Tattoo Therapy

These guys were phenomenal to work with. We were a group of 4 wanting walking tattoos. They were so accommodating while completing such great tattoos. Also they had a great energy about them. If we visit Branson again we will be visiting their shop again!

On a spur of the moment I decided why not get a tattoo while in Branson. Stop by there and he was busy but he made time to do my tattoo that evening. He asked what I wanted and I said “I want you to pick the design, colors, and placement. I’m giving you 100% freedom.” I tell you what, he did a badass job and it looks amazing! I will definitely be using John for more tattoo’s!

I got my first tattoo ever there today and it was great!! I also thought I’d need to get my ears re pierced, but they were super helpful and told me my existing ear holes are still open!

Caleb did a phenomenal job on my custom lettering tattoo. He explained the placement well and was very professional, showing me the needle and talking about ink. He told me how to hold my arm and what he was doing. He was quick and careful, told me about aftercare and was very kind. Would definitely get work done there again! Such nice people and such chill place!

I was always nervous about tattoos, especially after some other experiences around town, but Josh at Tattoo Therapy is AMAZING! I love my new tattoos and the meaning behind them. Super clean, friendly staff, and will take the time to understand what you want! I HIGHLY recommend them for your next tattoo! I will be back for more to continue to tell my story! Highly recommend these folks, they were checking each other’s work as we went and taking their time doing it right. Very clean, friendly, and professional. My artist was Jay, very easy to work with and he did an outstanding job. Will definitely be coming back! My daughter also got her helix pierced.

Great artist and atmosphere. We stopped in while on vacation and they were able to fit us all in. We ended up with 6 tattoos and were able to work with many of the different artists. Owners are super nice and told us about the different location. Since we live in KC we will be checking out the Belton location, but 100% recommend on vacation or regular to the area they can take care of you. Great work! I really loved how friendly and welcoming everyone.

Wow. Extremely disappointed. Schedule with caution if you are on vacation. After reading great reviews and seeing awesome work, we stopped in on a Thursday to schedule appointments. David visited with us about what we wanted, and said he could get my husband and myself in at 5:00 on Friday. I also agreed to have their apprentice do some of mine. About 20 minutes before our appointment time, the apprentice called and said David had an emergency and had to reschedule, but said he could get us in on Saturday at 4:00. I explained that we had tickets for an 8:00 show, and was assured that would not be a problem. He said he would call us about 4 to have us come in, and he could do his part before David was free. Of course, life happens, so we said no problem, and rearranged our Saturday plans to make it work. At 4:45, with no phone call, we walked in to the shop to check in. David asked if we had an appointment (as though he had no knowledge of what the apprentice had told us), then told us he was super busy but could maybe work us in in another hour and a half or so. There seems to be zero communication and a real lack of business management here. Shame, because there also seems to be some real talent here.

3 of us came in for walk ins while on vacation. John accommodated us with the utmost customer service. He worked with us on our designs, gave us ideas and edit suggestions. He was incredibly talented, friendly and helpful. We love our tattoos! Thank you again! We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend

Visiting from Texas and me and the missus decided to get tattoos, it was my first tattoo and John was really helpful and patient in helping me with the design. It came out great and i love it.

While on our vacation we decided to get matching tattoos, Shayla did an Awesome job on our tattoos, very friendly n clean place. Will definitely go again. She did the design fast n took her time, very gentle did not feel a thing.

Just went to get a piercing from Mandi and she was great. She was extremely calm and reassuring, and made sure that I was comfortable with the placing & of everything. The shop was very clean and nice as well.

I definitely recommend going here! Mandi pierced my daughter and my nose a few weeks ago. I’m so glad I went here because Mandi was so patient with my daughter and made sure she was doing ok throughout the process. My daughter had never had a piercing and was extremely nervous so she read her body language and Mandi talked to her to ease her nervousness. I would honestly drive back up there just to have her do my next piercing. Not only was Mandi amazing the whole vibe there was amazing. It’s one of those places where you go in and you just feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you for doing such a great job with the piercing and with my daughter! I’m so thankful she had such a great experience for her first time getting a piercing!

Mandi is AWESOME! First she saved my daughters nose piercing. It was in bad shape and I didn’t know if it would make it but it looks great now thanks to her!! 😃 She also is super nice and didn’t even charge to save her piercing, unlike some other places, boo 👻 😞 the shops prices are great as well. She did a great job on another piercing as well! Definitely go there!

I took my 11 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Claire’s closed before we got there. After reading reviews and calling around we landed at Tattoo Therapy. I can’t say enough good. They were kind, the environment was great, they were very clean and super professional. They walked my daughter and I through each step, were very particular in making sure the mark was exactly centered, showed me the needles were sealed and the dates of exp on the package, and pierced both ears at the same time. They spent time cleaning them after and care instructions were in depth. I would recommend them over Claire’s any day. I’m so glad that we ended up here!!

Absolutely professional. I’ve been in a lot of places that are a little overwhelming when you walk in. This place was not like that at all, in fact, quite opposite. Mandi was very friendly and welcoming. John does amazing work. Both are super nice people and very knowledgeable about the meanings and symbolisms behind the art they do. I have found my forever home for tattooing.

This was my first tattoo and I am so happy with it! Shayla designed and executed it and it looks amazing! I live in Tulsa, but met her at the Homeward Bound tattoo expo! So glad I did! She was so patient and compassionate! If I ever want another, Ill be booking it with her!

Highly recommend Sam & Shayla! My daughter wanted a tattoo while visiting Branson. We first went to another place on the strip, and the guy there was SO RUDE to us from the moment we walked in the door up to the point that he threw our money back at us (after keeping $20 for his inconvenience) when he failed 3xs to put stencil on straight and told us it was too bad.We went right down the street to Tattoo Therapy - Sam & Shayla were awesome. Very patient with someone getting their first tattoo. Will definitely go back on our next trip out there!

I got my first tattoo from Mikayla yesterday. Shes an apprentice there and she did great line work on my tattoo. Great customer service and really welcoming. It was a great experience for my first tattoo. And definitely recommend going there giving Mikayla a shot.

Me and my husband both got ink from them today and it was great. The women there are absolutely awesome! We were three hours and it sure didn’t feel like it. They made us feel so welcome and actually had conversations with them not just small talk! I will definitely go back for number 5!

Me and my husband were both just blown away by the amazing customer service AND the artists. We both have countless tattoos that we’ve gotten by other artists and knew the pain very well but as soon as she touched my skin I was almost laughing.. because it was so light it tickled.. like legit.. first time in my life for that one.. couldn’t give them enough stars I absolutely recommend!

This is the best place I have gone. The artists are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They did a fantastic job at capturing the vision my wife and I had in mind. We were walk ins while on vacation and they worked with us for our schedule. Family friendly and and very chill. Anytime we come to branson this will be our shop of choice. If getting tats while in branson or passing through this is the place to go.

Amazing experience with my daughter! Came from out of state, was well informed of what was required to bring, and they were very patient and understanding during the process- did great with educating and making sure she felt comfortable before, during and after the piercing process. Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for her 7th birthday. I called several shops in Branson and Mandi was by far the most friendly and informative. When we got in, she autoclaved the earrings I brought, showed me the sterilized packs and was chatting with my daughter before hand to make her more comfortable. She did a fantastic job!
