Got my little girl ears pierced and it was job well done. Very friendly service and staff was super amazing!

The manager, Brandy, was rude and very racist. She had a nasty attitude and my piercing was crooked. I asked for corporate’s number and she refused and said “I can’t give you that number”. I am very displeased. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRANDY. I had to come back and get the piercing redone. I am a very busy woman. I shouldn’t have to come back because of incompetence.

Kortney had great customer service and was very patient with us while purchasing gifts for the holiday! Her coworker was also very informative and attentive handling the other customers while we were being helped. Thank yall!!!!

I’m going to leave the most honest review. Came into the store with my son Chris on 7/28 and he applied for a credit card and was approved fast but he had a flag which caused us to have to wait a little longer until they called the credit card company. The 2 young ladies Tessa and Kourtney that assisted us was fantastic and helpful. Tessa even went upstairs to Zales to get assistance. They made us feel comfortable. The thing I didn’t like was how the store manager came in and started cursing and yelling because the credit card company wasn’t answering fast enough. She was afraid of loosing the sale. I tried to tell my son we can just return it and come back and she told me I’m not patient enough. Very very rude lady. Eventually another young lady who’ve we dealt with before named Bre stepped in to help and everything worked out. I don’t know the manager name because she refused to tell me. I will not come back when she’s there anymore. The company is awesome but the customer service can improve!!!!

Tessa was very polite, handled multiple customers at once. She explained the promotions and didn’t oversell. I came in with questions and left with some new jewelry. She was great!

I am 5 years old and Miss Trina pierced my ears today. It didn’ t even hurt. She cleaned my ears and taught my mom how to help them heal.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!!! Coming from an ex-Zales employee from the same mall, worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased screw-back diamond earrings less than a month ago and according to the employees, the post is defective by being worn-down (something that cannot happen in less than a month). This means that the earrings were defective when purchased (store probably knew and therefore were the reason they were on clearance). The store tried to tell me that I could not purchase the warranty unless bought on day of. Knowing Zales, their sister store, and their policies, the policy is that you are allowed to purchase the warranty up to 30 days after purchase. I called corporate who confirmed this. Corporate contacted the mall of la location who got into an argument with them saying that since the earrings were damaged I would have to pay the money to get them repaired (more than I paid for the earrings) and then purchase the warranty plan, knowing that my thirty days from purchase was in 2 days, therefore making it literally impossible to be able to do what they were offering. You would think a store would want to make right on defective items purchased less than a month ago, but I guess that shows today’s customer service and stores who work off commission. They have lost a valued customer and I will make sure any of my Zales customers/friends are not recommended to this store. The ladies I worked with at Zales in the same mall are aware of the situation and will think twice before suggesting Banter due to their employees not following their own policies and not having good customer service. They lost me and potentially many other jewelry shoppers in the area. Happy to know I know their policies better than they do(: Corporate will receive this same review in the morning.
