Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercing

I just got my first tattoo at Black Cloud this past week, and I couldn’t be happier with my results or experience! I’ve never gotten a tattoo and was very new to the whole tattoo shop experience, so I didn’t have much to go off of when it came to choosing a place. I found Black Cloud because of their stellar Google reviews, and I can see why they have achieved such high ratings from their customers! The shop was very clean, the staff were professional and nice, and the experience getting the actual tattoos was great! It’s healing nicely and I’ve gotten compliments from others about the quality, so I’m happy and would definitely recommend! If I get another tattoo in the future, I’ll definitely stop by Black Cloud first!

The customer service was far from great! I went yesterday on 4/27/24, to get my piercings. An African American female helped me and totally turned me off from getting serviced by them. I was asking her general questions about the type of piercings I wanted. She told me that the nipple piercings would be extremely painful and I would have the same level of pain for almost a week. This information is totally different from the several people I’ve talked to, who actually have nipple piercings. She then told me that, I should go do my research and come back!!! On top of that, they only had ONE style of jewelry for nipple piercings. I left there a drove to another piercing place. Their customer service was great. The staff answered ALL my questions without telling me to go do my research and come back. My piercing experience with the second location was great.

Went on 04/27/24. My friend and I both had septum piercings and Jeremy was super knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions and making sure we were comfortable with placement. I was nervous and he was very calming and had me laughing by the end. Great customer service!! I don’t live in Atlanta but I’ll drive the 3 1/2 hours back for future piercings and tattoos.

Went to go get a nose pierced . Never had any other piercings besides an ear piercing. I was so nervous but the person who pierced my nose, calm me down. And it was super quick. And she was super nice. I totally recommend coming here. Make sure it’s done by a real professional. they are the ones you want to go to

We went in to get my 4 month old’s ears pierced. Joy was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were comfortable as well as our baby. She was patient when our baby got fussy and let us try a few different things to make her comfortable. I highly recommend Joy for your child’s piercings!

Went to have my forward helix ring replaced. The girl replacing it didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She kept saying she couldn’t see it and ended up pulling a needle out. She kept trying to stick the needle through the open hole and missed a few times and stabbed the inside of my ear. When I flinched she said “does this hurt or something because you keep moving”. Overall experience was not very good. My ear is now swollen from how rough she was.

Great experience. The piercer was friendly and patient. She provided helpful cleaning tips and talk my daughter through the process to help ease any worries. Kahmia was her name and she was great.

Katy did my nose piercing, my first experience. She is very friendly, patient, and pleasant. She listens to you to see what exactly you want. She is a pro.The environment is clean. Highly recommend.

Me and partner walked in and decided to get piercings and it was so nice. I got my eyebrow and she got her tragus. The environment was very nice and the person doing it was so informative. Will definitely be coming back to do my septum later

I got a helix piercing done yesterday and the experience was so quick and professional! Katy was my piercer and she talked me through the whole process to make sure I was comfortable. Would definitely go there again!

My soon-to-be 16 yr old son finally got his wish to get his ears pierced... im so glad i didnt go to anyone of the parlors whereive been inked or stuck bc yhis experience couldnt have been better (unless they paid me!) The prices are beyond reasonable and Kahmia...real deal! I read the reviews ahead of time and we got lucky she was available. Fr one of the best piercers Ive ever dealt with and more importantly she made sure my sons first experience was 100%- he opted for 16ga and didnt flinch on either ear and thats a credit to the artistThe minute we walked out the door he asked about gauging up in a few months but only if we came back and Kahmia was working.👍👍

Katy did a great job, with ease and precision, double piercing my ear lobe, that is split, and connecting them from the sides. I have been turned away from other shops saying it was too complicated. It has been over a week with no problems. I will totally send others to Katy.

So I love my ears I’m a return customer. I came in to get a certain piercing on my ear but I was informed that my ear is small and my ear will reject it as a foreign object… .. so I’ve they suggested and help me pick a better area so I receive two piercings.. They are beautiful 🤩 once the swelling goes down..Thanks😁

It was my birthday and my husband brought me in as a surprise because I mentioned a while back that I wanted my Tragus pierced. Quinn was super nice and made me feel as ease. We talked and laughed and before I knew it, the piercing was done. I will be back to see her.

Clean!!! I watched the tattoo artist and the piercers maintain clean gloves without touching anything else and clean the area before and after tattoos and piercings. Staff are helpful and pleasant and love our tattoos!

I went in to have my tragus repierced. The ladies in the store were very friendly and helpful. This was the third time Ive had my left tragus pierced and the first time that it didnt really hurt. There was the initial compression and tug that made me jump, but no real pain. Hopefully, I wont need to take the earring out this time before it has a chance to fully heal. If I lived closer, I would definitely come back for my next ear piercing. Go see them and tell them the old lady from Florida sent you!!!!!

This place is so good!! everyone there is so sweet and welcoming! I was in town visiting family and stop by the mall to look around and saw the Black cloud tattoo shop me and my two sisters 1 from Panama City Fl. and I am from Memphis. And the other one was from Atlanta and we decided to get a sister tattoo matching we love them , those guys was very patience with up on our fist rodeo, thanks for good work.

This place is AMAZING! they did mine and my daughters nose piercing. Ive had mine for about a year and my daughter just got hers done and both turned out great and Ive not had a single issue from mine. They have quality jewelry at a good price. I even bought new jewelry and had them switch it out for me. Next up a tattoo 😉

I have a low tolerance for pain and they made me feel very comfortable and it didn’t hurt at all! The piercing looks really great and healing very well! Will be returning again soon for more work 😊

It’s was done very well and I didn’t feel that much pain from getting an industrial piercing with them. I’d only say that the screw for my earring wasn’t tightened enough as it fell off immediately when I left, but I was able to catch it on time and put it back on. That’s my only complain, but everything else was done well. Would recommend, but just make sure the screw is tightened enough before leaving.

Carlos did my Braves tattoo and it was an amazing experience. It’s worth the drive and I’ll be back for more work.

I loved it here I’m not from Georgia originally and I wanted to get my belly button pierced for a while now . I was visiting family and wanted to spontaneously get it done the person who did my piercing was amazing he explained everything to me in detail . With every step of the way he was also telling me why he completed each step the way he did . The piercing itself was wonderful I thought it would hurt a bunch but it was really fast . I give this plays a 10/10 definitely go they have affordable prices as well .

First time going to a Tattoo shop for a helix (upper ears) piercing, and it was amazing!!! I really appreciate The Piercer/Tattoo Artist, Kay (I hope I spelled their name right) Patience, guidance and over all friendly nature throughout the process. They were so so sweet. Do NOT get pierced here. my piercer katy was really nice, however when i was having some issues with my piercing and contacted her to ask questions and she didn’t respond for a day. meanwhile my left eyebrow piercing disconnected, i called to ask what to do and they told me to put it back myself. they said their jewelry loosens over time, i had gotten it pierced a week ago. while i was asking about the bleeding around my piercing, i was told it’s because im using qtips to clean it, however when katy finally got back to me, she said use qtips. they also said its because its an open wound but then said qtips were causing the issue. i asked what i should do to clean the dried blood and she told me to use a qtip then spray saline directly on it and then hung up. im at a different piercing place seeing if they can fix my disconnected piercing, and they said they save black clouds piercings all the time and it happens alot. ill probably have to wait a few weeks to get it repierced cause its probably closed. just dont get pierced here.

For it to be my first piercing other than my ears it was very quick and easy! It was a spur of the moment thing and Kay was very helpful! She did my piercing super fast! Almost painless!! I was very nervous but she made it very comfortable. It’s only been a few days but I have no complaints. Shop is nice and clean of course!!

I got pierced by Bryan today and it was such an amazing experience. He made me feel very comfortable and let me express myself even if it was a little over the top. Overall, the piercing didn’t hurt and I enjoyed myself while feeling very secure there. Will come again !

On 10/15/22, Me and my friend got nose and ear piercings here, and the experience was amazing! The shop is very clean and the prices are reasonable. Sky was very welcoming, informative, professional and just overall cool. I was nervous at first, but she definitely made feel super comfortable. The saline spray they sell is great too. The process was painless, and our piercings are healing wonderfully. Wed come here again for sure!

Warning: There’s a $20 jewelry change fee.Very ridiculous fee when I spent $40 already on the jewelry from this establishment. Other than that, the customer service was great! I was in and out within 15 minutes.

Nice staff. I made an impulse decision in December and got my tragus pierced and I love it!!!! Since then I’ve visited this location because I needed help changing the jewelry since my nails are long lol. The staff was so nice and helpful.

Let me start by saying usually I would never suggest getting a tattoo or piercing done at the mall because I felt like there aren’t truly professionally talented people there BUT I was wrong!! I ended up getting my nose Pierced by Hayes that was so quick and painless... not to mentioned healed hella fast. He turned me on to a tattoo artist there Ken. I had a tattoo I was really pleased with hella flat. I saw his work boom a week later he worked magic. Truly talented and extremely detailed. That being said this is a one stop shop and it’s clean and modern. Good vibes here

We went to get my kiddos ear lobes pierced. The staff was really great! They explained the process to us and were good at helping her feel comfortable during the whole process. Im definitely going to be going back for some work on myself in the future!I found it easiest to park near planet fitness on the weekends and enter next to Bezoria behind Maggianos. Parking near Costco or the Cheesecake Factory can be challenging.

I got my ears pierced on a whim while waiting for my coworker to meet me up for dinner and drinks at the cheesecake factory. They were very polite and I barely had to wait. Very professional and they had three apprentices that were observing I was getting pierced.

I have been here twice and both times were amazing! Everyone is really nice! Prices are reasonable in my opinion because they use sterile needles and not piercing guns, and it comes with basic jewelry. I value the professionalism and cleanliness. My nose piercing healed beautifully and I just got my helix done, which was also a great experience. I will be back!

Quinn did my nose piercing and helped me pick out the perfect size hoop to fit my nose. This was my first time visiting Black Cloud Tattoo Atlanta inside Cumberland Mall and I was pleasantly surprised at how great the service was. Quinn was extremely patient with me and a true professional. She made my entire experience a great one. They were short staffed (day after Christmas) when I went and it was super busy and Quinn was the only one working but Quinn never made me feel rushed and she was super patient with me. I’ll definitely be back because this is my new favorite piercing place. I highly recommend that when you visit this place you ask for Quinn.

AMAZING shop! Normally I’m pretty skeptical of shops like this in a mall, but the service was amazing. Super clean place and staff were all very friendly and helpful. My friends and I all wanted piercings, and they were happy to help. There was a mishap with what jewelry I picked and what was put in as my starter, but they were kind enough to give me money off for the trouble. No complaints at all! Been a few weeks now and this piercing has healed amazingly. I’ve had my nostril pierced before, but this time around feels like it is in a much better spot with little to no pain! Will be coming back!

I adored my experience from start to finish. I had my earlobe done and my friend had his nostril done, and the actual process took less than five minutes total for both of us but was by the book, clean and sterile, and neither of us is having issues even days later. She placed his perfectly even with his nostrils not having much of a crease, and she lined mine up perfectly to match my other lobe which was already pierced, both behind 19mm stretched piercings. We were there way longer that, though, because she and one of the tattoo artists were just that cool to talk to. The only thing that tilted my head a bit was that we werent given aftercare instructions. I have a few facial and ear piercings already so Im familiar with the dos and donts, but with so much varying (and some false) information on the internet, itd probably help newbies to tell them proper aftercare. All in all, though, amazing shop, and we will be getting plenty of holes driven through our flesh there in the coming months.

This is my second time coming to Black Cloud and I enjoy the vibe there. I got my nose pierced and no complaints. I previously got a septum piercing and I had to come back. Reasonable prices and fast service. Quinn was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

I stopped by here on a whim yesterday (Saturday,  Jan 26). There were several people waiting inside already when I arrived. I was greeted quickly and I told the artist at the shop that I just wanted to buy a new pair of Nipple rings,  but that I needed her help to change them out.She informed me that she was the only one working that day and that shed love to assist me, but that it would be a short wait.  I went and ate in the food court and came back 30 minutes later.When I came back I was greeted by the same woman, smiling and working hard to assist the many people wanting service. She remembered me and immediately walked me over to the front register where she showed me a lovely selection of nipple jewelry. She then asked if I needed help putting them in,  which I did.  This was my 1st time them changing out.She directed me to a room  came right in sterilized everything and got to work removing my old hardware. She was very gentle and careful to when removing the old rings and inserting the new ones.  She was very friendly and personable the entire time,  even though I know she had many others to service.  I really appreciated her taking the time to help me and get me in quickly between clients. I wish I had gotten her name.  😕  Any way, check out this shop.  The staff is so nice and goes above and beyond.❤😄

Ontario did a half calf sleeve for me, and he is absolutely amazing! This is the second piece I have gotten from him and I plan to get more in the future. Quinn at the front desk and one of the other artists, Monea, was awesome as well, great conversation and just good people! Would highly recommend for any tattoos and piercings!

I visited this place on 6/24/23 as a countdown to my 60th birthday themed at stepping outside the box. I always wanted a nose piercing and wanted to make sure I found a place where I felt comfortable. I walked in the door of Black Cloud Im guessing with Fear on my face. Long story short when it was time for my piercing the young man takes me back and then theres Quinn who says I got her since shes nervous. She made me feel so comfortable and the experience was great! Thanks Quinn!

I came in to change out some jewelry in my ears and Kay took great care of me! Kay was very knowledgeable about the jewelry style and what was best suited to my preferences. The process to install the jewelry was smooth, Kay handled my ears with care. I highly recommend Kay and Black Cloud Tattoo Atlanta!

Got my lobes and septum here. Very good at what they do

I came here end of last year for a nose and tragus piercing (quick and ease of pain process) and after a period of time I came back for a swap out my piercings for the hoop look. Unfortunately I found out months later that piercer did not close off the hoop in my nose completely and the hole healed around the earring (no problems with my tragus). However, when I brought it to their attention, they removed the piercing at no charge and told me I could come back in 4 weeks (to allow for healing) for a re-piercing at no charge. I was a little anxious that when I came back they would not honor this but when I went in, I had no issues. And another painless and quick experience! Highly recommend- each staff member Ive spoken has been friendly , professional , and comforting.

My 9 year old daughter wanted to get her ears pierced and this place was recommended. This place is excellent. They were courteous and professional, maintain a calm atmosphere and a clean environment, and were wonderful with my daughter. Also, the piercing looks perfect, they gave clear directions and we understand what we need to do and not do to make this a successful piercing. Finally, I appreciated some of the language on their waiver, which encouraged bodily autonomy for children and respect for what they want. Overall fantastic place that I highly recommend.

I will definitely be returning for any piercings I may want in the future. The service is reasonably priced and professional. Manuel was great. He pierced my navel and it has healed beautifully without any complications, thanks to his knowledge and expertise. He was so skilled there was not even any pain. The shop is clean and comfortable. Not only has my stomach stayed beautiful, all my ear piercings and my nose piercing I have gotten since have healed well without any complications and look great.

Sky greeted me she was so nice and sweet. I was so scared even though I had a piercing before but it closed. I wanted to get another one. She reassured me it would be fine. Great service! I had my ears pierced in elementary school but let them close as they hurt from the piercing. This piercing was less painful and I don’t even feel pain the next day! I’d definitely go to this location again for future services.

I got my nipples pierced today by K, I was acting like a toddler and I’m 40 years old, she handled the most sacred part of my body with TLC.. I recommend her 10 toes down!!! She is the best!!! Thank you for your patience and stay blessed!!!!

I would not get and piercings here fr, i have so my piercings and i’ve had 2 done here and those are the only ones to have gotten infected. i never write bad reviews but the pricing is insane for what you’re getting in quality. one of my piercings was actually completely wrong. i wanted the double tragus kind of thing and they gave me this huge staple bar- looked like frankenstein. it also got infected even though i’m very good and used to cleaning my piercings twice a day. the quality for the expensive earrings suck! i don’t even have sensitive ears. my conch has been infected up until i got a new earring from SPENCERS which is even better than this. i wished the girl would’ve told me they didn’t have the double tragus but they’re just interested in getting money. wish i could get my hundreds back.

This is my second time getting pierced here. First time it was a second nose piercing & the second was a dermal in my belly button. Both visits very pleasant. Black Cloud is very clean and the staff are super friendly. Pricing for piercing and jewelry is fair as well. They also offer a reward program that offer’s discounts on future services. All equipment is clean and sterile as well as titanium jewelry being offered here. Definitely my preferred piercing place, as a piercer is always there, the customer service & experience are always top notch.

This was a smooth experience! I got a septum piercing and I must admit, I was a bit scared going in because I thought the septum was gonna be extremely painful but it wasnt! Once I arrived for the piercing, I felt welcomed. Like the person that did my piercing seemed like they too were happy I was getting a piercing. It was all beautiful and calm vibes. I was fearful of even getting a tattoo or piercing because of some of the other places I checked out and the people didnt seem very welcoming, had their nose all up in the air and made me feel uncomfortable, not here though! I like this place and for all the folks fearful of germs, this place is doctors office clean, love it! Im definitely going back, this is where I wanna be from now on for piercing and tats, theyre worth it!

The shop is super clean with stunning visuals. Really impeccable. The staff is super friendly and beyond patient. Manuel was my artist and he was the absolute best. He listened to what I wanted. We discussed options for my designs and he was very communicative and attentive. He had a steady hand and did really beautiful, delicate work. One of my tiny pieces was a song lyric in a hidden spot and he had the forethought to play the song while I was getting it inked! I loved that. It was a very special touch. Ill be back. I found my new artist. The price points for tattoos may be a little high for some customers, but if the artist delivers a quality piece than its well worth it. Cash only and they have signs everywhere (even though I still missed them until they were pointed out! Blind as a bat I tell you).

I have multiple ear piercings ,my last being done at Black Cloud. I wish I couldve gotten them all done there! Very gentle and less traumatic then piercings done by a gun.

Rose did my Labret piercing and I love it so much that I am coming back to get my septum done by her today :)!! She even did my daughter’s nose piercing who was terrified but she made her so very comfortable and my daughter said it hurt a lot let than she expected it to! So thank you Rose!! Kay was very gentle and sweet with my 9 yr old daughter when she got her ears pierced. Helped calm her down by talking about her pretty pink new earrings. It was quick and very professional and sterile.

My tattoo artist was so knowledgeable about the coverup that I received. The actual tattoo was quite painful, but he talked me through it and helped calm me down during process. I absolutely love the end results!

I waited a week to write this review so I could better describe my experience from piercing to healing process. All in all I had a 10/10 experience with Black Cloud and especially Destinee who did the piercing. She is an absolute professional, and really chill. It was my first piercing so she worked with me, definitely knew exactly what she was doing, was kind and positive, very sanitary and made quick work of the piercing. 7 days later and it’s healed perfectly up to this point. All in all a great experience.

Sky did my piercing and she was great! She helped me pick the perfect size and even let me hold her cute bear because I was anxious about the needle. Great price!

The lady who did my piercing was super nice and knew exactly how to take care of me. This was my second visit and my children and I had a great experience. Amanda was amazing. My 12 year old daughter got her second ear piercing, my 16 year old son got his ears pierced and I got my nose pierced. Amanda was patient answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable!

I was visiting the area from out of town. I texted the number online and they responded immediately and got me in next day. The artist that did my tattoo was Joan. He is extremely talented. I got very thin lettering and I know that leaves little room for mistakes. I was completely impressed! It came out way better than I could’ve imagined! This place is a little pricey. But worth it if you’re looking for quality.

Visited here on New Years Eve to get a nipple pierced for the second time because it was crooked I got it done in Florida, Cam was very patient and made sure it aligned with my other nipple and the wait was even long

Destinee is superb in her craft. She helped me gauge up some piercings and did it with little to no pain. She helped me pick out some beautiful jewelry and installed it quickly. I greatly appreciate all of her efforts and will be back soon!

I emailed to set up a tattoo appointment. They were very slow to respond. Over the course of a couple weeks I emailed with them and submitted designs and got pricing. However, they never would confirm availability or schedule an appointment. They eventually ghosted me. I went by the shop and received an underwhelming reception. Was told to try back later. I went to another place up the road and they took care of me. I just wish they hadnt wasted my time and been up front if not interested in making money.

For a walk-in appointment, this experience went perfectly! Everything was clean and went smoothly. My husband and I were so impressed by Destinee, my piercer. My septum is healing nicely and we plan on returning for future tattoos and piercings!

Me and my friend got pierced by Quinn today! She was so great! I got my septum pierced and was a little nervous but Quinn was really amazing and walked me through the process. I’ve come to this shop a couple times before and usually receive quick service. my last visit was almost perfect except my tattoo was done in the wrong color. from the way I was positioned I couldn’t see what my artist was doing so I didn’t see that it was done in black instead of red like I asked until afterwards. atp there really wasn’t anything that could be done but the placement was perfect and the lines are clean so it’s cool I guess. I would come back again but would make sure my artist and I are on the same page. don’t want to use their name bc they were really nice.

Brought my daughter in for her 17th Birthday to get a nose piercing done. Excellent experience and she loves it. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Got my septum pierced with a friend and they were willing to see us both as walk ins. Since this place is in a mall they deal with a lot of walk ins so there’s a bit of a wait but it’s minimal. From the time we stepped in the door to the time we left was about 45 minutes. The piercing process took no time at all. Very good prices and very good people. Emily was our piercist and was quite lovely. Enjoyed quite a couple laughs with her and she made the whole process painless. Will definitely be going back

Don’t make the same mistake I did and let them put jewelry that is too long for new piercings and make sure to do research beforehand. I got my tragus and helix pierced a few months ago and I was asked if I wanted a sparkly stud in my jewelry so I agreed thinking the jewelry would be appropriate for my new piercings and paid extra for them. Both ended up being entirely too long and kept moving and getting caught in my hair. I guess I was with an inexperienced piercer but they should know it’s more important to make sure the jewelry fits appropriately than to upsell piercing jewelry. My tragus took a while to heal until I changed the jewelry. Every other time I’ve been in there the experienced piercers have been super helpful, but I won’t be letting the same guy do my piercings if I do end up coming back.

Got my first tattoo yesterday and the service was top notch! My tattoo artist was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I got my tattoo in kind of an intimate area and they worked hard to make sure I wasnt too exposed. Definitely would go back to them and would recommend 100%.

I feel like they are ok but customer service is key. I want to feel like it’s an experience not a task. Clean, plenty of tattoo artist and reasonable prices just feels like a negative atmosphere. If the vibe off I can’t shop there. My wife got the Medusa and it keeps coming out. So that’s two re piercing, this time it fell out. So three in all. Then it wasn’t properly placed. I’m good but there still ok shop

Walked in for a belly button piercing and was seen within a few minutes. Sky did a great job with my belly button piercing, gave good aftercare instructions and even offered the option to have a person she was training pierce me for 50% off (I appreciated the offer). Would return again.

I got a daith piercing. I was glad that this place was right by an entrance in the mall. The seats were filled when I arrived but I didnt wait long after I was asked about what service I wanted. I was advised to complete the piercing waiver while I waited. Everything was new out the package and Quinn was thorough about the after care instructions of my piercing which I appreciated. She did a great job and Ill definitely come back here for my next piercing.

Emily was AMAZING!!! This was my third time getting my nose pierced and this was the first time it didnt hurt. Emily was really supportive, caring, professional and just all around a dope soul. Ive been wanting my nose pierced for a while and finally got the nerve to do it. Sky was amazing. She was thorough in the information process for the piercing and after care process. The piercing was very quick. I felt some pressure and it was in. I realize there was nothing to be afraid of all along.

I wanted to get a navel piercing on my reconstructed navel to camouflage some of the scarring. Sky informed me that wouldnt be possible due to how my surgery was done. Instead of being disappointed I was very happy when Sky suggested that I get a dermal piercing Instead. Since I didnt know what that was I researched it that evening and returned the next day to get TWO dermal piercings. Sky was extremely knowledgeable and professional and made me comfortable throughout the very quick process. I will be returning to get two more dermal piercings around my bellybutton after the two months Sky recommended. I highly recommend Sky for any piercings.

My experience was seamless. I went in to get a septum piercing. The salon was clean, and Manny was great! I experienced a slight pinch and my eyes got a little water, but no real pain at all. Im definitely going to return for more piercings.

I went for an upper lip piercing aka Madonna piercing, the process was not painful and the young man who did the piercing was awesome. The place was very clean. My piercing did fall out on day 3, I laughed heard a pop and the ball fell off. I was able to put back in called the shop and immediately went back to have them tighten it. I def would recommend

Visited the shop with my kids. Both decided to get pierced, initially wasn’t completely satisfied it was closing time and felt kind of rushed wasn’t given details regarding healing process or aftercare. Partially our fault for agreeing at that time. Returned the next day with questions regarding the piercings and Destinee was there this time. She made the experience completely worth it. She made corrections to the jewelry and answered all our questions. Even ended up getting another piercing from her. Definitely recommend Destinee for piercings!

Destiny (forgive incorrect spelling) was very nice and helped us pick out the best piercing given a nickel allergy. She was kind, made sure we liked the placement, and even accommodated a spacing gap my girlfriend previously had when adding her third piercing. It was a great experience !

I decided on a whim to get my nipples pierced. I was able to walk in and get in and out in about 20 minutes. Destinee did a great job. She was professional, personable and made me feel comfortable even though I was extremely nervous. The shop is clean and in an easily accessible location inside Cumberland Mall. I would not hesitate to visit this shop again for my next piercing.*Update* I have to update my review and reduce it from 5 stars to 3 stars. 3 months into the healing process, I noticed one nipple wasnt healing as well as the other so I revisited the shop to have it looked at and possibly switch to a longer barbell. I was helped by Quinn who informed me that my right nipple wasnt pierced properly as it was done through my areola on one side and that it would not heal properly. Needless to say, I was bummed. We ended up removing the piercing and Quinn offered to redo the piercing for free once it heals in a few months. Im honestly unsure if I want to go though the trouble of restarting the healing journey.I will say that I do commend Quinn for being apologetic and still giving me great customer service. She took ownership of the situation and offered me a solution to my problem. Treating customers with kindness and respect goes a long way in my book so even though I received a bad piercing, I still give this ship 3 stars. Everyone makes mistakes. The way you recover from those mistakes is what makes all the difference.

This hype for this place is definitely true! I went here for my tongue piercing and eyebrow piercing and had the best experience!!! It was clean and chill. Manuel had the smoothest hands dealing with my short tongue and knew how to still pierce it safely! I couldn’t wait for it to fully heal to start telling everyone where to go!

This honestly is the best place to get your tattoos and piercings, I only go to Black Cloud at Cumberland mall for all my piercings and tattoos. The staff are VERY PROFESSIONAL && real cool that makes you feel comfortable. Lil Bill did my nose piercing literally at the last minute before they closed and had a good attitude and didn’t complain that they basically were closed. He made me feel relaxed and my nose piercing didn’t even hurt w/ his technique. He was funny and real cool, ASK FOR LIL BILL for all your piercings .

Destiny took my girlfriend and I for two walk-in piercings, I got my septum and my girlfriend got a cartilage piercing on her ear. Destiny was very kind and sweet and made us feel comfortable during our piercings, and we only had to wait ~5 minutes while they took care of another customer. We were taken care of in 15-20 minutes. Very great spot! Will come again for any future piercings.

Sky did an incredible job with my daith and flat piercing yesterday - a piercing that is notoriously painful and yet she made it manageable and cleaned me up so gently. Cassie then did a fabulous job on a tattoo I wanted on my ankle; she added in some gorgeous shading and her artistic judgement was fabulous. Everything is also healing up splendidly the next morning with no pain or complications. I’m planning to come back in the future!

Sky has done several of my piercings including; my dermal, snug, tragus, vertical tragus, and nipple piercing. She’s very good at what she does, she’s quick, and the piercings I’ve got done by her hasn’t hurt bad at all. She really knows what she’s doing. I’ve also gotten multiple tattoos done by Beebe and I love them. He’s super quick and light handed making it super easy to sit through because he’s done in no time.

I was a walk-in and Ghost was able to get me right in! It was not a busy day though, so I cannot speak from experience for a busy day & walk in times. Overall everyone was professional and nice & Ghost was patient when I asked him to try different spots on my arm for the stencil haha. I went in hoping for a cute outline of my dog’s ears and came out with exceeded expectations :) I’m very excited to come back in the future for other tattoos!

Gabby was very good with the care of my nose piercing. I recently got it pierced 2 weeks ago but my nose ring came out when I was washing my face with a towel. Sadly the hole closed before I got to the shop. Overall the service was great!

I didnt get a piercing. My niece and sister did. I observed both. Based on their experience, I decided not to get one. The specialist was very slow about cleaning up for a very drippy piercing. I attended to cleaning up my sister post piercing, the specialist seemed like it wasnt a concern.

I’m giving 5 stars to Quinn. The manager, Sky, had absolutely no idea what she was doing and she gave me a dermal piercing and did it wrong. The piercing was tilted (poking out of my skin) and blood dripped down my dress and ruined it. I’ve never seen a piercer struggle the way she did. She didn’t even tell me how to properly clean it. I called the shop the next day and thank God Quinn answered because she saved the day. THANK YOU QUINN!!!
