Dr. Greenwald is truly a miracle worker. I have had excellent results with a combination of Kybella and Vshape, and continual improvement over the past year. I couldnt be happier with the outcome of the treatment. I highly recommend it, and specifically with Dr. Greenwald for her expertise in the treatment planning for timing and frequency. These procedures have made a significant difference in my life.

I have been dealing with this for 4 months!On Nov 18, 2021 I visited Vivesse MedSpa. I scheduled an appt for a lash-lift & tint. When I was in my appointment the inexperienced girl Carolina, advised me she would not be able to provide me with the service and I would have the option of a facial. When I asked why I couldnt have the lash lift and tint she explained without taking 1 look at my lashes that if they werent in good shape my lashes would all fall out. Because of my lack of knowledge and trusting who I thought was an expert, I agreed to the alternative facial. I was very dissatisfied as I asked for extractions and was told I would get them, but the tech did not do any extractions and my face looked exactly the same when I walked out as when I walked in.I called the next day and complained. I was offered a complimentary service to return. I agreed to come in again, meet with the doctor regarding my lash lift/tint and get the service I originally planned for. The doctor was unable to accommodate the appointment I was there for... and asked me to return for a 3rd time to meet and get an assessment from the new lash girl who hadnt started yet. Against my better judgement & persuaded by the doctor, I again agreed. I called a few times to reschedule because my father was very ill/2months in the hosp & recently I was diagnosed with a foot fracture and put in a cast for 2 months. I spoke w/Carolina who advised me I would have to put a 25.00 deposit down for the free service... I AGREED, she then put me on hold several times and eventually told me the deposit would now be 50.00? when I asked to speak with the manager she hung up on me. I called back and Lindsey the manager accused me of being disrespectful and making Carolina cry, which I did not do..., Lindsey then gave me the runaround which ultimately ended with her offering me a REFUND. I agreed to the refund and she said billing would have to handle it on Monday as this was late Friday afternoon. I then spoke with Kaitlyn from billing on Monday to get the refund, she assured me she would resolve the refund issue, (because now there was a problem?) and get back to me. I never heard from her so I called and when I finally spoke with her she said there was going to be NO REFUND... I then went into detail & explained from beginning to end the treatment I received as a black woman in an all white spa I was humiliated and accused of being mean & disrespectful when I was not! Kaitlyn agreed the entire process was unacceptable and that she was going to speak with the owner a second time... I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HER. I called 3 times, sent very nice text messages and she blocked me. At the sametime Lindsey called me IRATE yelling, saying that because of me they are all liars and saying I manipulated the billing girl Kaitlyn and she would send me a check refund in the mail for half the cost. At this point, I did not want a confrontation and I hung up the phone. I waited for the dust to settle & later called, spoke with Carolina again who advised me at my request she would give Doctor Greenwald (the owner) a message to call me back, (which I had requested @ least 3X b4)... I have not heard back from the owner and am now fighting to get a refund. NEVER, go to this Spa as they conspire together and have eachothers back no matter what the TRUTH is... some type of MeanGirls/Cheersquad energy... very disapointed in view of the LoriGreenwald Commercials... I had 25,000 worth of credit & I was going to spend a good amount on becoming a better version of myself... I will spend it... just not there.

The whole staff is awesome!! The receptionist are so friendly when you are first greeted. The office is clean and welcoming. The manager even ensures your visit is smooth. MD Greenwald is so caring and professional. She made me feel so at ease. The procedure was painless and the results are amazing!! I highly recommend!!!!

I enjoyed my facial with Kristen. However, I loved how Kristen took the time to pamper me with the extra massages. I felt so relaxing after my treatment. She went extra miles to provide amazing service. I had booked my husband for a few treatments with her already.

Every possible precaution is in place at Vivesse to make clients feel comfortable with scheduling an appointment during this ongoing pandemic. The staff is courteous, thorough, and compassionate with any concerns that you might have. Vivesse absolutely goes the extra mile ... they are a 10++ when it comes to an in-office visit!

Owner is extremely defensive and abrasive if you express any dissatisfaction. I tried to explain to her that I felt like the information provided at the consultation didnt accurately reflect how the procedure was completed in reality and not only did I not get any satisfactory response to my concern I was put in the awkward position of feeling like I needed to deescalate her obviously aggressive attitude. I spent a lot of money and I regret it. Very unprofessional.

Got my lip injections done here two times a few years ago. The first time they were extremely bumpy. The second time they used another type of filler to avoid this and it was even worse. After now getting my lips done at another med spa I realized the filler type wasn’t the problem it was there untrained staff. I feel this place is not up to date on technique & it was truly the staff and not the type of filler.

Karolina made my Spa appointment exceptionally welcoming. Her advice expertise, and knowledge of service is appreciated. Her recommendations made me feel I was making the right decision. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her and future ones.

The attending consultant used the wrong words so be careful. I went in for a tattoo removal consultation I am a black woman and the staff has absolutely no diversity in a town like Bloomfield CT. 🚩 She explained the laser may cause scarring on darker skin due to HYPOPIGMENTATION vs HYPERPIGMENTATION and emphasized the O. She asked me if I was taken meds which I answered NO to on the form. Then proceeded to say WOW really?

I have worked personally with many of the staff at Vivesse. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Paying close attention to each client and making me feel like an individual and not a number. Highly recommend them!!

I have been a long time customer and have never been happier. The other spas I have been to cannot compare to Vivesse. Recently I had a facial and it was heaven. Im looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks.

This was my first time at Vivesse for a facial. My aesthetician was very friendly and informative. I will be back for sure! My face feels awesome and looks great.

Dr. Lori and her staff are professional and caring. They listen to your concerns, discuss the options and your budget, and give you options for your desired outcome.

Made appointment for tattoo removal and staff very lost at the art of taking care of the customer upon arrival supplied wrong forms and spend a lot of time doing forms over and over even after suppied correct form spend over and hour in waiting room would not recommend for service

Difficult scheduling due to virus. everyone very cooperative to meet my needs. love this group! look forward to some more services :)

Called to ask a question, and they provided their email address . Once I sent my question via email I received a response immediately.

This was my first time there and the staff was friendly. I had my first emsculpt visit - excited to see the results.
