I can not stop telling everyone about Madisyn at this location , she is amazing, she talks you though the process, extremely gentle, loving and understanding. I will rearrange my schedule just to ensure that she is the one providing my laser hair removal service. Please give Madisyn a raise because she respects body details so well.I also love that fact that they guarantee for life the hair will not grow back, if it does they take care of it ( that is what sold me) .

Been there a couple times and its working well! The hair is much thinner and I can see the progress. For all my appointments I have Madisyn, she is very efficient and eased my fears about the laser! She is thorough with explaining things and is quick with the procedure!

Ive had 2 sessions so far and have had an amazing experience. I cant wait to see final results but even up to this point Ive seen small improvements. Madisyn is also great which has made my experience that much better. Overall would highly recommend.

Ive had about 6 visits so far to the Brandon location. They have all been lovely and amazing. That being said Madisyn went even further surpassing my already high expectations. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and even followed up with me the day after to see how I was doing.

Madisyn runs the show at Body Details Brandon! I absolutely love her! She’s so knowledgeable and always makes me feel so comfortable. 10/10 recommend her!

Just had my first treatment done and Gabby was very comforting and made the process go very smoothly for me. I was very nervous at first but she made the session feel very comfortable and relaxing. It was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be and I think its because I had an amazing Laser Tech!

This was my second time going for treatment at Body Details. Gabby was amazing. I am a very inquisitive (and nervous) person and Gabby thoroughly answered all of my questions so I wasn’t nervous at all. She happily explained everything about the treatment. Also, she was very professional and gentle with the laser so there was pretty much no pain at all. I am going to only request Gabby for the remainder of my needed treatments. Lastly, in case you were wondering if the laser hair removal works, it definitely does. I’d say at least 90% of my hair hasn’t grown back from my first treatment and that was over 2 months ago.

I’ve been to this location for 3 or 4 treatments. Yisel is personable and kind. She helps me feel comfortable and less anxious during the procedure. I was really scared my first treatment and was a bit jumpy. She worked me through it and calmed me down. She chats with me every time I come now and I love that she takes an interest in getting to know me beyond a client, as well as, knowing I need to talk to ease my nerves! The facility is clean and nicely designed. The treatments have been effective and I wish I had come sooner. I’m very happy with the results and the customer experience as a whole. I would highly recommend any friends and family of mine to come to this location.

There are so many great things to say that it is hard to determine where to start. The facility is great, making appointments is easy, the multiple locations make’s visits convenient, and the staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. Nicole my PA-C technician was amazing and truly put me at ease.Through military service, my face was scarred from continuous shaving and razor bumps. I wanted to make a change and Body Details has made a huge difference in my confidence. If you’re having doubts, give them a call and at least test it out. It’s affordable and a huge leap in self care.

Madisyn recently treated me for my laser appointment. She was so sweet and very efficient. I also got a facial using their new machine. Madisyn was kind enough to squeeze in the facial after my laser treatment. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

The staff was very courteous and friendly. My treating PA was Massiel and she was very helpful and patient, answering all my questions and making the process enjoyable on top of that. Highly recommend asking for her on your next visit, will only be going back for her!!

I had laser hair removal done on my legs today by Nicole . today was my 5th treatment but first done by Nicole. She is phenomenal. Made me feel extremely comfortable. Shes VERY thoughtful, polite and friendly. I highly recommend this locationIt was my most comfortable experience where i was relaxed enough to almost fall asleep during treatment. Generally i dread getting it done since im usually uncomfortable the entire time. But Nicoles tecniwie makes the experience enjoyable and relaxing as if its almost a spa day. It was my first time having laser hair removal done, and Yisel explained everything to me and was very kind to me, making me feel very welcome! Shes a great nurse practitioner, and someone that I would recommend to everyone. She is super friendly and kept a nice conversation while I had my treatment. She even let me play music from my phone. I really recommend coming here.

So, you MUST be willing to do everything online vs. a phone call or they arbitrarily cancel your appointment. I got a “cancellation notice” via email with no reason listed but I had left two phone voice messages with the Brandon office about rescheduling. This is horrible customer service. Why not return the call and do this like we’re actually humans instead of computers? I only wrote this after the SECOND time it happened. When I first complained about it to the technician at the clinic weeks ago, she said it was done by the previous technician “who no longer works there.”Now that it’s happened a second time (my appointment pulled out from under me without any explanation), I am wondering if it’s because I have paid my bill in FULL so therefore have no reason to provide good service???Awful communication and customer serviceEDIT-one month later- the service is effective and the technician is kind.I received a very aggressive email from their corporate office after placing the low rating review. They focused on what they perceived as MY errors (they were still not taking responsibility at all for their poor customer service or what the customer needs), but I thought I should clarify the difference between their technicians versus the administrators and policy/procedures with humans regarding customer service

Disastrous! After you pay for the service, if you cancel appointments, they charge you! 😳and to top it all off they sold me the service in Brandon and its in Tampa! So I have to drive there every two months! 😩 Dont be fooled by the Tatoo removal machine, they only have it in Tampa!

I felt comfortable in the treatment, it is the best thing that has happened to me and they gave me the best treatment.
