Leviathan Studios Custom Tattoos

The studio has a nice atmosphere, the staff is friendly, and my artist was patient with moving the stencil to my desired area. However, Im extremely disappointed and depressed about the quality of my tattoo. I will be looking for another shop to get it fixed or covered up, and never come back to this one nor recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommend Leviathan, especially for custom work. The cover up I had done by Richard Hart exceeds what I had in mind when starting the piece I had done. The effort and attention to detail he puts into his work is top notch and he works pretty fast which is awesome when you pay by the hour for getting something like I had done. After spending a good amount of time at the shop and seeing the work some of the other artist have done Ill say these guys are are all professionals that do some quality work and are each diverse in their own styles. The shop is kept very clean, and every one is easy going also.

Walked in and the staff was so friendly and directed us to the artist who best suited what we were looking for. Morgan did an amazing job bringing what we wanted to life!

Onr of the best places in town to get a tattoo! Mike and Chris do some really awesome pieces and artwork also if you are looking for a new custom and unique tattoo that you wont be disappointed in. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Hands down, one of the best and cleanest shops I’ve been to. Everyone is down to earth and friendly. Froggy is an excellent artist and who did my piece. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to put over an old tattoo that was misplaced and had been faded by laser treatments but after several back and forth calls, visits and texts to get it right, we nailed down a design. Froggy was knowledgeable and beyond helpful throughout the process and was never impatient or rushing me to decide. He guided me the whole way and even enlightened me on some things I did not know regarding the design I chose. This is permanent (for the most part) so it’s important to get it right the first time.Before settling on leviathan, I went to other shops and got that “you are bothering me” or “I don’t have time to deal with you” attitude and it ultimately led me here and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll be back for some new ink and I’ll definitely be using froggy again.

Went in Monday for a walk in between 3pm and 5pm Hands down best experience I ever had at a shop. Our tattoos are perfect. Mike if I remember was our artist. Not good at names much. But...... AWESOME, and felt so welcomed

I cant say enough good things about Leviathan Studios and Chris. Ive been tattooed twice by Chris and wont go anywhere else for ink. He is meticulous about his art work. The shop is in a great location on Sherwood forest and Airline Hwy, its clean and really a great atmosphere.

Chris Starscream is an amazing artist and awesome guy to talk to. I went there on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 and started on my back piece. His work is excellent and he gets it done quick. I cant wait to go back for another session.

I loved it here! The environment was very comfortable and fun. I got a flash tattoo with my mom and had a great time for my first tattoo.

I’ve gotten five tattoos from Morgan and will be getting another one soon! I added a photo of my most recent tattoo that Morgan did, it’s my favorite! Clean, friendly shop environment and fairly priced tattoos. Love this place! Keep it up!!

In Nov 2022 Morgan helped me pick a magnolia branch design to go on my hip! Awesome artist, highly recommend.Shop was quiet, clean, and had amazing people to talk to during the tattoo process!

Mike Williams is hands down the best tattoo artist Ive been to. Really love the new shop. My husband and I have also been to Morgan for a walk in tattoo. Great experience every time!

Mike has done almost all my ink, listens to what you want and incorporates his style and never pressures you in to getting something you don’t want. Perfection takes time and he’s the guy to do it!!!

Still working on my piece with Mike but I couldnt ask for a better artist. Hes easy to work with and talented beyond words. I give him a simple idea and he turns it into an unimaginable masterpiece. I have never left unsatisfied, only with more ideas for the next time. I wouldnt go to anyone else!The studio is amazing. Its clean and organized. This studio and all the artists are very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Needlez reworked an old tattoo, and gave it new life! I love how it turned out. All the artists made me feel comfortable, chatted with me, and there was just an easy going vibe in the studio. The studio itself was clean and professional. Insanely happy with my artwork! Just finished my left sleeve and started on my chest piece/half sleeve. Chris Hayes has Been completely professional and awesome to work with! This tattoo experience has by far been my best yet thanks to Jared. The drive from Mississippi to the shop was well worth it. The staff made me feel so comfortable. Prices are fair. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a great tattoo and atmosphere.

Best tattoo experience I have had. The place was very clean. Jared was my artist and he showed me different options and worked with me to give me exactly what I was looking for. Besides the fact he did phenomenal work, he stayed late to get it done and paid attention to every detail. I will be going back soon for some more ink. My wife and I have been getting tattoos done by Needlez since we moved to Baton Rouge over two years ago. We followed him (and all the other *cool* people) from High Resolution tattoos to the new studio on Sherwood Forest Blvd, and she and I are both excited to be so close to the new shop. Its clean, inviting and the cats that work there are some of the coolest around. Needlez is our artist, but weve seen some amazing art being tattooed on others by all of the other artists there, even in just the two visits weve been to since the opening. Pricing is fair and the work is quality stuff.Highly, HIGHLY recommended. This shop rocks.

I stared getting tattoos done by Mike when he was still at High Resolution. But when he and everyone else moved to this shop, I had to follow him there! Im always left in awe of the badass pieces he gives me. I got one yesterday, and I am obsessed with it. Levaithan Studio is super laid back, everyone is super cool. The cleanest place Ive been in. I recommend them to everyone. Im already planning my next tattoo with Mike!

Jared is an amazing tattoo artist. I got my first tattoo done by him. I was scared but he was cool and helped me calm myself down. Turns out that I wasn’t so bad getting my first tattoo done. He’ll work with your budget and knows his stuff. I referred a couple of people to him to get work done by Jared and they loved their tattoos.

Had an extremely positive experience everyone in the shop was cool and friendly and Jared did an amazing job on my forearm piece. Would definately say this is the best experience Ive had getting a tattoo and I believe they are the best in Baton Rouge.

I found Chris starscream at high resolution when I was in a serious bind looking to get some tribal covered up. First impression he was extremely passionate and very helpful to give me everything I could ask for. Now that Chris, Mike and, Needlez are at their shop leviathan studios I will not be going to any other shop nor any other artists these guys are the best Louisiana has to offer. New shop is super clean, friendly, and extremely inviting. If youre looking for solid, consistent, quality work leviathan studios is more than the perfect place.

10/10 would recommend. I got my first tattoo here and they made the experience a pleasant one. The staff were cool and I will definitely be going back when I am ready to get more.

Everyone at the shop was awesome. Chris is super talented. I will be going back to him for more of my twisted artwork. Lol And even tho I got woke up from my nap by the rocker version of post malone I still had a 5 star experience. He was cool in the end btw. Lol!
