I love the selection and deals in this mostly jewelry store. They do carry hair accessories, some bags, and backpack purses, as well. They also offer ear piercing services. I would suggest calling in advance to be sure someone is available to pierce ears before you just show up if youre wanting that done.

Visit on 6-16-2024. We were there to have ear piercings and to shop. My mom had got her piercing done and then the electricity went out. The poor associate was working by herself and prior to power outage was just running her tail off. She was professional, personable and flat out amazing. April is her name and she deserves recognition for a job very well done. She also deserves a raise and a vacation. There needs to be more folks like her in this world.

On 7/4 ran in for a few things, had to stand in line for 15mins as both girls behind the counter didnt know who to run the registers nor did they want to ask their manager for help even though she was done piercing and just chatting with people. Also workers werent familiar with their own pricing deals/signs when asked. More training recommended.

They did great at piercing my daughters ears. I really appreciate the rolling of eyes by the employee with the red lipstick and short hair. I guess she forgot the store is for kids too. Then knowing it was birthday gifts they put it on the same receipt so now only 1 child gets the free earrings for a year. It cost $150 to get my girls ears done. They didnt even go over care for afterward and seemed annoyed I was even asking. Just go to a tattoo place and save yourself the hassle. Terrible service!

Walked in to buy a necklace...couldnt measure my neck...set necklace down and turned away and continued to talk on her earpiece... no help at all. Walked out. Isnt this what u sell? Like a shoe store without a way to measure your foot. Walmart it is...😕

I love going to the clearance and ask what specials they have. I usually get 12 items for $12. Or buy 3 , get 3 free. Most of the items were 19.99.

Was so pleased with the young lady that waited on my daughter and I on Tuesday July 11th. We were paying for our items and joking around. She told my daughter to say thank you mom. We talked about manners and my daughter was grateful anyway. But the rest of the day she kept saying thank you Mom when we bought stuff. The young lady was a breath of fresh air.

My daughter got her ears pierced there last night and Dianna was so kind and patient with her truly made for a great experience! I highly recommend her! Thank you!

$10+ for a cheap hair clip. Over $50 for a tiny kids purse. Wont go back.

My daughter loves this store. Buy 3 get 3 free. Is great if you want to spend 30 bucks for 6 things.

Nice and close to home. Stopped in quickly and the manager was very helpful. It was nice bc nobody else was in there on a cold winters day. They carry nose rings and studs.

Great store. The staff was very helpful. I got both of my childrens ears pierced and the staff was very nice and patient.

Long wait at the register where they had left someones personal information on some kind of piercing form face up and unattended for at least 10 minutes.Besides the wait, Id avoid giving them any personal information.

Nice employees....everything costs 9 dollars lol but for quality and cuteness you cant beat it!

Very poor customer service. Two girls were very rude and unpersonable. They were upset at us and decided we could not use the Tanger outlet coupon. Upsetting because yo have to buy the coupon book

If you have a daughter between the ages of 4-13 you are legally required to come here once a week.
