I’ve been seeing great results here for laser hair removal! Kathryn is the BEST! She’s very knowledgeable and sweet. I absolutely love her! I schedule my appointments w her each time and it goes well every time! I love that there’s no package here like at other lasers where you have to pay $1000s upfront and have to go through each treatment whether it works or not. The price is also reduced every 3 treatments! I was worried about paradoxical hypertrichosis but it apparently hasn’t happened at this clinic yet. It also didn’t happen to me! Even if it does, you could leave at any point as there’s no package forcing you to stay or switch services since you paid.

Ive been going to Caddells for hair removal now for a few years and I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say. Debbie and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and above all else - some of the friendliest and caring folks youll meet. In my case, being a transgender gal - and needing to get hair removal for surgery and such I wouldnt go anywhere else. I highly recommend - so much so that our entire house of 5 gals goes regularly for hair removal.

Stephanie is the absolute BEST - after I get one of her facials, my face is GLOWING and so smooth the next day! I say this with sincerity as Stephanie’s client (from a previous location) for the past year now.Her treatments-oriented approach and medical aesthetics background to facials (extractions, deep pore cleansing, prevention, etc) are the secret to my skin looking its best ever! She tracked down my file and sent me an email to try to find a solution that would help me feel better about what happened.I’m updating my review because even though I did have one experience that I was not happy with, Debbie tried to make it right. That’s really all you can ask from a business. I had an extremely positive experience with Caddells, specifically with my tattoo removal technician, Kathryn W.! I have waned to remove a tattoo for about 10 years, and heard it was so painful so never took the plunge. Everyone here from the front desk, to the owner, to the technicians are so welcoming and comforting along the way. Yep, it hurts, but only for about 60 seconds if you can power through! Theyll give you a numbing cream (optional) and a stress ball to help distract during the procedure. I am so happy with my results and am now ready for a cover up! I was pretty nervous going into my first tattoo removal appointment (and a few after!) but the entire team has been great. Kynlee was absolutely outstanding at explaining the entire process, making sure I was comfortable, and asking if we needed to take breaks. The clinic is clean which was very important to me, and the entire staff is friendly. I’d highly recommend both Caddell’s AND especially Kynlee if you need any services 😊

I genuinely cant overstate how good of an experience Ive had with full-body laser hair removal at Caddells. I was so nervous to start, but the staff are all so kind and welcoming, and my technician (Kynlee) is very skilled and made the entire process a breeze. They are very, very experienced and comfortable around trans clients, and beyond that Ive just really enjoyed my time at the clinic! I saw results pretty much immediately, and have gone from thick itchy stubble to barely shaving at all, within a few months. Some pain during laser hair removal is unavoidable, but this was about as painless as it gets.

Kynlee is a master of her craft! I have been going to her for the past 8 months and the results have been incredible. I had tried other offices before for hair removal without any results. She takes time to talk with you and make you feel comfortable during the procedure. I truly look forward to seeing her for laser services. She is highly educated and skilled with hair removal. Their pay as you go model is far better than other offices that rip you off with a package price and no results.

Caddell’s quite literally saved my life. My tech Missy is so amazing and has helped me so much during my facial laser hair removal process. Ive been going to Caddells for Nose-to-Toes hair removal since January of 2022. The staff is always accommodating and the results have been great. Kathryn especially is so sweet and has made me feel very comfortable and welcome there. As of November of 2022, I went from dealing with a 5 oclock shadow 10 minutes after shaving to not needing to worry about body hair at all and only needing to deal with facial hair every other day or so. Needless to say, Im really happy with the progress Ive had here.

Caddells is great! Ive been going to them for a few years now for laser hair removal, and it has been worth every penny. My experience and my results were good enough to convince me to get laser in other places, which is why Ive continued treatment at Caddells. I highly recommend Caddells for tattoo removal. Debbie and her entire staff are really nice and professional. I had some special circumstances and they were extremely accommodating. Ive only had one session so far, but my tattoo has already significantly faded. Debbie showed me a book with examples and I feel that she was very candid about what to expect, e.g., she showed me some examples where it took several more sessions than predicted to entirely remove the tattoo, and some where it took fewer sessions than predicted. I really appreciated how upfront she was about this. I got quotes from a few other places and I can say that Caddells pricing is very competitive.

I have struggled for years with facial hair and after just six sessions at Caddells I have found so much more confidence. Their laser hair removal services are extremely effective. Kathryn is great to work with as well and the laser hair appointments are quick and painless. I recommend this to anyone with darker skin as well they accommodate so many types of skin and needs.

Went in and saw Alisha today to get a broken capillary treated. She was super sweet and informative and the treatment was very quick, maybe lasted 20 seconds (small treatment area) and was relatively painless after the first few taps. Price was reasonable as well and I see instant results which is promising. Definitely recommend and am excited to continue treatments.

Excited to share this review! The receptionists are great and make sure to call me when there is an opening sooner than my appointment. They always remember my specific timing needs for appointments and make sure they can offer those when they call! Ive had 2 tattoo removal sessions on my eyebrows so far and I am extremely pleased with the progress! I was nervous attempting this since it involved my face, but Debbie is incredible! She is gentle, honest and super kind! I trust her and her staff and recommend Caddells for tattoo removal!

Caddells has been consistently amazing! I started laser hair removal on my face when I was only 4 months into HRT and very nervous and they have explained everything clearly and were super nice! With their advice, I started with laser knowing that I could always clean up stray hairs with electro later, but I couldnt be happier with my results from laser alone! I included some pictures with my starting point and where I am today!

I have been seeing Missy since 2009. This is the best place for hair removal. Prior thr Caddells I never had any success at hair removal because of my light blond hair. The service is excellent and I have never not been able to get an appointment in a timely manor. I would suggest nothing else but Caddells.Its very difficult as a women to have hair on your face. I couldnt stop raving about how amazing this went today!! I was so nervous about it for my first time ever doing laser hair removal and they were so professional. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and it really wasnt bad at all pain-wise! Everything was so clean and polished. I could easily calm myself because my technician was very knowledgeable and methodological, for lack of better word, with how she applied the laser. It was like she could do it in her sleep! I felt so safe with my skin in their hands.Im extremely pleased I went with Caddells after months of humming and hawing about the high prices. I considered going out of state where I saw some cheaper prices, but in the end I think that you just do NOT want to risk it when it comes to your skin! You cant get a new skin!!They get you medically approved first with an ARNP before even having the laser discussion with Debbie. I was so happy with how they answered my questions and were so respectful in the process.Update: Ive been a few times now since my initial review and I am very pleased with the results. I forgot shaving was a thing I used to do! My laser appointments dont hurt nearly as much as the first time. You just need to tell them when its at your painful spot (everyone is different) and they will go slower there and it really, really helps. Of course, if it is too painful they will change settings altogether, but I just squeeze the stress ball as tight as I can and get through it just fine.Update 2: Im moving away and have to find a new laser place but gotta say I really am considering flying back for the rest of my laser appointments! My treatment series isnt done so I want to keep the schedule going for the best results. Attaching a photo of my smooth hairless legs I was admiring one day while I happened to be wearing a skirt. I didnt lift a finger and thats what they look like every day now!Update 3: some hair regrowth happened on my legs. :( I had three more treatments left I needed before I moved, so Im looking forward to getting the rest of them somewhere else and Caddells has set a high bar for quality!

So, there I was, embarking on a journey to become the smoothest, slickest, and shiniest version of myself, thanks to Alisha and the laser wizards at Caddells. They promised a hairless wonderland, and folks, they delivered!First, lets talk about the ambiance. The moment you walk in, youre greeted by calming spa music that does its best to drown out the impending sound of laser beams, and a scent thats a peculiar mix of lavender and burning follicles (it grows on you, trust me).The staff? These folks deserve medals for bravery. They were unflinchingly professional despite having to witness my dance moves as I tried to dodge the laser like Neo in The Matrix.Zaps, zips, and zings - it was like having a sci-fi disco party on my body. I half-expected the laser technician to shout Pew, pew! just for giggles but it never happened :(Now, I have to admit, there were moments when I questioned my life choices, like when they hit my ankle bone and I levitated off the table, momentarily believing I had unlocked anti-gravity powers but hey, no pain, no gain, right?Anyway, I am happy to report that after multiple sessions, I emerged from the depths of the Caddells as smooth as a dolphin and I now slide through life with the grace of an Olympic ice skater on a frozen lake.

So for context I went to Dr. Caddell to do laser hair removal in prep for bottom surgery. My surgeon basically recommended I do both laser and electrolysis beforehand and I have to say that Im extremely glad I didnt just do electrolysis and that I also had Debbie Caddell do laser hair removal for me.I think what took maybe a little over a year in laser sessions would have taken closer to four years if I strictly did electrolysis.The benefits of laser were that I could get my entire area done in the span of 15 mins or less and then come back in a month and do it again. Whereas with electrolysis it was an hour+ of extreme pain to maybe get done with a quarter sized area.I wont say laser is pain free but its a quick zap that instantly fades after youre done and then again its 10-15 mins and its over for the month. Electrolysis hurts the entire time and each zap is decidedly not quick haha... My pain tolerance sucks so maybe others might have better luck, but again very glad I did laser.Hair basically thinner significantly over time and Id say laser probably accounted for 90% of the hair actually removed. I do think electrolysis is good for finishing touches but Id strongly recommend people do laser as well.Dr. Caddell was also just really great and always found time to squeeze me into her schedule. Definitely recommend her services!

I am so happy I found this place. From the moment I called the receptionist was so nice! She got me scheduled right away. I had the pleasure to see Kynlee for broken capillaries on my face. Edit: After having done GCS and getting a courtesy call from Caddells I figured I would updated my review 9 months later. Caddells straight up lied about the effective use of laser before electrolysis. Laser is a racist treatment option only working on dark hair and light skin tones. I should have been declined for laser due to my mixed hair color instead I spent thousands of dollars here. I had to focus on my decreased time prior to surgery on my surgical area after this failure with another clinic. Electrolysis is the only FDA approved hair removal for all people regardless of skin color and hair color. My light colored hairs and even my strongly dark hair patches are still shown after a year of treatment. Caddells focuses on laser for the money. They underpay their workers in general its a cash grab.Original Review:This one star is in response to Caddells cancelling all my electrolysis appointments for the next 4 months. They no longer provide an hour long session that is cost beneficial with my insurance. This was after 7 months of laser treatment (which is relatively great). Now my insurance coverage is nearing its end and I have to find another clinic in that time frame with enough appointments. Thanks for putting my gender health at risk.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! I walk away from my appointments happier each time and it’s mainly because of my experience with Kathryn. She is so personable, knowledgeable, and makes me feel very comfortable. I’ve noticed a huge difference even with just 3 laser treatments. 100% recommend!

This is something I should have done years ago. I had a hunch it would be like that, but my experience at Caddells reinforced my feeling.The consultation with Debbie Cadell was a great experience. Shes such an expert and professional, I felt I was in good hands from the first step.I did my sessions with Tonya...who couldnt have been more professional, gentle and thorough. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood how the session would work and what to expect.In addition to all that, my results have been stellar (I had the hair removed from my back...FYI). Tonya emphasized that during each visit. After my first 3 sessions we were able to spread out the sessions from 4 weeks to 8 weeks.If youre considering Laser treatment or Electrolysis, save yourself some time...look no further and contact Caddells immediately. Great experience and money well spent.

I love this place and Debbie. She is such a ray of sunshine. They are very professional and also they are very sensitive to each patients needs. I was a little bit nervous to have the treatment (laser) but she made me feel very relaxed and worked within my comfort level. I have worked mainly with Debbie but the other techs are great too.

I’m at a loss for words. Debbie is AMAZING. I went in for a consult for laser tattoo removal. Before my consult, I 100% thought that it was going to be very high pressure to get the treatment done (as I’m used to everywhere else being so high pressure). Debbie was extremely thorough in explaining how the process would work and showed me a portfolio of her work during my consult. She went over prices with me and was as NO PRESSURE as it gets. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease about the process. What stood out the most to me was her people skills. We clicked. She’s so friendly and very easy to get along with, which I feel is pretty rare these days. First laser tattoo removal session down, and I will be returning to her for as many as it takes to remove my tattoo. A huge thank you to Debbie!

Ive had nothing but good experiences with laser hair removal sessions here. The staff are caring, and very aware and friendly of trans clients - never misgendered, careful use of non-gendered references to regions to avoid dysphoria, and they were familiar with HRT when I mentioned it.Sessions are fast, straightforward, and effective, costs lower over time when repeating sessions on the same area, and they are more than happy to help with providing invoices for submitting insurance reimbursement claims.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff to chat to during your procedure. They let you know the plan and how theyre adjusting it as you progress so its as gentle as possible. Kynlee was great.

Also, they charge on a visit by visit basis, which made the treatment affordable to me.

I have been going to Cadells for over five years for different services. They are the most professional and well educated estheticians I have ever worked with. I have used their electrolysis, laser hair removal, and laser for sun spots and verrucous veins with great success. I have recommended them to friends who have also had excellent results.The thing to keep in mind when doing laser is everyone is different. Your personnel skin pigmentation and hair color affect the laser, and each individual person will get different results. In addition, an individuals tolerance for pain will impact the setting of the laser. Each esthetician will work with you to ensure you are as comfortable as possible and are getting the best results.I am ever grateful to Cadells staff and Debbie in particular for everything they do. I have worked with other estheticians and other business who provide laser, and this group of ladies is the best.If you want results at reasonable prices, Cadells is the only place to go.

Im happy to have found an electrologist who listens to what I want. She also performed the (brief) service even though I was rudely late.Some of us dont mind a little hair, just the darker ones, which has been wierdly difficult for electrogists at other companies to understand and respect. I also am nervous about anyone having control over my aesthetic, so was relieved that Marsha listened. This is what hair removal should be- performing the requested service, not assuming everyone wants the exact same look.

If i could give debbie and the other staff at caddells more stars i would!ive been going there for a year and am so happy that i found them! their office is clean, they offer great products, their staff is kind and knowledgeable, their prices are reasonable but perhaps most importantly, they get the job done!!! when ive had questions between appointments, theyre available to consult. they have been working on removing a tattoo that i honestly thought i would be stuck with forever. today, its so much lighter...and i can see the light at the end of the tattoo removal tunnel! the circumstances around this particular tattoo is hard and has been a source of shame for me in the past but when working with them, they have been nothing but compassionate, patient, and kind about this in particular. they also have worked to remove stubborn, unwanted hair (laser and electrolysis)...im just about done!also, if youre transgender and wondering if this is a safe place, i can say that i have felt very comfortable in their care. i havent experienced unnecessary and probing curiosity questions and have consistently been treated with respect and care. they are on the ball with pronouns and are just all around kind people. i corrected one person i hadnt worked with before on my pronouns and they didnt skip a beat. this partnered with their all around kindness makes all the difference in the world for me. i was prepared to feel uncomfortable and just grit my teeth through the whole thing but...the only painful part is that darn tattoo laser remover! but even then, they take the time to listen to about pain levels and reactions to prior treatments, and then adjust accordingly. thank you to debbie (owner) and to the staff at caddells!

My only regret is not going sooner. The staff is professional, courteous and always on time. The facility is clean and discrete. I would absolutely recommend Missy because shes thorough and always ensures my preferred machine is available. More than happy with my results. The location is also fantastic with tons of parking.
