Love the vibes here. The people are really great. The place is welcoming. Many choices. Extremely experienced. Accommodating. Quite. Personable. My fiancé and I received our first tattoos from here. Very sentimental tattoos. We share the same little red heart and we are satisfied with the work. The only downside of this experience is the amount of money we paid for our tattoos. They did not inform us on prices until after we were prepped and moments before being tattooed. We felt pressured/obligated to go though with it even though it was a hefty price. We ended up paying $120 per tattoo which was no more than 1cm large.

I recently got a fine line tattoo by Peachy (@peachy.ink444) at Skin & Soul Tattoo in Bellevue. She did an amazing job capturing a special vision vision to life. Her attention to detail and fine line work is incredible. Peachy was very friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The tattoo healed beautifully and Im absolutely thrilled with the result. I highly recommend Peachy!

I came here about a year ago and got my ears pierced and was nervous as hell. I had done my research and found a sterilized needle done by a pro is the best way to do it. The person here explained it step by step, showed me everything, it was super clean and was almost completely painless. I couldnt have had a better experience. I would highly recommend to others!!!!The other thing I will mention, is I wasnt sure if I had a metal allergy, so I paid for slightly better studs and really liked the opal ones I got. Great selections too! They also told me how to care for my ears if I had any problems. Overall was really easy and they took the worry right out of it!

I’ve been to Skin and Soul for myself and my friends. Personally, I’ve gotten my nostril, navel, and third lobes done and it’s been an awesome experience. The folks working the front desk are always lovely to talk to, and as someone with anxiety that means a lot; and the piercer (Wren, I believe) is phenomenal. Any nerves I have dissipated when I chatted with any worker there. Highly recommend!

Super kind staff! I had a tattoo consultation appointment today at 12:30pm but was running late and using public transportation (I’m new to the area) I got there by 1:00pm.I did call a few times before the appointment of running late to let them know and the staff (Liam) was understanding but because of being late, I wasn’t able to meet with the artist Diego (who I was originally scheduled with and wanted to meet).So the front desk employee (Liam, super nice btw) had me meet with another artist (Tom, also super nice). I like Tom’s tattoo portfolio he showed me, nice work.Will book an appointment for a tattoo session soon in the future because of how nice the studio is and how friendly their staff treated me.Want to give Liam a major thanks for their kindness for letting me chill at the studio while I was waiting for a ride. Thank you!Bonus: they provide snacks and drinks for customers!

Richie has given me two large tattoos and he has done an amazing job on both of them! You can tell he really cares about making you feel comfortable with what he suggests and goes above and beyond to make things exactly how you want them.I have also been here for piercings and Rey did so great and you can tell she knows what shes doing.I really love this place

My mom and I got tattoos from Sage and he was great! i brought in the drawings for our tattoos and he gave us 3 sizes to choose from. i have some other tattoos already but i sincerely appreciated him explaining everything to my mom and I. great pricing and swift timing as we were both day of walk ins. $120 for each of our tattoos and about 1 hour for each.

I’ve gotten all of my piercings here. The one time I tried a new place I instantly regretted it. Skin and Soul piercers are extremely knowledgeable, clean, professional, and kind. I have always been happy with the results. The people working at the front desk are also amazing and super welcoming. Since moving away, I still drive 4 hours back to go here.

Skin and soul is my go-to place and I recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a piercing or tattoo. I’ve had all 13-ish piercings done there, one tattoo and one cover up. Everyone is so nice and professional! Wren is my favorite piercer but you’ll get great service no matter who it is.

I went here for a piercing and had a great experience at this shop! I didnt catch anyones name but everyone was so kind. I really appreciated the piercers honesty when when they told me I didnt have the anatomy for the piercing I wanted so they provided another option and it turned out just as cute. Ill definitely be coming back here :)

Came here years ago to get a tattoo with my sister, great experience! Came back today to their new location to get mine & my nieces ears pierced. Everybody was friendly, their entire shop was clean, great explanation on everything & the whole process was easy & quick. I’ll always come back to this place & continue to recommend it!

Had my first tattoo this week from Itzel (@peachy.ink444) and I loved it! She helped me figure out my vision and executed on it so, so well. She was super kind and understanding and responsive when I had questions. 10/10.

The first time I saw Itzel aka Peachy was for an adorable flash piece she was offering, she is very friendly and sweet and the tattoo turned out so cute! Later I went back with my husband to get wedding ring tattoos which turned out so wonderful, she is very good at giving you options and really customizing it to its ultimate form. I look forward to all the cute stuff I’m gonna get from her in the future!

I went in for a memorial tattoo only expecting to get a small piece for my price range. Sage gave me a art piece way bigger and way better than I could have asked for with my price range. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Just finished my dream tattoo TODAY with Adam. My nephew, now 17 was diagnosed with Autism at 18 months. Adam is amazing and to me personally, hes family. He brings life to the static design I had in my head all this time. Everyone who works there makes you feel special. I cant wait for the next creation, the next chapter of my life and more of Adams stories. Thank you Adam, more big Italian hugs coming your way!

My nieces got their piercings here for their birthday and they had an AMAZING experience! Everyone was so kind and welcoming! And their piercer was also very kind and made us feel so comfortable! Definitely will be coming back!

Great jewelry with great variety but will not come to be pierced again.My mother and I came in to get our second lobes pierced and they did a fine job, but we were told we could come back to get the back of our jewelry shortened only to be told that wasnt something they did when we did return months later. Just wish there was better communication before I spent more than I would have on a piece of jewelry I would have purchased in a shorter size before getting pierced.

Had an appointment today for my very first tattoo, and at the age of 40...thought I would have had one by now, but I was so indecisive. Decided to get one to commemorate my older brother who passed away, and was extremely happy with the results. My tattoo artist was Eddie, and he was AMAZING. I will definitely come back, as I am now thinking of my next one already. Thank you Skin & Soul...love the new location too.

Ive been getting tattoos here for years. Loved the old location, love the new location even more. The entire staff is fantastic and uses your preferred pronouns without fail. There are trans safety information packets in the lobby, and the artist rooms have closed doors for privacy. Clean, high quality materials. Would give more stars if I could.

Brought my daughter there for a piercing, and it was fantastic! We used to go to another shop, which we used for years, but are definitely sticking with this shop now! They are courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and nonjudgmental! The waiting area even has drinks and snacks they provide their customers at no extra charge! The place is very clean and they have a great selection of jewelry! Everyone there is great!

I had my initial consult with Adam in May and we had a great conversation about what I wanted. He gave me multiple ideas and answered all of my questions. It was so cool to get my first piece from an artist who has done this for so long.My appointment came on June 11th. Adam presented the design and spent the next 60 minutes tattooing me. It was an overall fantastic experience. Adam put me at ease and our conversation helped tremendously with the pain.Adam gave me my instructions for aftercare and I used the ointment he provided. Its now August and the tattoo healed wonderfully. No scabbing and the design is punched in like a sticker. This design means a lot to me and I am proud to wear it.Thanks again, Adam.

This place did a phenomenal job with my daughter! The staff is friendly, the place is very clean with great art and wide selection of jewelry. Yanna took care of Rosie and was very professional, thorough and kind. She did a great job explaining everything to her and made it a very special experience. I was driving up from Salem to get my nipples pierced and my original piercing place cancelled on me very last minute. All the other places that I called were very rude and did not make me feel comfortable to come in except for this place. I was already nervous for my piercing so it was very nice to have have the staff and piercer be so kinda and make me feel so comfortable. The receptionist was also very reassuring on the experience of the staff and never got irritated with the amount of confirmation questions I asked. I could have not asked for a better experience, especially being such a last minute decision.It has been a little over a week since I got the piercing and it’s healing beautifully! Got my very first tattoos while in town with Lumi and saying she did amazing would be an understatement. She was so sweet and fun to talk to when I was quite nervous. The rest of the work staff were super nice as well. Definitely recommend!!

First thing you should know is that it’s a little hard to find. It’s small and tucked beside the Rite Aid store. Once we found it my 15 year old daughter had a great experience. We went there for a cartilage piercing and it was awesome. The staff was super friendly, informative and empathetic. The person who did the piercing (she didn’t introduce herself) did a really awesome job making my daughter feel welcome and calm during our session. She even did some deep breathing right before she started. She was also very informative and helpful with after care tips. The whole process took about 10 mins including all the mom questions :-)

I got my industrial and conch done here (I don’t have jewlery in for my conch atm so didn’t include a picture) I got my industrial done here more recently than my conch and it’s been healing amazing they have great staff! I was recommended by my friend who has loads more piercings than me and has been going here for a while they have a great array of jewelry options for budget friendly options and expensive options like gold, white gold, diamonds really whatever your looking for everything is super fairly priced and a lot better pricing than shops like deep roots who have equally good service but deep roots is way over priced I spent almost $200 at deep roots just to get my second lobes done after that I knew I needed to switch shops and since then I’ve been at skin and soul and also have brought 2 of my friends to skin and soul and they’ve been just as pleased as me!

I wanted to love this place, but my experience was horrible. The artist I worked with was very unprofessional. Constant cancelations, they drew a single sketch for my tattoo and gave it to me less than 2 days before my appointment, forcing me to cancel my appointment because the sketch wasnt what I asked for. Then the artist offered a free tattoo to make up for it but then never followed up. I wanted to like this place so badly but the artist I worked with made it impossible. I have the entire dm conversation and cancelations saved too, btw.Edit: This response addresses 1 cancelation. There were 3 different cancelations on her part and 1 that i was forced to make due to her lack of efficiency and work production. I could not have been more understanding, but the artist failed to produce, reschedule, or provide adequate sketches. Not sure how you were caught off guard just because I was nice doesnt mean my experience wasnt bad. Why do I have to reach out when SHE was the one who said SHE would call me to refund and book a free appointment, which was canceled by her and she never ever reached out again. Also, I asked her at least twice to move from insta to email which she refused to do. This is a horrible response and only furthers my bad experience. I took it publicaly to save others from my experience and now you want to devalue and invalidate it...

Ive done business with them several times in the past months and have always friendly be it a new customer or prior. Im very pleased with this cpeny and its staff.

I see Itzel/Peachy here every few weeks for a tattoo, and she has done all she can over and over to make my dream tattoos come to life from ideas to reality. I cannot recommend a better place or family to be a part of and regularly visit! 💖

Incredible tattoo done by Brad. Had a great and easy experience contacting and talking to him and setting up a consultation to go over what I was looking for. I set my appointment for about a week later and that went very smoothly as well. Very professional experience and Im extremely happy with the results.

I just recently got a sternum piece by itzel and i love it so much! she took so much time and care with my tattoo! everyone was also super friendly and i felt super comfortable during the whole process.

Had my 9 year old daughter’s ears pierced here and it was a great experience. My daughter was pretty nervous, but adamant, that she wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. Everything seemed very clean. The person who pierced her ears was very friendly and patient and explained everything they were doing. They explained the aftercare and gave us a handout how to take care of the piercings. 10/10 would recommend!

I went here to look for jewellery, namely size 00g hangers/tapers and single flare plugs. I found exactly what I needed and at the cheapest price. Before going here I went to two other piercing shops in the area and no one else was as helpful. The people at Deep Roots just down the road didn’t even know what I was looking for or talking about. (Don’t waste your time there!)Now I’m even looking at Skin and Soul for my next tat!

Adam was awesome with realism art! Gave him something out of a cartoon, and HE created (took him only an hour to draw this up instead of what I gave him via email) this! Ive wanted this tattoo for 6-7 years to bring awareness to MS (multiple sclerosis), and he did it! Butterfly symbolizes a brain MRI, and the orange ribbon is the MS ribbon. Thank u SO MUCH! And it means a lot to get this since I have MS, as u know.

Ive gotten two tattoos from Mae, and both have been excellent! Mae did an awesome job with the designs, really made sure was happy with them, did a great job with the tattoos themselves, and was very accommodating during the process. Her flowers are amazing! She is also just very friendly and awesome to talk to. Ill definitely be back soon!I have also gotten a nose piercing from Ren which was super quick and easy, it was a very worry-free piercing experience. They also helped me pick out and switch the jewelry a few months later. The whole staff has just been nothing but wonderful!

My mother and I came here about a year ago, she got her conch pierced and I got my lobes. They were so kind here, and I will be coming here for any and all future piercings! I actually went back about 6 months after as my conch (2 years old, gotten before my lobes) jewlery fell out and got lost. They were so kind, they helped me get the hole open again and I was able to get better sized jewlery. Throughout both visits they were nothing but kind, and even though I struggled to find the front door the first time, it is such an amazing shop! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

Excellent and friendly team who knows their stuff. Everyone is welcome and respected. Easy to reach by phone. In order to find the new location, turn in off the road and drive all the way up to the back and turn right. Usually you can find cars there. One main door to go through and then another. They have a cool set up and a lot of space. Would recommend.

Hands down I will be going here for all my piercings needs. Huge selection of jewelry when most piercers don’t even offer anything other than the traditional boring jewelry, they helped me pick colors and were super patient with my indecision. This is the best place to get piercings! Everyone is so kind and so friendly! I got pierced here twice, for my second lobes and my nose. They offered me great advice on placement and home care and everything healed beautifully! They explained every step and focused on making me comfortable through the whole process. One of my second lobes took a while to heal because I had accidentally changed it to a style that aggravated my ear after the 8 initial weeks of healing. I called and was immediately greeted with kind, positive, and professional advice. Upon changing my studs back to the kind I was originally pierced with (their recommendation) my ear healed up incredibly quickly! I recommend this place to everyone I know! Ive gone here twice in the past two years to change out my nose stud, and everyone has been so gentle and helpful! Today I called to ask a recommendation regarding a helix piercing before my wedding. Whoever picked up was so kind and provided the best honest opinion for me to wait. I appreciate the transparency and kindness. Wish I got his name! I will definitely be back.

Scheduled to get my tattoo today with Eddie and he arrived 26 mins late. I had scheduled per his timing after a consult and took time off from work. I do not appreciate not valuing other people’s time. Super disappointed at this level of apathy towards their customers. I would be profusely apologizing if i had kept someone waiting, but not Eddie! Hence the one star review.

I waited a while for my tattoos to heal and I can finally write an honest review. I booked with Velvet as a gift for my sister and I to get matching tattoos. Day of, they were not friendly at all and were actually late.The cleaning process took a big chunk of the time and Velvet would disappear for chunks at a time. All in all tattooing time was less than an hour (40 minutes tops) but I got charged for the full two hours. Whatever, pricing is what it is.Lines on the tattoo change in weight. With areas being very thin while other areas are thick. I also got a small black tattoo. The only thing that is filled in is the outline. The inside is a scribble of black with large areas missing ink over all. Not at all what the reference picture was.Friendliness of artist 2/5Experience 1.5/5Healed product 1/5

I came here for my vertical labret piercing, the environment was very friendly and welcoming. My piercer was kind and walked me through everything, and the piercing is absolutely beautiful! I will be coming back and recommending this place to my friends.

I’ve been to skin and soul twice myself and a few times with my significant other. The staff are always incredibly friendly. The environment around the shop is excellent. The tattoo artists are kind and thoughtful. Recently had Wil do about 2 hours of work and he did a fantastic job. He made things easy and i could tell he really wanted my tattoo to be something i’d love. I’ll probably be back for my yearly tattoo sometime soon!

Tom was very helpful in coming up with the design and did a flawless job with the tattoo!

Was referred by the Skin and Soul team to see Eddie since he specializes in the kind of tattoo that I needed. So I made an appointment with him and he was 40 minutes late to the appointment. All we did was talk for 5 minutes and he told me he would send me a sketch in 2-3 days. After a week I called and followed up with him. Now it’s been two weeks and I still have not heard from him which is unfortunate since I was really excited to work with him. Bad service, bad communication would not recommend due to this.

(UPDATED BELOW)My daughter came into this place for her very first tattoo. And walked out with a drawing that a child could do better! I’m disgusted. She was so embarrassed she had not shown it to anyone for weeks! I don’t understand how the artist (Adam) allowed her to walk out with lines like that! She is owed a full refund and then some. She lost all trust in this shop and Now I will have to take her somewhere else , and PAY to have it fixed! This was traumatic. Lots of tears cried. Would YOU be happy with it?(Just zoom into the picture and you will see where I’m coming from)(UPDATE)My daughter eventually called in and saw “Diego”, he did a GREAT job and fixed the tattoo.Thank you you did a wonderful job ! Got my first piercing here for my ear lobes. The front staff are super nice and were really patient and helpful explaining how things worked and taking me thru the steps. I picked a couple of earrings out and then the piercer Liam was awesome! Almost no pain at all and ge was super nice and explained everything. Came out and I am super happy! Would totally recommend to new and experienced this shop. I saw their tattoo work too and it looked awesome.

My favorite place to get piercings! I got my doubles pierced and then came back and got my nose pierced and im so happy with both! I always recommend it to my friends who are looking for a place to get a piercing. Everyone there is so nice and there’s such a welcoming atmosphere. Came her 4+years ago to have dermal implanted and my belly button pierced, did a fantastic job then and now! Went back today for rook piercings, they were super nice and accommodating, I could tell they were very busy. Super nice/caring staff! Did an awesome job as always

My over all experience here has been awesome, I got a piercing a few days back, very happy with it. only downside is an incomplete tattoo from a few years ago. do to an artist that was always late to our appointments an took to many breaks that in 2 sessions could not get it finished. This artist quoted me $1000 to do the whole thing. only do to their slow work it cost me that whole amount in 2 sessions again its unfinished. the picture Im posting is what was done on the first section. the next one the only going added was the start of the moon and some flowers other wise it still looks the same. it was supposed to be a half sleeve when finished. the only good thing out of this is this artist is no longer with them. So now I have to live with an unfinished tattoo. 😭 Dont get me wrong I love what I have, I just wish it was finished like it was ment to be.

I love this place. Ive been to Will for all four of my tattoos so far though Im looking at getting tattoos from other artists there. The piercing staff is all very knowledgeable and helpful. They pay particular attention to cleanliness and the place is nice and bright.And Ill be honest, one of my favorite things is when one of the owners brings her dog to the shop. He wanders around the waiting area looking for someone to pet him.But the nuts and bolts of it: all the staff is super friendly and helpful and the artist and technicians are all polite and highly skilled. I cant recommend it enough.

This is a great shop if you are looking for body art or piercings. The staff is very welcoming and professional. This is my second time working with Aaron and I must say he continues to impress. I thought the first piece was amazing. Then he pulls out the new piece and it floors me. I cant believe it. The staff will take their time to do whats right. Whether your an inking veteran or just looking for your first you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend taking an opportunity to consult with your artist before getting inked. They have a lot of work on the wall but when you talk you can get something personal that will be with you for the rest of your life. Great vibes, great staff, great works.

My friend and I each got a tattoo from Velvet a few weeks ago and it is now my favorite! Velvet took the time to meet with me and consult about the design and then worked with me on the short timeline I had for turn around because my friend was visiting from out of town.When we arrived we were greeted warmly by the staff and offered beverages. Velvet was on time, professional and FAST! They had three different sizes available for the design and my friend and I loved the design they came up with. We had NO changes. Velvet made quick work of placing the tattoo, chatting with us for a bit and doing a beautiful job.

I love this place! Everyone was so friendly and the shop was relaxing and comfortable. I brought my friend with me and they were more than happy to let her be with me throughout the process of getting my piercing. While the wait was a little longer than I anticipated, I didnt mind at all because the staff took the time to thoroughly sanitize in between each customer. Overall, great experience and would recommend!

I went in yesterday for my first tattoo and I couldnt be happier. I have bad anxiety and was scared I would feel out of place, but I felt like I was with friends! Brad was super friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I was a big wimp about it but he was very understanding. He offered me water and I was even given a hair tie! As a girl, thats a big plus ;) Everyone here is so nice! The shop itself is pretty big, stocked with good quality equipment. I got to work with him a little bit and make changes to the sketch he made. Took longer than I expected but the work is incredible and extremely detailed!! The price was really good for the quality. Coming back to finish my piece and I will be tipping generously! Thanks for such a wonderful 21st bday tattoo experience

I had a great experience at Skin and Soul! I dont remember who I talked to but they were fantastic. I had gone in looking to downsize my vertical labret after a bad piercing experience elsewhere and they took care of me. Although they arent offering any under the mask piercings or work right now, I let them know what I needed and they had it! They also helped me figure out what I needed to downsize to and when I requested it to be adonized they did it. Amazing customer service and a great shop!

All the staff that I met were super nice and very chill, and getting a consultation was super easy! My first tattoo went by in a breeze, and I had a great time getting it! The idea I had for my tattoo came out even better than I ever thought it would, since the artists they have there are fantastic! Definitely would recommend them to anyone wanting a tattoo and Ill definitely be going back for my next one.

The whole place is friendly and very professional. You first have a consultation (zoom), then you call to leave a deposit ( very friendly and quick) then when you go for your appt there is plenty of parking and everyone is friendly. Even offers sodas or water. I am going back in a month to have another tattoo by Mae. She is great, listened to what i was thinking, offered suggestions and was great to talk to during consult and during tattoo.

The people here are literally so sweet and it was really nice to talk with them and get my piercing. Everyone was so warm and it was such a clean place. And they gave me a free soda after I got my piercing and said “you’re spending money anyways haha” the people at the counter and the piercers were amazing. While waiting for my friend to finish one of them was showing me and my sister this cool tattoo book because we were talking about tattoos we wanted with her. 10/10 would recommend. Literally the most amazing place.

The piercer is rough and seemed to enjoy causing pain. Also did a bad job with my nose piercing and I had to get it re-done correctly a month later.Edit to add: I got the piercing redone elsewhere, I didn’t trust going back to this shop. This was my fourth facial piercing, 11th piercing total, and I have 30+ tattoos including a large piece on my skull. My pain tolerance is high and I’m very comfortable with the tattoo/piercing environment.

My daughter had her nose piercing changed out today. They are very professional, kind and good at what they do. Highly recommended them!

Got my first body piercing here (belly button) and the process was very sterile and fast! the employees were very welcoming and were fast to get me in to get the piercing done. the piercer was very nice and talked through the process with me and the cleaning process as well. although the piercer did not use a clamp, she did a great job at piercing it straight and fast! highly recommend! I also really like how all the pricing for piercings specifically on the website is including tax.

Can’t believe I hadn’t reviewed this place earlier, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Ive been pierced here about 6 times (by Ren I think), and Ive gotten tattooed here 1 time by Adam (so far but it’ll be 2 soon). The prices are reasonable, they are very professional and take safety very seriously but they’re still really fun and lighthearted about it. I recommend this place to all my friends and people I like, so if you’re debating on whether you should go here or somewhere else.. go here you won’t regret it.

I went yesterday to get my first tattoo with Will, and I had an amazing experience. I was REALLY nervous but he made me feel very comfortable as well as the receptionist. I told Will how I was freezing and You could tell I was shaking a little bit and he brought a blanket (which I appreciate it a lot!) Everyone was really nice and they didnt get irritated at all my questions (which I feel like were a lot). I am really happy i choose this place to get my first tattoo. Will kept talking to me which distracted a lot from the pain and I felt really comfortable, my mom was with me and she said she really liked the way he worked as well. We are both very happy. I already made an appointment for another tattoo with Will. Definitely will be back! Thank you for the awesome work you guys do.

I love skin and soul! Their jewelry is good quality and affordable and all of the piercers are so nice. I had an infection with one of my piercings and they were able to help me safely heal the piercing with free consultations!

Mae is an absolute sweetheart and does amazing tattoos!! Everyone should go book an appointment with her right now - she’s patient, caring, and does everything she can to make sure your tattoo matches up to your expectations (and exceeds them). I’ve been coming here and getting pierced by Ren for a while and always have a good experience. Ren seems very knowledgeable and trustworthy and the whole staff is always super nice and helpful. Today I got pierced by their new apprentice Liam and it was wonderful as always! He has really great vibes and did an awesome job on my 2 tragus piercings. I would definitely get pierced by Liam again ☺️

Had my septum and snake bites done at Skin and Soul today and it was hands down the best and most comfortable experience Ive ever had with piercings. The staff made me feel right at home from the get go and I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. everyone was friendly as can be and carried a fun energy that made the process very enjoyable and memorable, and they where very clear and open with jewelry ideas/suggestions. Ill certainly be back for any future modifications and for sure to upgrade my septum ring to one of those radical Rusty Cyborg pieces once Im healed up! Thanks for everything guys!

Their piercer is actually the most amazing person in the world. They got my dermal out for me and had a very light touch during removal because it was rejecting and paining me greatly. Excellent service, if I could give this place more stars I would. I was provided with water and an ice pack too!

I was greeted warmly and friendly by Michelle the receptionist, who answered all of my questions with sincerity and patience.There were able to take me in today at 3:30 with Will, and this was by far the BEST tattoo artist I have been to. I have been to tattoo shops pretty often, for the two I have personally and for my friends tattoos.Will was very polite, funny, speedy (beautifully great, precise quality) and wasnt heavy handed. I got two pieces done today, one on my left wrist and one under my collar bone.He is new to the area, from Colorado originally and needs to rebuild clientele from the move. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who wants a phenomenal tattoo experience. He quoted me 130 for both tattoos and I left a 50 dollar tip, because I felt like he absolutely deserved it. Got my my right nostril pierced on Saturday and was throughly impressed with the staff at this establishment. Super kind and friendly, not pushy about sales. Then it gets better. My piercing gal (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) did an insanely thorough job tryi to Line up the piercings so they match. Took extra time to make sure the job was done right. Very professional and very good at her job. Thank you Skin and soul for my favorite piercing experience so far. Will definitely be coming back! ( also the perfect pup, Pedro is amazing and I’m looking forward to seeing the young man again.)

Ive wanted to get another ear piercing for a while but had some anxiety because of previous fainting episodes with piercings/getting blood drawn. I wanted to check out Skin and Soul because of the positive reviews, stellar portfolios and clear price guides on their website.The staff is so incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were very understanding of my initial anxiety and took the time to make sure I was a good candidate for the piercing I wanted (tragus). My piercer talked me through the whole process and the piercing was quick and easy. I left with very minimal pain and a beautiful tragus piercing. I will absolutely come back here for all future piercings and tattoos from now on! Thank you for the great experience!

Pretty cool shop that’s a little hidden. It’s got a typical american tattoo shop atmosphere, which personally isn’t my favorite. The first piercer I had was very patient and explained the process, however another visit I had, the piercer didn’t seem all the present/aware of what we wanted. They have free snacks and drinks at the ready along with a sitting area if you feel faint or unwell and didn’t rush us to pay.

I was getting my first tattoos and was confused of all do this and not that online suggestions for care. All the people there were super helpful in helping me navigate how to prepare for and take care of my first tattoos. All the people present, artists or otherwise, were friendly and straightforward. Aaron was my artist. I couldnt be happier with his work!

The staff is really cool. I got my conch pierced; I am forgetting the beautiful bodacious blonde piercer, Lauren maybe? But either way, I felt taken care of. Maybe l it was her soothing voice or her professional approach, but I barely felt nervous and it did not even flinch at all. Highly recommend!

Myself and two other friends went in for different tattoos from different artists and and every one of us were so impressed and happy. My artist, Britney, gave me great design advice and helped me tweak sketch until it was something that looked great AND would last a lifetime. I couldnt believe how little I paid for a professional high quality tattoo. Feels like your friendly local shop, but everything was so much higher quality than I expected. Just got my Belly button Pierced here. Instantly felt comfortable and welcomed when I walked in, I was able to get my piercing without making an appointment which was nice. They have coloring books in the waiting room! The person who did my piercing was kind and fast! I love my new piercing!

My tattoo artist was Mae. This is my very first tattoo and the whole shop did absolutely everything to guide me through and make a design that fits my style. We chatted through the whole appointment, she let me take breaks where I needed it, and supplied a bunch of knick knacks to keep me busy while she worked.The line work Mae does is some of the best Ive seen and her attention to small details make a huge difference. Ill most likely request to have her do all my tattoos in the future!

I got my first tattoo on the neck. I was so nervous about it. Sage nailed it. He is the guy.

I have been pierced by Ren twice now and they have made each experience so so comfortable and safe. I will forever be going to them for piercing modifications. the entire shop is very kind, accommodating, supportive, and safe. whether it feels like it or not— handing your body over for someone else to aid in your modification is a big deal! and they absolutely ensure your comfort and joy here. I adore all the employees and their insurance of my friends and I’s modification care, even after. Much respect for this shop!

Everyone at the front counter is super welcoming and really friendly! and Ren is a great piercer i got 3 cartilage piercings and i love them and she did such a good fast job! going back today with a friend to get a couple more piercings :) this is definitely the go to spot and my mom and i got tattooed by steevi a while back and she was super cool and did a great job!

I called the moment they opened to ask if they did walk-ins for nose piercing (they do). I showed up an hour or so later they got me in right away. The gal at the front desk was so sweet. She took my ID and once I signed I went straight into the room. He cleaned and marked my nose, asked if that was where I wanted it. I said yes. He told me to take a deep breath and he pierced it with no awful clamp! I was expecting it to be really painful, but he was very good even when he was putting in the jewel to make it quick and painless. That whole event took about 45 seconds total. I walked straight out of the room and the gal explained cleaning and I paid. The whole event (including me using the restroom when I first got there) was about five minutes. It was painless, clean, and quick. I couldnt have asked for anything better with how nervous I was going into it! I am recommending my friend come here to get her nose done too! If I need other piercings I will likely go here as well!

I came in to purchase jewelery. Their prices were very reasonable and the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I really appreciated their efforts towards cleanliness during this pandemic, they had a hand wash station set up just inside their door and even had disposable gloves and masks for anyone who didnt have their own. Even single use alcohol cleansing wipes for customers to wipe down their phones (Great thinking on their part!!)

I had my nose pierced here a few months ago, and went back in today to have my post replaced to a shorter one. They were able to fit me in between customers which I appreciated. Very clean, and very nice staff :) Everyone here is super friendly and they answered all my questions asked.

It was almost closing but they offered to do it right then and there. I was pretty surprised and quite happy. My piercing is great and I love it. I even bought the earing Im wearing now from them.Also, I wanted to see how much it would be to touch up one of my tattoos, so I scheduled a consultation with my dad to find out more info, and the artist AJ offered to touch it up that same day. My tattoo looks amazing and this place is definitely worth going to.

I love this place! I went here for my first time after my friend recommended it to me. I walked in and the staff was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered the door. Hands down favorite shop so far. Wil did the Millennium Falcon on my arm, and the shading is amazing. Front desk people have been wonderful the three times Ive been there and the atmosphere is nice and chill. Im going back to get some shading done on a thigh piece next month. Theyre very open about their safety and cleaning procedures and records, and one of the owners herself actually talked to me about their health inspection history. Highly recommend these people!

AMAZING tattoo experience.I went in a week before I turned 18. I was visiting a bunch of shops to see where I was going to get my first tattoo. When I walked into Skin and Soul, I was very pleasantly surprised. One of the owners patiently and enthusiastically answered every question I had and didnt get irritated at the fact I had no idea what I was talking about. The shop is very well-lit, clean, and spacious. Very different from the dim and crowded shops I had been into hours before. She didnt rush or pressure me into making an appointment but I did because I felt very comfortable and taken care of.When I went in to get my tattoo I met the other owner and a receptionist, who were extremely helpful and patient about getting my tattoo design finalized and printed. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable.My artist, Michael John, could tell I was a little nervous and did everything he could to make me feel more comfortable. He never rushed me or made me feel like I was a burden for being so new to the tattoo community. He checked in on me every few minutes to make sure I was breathing properly (the tattoo was on my ribs) and explained the entire process so I was always on the same page.My tattoo is a little over a week old now and I could not be more impressed. It looks PERFECT. The healing process was quick and easy, and the owner provided me with very easy and detailed after-care instructions.All in all my experience was PERFECT. If youre a first time tattoo customer or are just looking for a new shop I guarantee youll be pleased with Skin and Soul.

Such a cool place! Much bigger than it looks from the outside. Helpful staff too. Tons of products and a very wide range of piercing jewelry (prices range from acrylic healed-piercings-only earrings up to custom BVLA pieces). Well definitely be back!

Got my second nose piercing here, everyone was so nice and helpful. My piercer Ren took her time making sure the placement was perfect and that my jewelry would fit properly after my swelling went down. I appreciate the affordability, $61 including jewelry.It’s a relief finding places like this on the east side. I will return!

I got fresh jewelry and a new piercing here and I can honestly say this is the best studio I’ve been to. The piercers were so friendly and knowledgeable. And even though it was busy, I never felt rushed or uncomfortable.

When I first entered the shop looking to get a piercing, I was promptly and warmly greeted. I was told that the piercer was busy at the time, but they were able to schedule something with me for roughly an hour later - no big deal. They were friendly and polite, so I said thanks and came back a little while later.While my initial interaction was good, I was dissatisfied with my piercing. To start, it was done out in the open, whereas I am accustomed to having them done in a private room (my three previous piercings, all done at different places, were in private rooms). Everything was sterile and clean, but I felt like the piercer was rushing. After describing what I wanted and where, she hastily marked my ear. I asked for a 16g curved barbell on my forward helix, adjacent to an existing piercing. I told her that it seemed like it was too far away and asked if she could move it closer, but she said the bottoms of the two earrings would touch if she did that. I conceded to what I thought was sound professional judgement.The process was very fast. She wasnt cold, but nor was she warm and friendly. I dislike needles so I was nervous, and unlike past experiences, she did nothing to try to comfort me. Of my four cartilage piercings, this was also the most painful and most bloody.When she was finished, I took a look and was pretty disappointed. Not only was it placed too far from my existing piercing (as I imagined it would be), it was also pierced at a slightly different angle. My goal was to have two identical piercings parallel to each other, but it was a bit off.Overall it seemed like a decent place, but I had a bad experience with the woman who did my piercing. This was a few years ago, so Im not sure if she still works there and I dont remember her name.

Soooo friendly! The atmosphere is laid back and zen-like. Michael did an amazing job. He was kind and made me feel 100% comfortable, not to mention all the great conversation topics. Oh, and the tattoo is flawless. Fantastic experience. Will go again.

Ive wanted to get a dermal on my cheek for a few years but have been to scared. Finally talked myself into it and after 3 days reading reviews I decided on skin and soul. Best decision ever!!! Yanna (I hope I spelled that right) was nothing but amazing. She immediately calmed my nerves and my piercing was done before I knew it. My whole experience from the time I walked in the door until I left was absolutely incredible. Everybody was awesome and friendly. I cant wait to go back!!

First tattoo in my life! The staff took such good care of me and made me feel extremely relaxed (it hurt, though). My tattoo was simple enough but they were so knowledgeable I had zero worries. Not getting inked again anytime soon but I recommend it to all my friends that are looking!

Came in for a walk in today. Ended up having an availability 2 hours later. Got my tattoo and couldn’t be happier. Everyone was very friendly. Aaron did an AMAZING job with my piece. He has a very good attention to detail. It was fun when all the staff came through the room at various points to watch Beavis and butthead come to life on my arm. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back and see Aaron if I ever want any more work done.

He is very light handed, very aware of his clients And how they are doing during the service. He is an amazing artist and I had the best time in there with him. My artist was Wil Spaedt, who essentially has the artistry of a skilled tattooist, with the bedside manner of a mindful nurse. Wil was always willing to hear out my visions, and incorporate anything I really wanted to see expressed within the tattoo. Overall very pleased with how everything turned out... The people here are extremely rude. I bought a couple pieces of jewelry and the girls at the counter couldnt be bothered to help. I asked to see some of the piercings and they told me to wait a minute and continued whatever story they were telling each other. Never got any eye contact, she mumbled her way thru the transaction. It was pretty obvious that they saw me as a nuisance.By the way the paint on the piercing I got is already peeling off and Ive had it less than 2 weeks. Money well spent.I dont know if the piercers or tattoo artists are any more friendly, but I wont be coming back to find out.

At first, its quite daunting to go inside as everyone looks so cool and I felt slightly out of place! But everyone there is super friendly and quick to make you feel welcome :) Brittany did my tattoo; it was quite an intricate design (a quote from my fav TV show - Doctor Who - translated into Circular Gallifreyan) but she did an AMAZING job, much better than I could have hoped for! Brittany is super fun and easy to chat to, would definitely return to her for my future tattoos and recommend to all! 11/10 for being a cat-lady too 😸

Adam is fantastic! We had ideas for a memorial tattoo and he made our vision come true. While we dont like the reason we got tattoos we absolutely LOVE what he created. We felt safe, and everything was cleaned appropriately. We will be back!

Ren did some piercings for me and my wife today. Very knowledgeable, super awesome to work with, and was happy to discuss different options. They were even able to custom anodize some titanium jewelery (then sterilize it) while there. Would highly recommend.

Amazing tattoo shop. I have spend over 4 years looking for an artist I trusted to do my moms memorial tattoo. It is a beach scene full of color. Me and Micheal really hit it off, and he is the first artist I felt I could relate to and actually trusted to do such an important piece for me. It is still a work in progress, and I am already amazed by the detail we have gotten into it. Wont ever go anywhere else. This photo doesnt do the tattoo justice. But it give you an idea.

Went in today to get some white added into my existing, very dark tattoo. AJ did an amazing job getting my tattoo to finally show up and I would recommend him . Very professional, comforting and has amazing work. I was able to sit down and get me in within 5 to 10 mins without an appointment. Wish I didnt live so far, otherwise I would definitely come back for more tattoos in the future!

I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone. Ive never had a piercing done at a tattoo shop before (I went to Claire’s when I was younger and they used the terrible piercing gun).I’m terrified of needles and have HORRIBLE anxiety so I was very scared about getting it done but I knew a tattoo parlor was the best way to go. Ruby and Liam(or Leo?) at the front were very nice and told me the girl that would be doing it was nice.Ren came out and told me to come back (in 100% honesty as someone who only has 1 tattoo and no body modifications, she was a bit intimidating) but as soon as we spoke she was the nicest and caring lady I’ve ever met. I voiced my concern and fears and she assured me that I would be OK and explained every step of the process and I felt SOOO much better. I absolutely LOVE ren and can say with certainty that if I ever want another piercing I’m taking the drive back to Seattle and seeing her again.11/10 best experience I’ve ever had. I love you Ren ❤️

Called before going in and let them know I was going to Hawaii in a week. Let them know I had no experience in bellybutton piercings and had no idea what the healing time was. I asked if I could do it and be fine for my vacation because I would be in the salt water a lot and shark cage diving. They told me as long as I cleaned it afterwards it would be fine and that one week is enough healing time for it.I went in there 10 minutes before closing to make an appointment to get it done but she said I could right then. The guy seemed like he would much rather talk to his friend than even acknowledge me. Once we get back there he drew the line on my stomach and had me lay down. I was nervous and asked if he would tell me when he was going to do it and ended up just doing it. It was very painful but I shrugged it off and left.My piercing has gotten so bad I ended up, 5 days later, going to Deep Roots in Bellevue and found out that my piercing was crooked and too deep. Not only that but the jewelry they use is threaded and the wrong kind to use for piercings (threaded jewelry damages the tissue in your stomach). I had to get it removed 3 days before my vacation and was told I couldnt even get a drop of salt water or chlorine in my piercing or it would get infected especially with it being pierced so deep. They ruined my vacation. And I was planning on getting a tattoo done with them and already put in my deposit. The tattoo artist said he would sent me a picture in a couple days and I still havent heard from him. I wasted over 100 dollars there just to spend another 200 to get it fixed and cleaned.

I was able to get an appointment with Eva after being dumb and walking in on a Friday (they were busy so I came back the next Friday). I was able to pick exactly what I wanted via a font I picked at home. Eva took the time to make sure the placement was in the correct place, even having to start over with the placement. The tattoo itself took about 1 hour. Eva seemed like she was adament about making the lines perfect, which I am happy with since the tattoo below it doesnt have perfect lines. Eva was wonderful and I am thinking about asking her to design another tattoo I want to get!

I was absolutely blown away by this place. Mikol was such an amazing artist. He gave my wife exactly what she was hoping for and made her feel so comfortable! Everyone we came in contact with was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Couldnt have been a better experience.

I had a very unfortunate experience with this shop sadly. I scheduled a tattoo consultation with Brittany Sinclair last year in March. The day of my consultation I received a call and was told that, due to COVID, in-person consultations would be put on hold. I was offered to be rescheduled later once they had a better idea of what their restrictions and schedules would look like or I was told that I could reach out to the tattoo artist over instagram to discuss things. I reached out to her on Instagram and was told that she would prefer if I emailed her my idea and explanation. I did and received no response. I figured that the shop was probably fully closed and that I may receive a response once things open back up and waited. A few months later they posted on Facebook that they were opening back up and that they would be calling everyone to reschedule. I commented and asked if I would still be receiving a call since I opted to reach out to the artist directly. I was told that Brittany would be in next week and that I should be patient. I deleted the comment because I didnt want to give off the impression of being impatient, I had more of a technical question and wasnt trying to rush them. I waited and still received no response via email nor did I receive a call to reschedule. Im very sad because I decided on this shop after weeks of research since all of the artists have great portfolios and Brittanys style fit my idea perfectly. I hope that Im the only person that fell through the cracks and still wish this shop the best.

Called an hour before , very last minute. And they fit me in . I wanted something very simple and easy . Took about 45 minutes by far one of the better places Ive been too. They are super friendly. Nice place , open and lots of cool art around. This was by far one of the best tattoos experiences Ive had.

Everyone there is so nice. They get a little busy, so I suggest making an appointment. Overall, great artists who are very flexible. They also sell jewelry for all piercings at good prices. I very much recommend this place for getting a tattoo.

I highly recommend this place, it’s a bit of a drive but worth it. The piercer is so friendly and talks you through every step, the people working the front is super nice and welcoming I always feel so welcomed every time I go or even when I talk to someone over the phone.I will definitely be back especially since I will need to change my new piercings.

I got my tattoo done here though it is very small but the person named Adam who did it was really nice and calm guy. He did it very professionally and it is good.I didn’t like the place much, so rating is less.

The only shop Ill trust my daughter to for piercings and tattoos. She has extremely sensitive skin and a stubborn desire to test it. They have done a great job keeping my nerves calm while she explores body art.

I bought a piece of jewlery for my ear less than four months ago and it wasnt cheap. It looked beautiful with rose gold medal and a shiny gem. Well two months later it looks like I got it out of a coin machine at the grocery store for a quarter... Im meticulous about caring and cleaning my jewelry and piercings. I never showered with it in, and it fell apart. I would find pieces of peeled off rose gold colored paint-like shreds all over and the gem looks nothing like it did before. Im extremely disappointed as i was assured it was a sturdy piece and would not fade for a very long time. Well two months later and I have to toss it.... I will never be back to this shop. I recommend that you do the same....

Chris did a great job on a new tattoo, and he touched up an old one (done by an inferior artist elsewhere) and made it look better than ever. My girlfriend had a lot of questions and he answered all of them with courtesy and an obvious expertise. REALLY Friendly staff.

I really wish i could gove them a review on there quality of work unfortunately due to there poor customer service i didnt get a chance to experience it though.A month ago i tried to set up an appointment for a piercing and was told they didnt really take appointments but they knew they would be free on the 12 so just to call that morning and set up a time to come in.I found this weird.. if you want business why would you not set an appointment with a client asking for one. I even made it clear there was so rush if they were booked i could wait a while i just wanted it on the calender so i had the plan set.The morning of the 12th i was told just to come in. When a time was talked about we landed on after 6pm i was told just to drop by the words no appointment is necessary were issued... yet when i showed up i was told another storyThey said they were all booked up and couldnt take anymore that day and that they had two people who made appointments waiting.I found this very rude and super u professional. If you want business then book people when they try to set an appointment.

Michael has done an amazing job on my finances tattoo, Im excited for him to do mine. The entire staff at this place are the coolest people. My fiance scoured Facebook and Instagram for the best artists in washington, Oregon, and California. Michael at skin and soul was her number one choice and it just so happened he works an hour from our house.

Got my first tattoo a week or so after turning 18 with Micheal and he was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and made me comfortable as well as killing it on my thigh piece I got from him! Deff recommend him and the shop Ive also gotten both my nostrils done there as well (:

MJ, cool cat, dude did a piece on me in a somewhat tender area and this is 2or 3 days after and there is no pain, very easy hand. NO DRILLING PLUS ...the spot is very comfortable in its atmosphere for all walks. Definitely recommend this spot for first time tat and if yer adding to yer work in progress

I was visiting Seattle for a week and got in touch with Brad via email and he was super nice and really understood what I was looking for in the tattoo I wanted. Great dude and great tattoo artist. The shop itself is also really cool and everyone seemed super nice.

This pertains to the piercer only. I called at noon and asked if they had a piercer working today. The nice gallery that answered the phone said yes, he starts at 1230 I sa8d great and started towards thier business. I got there at 1228 and was told hes supposed to be here at 1230 so if you want to have a seat you will be first. I took a seat... 1240 rolls around the nice gal says hes supposed to be here, I sent him a tex. She shortly states after he says hes almost here. Well at 1:05 I finally left and there were two people behind me waiting for him. If the inconsiderate piercer would have just said Im going to be late and what time he was going to arrive I wouldnt have been so upset but this really irritated me. I could have found another place and not wasted 40 minutes of my time for nothing. Again this review is one ly for the piercer however a business should not employ someone that cannot show up to work on time and has customers waiting and even walking out.

Scheduled a walk in nose piercing the night before and drove 35 minutes the next day just for them to tell me they had an apprentice working that day and couldn’t do it. Stick to your word. Thanks for ruining a little girls birthday present.
