Katie was absolutely amazing. She made me and my three friends all feel very comfortable. She did a fantastic job explaining everything and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great piercer. I just got a 1/4 sleeve floral tattoo from crystal and it was the best experience I could’ve hoped for!! My friend came with and we all were able to find something in common and have an actual conversation the whole time she was very welcoming and professional. Went in with my friend as walk-ins to get her tragus pierced and to get my daith done and I think it was Katie who did them but I forgot to ask her name. She did an AMAZING job and is super calming and patient. She walked us through everything we needed to know. I will 100% be going back to get future piercings done by her.

After having my industrial piercing go wrong when I was just out of high-school, I was nervous about getting it redone. I went to Katie at Bodyworks Tatoo and Piercing. She is amazing!! She was so kind, patient and informative. She reopened my orgianal piercing to cause less damage. I cannot say enough good thing about Katie. I will always go back. I had Sadie pierce my ears this week. The entire experience was the hands-down best experience I have had with piercing. She did exactly what I wanted and they came out beautifully. Sadie has a real eye for piercing design, so that you get the look you want. In my case, I was going for enhanced beauty and femininity and Im so pleased. I will be going back to her for the next one.

Amazing experience and prices you can’t beat for the quality. Katie did both of my nostrils and vertical labret (the lip piercing) in the same day and it was the most gentle and smooth piercing experience I’ve ever had! (For reference I’ve had my septum, eyebrow, Monroe, and earl pierced elsewhere in the past so I have a bit of experience when it comes to getting needles shoved through my face)I originally came in for just my nostrils but literally came back within 10 minutes to get my lip done because the experience was so great! She was so quick and used enough pressure that the needle was in and out in no time at all, but also didn’t feel like she was manhandling my face either.Here’s a little under a week after getting pierced (see photos) the piercings are doing absolutely fantastic and with how they treated me I have no doubt if I had questions or concerns they’d welcome me back in a heartbeat. They give you good aftercare instructions. My vertical labret hasn’t even bruised and very minimal swelling compared to what Ive seen.They also give you proper jewelry (longer lengths to accommodate for swelling and not using the wrong type or shape of jewelry) and placed things perfectly. She even has you make different faces such as smiling to make sure the placement looks right. I’ve never had a piercer do that. She will be patient to make sure you like exactly where the placement of the piercing will be, remarking it, and does great in making sure the needle goes where it should. Highly recommend going here for your next piercing!Update. I got my Medusa and bellybutton done and both were great experiences. Also just got an Umalone tattoo from Chris (my first professional tattoo experience) and he did incredible!

Sadie was amazing while piercing my daughters ears back in March! I had been explaining to my daughter the process, sounds, and sensations! When we arrived Sadie was attentive and kind, answering any questions both my son and my daughter had about the process! Highly recommend Sadie!

They gave my friend her first body piercing(naval). The piercer was quick and professional, and got it absolutely perfect! Definitely reccomend. We also both got tattoos, and Adri was amazing. She did a beautiful job on both, was a very nice lady, and we left extremely happy. We will return for any future tattoos.

My three yr old really wanted her ears pierced. We went in as a walk in and they immediately let me know that if she wanted to stop they would stop immediately. I so respect that. It definitely made me feel comfortable and that I had chosen the right place for her. Katie took the time to talk with my daughter and make her feel comfortable before starting. It was an amazing experience from start to finish.

5 StarsI have came here for 2 piercings already now and have come to prefer it over the mall. The woman that gave me my piercings knows her stuff and will let you in on information that will help you out. She has an eye for what looks good and I really like that quality when people are putting art on my body, such as my barber, a tattooist and a piercer. I recommend getting pierced here and I may get a tattoo here in the future.+ She makes you feel like you are in good hands, which not everybody is capable of, and thats something I would pay extra for just to have.

I’ve been here several times now (mostly on impulse) the workers here are some of the sweetest, yet realest people I have ever met and they always have taken the best of care of me. I’ve gotten my septum pierced, belly button, and industrial and I plan to go again soon for snake bites (or angel bites I’m still deciding). They’re always available to help when you have issues (with my industrial it was a pain to heal and she helped with any advice I needed she being Katie), they’re take-home care instructions and bundle is super nice too, a fair price for the proper soap, some q-tips and a measurement. Super helpful of you’re like me, act on impulse and don’t have time to go to the store after. However yesterday I finally decided it was time to get a tattoo to memorialize my uncle, I had been pushing it off because I wasn’t mentally there enough to get it done yet, I called and they squeezed me in for a quick appointment for a small colorless tattoo. Adri was the one to give it and she was the sweetest person ever, made sure I was comfortable and made me move around to see if I still liked the positioning. Gave me her business card in case I needed to reach out. As soon as I save up a bit I honestly want her to give me a bigger piece, she was just a real pleasure to be around and I really can’t thank her enough for squeezing me in that day because otherwise I don’t know if I would have had the strength to do it any other time.

Shes my wifes regular place shes very particular and very satisfied with their service as an example she had some surgery had to have piercings removed she just went there on an offhand chance maybe somebody can help her and she was greeted and taken to a chair immediately and they put back in her piercings it was awesome We greatly appreciate their friendliness and service

Sadie was awesome piercing my 6 and 7 year old girls and grandma! What a wonderful 1st piercing experience ❤️ she really helped my littlest with her hesitation. I’m glad we got the second ear done 😅Also, they only take cash so don’t forget!

I went into the shop on the 14th with the idea that I really wanted to get a vertical industrial. Katie explained that the anatomy of my ear and the piercings I already have would make the piercing and healing process more painful than it already is. She showed me photos of several other piercings that would be cute with my setup and helped me make a better, well-informed choice on what to get. She was kind, patient, and very clearly an expert in what she does. I ended up choosing the anti-tragus, and I couldn’t be happier with the piercing or my experience!

Was very impressed with the ladies at this facility. Was given good information very clear on care instructions. Very willing to let you come back and ask any questions you may have. Very happy with my experience with them today, received two piercings and love both!!

Katie made my piercing experience the best Ive ever had! I had to try SO HARD to not laugh while she had a needle in my adult area! I got two piercings! After calling ahead for price, I assumed I was quoted the price for a single piercing, but was pleasantly surprised that it was for BOTH! I will forever commute to get pierced there!

Today I had my first blowout with going up a larger size with my gauge. Needless to say I couldnt take them out. I got my eyebrow piercing here about 5 weeks ago, and it was a great experience. It was my first piercing other than my ear lobes, so I was a bit nervous, but Katie, the piercer, was great. She made me feel very comfortable, and it was clear that she was very experienced and knew exactly what she was doing. The place was clean and everything went smoothly.

My daughter got her first facial piercing here. The peircer, Katie, is amazing. She has lots of experience and actually pierced my nose a year ago. Bodywork has been in business for a very long time, they have a great reputation and so I only trusted them to do my daughters piercing. Reasonably priced, very clean, great customer service and experience at this shop. I highly recommend them, especially for piercings.

My friend and I went and got piercings today, I got 3 nostril piercings and my friends got a surface piercing. Katie was amazing, fast and super friendly. I have never wanted to go get more piercings in my life.🤣 1000/10 recommend!

Katie was knowledgable and made it a great experience. I was re-piercing my 2nd and 3rd lobes and she made it a quick and simple process. She has an eye for making them even which is greatly appreciated from someone who definitely does not, as in myself. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know looking for a piercer.

Wish I could give zero stars. If you’re planning on going here, don’t. I had my belly done here, was not done properly and rejected. My boyfriend got his anti brow done today, and the ball fell out tonight when he went to clean it. It wasn’t tightened at all and the piercing itself almost closed right away. She’s super nice and all but I think she’s gotten a little too comfy doing what she does to the point where she doesn’t even check her work properly. Save your troubles and go somewhere else.

Took my daughter in for a birthday nose piercing. Literally a 10min process. Very professional. Sadie took the time to quiz my daughter to make sure she was listening (which she wasnt haha). Slow and methodical through the whole process. The lady in the rock store next door was also polite when we went in the wrong door.

Wonderful shop! My tattoo is amazing. Very friendly, they make you feel welcome and comfortable. Very clean. Chris Hamilton will forever be my go to guy! Although I did get my belly pierced here and had some trouble, but it wasnt my first time with the piercing and Ive always had trouble with them. She had to pierce it slightly crooked because of the scar tissue from the previous two times I had it done. She did my sisters and hers is just fine.

I’ve had numerous piercings done by Katie there. The woman knows her stuff. After moving from New York, trying to find a good, clean, reputable place was a nightmare. I swear the health department in Montana is.. wait.. do they even have one? BodyWorks is very professional and gets you in and out. Best of all they are available for questions all the time. No appointment needed, just walk in sign the waiver and your good to go! Tattoos do require an appointment but their schedule is always flexible. The Artists they employ are amazing! Thanks so much for making my transition to the Wild West that much easier. I’ll be back! You guys rock!

I had an overall great experience here. I got my navel pierced here last year in June at a very affordable price and it looks great. It was quick and virtually painless. I dont recall my piercers name but he was quick and efficient. I also got my daith pierced here. It was also very affordable and the pain was only from inserting jewelry which was made harder due to my small ear but overall it was a great experience. Angela did my piercing most recently and she was very informative and fun to talk to. She made it more humorous so the pain was lessened. It was also a very busy day when I went in but the wait was not at all bad for myself being a walk-in. I 100% recommend them and recently had a friend get her navel done there also.

I’ve been to so many different piercing shops all in 4 different states also. But Katie is super professional and is very helpful when it comes to bump removal and aftercare and more. I came in today wanting a new jewelry change. I didn’t get her name but she picked out the most amazing jewelry for 9 piercings and it’s great quality and only costed $35 for all. she was super sweet and had great work ethic, very helpful. Katie put the jewelry in my piercings that i needed help with and was very clean about it. i struggle with keloids on my piercings and she always gives me the best tips and treatments and they have very much helped! best piercing shop in Billings. 100% would recommend. thank you Bodyworks Tattoo and Piercing! you’ll see me again!

Took my 5 year old in tonight to get her ears repierced. She had them done when she was little but wouldnt keep them in and I couldnt get earrings to go in anymore so I figured they would need to be completely redone. I also wanted to have my tongue redone after not being able to get a barbell in for a year or so. Katie is AWESOME! My daughter and I both were able to just have our piercings re-gauged instead of the whole needle and nine yards! Katie has done several other piercings for me in the past and I will 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a good piercer!

I got my cartilage piercing there and it was the best piercing experience Ive had that I remember. Katie prepped me really well and I was in and out. It was almost painless as well. Everyone was very friendly! Ive been to numerous tattoo shops and none of them were this friendly! Katie did a great job on my nose piercing, and she made sure that i got exactly what i wanted.

I went in for my first ever nose piercing. Everyone was nice and friendly the place was clean. BUT the next day my nose was so swollen and red. When it was first done by body works I was thinking “man it’s pretty sore” but of course it’s going to be sore right. WRONG! The next day I went to a different place and they had to redo it because it was way to tight and the jewelry wasn’t the right size. It was literally indented into my nose because it was so tight. All this within 24 hours. After Eternal Ink fixed it my nose felt better within 20 minutes. Wasted my money at body works because I just had to get it redone and pay again anyway. They’re way to busy to actually concentrate on how it’s done. Which is sad because they’re such nice people.

Took my grandkid here, and it was amazing! The footprints on the ceiling really set a mood! Her ear peircing turned out great and the location is convenient. I took her to stones and bones right after to get some crystals.

I wrote my first review about this place 5 years ago, and since then have gotten 6 more piercings and 2 tattoos here. I LOVE getting pierced here. I moved across the country, but whenever I get that I-need-a-new-piercing itch, I wait until I visit family and go straight here!

Took my daughter and wife to have some piercing done, my daughter got her nose done and she said it was a great experience, very little pain. She is very happy with her decision. My wife had her eye brow and tongue done for the 2nd or third time. They did a better job on the tongue then what was done before (positioning). I do plan to go in myself to have a tattoo covered and Im sure Ill have the same experience.

Ive come in 4 times now during business hours. Door unlocked, signs say open. 3/4 times Ive been told that they were closed and refused service. My piercing was quick and professional when I was allowed service, was well centered and healed easily.Edit: had to have piercings redone as they were NOT well centered waste of money

I went to have two tattoos done. My artist and owner of the shop Chris, was awesome. He had to basically draw up my tats from the ideas that I had and make them real. He went above and beyond my expectations. They are gorgeous. I highly recommend his shop.

I got my nipples pierced here by a lady named Angela first of all this lady was very rude & seemed like she did not enjoy her job what so ever & just wanted to get the next client in. Second of all the placement was completely off on both sides I tried questioning it but she assured me that it was just the swelling, days later I was still uncomfortable about the placement. I would of went to the piercer who did it but due to the bad service I went to a different professional who informed me that the placement was way off. After taking the piercing out I called to get my money back and was ignored. Sad you can’t trust professionals these days!

I havent heard so many things about this shop but it was the most convenient place for a piercing I wanted done in that moment. I went in...it was not busy at all and asked if I could get my industrial done. The young man at the front desk was rude and not very informative. As for the piercer he acted like he was full of himself and was kind of rude...not personable at all. I have had my industrial for a few months now and it still gives me problems and it is sore. I got it checked at a different location and she said he messed it up. The skin on the bottom hole started rejecting it and never quit being sore. I would not recommend anyone to get a piercing here and ever since than if heard horrible stories about that place.

I went in with a decent size party yesterday where most of us got pierced. We had small kids with us who were noisy and they were very patient and kind.

My forward helix from here was rejected after 3 months of pain and infection. A year later Sin City did the same piercing and it has completely healed and is perfect.

Awesome Customer Service.....After asking around, what others thought of this place, only heard negative expressions. Statements of They have cheap prices for a reason, yet when I went in, I was given the upmost respect and attention. Theyve managed to stay open in this community for 25 years, obviously, they are doing something right....maybe those that think otherwise should take some hints from them...

Today I went in to get my nose pierced and it was a very good experience I would recommend them to anyone who wants to go get a new piercing

Super friendly place got 4 tattoos done here by the same artist but when ever I text him now he doesn’t respond he only reads my messages I will just take my money and service somewhere that actually wants it thanks

The piercer was so great. Our 15 year old was nervous for her cartilage piercing (that she said she wanted) and our piercer was so sweet and catered to her fear so well.
