Walked in to get a tattoo with my wife for our 9 year anniversary, and they immediately got to work on our designs. They listened to our ideas and inputs, gave us good guidance on what to get, and we both walked out in love with our new tattoos (and with each other 😍).If you’re in Branson for vacation, or if you live locally, this is a great shop. Super clean and safe process as well.Thanks to Mark and Rev!

We spontaneously wanted a tattoo,for both this would be our first tattoos. Went in and I was taken care of by Rev. Gave him an idea I wanted of Saturn woth a concept photo of what I wanted. Rev was super pumped the entire time and asked if he could put his spin on it and make it cooler. I gave him the full greenlight to do whatever he wanted. He put the concept on my skin (which was super basic) and turned it into a masterpiece. He added the color texture across Saturn with this black tattoo and even added some of the moons in. The tattoo looks incredible and Rev walked me through the entire process. Price was great for the work he did and I cant appreciate him enough for taking my simple idea and turning it into a work of art that I get to wear forever. Rev if you read this my son is more pumped than I am for it I wish you could have heard him yell its Saturn! When I showed him, thank you so much!

Me and my friend went here today for our very first tattoos and we were SO nervous. Mark did all three of mine and he was PHENOMENAL. I barely even felt the first one, so i knew i wanted to get a few more!!! All the guys were so kind & professional and mark made me feel so calm & I absolutely LOVE my tattoos. They’re exactly what I wanted!!!

Mark, Jeff and Pyro are amazing artists. Took our family of four on vacation in on walk in appointments. Three different styles of tattoos that were phenomenally articulated. First class service and atmosphere. If we didn’t live 6 hours away, we would be regulars. Felt right at home, from the second we walked in the door. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a piece of art done.

Rev was absolutely awesome! Super friendly and talented. He was genuinely honored to be a part of memorializing our Mom who passed away a year ago. Highly highly recommend you go see him.

I was on town for the weekend. Friends and I decided to get a little something. The shop was busy, so we weren’t sure we would get in. Mark fit us in, and am I glad he did. Mark did a very delicate tattoo with perfect lining. I wish the tattoo would have taken him longer. I need to come back and see Mark for some real work. The shop is meticulously clean. Very careful attention to details. I will be back to this shop. Would give more stars if I could!

We had an amazing experience meeting Mark today as well as his staff! Mark is extremely talented & pays attention to detail. His work is fantastic, & he was expedient! All I have to say is wow!!!!!This was my first tattoo and really thought through this decision for over six years. I did lots of research on lots of different artists and it all came down to the line work done by Mark Murphy. Mark is a super cool guy with lots of cool stories. His bedside manner was top notch. He calmed any nerves that I had before we started. My sister-in-law also came with me and he was able to get her in right before me. He was super efficient and quick with both tattoos that were done. We started @ 12 and finished up with both around 2. I would recommend anyone that wants a tattoo to have it done at house of ink!! Mark Murphy did an amazing job!!!!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I had a fantastic experiences from getting to design my tattoo with the artist, and feeling like my piece was actually cared about not just another tattoo. Great conversations throughout the day, and of course amazing tattoo work. I got my piece for my daughter done with them and I literally cried at the end because it was just so beautiful. They are walk-in only but don’t let that steer you away, they will do what they can to get you in.

Walked in today to see if by any chance they had any openings for a tattoo and they were able to get me in right away. The staff was amazing and such a great experience and conversation. 10/10 would recommend this place. Went in for just a tattoo and ended up getting a piercing as well.

My boyfriend and i went here for our first tattoos as a spontaneous thing and we had such a good experience! our artist was Mark and he made things really easygoing. boyfriend said he felt lightheaded and Mark and the other artists were quick to get some medicine and water to help the lightheadedness. we would definitely come back if we didnt live 4 hours away.

I wanted a realistic looking feather to match one that had alot of meaning for me and my sister. Rev did an excellent job. This is my first (and probably only) tattoo, and I’m so happy with how it turned out!

I really enjoyed this place. The artists were open and honest and gave plenty of suggestions to my questions before getting my tattoo. Also they were pretty funny I had a good time here getting tattooed. I wanted a little fishing hook, due to traveling to southern Missouri to fish every year. I was very happy with my end result.

It was amazing. It was a sour of the moment thing on our Branson trip. I got my nose pierced and a tat and my sons girlfriend got her nose pierced and we were out in 2 hours. He did an amazing job on my scrat tattoo would definitely go back!!!

It had been a long time since I had a tattoo done in a shop the guys made it a fun experience definitely were very flexible getting me in and understanding what I wanted done the artist I had toke his time and was attentive to detail over all the environment was chill with good vibes

Amazing work! The staff are so quick and communicative with customers. Me and my boyfriend’s mom did a walk in last night and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a tattoo/piercing shop!! I don’t remember the artists name sadly but he had tattooed eyes and tbh I forgot a had a boyfriend when I saw him 🤷‍♀️😂 anyways it was so nice and they were so friendly. They didn’t make me feel like they were cooler than me because they had more tattoos and more experience and when I asked a question they were very happy to answer it!! 10/10

My brothers and I got matching memorial tats of our Mom’s handwriting. Rev did all three of us. It was a great experience, he is funny and charming and understood the assignment. They turned out great - we’re all really pleased with our end result. I highly recommend you go see Rev for your ink.

My boyfriend & i were looking for a shop to do some (kinda) last minute tattoos on the last day of our vacation when we stumbled upon this shop. the staff/owners were welcoming & had such a fun energy. the place was up to date and clean. my artist, Mark, did both my nostril piercing and jellyfish tattoo. he was collaborative, respectful, and super chill (also very talented). i highly recommend this shop and everyone in it for tattoos and piercings!!!

We did a walk-in on a Wednesday evening for a couple of small, black line work tattoos and were in and out in just a little over an hour. The shop was clean and fun and there was even a small monkey! The artist was cool and helped us with placement. Extremely happy with the tattoo, it’s exactly what I wanted! Really great experience and definitely recommend! Thanks again!!

My daughter and I walked in for nose piercings and I ended with that plus a tattoo. Jeff was a blast to work with. We loved our experience so much my sister was convinced to come back a few hours later for her very first tattoo. Mark nailed the nose piercings and Jeff did amazing work on the tattoos. Ill definitely be re visiting next time were in Branson.

Today is my birthday and my boyfriend too me into House of Ink cause I wanted to get my nose pierced. Mark pierced it for me! I absolutely love this place. Overall experience at House of Inc. was very pleasant. I feel like I was treated very well by my artist I think that he tried his best to do his best work despite my wiggling andScreaming all hands down to Mark. He was awesome. My only complaint would be. I feel like I was way way way way overcharged, but that was my choice because when they told me the price, I accepted, and I don’t regret it

Friendly staff. Super clean shop. Took the time to get the placement where I wanted it. My sons and I went in to get matching tattoos and had a great experience. The fact that one of the guys thought I looked more like a sister than a mom to my boys was a bonus!

Rev was my artist. I went in there to get 4 cover-ups on tattoos that I got in 1993. Very faded. I came up with some ideas keeping the same theme. When I got there he presented me with ideas that were awesome when done. Great guy and he really cares about his clients and no where near the other artists I have had. I will definitely come back even though its a 4 hour drive.

Came in today with my aunt and my cousin so my aunt could get her next tattoo! I ended up getting my daith pierced while here and Mark did a remarkable job! He was super gentle and very professional!

My last one was foot prints of my sons and my daughter who passed away. Once again they are amazing. They listen to what you want and nail it every time!

Definitely recommend this place. I got my second tattoo and my little brother got his first! They were awesome and customized our tattoos just the way we wanted.

We decided to take a trip to Branson again and I walked into house of ink to get a price range on an idea I had. The next day I walked back in and pyro had me in his chair within an hour. I told pyro the main pieces I wanted then told him to add whatever else he wanted. This took about 5 hours including free hand drawing first. He was so patient and gentle! I will definitely be back again in the future to add on to my arm! Highly recommend pyro! All other staff were friendly and great too!

I walked in with a very basic picture.JEFF turned it into art and brought it to life.Price was beyond reasonable and thank you all so much for playing along and not spilling the beans to my wife about what she was getting until it was complete.I myself have wanted one forever but have always been afraid I would just be disappointed. Now that Ive seen your work (I was equally impressed with the work another customer got from another artist there)I will definitely return for my own.Forget those overpriced snobs at Creation folks. I stumbled across this shop just driving through town and decided to stop in to check out prices and take a look at their flash. The atmosphere was good and the staff was incredibly friendly. There wasn’t anything in the flash that caught my eye but I got to talking to them about what I look for in tattoos and what I’m interested in and ended up doing a walk-in with Pyro for this sick Treehouse of Horror piece. Anyone in town just looking to browse I recommend at least walking in to check the place out!

Don’t go anywhere else in town… The owner is a straight artist. His attention to detail is immaculate! He will shoot you straight on what your getting. Really enjoyed the vibe of the whole experience. For sure will be back to do a bigger piece. You can tell he has his heart in this shop. Line work is 🔥

I went in the shop to get my bellybutton tattoo covered up and Mark messed up my whole stomach with this huge sunflower and wing looking vines that didnt even have sunflower leaves on them!!!! Thank God he refunded my $700!!!!

Friend wanted a tattoo and I wanted two facial piercings while on vacation....we sure lucked out! Pamela was a blast to be around the entire two hours I sat with my friend. We had to hug her before we left! The piercings she did for me turned out great and WOW her partners tattoo cover-up on my friend....amazing! A walk-in cover-up.....they are truly great artists! Went there for my first tattoo and was worried i might not like how it would have came out. It ended up coming out really good and even better than i thought it would have thanks to the artist. Came here a little over a year ago for lobe piercing, and had a great experience. The piercer was really friendly. Then I came back with my sister today for a cartilage piercing, and the piercer (didn’t catch his name, it looked like his eyes were tattooed) was GREAT. I was extremely nervous bc i had never had cartilage pierced, and i know that must be annoying to have to deal with as a piercer, but he did it super quick, was very patient and pleasant towards me and my sister, and seemed very knowledgeable on all types of ear piercings. All employees in there seemed very friendly. I will be coming back here for future piercings, I wouldn’t trust anyone else :) Thank you!

I got one almost a year a go and Jeff was the one that did it and he did amazing. One day I seen him while I was working and told him how it started to fade so he told me to come in as soon as possible. Imma add on here I just went in today and got it done and Jeff was amazing he got me in there 10 to 15 minutes and it was amazing I got in and out quickly. Thx Jeff I love your work.

I had a disappointing experience at this tattoo shop. The artist seemed more interested in adjusting the Spotify playlist than discussing the design we brought in. We were told to “pick one” without much discussion and the artist walked away several times mid-conversation. We were told our tattoo would take 15 minutes, but ended up waiting for over 45 minutes without any updates. When the artist finally returned, he didn’t seem to listen to our requests for a smaller size and made only slight adjustments. Another artist was dismissive towards a young girl, telling her he “already has her money” and didn’t care if she got the tattoo or not. Overall, it seemed like the artists were more interested in getting paid than providing good customer service or caring about their art.

My little sister was looking to have a cartilage piercing done and I decided to tag along with her hoping to correct some issues from a previous piercing session at a different studio that I no longer trust.Our piercer—unfortunately I didn’t catch his name—was very cool, laid back, and friendly. He completed my flat cartilage piercing swiftly and actually did the procedure in way that I had come to expect after nearly 20 piercings (unlike the piercer from the untrustworthy studio). He was even kind enough to take a second look at one of my other piercings (again done by that untrustworthy studio) and he removed it for me after deciding that it was poorly pierced and likely to reject.I also greatly appreciate his patience with my little sister and her first non-lobe piercing. She was very nervous, but he helped make sure she was comfortable and that her conch piercing was also as easy as possible.The included photo shows the flat piercing I received, and you can see where the jewelry was removed from my poorly-done tragus. If I wasn’t just here for a visit (I actually live in Baton Rouge) I would certainly come back to have him redo my tragus after it heals.

Went in for walk in service and Megan took on my tattoo that was extremely special to me. Not only did she take it seriously but she knew exactly how much it meant to me and and she was so kind and caring. She was super fun to talk to and very funny and made the entire experience a blast. Her work was absolutely amazing she did it even better than how I had pictured it in my head. Then last minute my fiance decided to get one too and she squeezed him in too and his came out just how he wanted, he got a phrase done in my handwriting and it was perfect. She is a four hour drive for us but totally worth the drive and we will definitely come back to her for any of our future tattoos.

I got my first tattoo here and the people were so accommodating and nice. The artist was really cool and kept me calm with some light conversation. Will definitely come back and get some more ink done. ♡

We were on a girls trip to Branson and 6 of us decided to get tattoos. We showed up right after they opened on a Saturday, and the service was amazing. They immediately helped us as walk ins. They helped customize our designs since we each were getting something different. The price was on point with what we thought, and everyone was incredibly sweet and passionate about tattooing. We were in and out in 2 hours, and they were extremely busy. And they will fix any issues for free within a year. Cant recommend this shop enough.

My friend and I went in last minute at the end of our trip. They take walk ins and helped us as soon as we got there! Both of us got multiple smaller tattoos done by Meg and she was amazing and very sweet! Everyone was super chill and nice and all around was a great experience, not to mention the prices wasn’t bad at all. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Branson area!

Megan was AMAZING! We went in for matching tattoos but didnt want them exactly the same. My boyfriend chose a spot on his body, and she was awesome at explaining why that particular tattoo was not a good idea in that area. But also let him decide for himself. She was the only tattoo and piercing artist in that day. But no one waited long at all. We were walk ins and had three people in front of us and they let us leave our name and number and called us when they were ready, which was less than an hour. Her pricing was outstanding as well! She talked with us whole time and was very friendly! They had people coming in for piercings so she did my tattoo then a few piercings and then my boyfriends tattoo and still didnt take long. Her artwork is perfect! They let us look at some of her stuff on a computer from her Instagram! And she was very good at suggestions, but then letting us decide in the end. I highly recommend!!!

I got Mia from pulp fiction tattooed on my arm. I always wait at least 14 hours before I leave a review to make sure it’s healing well, but man, Matt did an amazing job on it and he was very quick. I made it to work on time and wasn’t expecting too. If you really want to make him happy bring him some Simpsons memorabilia, lol. Just don’t come here if you’re wanting a cheap tattoo. Cheap work ain’t good, everybody knows that. Matt is great and I’m sure the rest of the staff are too, but I can’t speak for them, I didn’t have them tattoo me. My buddy went with me and had somebody else do his and his tattoo looked good too.

Mark made this old lady feel really comfortable with first tattoo in 25 years. The dogwoods are beautiful and will remind me of mom every time I see them. Loved the entire experience.

Not very personable at all. Did not feel welcomed at all. It felt more like a bother for them to talk to us. Thank God the artist wasnt interested ( he actually said that as he was walking away), and we left because we ended up somewhere else where they were friendly and took the time to talk to us about what we wanted. So thanks for being so rude!

House of Ink was phenomenal. My wife and I went to Branson for our wedding anniversary. We got into town later in the evening on Saturday and decided to go get tattoos to start our trip. Had looked up a few places before the trip and House of Ink caught our eyes. So anyways they do walk-ins and all the artists are great! Jeff did both mine and my wifes tattoos. He had some new flashes he had done and my wife loved them. After looking through a flash book Jeff took the time to draw up an idea the book had given me. Again Jeff was wonderful and made sure we loved our new tattoos. We will definitely be returning.

I got a tattoo by Matt. I really recommend Matt, he has nice work, and good work ethic. My sister got a nose piercing, and the women did great. She made it quick, and easy, and it looks good. They are very friendly there, and they make sure that you are comfortable.

I have had most all of my tattoos done by house of ink in Eureka Springs and Branson. I have never been treated as rude by anyone as they were on my last visit.

I came in on an impulsive whim and decided to get a tongue piercing. the guys working there were very nice and understanding, and very reassuring when it came to getting the piercing. the piercing itself is already doing so well and is perfectly in my tongue despite my nervous movements. the service was to die for and i definitely would go back if i lived in the area!

I do not recommend this shop. The particular artist that I was paired up with was incredibly rude as well as condescending towards me. I have many tattoos and I love getting the artists opinion on everything. Such as location, ideas, healing tips, etc. When I asked about placement he pretty much told me it’s up to me and that I’ll be stuck with it forever. Geez thanks dude. Where is the professionalism as well as artistry in that? I love having artwork on my body and when the ‘artist’ doesn’t seem to care, it’s not a good sign. I have never had issues healing my previous tattoos and the one I got at this shop was no different. But after almost three months healed, the ink has dramatically faded to the point I’ll be getting the whole tattoo fixed. I have another tattoo that is two years old and it still looks brand new. Also because of the location the artist wanted me to take my top off, which I understand to an extent, but there were children there at the time, I’m not going to flash a young boy. That’s completely inappropriate and he should’ve known better. Thankfully we worked around it when I finally put my foot down, saying I’m not going to take my whole top off. He wasn’t too pleased, but at that point I didn’t care. At this point, I thought the tattoo itself would still be good quality, but after it healed, I was proved wrong. I did research on this shop and they had good reviews and the tattoos looks well done as well. Maybe it was my particular artist that just wasn’t the best? But if that’s the case, don’t even chance it. Go somewhere else. Overall, completely regret going there.

This place was clean and professional as I would expect a tattoo and piercing shop to be. (I have walked in and right back out of some that have not been.) They were also quite personable and friendly. They greeted every person who walked thru the door and assisted with anything they needed. I was there to get my daughters nose pierced. The artist was kind and helpful and made her and I very comfortable. We drove 3 hours to get there and after our positive experience I would recommend them to anyone and make that drive again.

Went in for a very simple tattoo Mark, in particular. Was very rude when I asked if I could get it done in the back not by waiting customer’s. He was also rude to another customer which I did not like, said it was going to cost way more than it should have. Luckily I left and went down the road to a different shop and got it at a very reasonable price. Would not recommend this place.

The people here seem really nice but their art isnt worth half the price they think it is. My friend and I went in and she got a small-medium sized tattoo for $300 and its already obvious itll need to be fixed. I tried talking her out of it because that piece could easily have been done for around $200 if not less for any artist worth their salt. I also wanted a small and crude smiley face on a finger that wouldnt have even required a stencil or 10 minutes of time and they wanted minimum $100 😂😂😂

Friendly, wonderful and super down to earth. I got my nose pierced and my husband got a pretty decent sized tattoo on his forearm. We plan on making our way back up to Branson to get more done. Highly recommend!

I did a walk in on a saturrday afternoon, Dillon the owner, worked very quick, but finished the tattoo and it looks great! it was a very friendly environment, and a pretty inexpensive tat. He did it in like an hour in a half, but i was quoted 4-500 at a few places in STL, and Dillon only charged me 3.
