! It far exceeded my expectations. Its absolutely stunning. I have read some bad reviews about the pricing here. Well, I feel my tattoo was fairly priced for the incredible quality of work. You get what you pay for and a lot is factored into the price. Skill, time, updated equipment and sanitation, the use of actual aftercare bandages instead of just taping saran wrap or a paper towel on your bleeding skin. Quality matters and you get that here!! I wont go anywhere else.

If your looking to get a piercing I highly recommend India she works at both Urbans locations. She friendly and makes sure the piercing will work for your anatomy before you get started. She pierces fast and accurately and in my opinion is less painful. She’s done my cartilage and trages and I’ll definitely be back for future endeavors.

I’ve gotten piercings done by Ryan several times and he is the best piercer I’ve ever worked with! He works quickly and efficiently while making me feel so comfortable and his workspace is super clean. He is the only piercer I will ever see from now on! The tattoo Yoana drew for me, and the integration of vivid colors, makes it one of my favorites. She was focused, friendly, and took her time to pour her talents onto my arm. I didn’t feel as if she was trying to rush or “just get it done”. It was evident that she takes pride in her work and in building a relationship with the client.

I got my cartilage piercing here on a Sunday which came out cheaper than the other days of the week. I’ve had my second lobe piercing done for both sides at a Clare’s before so trust me when I say this is so much better. Not only is the pain better but the healing process is so much faster. I was in and out in not time. Definitely recommend!

Definitely would never suggest to anyone. Extremely rude, they all seem to be intoxicated off of some type of drug, and then prices are like triple what they should be. Not helpful in educating anything in regards to piercing or tattoos. And seem to use I’m saying tattoos supplies. If I can rate a -5 stars I most definitely would

I visited Urban’s a few weeks ago and got two piercings done by Ryan. He was great – answered my questions, made sure I was happy with placement, and thoroughly explained aftercare. I’ll definitely be back!

My first experience with Yoana at Urban’s Tattoo & Piercing Studio was great. She worked with me and made my first time getting a tattoo as painless as possible.Yoana came up with petfect designs for the tattoo me and my mom where getting. Let us know all the info for aftercare as well. Definitely would recommend and come back myself.

We walked in to ask some questions, get pricing / a consult and there were maybe 6 people just sitting around behind the front desk. They looked at us like we were an inconvenience the minute we walked in. We wanted to know if they could cover up my husbands existing tattoo with the new design we wanted and they didn’t even ask to look at what he was trying to cover and just gave a flat “NO” in response. They also quoted me between $200 and $250 for a tattoo maybe an inch and a half in diameter total with only black outline and grey color. We went to a different shop afterwards and the artist said it would be easy to cover considering it was small and already faded due to being 20+ years old. He also assured us that with the newer inks and better coverage it wouldn’t be an issue. They also quoted me only $100 for the 1.5” tattoo.

I went to urban tattoo today with no appointment and got a tattoo done straight away by James. The overall customer service was excellent, the facility clean, and the price fair. James went above and beyond on my tattoo design and absolutely nailed it, making it even more meaningful to me. I highly recommend this shop and James as an artist.

Mike was super quick and professional about the entire process of my tattoo. It only took about 15 minutes for the actual tattoo and an additional 5 or so for prep and I was out of there. My tattoo isn’t super intricate but it looks exactly how I wanted it and I’m very impressed by how comfortable and fast the entire shop is! Definitely recommend!

Went in less than an hour before they closed to talk about what I wanted and to set up an appointment, and he immediately stepped up to help me despite the late time. Abe was able to do the tat the very next day, and he even went into work an hour before they opened just for the tattoo because I had a concert that night and couldnt schedule for the day after that. His attention to detail was amazing, his work was awesome, and I could not be happier with the cover up. He even made sure to add a certain amount of detail so you couldnt tell there was something covered up! Cannot recommend going to Abe more, as he truly takes pride in his work and tries to make sure youre happy with your tattoo.The friendliness was absolutely amazing. I felt like I was a repeat customer even though it was my first time visiting! Everyone was so helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. I went to get two piercings, which India helped me with and was an absolute badass. They showed me all the options of jewelry and told me the prices of them upfront so there was no confusion on what I would pay, took their time sterilizing and making sure everything was tidy before the piercing, and while doing this still gave great customer service by making me feel at home. When it was time to do the piercing they made sure the positions were perfect and what I wanted. The process of piercing was so much less painful than I imagined, too! I swear they have magic hands! Ill definitely be coming back to Urbans anytime I need any piercing or tattoo. If I could give ten stars, I would.

Ive had nothing but a positive experience at both Urbans. Ive had many bad piercings over the years before going to Urbans and after my first consultation with Ryan I knew I didnt want to go anywhere else. He nailed my septum piercing even though it is severely deviated. He was very friendly, quick, and made the process painless.As for tattoos, Chris was able to get creative and help me with the newest addition to my tattoo. I knew once I met him that I would be a repeat Customer. He made me feel very comfortable and his line work is fantastic. My snowflakes look fantastic and I cant wait to continue my piece!

It was my first time getting piercings beside my lobes and my experience was PHENOMENAL! The vibe of the place was very comfortable and Ryan did my double helix and my nose piercing so quickly with honestly no pain besides a pinch and watery eyes of course. Got an eye brow piercing a week ago and the ball randomly fell off, this wasn’t an issue with the one I had for an entire year prior to this.Edit: after asking my friends if they had any similar issues, they’ve told me that the bar may have been to short this was something I brought up with the person doing my eye brow piercing and I was assured it was fine. I Paid 100 dollars for this to fall out when I could have paid 60 at chosen ink.Edit: I got the piercing November 16th.

The experience here was fantastic from start to finish! I called to see if there was any time available for a walk in and was told there was plenty of space to come on in. I got my nose pierced by Ryan and he was absolutely amazing. He has a decade+ experience and explained his method in great detail and the placement was perfect. And it was virtually painless. It is more expensive than Banter (Claires) because they are experts in their craft. If you are getting something permanent, you want an expert.

Got my first tattoo with Abraham and I absolutely love it! Not only was he extremely receptive to my idea, but he was able to show me a picture ahead of time to make sure I liked it. Chris did an amazing job with my tattoo! He drew up exactly what I wanted and the stencil he did was incredible. He took the time to answer all my questions and ease any worries I had from design to placement. Once he started tattooing, he would continually check in with how I was doing and if I needed a break! I was there for a few hours and the whole process was really smooth. I was even provided snacks and water for how long I was there, which was definitely appreciated. I went there the other day to get my first tattoo. I had the pleasure of being tattooed by Chris O’Toole. He’s a really cool guy and was very patient with me as he nailed down the design. The whole process was super cool and the rest of the staff and him were super welcoming. The whole place was super cool too and it was a very nice environment. Definitely recommend this place.

Extremely rude. Unprofessional. And overpriced. They are cocky, and have poor communication. I was looked up and down with disgust. Yikes! I have been to plenty of shops and have never felt such negativity. Tattoos are not what they used to be. You can find amazing artists anywhere nowadays. And yall aint all that. Thats for sure. Be humble. And tone down on the cheap room spray. Its nauseating.

Highly recommend this place and Ryan for piercings! We took my daughter to get her ears pierced and Ryan was amazing!! The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. Ryan explained everything to us and spoke directly to my daughter to tell her what he was doing. He made sure she was comfortable and walked her through every step. He is so kind with such a calming demeanor. My daughter loves her new earrings and said it didn’t hurt at all. Amazing experience! Very clean facility and they took the time to sterilize all equipment before taking us into the room.

I👏🏼Was👏🏼Really👏🏼Nervous👏🏼 I researched and researched and researched some more and finally decided on Mike Garcia. I am SO happy I did - I barely felt a thing, he was awesome and o LOVE it. I got my first tattoo done by Eli recently and I pretty much went in not really knowing anything or what I wanted and being pretty anxious. He made the experience awesome and I would want him to do my next tattoo! The design of it was exactly what I wanted. He took his time and you can tell he knew what he was doing and cared about it being a good quality tattoo. The lines were super clean and straight, the shading had depth, it was very detailed and painless. They used a film that you can keep on for quite awhile to protect it from infection, the aftercare instructions were pretty clear and support if you had any questions. I would 100% recommend Eli. :)

While in town visiting family I was blessed to find this spot! It looks tiny from the outside but it’s spacious inside. My piercer consultant, Ryan was very through when explaining what he was going to do every step of the way. He fully explained the aftercare and the fact that in two weeks he wants to meet with me to ensure that all is well took me by surprise. I must say that this was a pleasant surprise. I am from out of state he will be sending to a fellow piercer in my area. This shop is very compliant with the pandemic precautions. I would definitely recommend!!!
