I was able to get an appointment easily and quickly. Everyone was so friendly and warm upon arrival. They were highly detailed in evaluating my removal needs, explaining everything in depth and their approach- what to expect and other considerations unique to my tattoo. I appreciate the process, the educated team, and transparency on cost. Also the veteran discount is rare and was a pleasant offering by Removery.

Had my consultation with Vivian today! Wasnt quite sure if this was something I wanted to move forward with or could even afford, but she answered all of my questions before I even had to ask. Her knowledge of the procedure as well as her transparency about her own journey was comforting and confirming. I ended up moving forward and booked my first session for next week! And FYI- they have payment plans for all credit types! Highly recommended if you want a truly personalized experience.

Showed up at 11:50 for a 12 o’clock consultation appointment. At 12:50 they asked me if I wanted to reschedule due to the wait. I told them don’t worry about it. They like to double book appointment times which explains the wait time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

All of the ladies that I interacted with here today were absolutely wonderful! Very peaceful and inviting atmosphere.Ms. Vivian in particular was sure to educate me on the entire removal process and on what sets Removery apart in the industry. Had my consultation today to have my cosmetic tattoos (eyebrow tattoos) removed, everyone was so nice and transparent about the whole process from start to finish. I ended up just getting my first session done right after the consult and I was still in and out in under an hour. 10/10 recommend

I was greeting be several amazing women. This warmed my heart and eased my anxiety. We talked about dogs while I Filled out my paperwork.Vivian was amazing. It’s painful, but I am seeing the progress. I just had my third session and have attached a photo of the tattoo that has progressed the most from treatment. I purchased a package for unlimited sessions and am working on the removal of 3 tattoos at this moment in time. I appreciate that this location runs on time and has a 10 minute window in case you are running late due to traffic. Kind and professional staff. They thoroughly cover aftercare each session to ensure optimal results. Would recommend if you are looking to get rid of some old work.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! They talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. The actual treatment feels like when you get slapped really hard on the back and you can feel the stinging sensation, but imagine that rapid fire over and over wherever the laser is hitting. Overall, it was a little tuff to power through but getting the tattoo hurt more so you should be okay!

This location is hands down THE BEST!! Everyone is super friendly and outgoing. My technician Porchia (spelling?) was amazing! She did an awesome job and has been the best one so far in my 10 sessions over the last 3 years.I highly recommend the Sandy Springs location!

WARNING! Do not use Removery ANYWHERE. They are a scam. I went to this location and had 6 treatments with barely any clearance. When I went to another place the tech, said it was nowhere near what she would expect from that many. They just want your money, and you’ll be on the hook indefinitely

Amazing Experience ! I had a small tattoo but I still chose the unlimited package where it’s guaranteed removal, my tattoo is pretty much gone. I started this process in August 2023 and now in April 2024 after 5 sessions I have graduated!!!! They will see me in six months to make sure my tattoo is fully gone. I am so pleased 😀

I never thought about getting a tattoo removed before because I always heard it was way to expensive . I must say Removery has changed my mind and Im undergoing my first treatment today thank to Miss Vivian ! Started treatment here and i would not recommend. the techs kept switching, and the misinformation was given so easily it’s been two years and my tattoo has barely made any progress. the technicians here are not skilled and will start you so weak and slowly that your tattoo will take half a decade to be removed despite them saying it should take about a year. really disappointed and i have 5 more tattoos to remove. don’t think i will be allowing them to remove the rest of my tattoos

They cancel appointments and tell you it’s a month long wait when you try to reschedule as if you never made an appointment at all? Like what’s the point of making an appointment if it can just be canceled at any point without any kind of accommodation? They didn’t even call this time just sent a text. It’s a two hour drive and so disappointing. I should have done pay as I go instead of the package. :(

The lender they use to finance the costs approved me for way more (50% more) than I needed to achieve my goal! I did not expect that considering my credit is not good, so that was a pleasant surprise and its awesome that I get to have that option available to me. Removery Tattoo has been really great to finally get a chance to completely remove my tattoos. You will have to go multiple sessions so I would suggest getting an unlimited package that guarantees complete removal. I took advantage of a great discount they had for Black Friday which made it affordable. I met Madison, the manager at the Roswell rd location for the first time today. He was really pleasant to talk to regarding a concern I had. Giving a shout out to my girl Kayla!! She is the sweetest, kindest, most amazing professional assistant at the Roswell rd location. I honestly dread driving 45 mins in traffic after a long workday but she makes it worth it. She always has a smile and is fun to talk to which brightens my day. She always makes me feel comfortable and provides ice packs with a stress ball. Removery really should praise her and give her a raise or a promotion or something. She truly deserves it!

In the past 6 months, they have already cancelled FIVE different appointments. It’s extremely frustrating. It appears they have some sort of staffing or scheduling issue. Their package pricing is fair and their staff (whenever they don’t cancel) is very friendly. But the constant cancellations are getting pretty annoying.

I was really hopeful. I have the smallest tattoo I want removed and they wanted to charge me $1,300. Back to my dermatologist who has removed several in my past. Seems like a scam to me because this is not what they advertise

I had a consult at this facility earlier this month and never received a follow up quote for the service requested. It appears that if they dont sell you their top package out the door, you arent the client they are looking for. Not a great business model.

We drive two hours to go to this place and they keep cancelling our appointments. It has become so frustrating. But we signed up for a one year payment plan so are stuck with them. I guess we will be going there for a very long time because every time we have to reschedule the appointment it takes another month to get one. I have nothing negative to say about the service. I just wish they could honor their appointment times that we make well in advance.

This was my second appointment and this lady was so sweet and gave me so much information and asked me for consent with everything! She made me feel very comfortable. I was apprehensive regarding the treatments effectiveness, given the amount of melanin in my skin, but it has exceeded my expectations. My ink is nearly completely removed, in a shorter time-period than expected, and I dont have any scar tissue. One more treatment and I should be done. Moreover, the facility is always clean, and the staff is always friendly and fun to engage with.

I drove 45 minutes just to be told they couldn’t to do a spot test because of a medication I was on and needed clearance. Very disappointed and upset I wasted my time driving there. If clearance is needed then that’s the number one question they should ask when making these appointments for customers. I will not be rescheduling my appointment.

I have been going to Removery and had my fourth session. It was honestly horrible, from the icing, to the pain I had and now scarring with my skin coming off. I don’t know the tech’s name, but it is her second time doing it on me and I had similar issues the first time she did it (for my second session). The other techs usually do great and my recovery also goes well. But this session’s pain was horrible and I’ve now got scarring and skin coming off from it. She says she travels from Columbus, GA and is temporary, but honestly I wish I could get treated by someone that knows how to treat darker skin. Not to mention the out of place comment she made about me being dark.

A variety of affordable options for treatment, an amazing staff, and I am definitely seeing results!

I have had my appointments cancelled the day before/ the day of multiple times and then they cant schedule you in for over a month, only to get cancelled again. I wouldnt recommend buying their package, as you are locked in and then can never get treated.

I was extremely nervous as this was not a decision I was making lightly, but Vivian was so amazing in making sure I had all the details before I signed on. This place is amazing! I’ve been getting my treatments with Ashley and OMG this girl knows her stuff! I have yet to stump her on a question, that’s for sure. She was my initial contact and got me signed up smoothly and effortlessly and has such a positive and bright personality which I 100% appreciate. She truly cares about you and your healing and wants the best results so definitely follow all aftercare instructions. As far as the pain, I’m not going to lie, it hurts more so than getting the tattoo but it’s quick. The facility is super clean with a waiting area if necessary. I’ve never had to wait more than 3 minutes IF at all. I’ve had to reschedule a few times and it’s been so convenient to be able to message them via text and you’re actually messaging with a live person on the other end. Overall, this whole process has been a breeze because of Ashley and the rest of the staff. If you’re going back and forth on whether you want to go with them for your tattoo removal because of the price, I’d say it’s definitely worth the money. The amazing results and great customer service is definitely worth every penny. 😀

I was able to book a same day appointment if I wanted, the staff was so friendly and warm upon arrival, my appointment started promptly, and after deciding on package, they were able to get my in for my first session immediately, so it made the trip there totally worth it. It is not as painful as Id imagined, but there was a correlation between the ones that hurt the most to get and how much they hurt to be removed.

Just had a consultation, was hesitant because some places push you to pay up front during their ‘free’ consult but they were totally the opposite! Answered all my questions, gave me options, talked me through the process and potential time line. Never once made me feel pressured to book that day. If you’re wanting a consultation but worried about that I encourage you to go in! I have to wait until I am done breastfeeding my baby to come back but when I’m ready this is where I’ll go!

Ebony and Meg were so sweet and helpful! This was my first appointment here (I’ve had tattoo removal other places before) and so far I’m very happy with my choice to trust them with my skin. I can’t wait to see how fast I can lighten my tattoos so I can go forward with my plans for the sleeve I want.My first treatment was sort of painful (obviously lasers aren’t exactly comfortable lol), however it was super fast. I was actually shocked how fast it was, because my treatments at other places took like 7-8 minutes whereas this felt like it lasted maybe a minute or two tops. So if you’re thinking about getting tattoo removal, go to Removery because they will take good care of you!

The tattoo removal here is good. However, theyre terrible with billing. They were very sloppy with it. They have made unauthorized charges and then Ive had to call multiple times to correct it. Make sure you get a paper trail of everything so you dont get overcharged. I had to escalate this issue to the client relations team. Ive also had to dispute their overcharges on my card. Its disappointing and very frustrating.With that said, all the staff here are wonderful and are helpful. The billing is just a nuisance. Pretty awful, actually. I plan on updating this review once this issue has been resolved. I will continue using their service regardless because theyre good at what they do and people are great.

I had consultations at probably 5 other tattoo removal studios before I found this one and none of them compared to how informative and helpful they are at Removery. During my consultation here they talked me though all the different lasers there are out there, explained to me which ones they use and why certain lasers are better for certain colors/etc. No other studio went to such lengths to make sure I knew what I was getting into and had all the information before even beginning. They worked with me on price and offered multiple different payment plans as well. I’ve now had about 8 sessions with Ashley and she’s always the most welcoming sweetest person to see and makes the entire experience so much more comfortable. I couldn’t recommend Removery enough.

We went in for my husbands tattoo removal evaluation today. We were looking for a place closer to home.While the office and people were nice, we had a problem with the billing. We have already had two sessions done on the tattoo and we were told that it would take another 10-18 sessions to remove it (on the average). The cost would be over $1800, three times the price the other laser removal place told us. On top of that, if the removal took 8 sessions instead of 18, the cost is still the same because youre paying for the service not the sessions. Would not recommend.

I finally went in for my first session yesterday after putting it off for a year, and like everyone else I was really nervous about the pain and aftermath. Your mind just thinks it’s going to be the worst thing you’ll ever experience. So in my opinion I can say this definitely hurts more than actually getting a tattoo. It’s a lot more intense, but in my case it took no more than 30 seconds on each site. Ebony was absolutely amazing and really FAST! 🥳 She answered all of my questions and kept me at ease the whole time. I also love that they allow you to bring someone in with you. Moral support and a hand to squeeze, you’ll need it! 🤣 After the procedure, I experienced a little bit of burning, like a mild sunburn, but it was nothing a little ice couldn’t handle. One day in and I can already see it fading. If you’re tired of looking at your tattoos get them removed here! Your future selfwill thank you!

What makes Removery special is the prep work they do before and after your treatment to ensure your skin doesnt blister or damage Ive had tattoo removals before and they do a great job of treating the skin and again protecting the skin thats where their primary value is, I was originally paying for a package of three and then I realized it was going to take more than three sessions to fix and they thankfully moved me over to a long-term one-year payment plan which is a bit pricey but worth it. Ive had treatment from both Ashley and a black chick really cute cant member her name... they both have been awesome extremely thorough and I would highly highly recommend their service they are great.

So I had 3 treatments, we had a billing problem, they told me Ally bank did aprove funds due to delay in signature!after I made sure that loan indeed was not aproved and I was not in hook for it before I send them my credit card info. Once that was clarified I imidiately send them my payment option, even since I had texed them3-4 times in last month to ask them for next appointment I have never heard back.Find a better and more reliable company unless you wanna be left in a middle of services as I was.

Had my first tattoo removal today and I can’t say enough about Ashley at the Sandy Springs location! She is more than awesome. Of course the nerves come out before this treatment and we worry about how it will feel but let me tell you, it hurts don’t get me wrong however, Ashley makes it very tolerable, quick and pleasant! She is so personable and fun to talk to. She really loves her job and seeing your mistake of a tattoo go away quickly. The pain is manageable, feels to me like more of a long bee sting. I have been going to removery for over a year now and everything has been great up until these past couple of months. My appointment has been rescheduled FOUR times over a span of two months sometimes even getting a text same day saying they won’t be able to see me.

Ashley is awesome! I always have to schedule my appointment right at the worst time of Atlanta traffic because of my work schedule, but when I get there (usually a couple minutes early because I allow so much for atl traffic) Ashley always take me back immediately. I’m often out of there before my actual appointment time even starts. She’s always available to text at any moment in case I have any questions or concerns and she’s very quick to respond and very knowledgeable. The place is super clean and everyone is very friendly. I’ve had great results. I wouldn’t trust anyone other than invisible ink for my removal. They have the best technology and the best customer service.The only thing that can be difficult is that if you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule, it often won’t be rescheduled for another 8-10 weeks or at your next appointment time, but this is because they’re so busy! It’s not their fault, just something to be aware of!

For this to be a 1-2 year process for Me, I’m very happy to be going through it with them. The ladies at Removery make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. I had been putting off removal because I thought it was going to be extremely expensive and really painful. But a Black Friday deal helped me to commit. I paid up front for a full removal package. This means they will continue to zap my tattoo until it’s gone. Removery is by far one of the best investments I have ever made when it comes to personal care. They cancel and reschedule appointments without consent. The removal process is ok however I feel like they aren’t getting all of the tattoo only certain spots. I’ve had sessions at a different place and get more results.

Ashley was great! She was a professional. She moved so quickly it was like we were never there. The whole procedure from the consultation to our first visit has been wonderful. They explained everything we need to know and have very good interest free financing options.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The technician was especially kind. She didnt rush through the procedure and stopped a few times when I needed a moment. The procedure itself wasnt painless, but it wasnt nearly as bad as getting the tattoo and the pain faded after about 10min like the staff said it would.

I had my first tattoo removal treatment this weekend, and I can say so far I see a difference, and am very happy with the results so far. The staff is professional, kind, and on time! My only concern is that I would sign up for a total removal package, and pre-pay for my removal sessions, but when I scheduled my first session it was moved two times before I could actually go. I am hesitant to give a company money in advance when their scheduling is so turbulent.

I wanted to provide an update on my tattoo removal process. We have combined my split sessions to where they treat all 5 of my tattoos at once. I was a little bit afraid but it wasn’t as painful as I had imagined. One tattoo is almost completely gone and another one is following close behind. I’m pleased with the results so far! I have to be honest, I’m nervous about my color tattoos because of my pigmented skin.

Great attitudes and friendly service. Very painful process but the support gets you through the process. Doing a roughly 2.5 year removal on a rib cage tattoo and these guys are great and knowledgeable about aftercare.

They waited until I got there to tell me that it’s their protocol for people to wait 8-10 weeks in between session. I mentioned to the lady on the phone during scheduling my consultation that I needed my Tatoo removed quick at least 4-6 weeks in between sessions. I was never told the protocol over the phone before arriving. I wasted my gas and time driving there. I was really upset. And I only have a tiny rose behind my ear and they told me I’ll have to get 10-12 sessions and it doesn’t even take 10-12 sessions to remove my Tatoo. She told me it’ll take a WHOLE YEAR to remove my Tatoo and that’s a LIE.. Their money hungry and don’t give you the correct information upon booking.

I Had my first Lazer tattoo removal session in July 2022 and two months later i went to have my second session after being told it will take approximately 10 sessions to completely remove my tattoo. During my second session i was asked to sign a statement saying my tattoo wont be removed completely due to some skin scars from the actual tattoo. I informed them that this information is totally new for me and it was not discussed during my first session nor during signing papers nor during the money transaction. They told me you already signed a paper that says you understand that will happen. I am really frustrated with the situation and how they handled it. I asked to speak to the manager they said she works from home and she will give you a call and that also didnt happen. I guess they dont care about customer satisfaction nor being honest about their lazer plan and all they care about is getting paid. Again i am not comfortable at all with what happened and i am still waiting for that manager call.

I have a small date under a 10 year old bro tattoo that I never really liked, I just added it because my sister did. I made a spur of the moment decision to contact Removery just to get a consultation for removing it after seeing so many great results on Instagram. I ended up booking my consultation and started treatment the same day! Jennifer and Ebony are amazing, kind, and informative. The process does feel like being popped with a hot rubber band, but I look forward to future visits.

Everyone there is knowledgeable and kind, walking you through every step of the process. Jennifer and Ebony were delightful and really made me feel comfortable. The laser is no joke though. They say it feels like a hot rubber band snapping on you. I would say it feels closer to getting stung by hornets. That said, the silver lining is how quick it is! My tattoo is medium sized and took all of 2 minutes.

I enjoyed my visit because I met with my girl from Dr. Ink erasers but since the merging with Removery my same service has increased in price by $100! They say its because they have a nurse on staff and its a nicer office but, I dont care to see a nurse never needed to, and the new office isnt nicer then the old location. My first time being there Ashley and Chris were friendly. I was nerves because idk if you can actually get your tattoo removal but we’ll see. Chris was very nice and answered any of my questions I had. Ashley welcome me when I got there very respectful and the tattoo removal process didn’t even hurt. The place alone was very professional. Soon as I walked through the door I was getting constant help. They have different services that can help anybody in need. I went there for a consultation about removing a tattoo, and it was very informative. I don’t remember her name but she was sweet and knowledgeable about her craft. She was also very patient and understanding my need to remove a tattoo I wasn’t satisfied with.

Very professional staff so far! They have me sign a signature contract if disrespect occurs between customer/ employee, it won’t be tolerated and will be handled accordingly. I’m glad they have this, so I’ll make sure no one will disrespect me (as I have a big problem with this personally) and vice versa.
