Almost Famous Body Piercing

I had to come in and see what the buy one get one free was all about! well, i ended up getting my tongue pierced and a second piercing on my nostril. Alli was such a good piercer! She walked me through everything, although i was extremely anxious she made it worth it. Now i have two new amazing piercings. Thanks Alli & Almost famous body piercing!

We stopped in to buy some stainless steel earings. We were directed to a case that was supposed to carry only stainless steel products. So we purchased what we thought was a pair of stainless steel earings. The clerk was so rude. She took the tag off the earings, and when I asked if we could keep it she said no. She ended up reluctantly giving it to us, and as we walked out of the store I researched the tag number. The earings were actually super cheap nickle with a silver coating. We had not even passed the door yet, I turned around and asked her to return them because my son has an allergy to nickel. She said sorry I cant help you no returns. I could understand if we had walked out, but we hadnt even left the door of the store. I will not, would not, purchase any of the junk there. I definitely would not trust getting a piercing from them.

So first to start- I had a mostly great experience. The five stars is for the piercer Alli, whom was absolutely amazing. Alli was friendly and made me feel so comfortable for the entire process the second I stepped into the piercing room.However when I first walked in I felt bombarded by the employee that was at the counter. I believe their name is Ramona. Anyways, when I walked in there was a lot going on- and she began shouting from the counter to the door at me asking what I was getting done. After I explained what I wanted, they kept insisting the piercing was called something else. But that piercing was different than what I wanted. So I gave up and figured I would just talk to my piercer. Ramona then directed me to the display for me to choose from. I picked one- she didn’t like it. She chose a different option for me. Okay. Then I go to pick out my second piercing (cause two for one gotta love a good deal) and I’m trying to decide and she asks me “are you gonna pick something yet?” I was trying to decide between two different gems and she grabbed the first one without my confirmation it was what I wanted. She said it’s what she would’ve picked. I felt like my opinion didn’t matter and what I wanted didn’t matter. I left with beautiful piercings- but not the jewelry I wanted.Now in the moment I am not good with confrontation. I don’t like making people feel bad, so arguing with someone over something like that in person doesn’t sit right. I felt incredibly uncomfortable.To loop back around- after feeling insanely uncomfortable with the initial happenings- Alli made sure that was all changed and she didn’t even have to think about it. It was such a seamless process. I will go back for more piercings- just as long as I don’t walk by and see Ramona at the counter.

We came from out of town and decided to stop in and get our oldest daughter a piercing for her birthday gift (we also had our 2 younger children with us). We popped in around 11:30 am and was told that we could get her pierced at 12:30.Went back at 12:30 and was told the piercer was running late and was rescheduled for 1:30.At 1:30 We went inside and were asked to wait outside of the store and they would come get us since the piercer was sanitizing. While outside we seen them carry in to-go boxs so I feel like while we waited until a little after 2 pm to get pierced, they were probably having lunch. I wouldnt have minded if we were scheduled for 2, but the issue was that we ended up hanging around for hours with younger children because they couldnt commit to their time schedule and we didnt want to leave the mall with only an hour wait period.Once we finally got in, the piercer seemed nice and appeared knowledgeable, we will see how the piercings heal. However, they had extremely poor customer service..Also, I was under the impression that this was a walk-in service. I just cant comprehend the lack of professionalism and concern for the customerstime from this buisness.

I got my cart rim done just now! I absolutely love it Peach was the best she was very patient and thoroughly went through care instructions. Everything was done so nicely and I would definitely go again! Thank you so much to everyone that helped out.

Alli did my piercings. Absolute sweetheart and a fun individual to converse with. Great place to get piercings done. Will certainly be going there for all my needs!

I have come in a few times but came in a week or so ago needing some advice on a new piercing I got done elsewhere the piercer was knowledgeable and listened to me she helped me pick out new jewelry and did a change out to make sure everything was right and fit well my piercing is now healing better I came back to get another piece of jewelry and she was there and was super nice even remembered me and asked how I was and how my piercing was I will say most everyone is great there but I seen one worker is not nice and has yelled at the piercer and argued with her I try to come when that girl isn’t working she’s red haired with a mullet and is inappropriate in what she says but everyone else is great

I give 2...the piercings i have gotten there are great and i love them. What is ridiculous is you have no piercer working there and havent for almost a year......so if i want to have my jewelry changed out im SOL. You need to change your services to only selling body jewelry

Alli has a great smooth piercing hand! Had her re-pierce my nostril today and she was so fast and professional, great vibes too! 10/10

A few weeks ago went to get a piercing and none of the staff were certified to do so, was told all they did was sell jewelry, not a big deal Billings is big and found someone else. Went back today to get jewelry to change piercing, the lady working the counter wouldn’t even look in my direction, I stood at the case I needed jewelry from, asked for assistance, and NOTHING she wouldn’t even look up from the computer, tablet, phone whatever she was on! As we were walking out I said I’ll spend my money somewhere else where staff wants to help their customers and was told you have a great day. Wouldn’t recommend you waste your time there! Find a tattoo shop to buy jewelry, shoot walk next door atleast they’re willing to speak to you!

I got my triples done by Peach and it was a very great experience! It was super fast and very clean. Im not sure what all the bad reviews are for. The prices were average for piercings and they had a great selection of jewelry. I will definitely be going back if I ever want another piercing!

For how expensive their jewelry is they fall apart easily. They broke within two days of me having it in my nose and I didn’t even touch it at all. My boyfriend spent $45 on 6 nose rings and they all the two that I have put in both broke

Walked in looking for body jewelry instantly greated by 2 awesome lady’s that help me with all my need and this excellent piercer Alli was amazing and super fast my tongue piercing was fast and painless the lady’s their have great attitude….

Kayla did my piercings I got two helices and a second lobe on each ear. She was very nice and did a great job. Also the girl who cashed me out was super helpful and understanding when I decided to change what I wanted. A great experience! Will definitely go again!

I enjoy this place. Theyre nice & explain what to expect. I felt comfortable & I trust them. My daughter & I have got piercings here in the past. We both where satisfied with the results. That is why we returned. I am totally happy with my piercings, they did exactly what I asked. They also accommodated my allergy to certain metals. They asked me before I had told them which was great because I had forgotten. I will be returning. I recommend them to family & friends. To whomever asks me about them. 😊

Peach did both my sister and I’s piercings and I absolutely love them. Made sure we were both comfortable and made us both laugh. If I ever decide to get another piercing they’ll definitely be my first pick!!

Got my nipple pierced by Shay last Sunday. She was really professional, provided good advices and gave explicit instructions for the healing process. I would definitely go back to this place for other piercings, the girls are very nice, very professional and the place is really clean. Definitely a very good experience!

I went in for my first piercings since I was a kid, and both the gals working were very professional and pleasant. I went back and read the other reviews and it seems a lot of people didnt pay attention when reading the waivers. Everything is stated clearly on it: no returns, $25 charge if you decide to not go through with the piercing, ect...Piper was amazing, and if I ever get another piercing I will be coming back. I will definitely be coming back for jewelry once everything is healed, all the pieces I saw were very cute and there was a good variety - even for the inital pieces!The piercing itself was very quick and as painless as you can expect a piercing to be. I really appreciated the precautions they took with Covid, they even have the good masks you can buy for $1.All in all this was an even better experience than I was expecting and highly recommend it!

Don’t waste your time going in this place. Every employee I’ve had an encounter with has been rude. The eye rolling, the whispering, the snotty comments.... it needs to stop.You guys charge soooooo much for your piercings, most of them don’t heal properly, and you aren’t willing to give customers the experience they deserve while getting pierced from what I’ve heard.Thankfully I’ve only come in to browse jewelry. I guess the only good thing is that the employees’ horrible demeanor has pushed me out of the store each time before I could impulse buy anything. 0/10.

Very nice staff and very knowledgeable. Peach was AWESOME!! But on website I was under the impression that it was buy one get one free on the fee. And I didnt get that since I was paying for my friend and I. But over all I was happy.

I had my nipples done by Kayla. It was awesome service. I was very skeptical because of the bad reviews but overall it was a great experience. She was very thorough about what she was doing and made sure to check on me in the process to make sure I was okay. Definitely recommend.

Went in on a monday to get my eyebrow pierced because most of the tattoo shops in billings were closed. the girl at the register was acting like she had no idea what was going on. had trouble answering my basic questions. the piercer Piper was great tho, she definitely made my experience way better. but when i went to pay i was expecting to pay around $50 like EVERY OTHER PIERCING PLACE but instead i paid $70 something and that’s BS!!!!!!!! i will NEVER be back or recommend to anyone i know!!!! $45 for the piercing it’s self, $18 for the jewelry, and $8 for the “after care” which is ridiculous because i had all of the same stuff at home and apparently it’s a mandatory charge. would not recommend, my worst piercing experience EVER!!

Unfortunately both my sister and I got our lips pierced and they were so crooked it was very displeasing. Asked to get it redone a while ago and was told i could just take the piercing out and bring it back if i changed my mind about getting it repierced, i did so after it got worse when the swelling went down and they said Id have to pay to get it done again. Im very disappointed, a serious waste of 45$. I probably would have been happier if I spent it on crappy mall food.

I’m very unsatisfied with this place. I called in and asked when I could come in to get my bellybutton pierced. They said anytime, I came at 9 A.M. they told me to wait until 5 P.M. I spent all day in Billings even though I live in Columbus and have better things to be doing this close to the holidays. I went in and the worker who I had talked to in the morning and on the phone told me I couldn’t get my bellybutton pierced because my school ID wasn’t sufficient. Even though over the phone and in the morning she said my ID was just fine.

Gal was great!! even during these covid times she and her staff took all the precautions, kept everything clean, professional and great conversation!! 3 ear piercings in one setting was so comfortable, made me feel welcomed and happy and laughed so much, I even think I told her I loved her and id definitely be back great piercing professionism

Rude staff, super expensive, bad service. Got my nipples pierced here a couple years ago. I wanted done horizontally (like normal) but they turned out more diagonal. Had to let them heal and get them repierced.

Every business that requires for you to enter the store with a mask provides them for free, this place makes you purchase one. When I called the store twice, neither one of the girls on the phone mentioned that I needed a mask to enter. You’re telling me that I have to buy a mask, to walk 10 ft into the store to take it off, so I can take out my lip ring to figure out what size/gauge I need? That is complete idiocracy. I was coming in to buy a golden stud for my Monroe, but I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

This place is super clean and bright. They take temperature at the door and dont let anyone in without a mask. Ive gotten 2 piercings there so far and I love them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I just wanted to buy a few rings! I was denied entry because there was already 4 people in the store. I understand that. Second, attempt I had to bye a mask, get my Temperature taken, then was asked if I had a covid19. Test pending !!!!! That is non of your business!!!! Open for business or don’t!! My personal health care is non Of you BUSINESS!!! I don’t have a fever and I had a mask..... that is all you needed to know!!! I have shopped there many times.... never again!!!!!!!!!

I love this place! The staff is super friendly! I’ve gages my ears and gotten one piercing with them, so far. Definitely going to be getting more soon! They have a great selection on jewelry too!

I went there got my nose pierced and it was $77 they said to clean it with salt water and my skin started growing over so we went back in and they said it will be fine and clean with tea tree oil so they made us buy a bottle of it and it my piercing came out from the inside of my nose. Bad customer service not worth it save your money

Got my piercings about a months ago and one of them is crooked. Also was told i’d have to pay more for a longer belly button jewelry. It was a very nice place. pretty friendly people just mad my piercings crooked.

Went in to get some jewelry and waited at the door for 5 minutes before someone came to let me in. There were 4 employees and they were all gossiping and laughing about what I was looking for the piercings I had. Very unprofessional. Young girls arent a good face for your company if theyre going to be rude and judgemental.

I went in for a septum piercing. They told me mine would be difficult because of the amount of cartilage in my nose, but I asked them to try anyway and it turned out perfectly! These guys are really good! Highly recommend!!

Just called to see what it would cost. They told us 80 to 90 dollars and the cheapest jewelry they had was 20 dollars. So it would have been 60 dollars to have them put a hole in my face. Thats ridiculous. On top on that they were very rude over the phone.

My kids dont have school IDs. I called asking if a birth certificate and a parent ID would work, to which the lady on the phone replied yes. When we went to go in person, the lady said we had to have some form of photo ID. Would not recommend.

Got my tounge pierced here and it was great, I normally have trouble with piercing shops but this one was great! My boyfriend got his ears pierced here and it was also great. 10/10 will go here again

Got my boyfriends ear pierced here and the earring broke apart on him inside his ear. Cheaply made equipment and even cheaper employees. Just go to a real piercer and avoid this catastrophe waiting to happen.

I contacted this shop on instagram for help with a cartilage piercing - a bump. They were extremely helpful and informative, giving me plenty of advice and information. They were kind and had GREAT customer service!!

Friend wanted to get a piercing but changed and wanted to go somewhere else. Change her 25.00. 25.00 doesn’t seem much I know but she should not have pay anything just because she wanted to go somewhere else. It’s ridiculous.

I got my septum pierced and it was so low I now I have permanent scarring un my nose
