I went a week ago to find new earrings and haley was very helpful & so kind! She helped me find two pairs of earrings. She gave me advice and helped me find something that fit me! If you need help finding jewelry for a loved one or just for yourself she’s the one to see!

Went to buy a gift for a friend and Haley was very helpful in helping me choose the perfect gift. She was very knowledgeable and very kind when I seemed indecisive. I highly recommend coming here when looking to buy jewelry.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. Despite standing at the counter for over 15 minutes, I received no assistance while the employee helped several other people, including someone who arrived after me. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable. The employee failed to even ask if I needed any help.

This is the best banter pagoda I have ever been to. Haley (not sure of the correct spelling) was amazing!! She deserves a raise.

Very patient and respectful. My 7year old was nervous and they worked with her to calm her nerves before piercing her ears. Definitely recommend.

The woman who repierced my ear was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the repiercing painless

So long story my daughter (4) went to a piercer shop for her left ear (Read and heard so much bad rep about piercing guns, even though mine were done with them, that I wanted my daughter to be done at a piercer/tattoo shop. It was so painful that she would not let the guy touch her other ear. (Though she would throw a tantrum when leaving because she wanted to get her other earring done) Other tattoo/piercing studios would not do children under 6/8/12 years old. So she would either be walking around with one ear or I could try another place. My hubs and I decided just to get it done with the gun as we don’t think she’ll let another piercer so it. The young black lady (I forgot to get her name) at the one next to the carousel was AMAZING!! My daughter was so excited especially after seeing a young girl get hers done. The lady did it so quickly it was Fast with minimal pain! My daughter was Happy after it! Not terrified or upset. Seriously should have done the gun for her in the beginning. Especially since they could have done both at the same time. Thank you so much!!! (She had her ear done on May 14 around 6pm)

These two ladies are amazing and quick .I took my 5 year old to get her ears peirce they did amazing S/O to these ladies !!!!

Stephanie is the lady who pierced my girls ears and she was swift and quick!! My girls are 9 and 11 and they were very scared. But she took care of them and there was no tears!!

The worker that was there at 2:20 was amazing! She was so nice!

I went a few months ago with my daughter to get our ears pierced. The right ear went very well. However the left ear she had a hard time with the piercing gun it hurt really bad. Bent the entire earring. It ended up having a giant bubble around the whole thing. I wouldnt recommend.

I have been a long time customer, I have bought $5000 with of jewelry and when I came to do an exchange they completely ignored me made me wait an hour just to ask me to come back because they had people who actually wanted I buy stuff and my return was less important. So I came back the next day and same thing. Worse of all the manager of this location directed that everyone not help me.

Great place! My daughter got a piercing done by Jayda today. Couldnt be any happier with how she treated my daughter. She was so sweet and had amazing customer service. Thank you 😊

I just called to say that UPS had mistakenly delivered a box intended for you to me and somebody hung up without even bothering to say thank you or when I might expect you to come get them... Theyll be here until Tuesday which is my next trash pick-up day... You have my address and phone number but dont expect me to be here waiting for you -- call first.
