Caydance is the absolute best! I’ve been going to her for tattoos for about a year now! She’s amazing, always open for my ideas & always a comfort experience! My best tattoos are from Caydance! Everyone at the shop is so nice, welcoming & feels like family! Y’all are the best, thank you!! Not to mention it’s mostly all women in the shop!

I cannot speak highly enough about this shop. We were greeted by the owner and then Caydance did our tattoos. She had a last minute opening that we lucked out and got. The shop was clean and everyone who worked there was so friendly. Will definitely be back. Book club approved!

Peirced my friends septum extremely crooked, she said it was extremely painful which is not normal. We went to another piercer and she recommended we take it out it was so bad. Was also way more expensive than any surrounding peircing shops.

I got my first shoulder tattoo done here by Alena. She did a good job. It healed well.

Outstanding piercer. Shane is very professional, experienced, sanitary/clean, and quick. Though I was initially nervous, he gave me all the information I needed about how to care for the piercing and what to expect before, during, and after. I would 100% recommend. Payment was reasonable just make sure you bring cash only.

I got my nose pierced here about a month ago and I absolutely love it! It was super easy, and quick. Shane the piercer was great. This piercing has been the easiest to take care of and I love the way it looks. I will 100% be coming back here for more piercings, and will be booking a tattoo appointment from here very soon!! :)

Shane is amazing! He takes the time to thoroughly explain every step of the piercing process and healing and is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We had my daughters ears pierced three previous times from other places and they never healed right and closed every time because of misinformation. Shane made sure this time stuck and healed properly. We finally had a great experience with him now my daughter is begging for more piercings because Shane made her feel comfortable:)

Loved this place. Its small and out of the way but who cares? My very close friend and I got our noses pierced here. It was my very first body alteration. I LOVE my nose piercing TO THIS DAY. I have literally never regretted getting it. Its become part of my character. Its a small perfect whole (that barely hurt) right where I wanted it. It was quick and easy and they where so nice and knowledgeable. They gave me helpful tips to keep it clean and pretty. I still follow those tips over 2 years later. I have gotten two piercings and a tattoo here and they all turned out great! Nathan pierced my nose and he was really nice! My nose healed up perfectly. Becky pierced my belly button, which also healed up perfectly and she is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease! I got a tattoo from Alex Carmel, it was a small tattoo and only took about five minutes but he was also really kind and made me feel comfortable, and I love my tattoo. It healed up perfectly. Everyone that works there is super friendly and I will be going back for more piercings and tattoos.

Absolutely amazing! I just went to have my belly button pierced. Shane had me in and out in less that 10 minutes. He was professional and did a fabulous job of explaining the piercing, and aftercare. It was the least painful piercing I’ve ever had even through scar tissue. I will definitely be back for more!

Staff is super friendly. Went in for 2 piercings and was done in maybe 5-10 minutes. Ive been coming here for all of my piercings and I enjoy it everytime.

SHANE @ Cin City tattoo... is by far the best body piercer I have EVER been too. I have extreme anxiety but really wanted to get a piercing done. He calmed me within seconds. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood the process and the aftercare instructions. I woke up the next day and couldnt even tell I had it done, there was no pain like I have experienced in the past. This man definitely knows what hes doing. He is the only person I will go to for the rest of my life! Thanks Shane you are the BEST! So ladies a gents if your feeling like you want to do something fun and new I highly rec checking him out :)

I had such an amazing experience at Cin City! Becky did two ear piercing services for me and both look awesome! I have been following her instructions for cleaning the peircings and I have not had any issues with healing. It is obvious that she is very experienced and talented at her profession. The shop was very clean and the staff were all kind and welcoming. My sister and my cousin were with me and Becky performed both of their nose peircings. It was truly a wonderful experience for all of three of us! My mom has also seen Becky for ear piercing services and she was very happy with her experience and results. I HIGHLY recommend Becky at Cin City to anyone looking for an excellent piercing service in the Billings area!

Out of the blue I decided to get my nipples pierced. Everyone I know who has them done recommended me to Becky...I now see why! I was so annoying (Im sure) and super nervous and she was SUPER kind and patient. She pierced me so quickly I dont really remember the pain. She is awesome! Its been about two weeks and they feel great! I have never had a piercing feel like its healing so well. I really wish I would have gone to her for my other piercings.Becky is differently knows what she is doing and is super attentive and caring!

I came here to get my nose pierced about a week ago, and I couldnt be happier. My piercer (Becky I believe was her name), was absolutely wonderful. Sweet, cheerful, professional, quick, and informative. Everything was super sterile and I had barely any pain. Healing up fantastically well. 100 stars, and I will absolutely be coming back for other piercings :)

The only place I will ever go for piercings and I recommend Becky to all my friends. Every piercing I have gotten from her (I think Ive gotten 3 from her at this point) has healed well and she is so kind and gentle. She also changes out jewelry, which is such a relief because it can be super hard to do by yourself, and she has a great selection of jewelry to choose from.

Shane Welbes is an amazing piercer. He has pierced both of my daughters ears multiple times. He is always professional and patient. He walks them through the process and makes sure they understand the healing portion. He is there to answer any questions we have. All of the piercings are perfect and look amazing. This is establishment is such a great place they got me in the same day when I had no appointment just wanted to get a tattoo. The employees are great and wonderful fun to hang with them while you wait. Im sure they get to hear wonderful stories from everyone that passes through for a tattoo. Big or little tattoos, pictures or just a scripture they are always nice to chat with. Highly recommend this place.

I was honestly nervous to have my ears pierced for the first time. The staff there is fabulous and Becky made it so fast and so easy! Im seriously wondering why I waited so long! Thank you Becky!! If I ever need another piercing Im going back! :D

The woman who pierced my nose was very friendly and personable and funny, but also professional. They have good prices, the shop had a cool vibe, and was also very clean. I like the style of ring she used for my nose. Its a simple L shaped ring, and she bent it a bit to accommodate for any swelling that might have occurred, which was much nicer than the ring that was used the first time I got my nose done at a different place (the ring was so hard to get out that, even after it healed, I made myself bleed while trying to take it out). They also offered some pretty cool colors, which was nice considering I have to have it in my nose for six weeks before Im able to change it. I havent had a tattoo done here, so I cant speak to the quality of their tattoo artists, but I would highly recommend getting pierced here if youre in the area.

I absolutely loved my experience at Cin City! All of the staff are so friendly and inviting! Cindy did my work and made feel very comfortable and at ease. She doesnt just want you to like it but to love the work you had done and she definitely reflects it! Cin City is the place to go hands down!

Our tattoo artist was Ryan Jones! He did an amazing job! The best detail Ive ever seen! He had a great personality and kept the conversation flowing too. He was definitely a 5 star artist! My Husband and I will definitely be back and requesting more work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have gotten 11 piercings done at Cin City and I will never go anywhere else. Becky does an incredible job at piercing. She is so quick and efficient you don’t even have time to feel pain from the piercing. Nowhere in town could possibly beat Cin City at piercings. Can’t wait to come back in and get more!

Always professional and clean. Cindy is a great very skilled person and hires only top notch people. Never a worry about infection which is very important. My son only gets his tattoos from Cindy, today I took my adult daughters to get piercings.

Loren did a great job with my tattoo artistically. I didn’t exactly make it easy, since I am picky and wanted it to resemble the drawing as closely as it could. I think it was a little hard (as a person getting their first tattoo) to work with him, and it was sometimes confusing. I had to ask a lot of questions that I felt like should have been answered initially. There was also some confusion before the tattoo process even began. Apparently the image I had emailed beforehand had gotten lost, so we had to redo that whole process. The aftercare instructions were also a bit rushed so I ended up going home to look at instructions online instead. I’m thinking it was probably due to the fact that it was Friday afternoon and everyone was ready to go home. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and I felt comfortable in the waiting room and reception area. The reception service was great. I really appreciated the clarity and the way they called to double check my appointment. I also really appreciated how there was an atm in the entrance since they only take cash. I would recommend this tattoo shop to people who have gotten tattoos before, I’m not sure if I would recommend it for someone who is brand new.

Ive gotten most of my piercings at Cin City and theyve been amazing. The environment is calm and the people are so kind. I go to Becky and I absolutely love her. Highly recommed!

Havent gotten any tattoos here yet, but I have gotten pierced here. Nicole is the best! She was so professional and super clean. She sterilized everything, including the seat. She explained everything she was going to do so there were no surprises. All of the people here were super nice, and I plan on getting a tattoo here also.

I got my daith pierced by Becky. She did a wonderful job and made it painless. This business of very clean and I had a great experience. Everyone is nice and willing to do whatever possible to make it a good experience, and mine definitely was!

My granddaughter went in today to get her Daith. She had it pierced by Shane. She said he was extremely professional yet laid back and walked her through step by step of both the process and the at-home care. She also mentioned that it was super quick and she didnt feel much pain! I know shes already planning to go back next paycheck for another piercing!

Ive gone to Shane Welbes a few times for peircings. He is very professional and is passionate about what he does. Super knowledgeable about the process, heal time and any concerns or questions Ive had. All my piercings are perfect placing and have healed great.

Excellent work. Best place by far to get a very detailed or meaningful tattoo. But be aware that you might have to book your tattoo 6 months in advance. So get all your tattoo ideas ready for that big amazing peice, because its worth it!

Staff is friendly and helpful. My nose was pierced quick, and I didnt feel it at all. Best piercing experience Ive had by far, and only $45 with jewelry! Will definitely be coming back

Took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. Only left with one piercing (no fault of the staff) my daughter was too scared to finish. Everyone was so nice and very professional. We will be back for the second piercing when my daughter is ready.

I went to get my tongue pierced like 5 minutes before they closed and they were super nice very clean and my piercer was very patient cuz I keep moving so he would have to readjust everything every time I moved.10/10 would recommend
