Girls that were working there are super nice and helpful. My 6 year old didnt even flinch when getting her ears pierced. They have other neat accessories and whatnot as well. Buy three get three free on earrings also. Definitely recommend 👍

Its a girly store for random knick-knacks and jewelry. It does its job. Just never get your ears pierced here because its better to go to an actual piercer/ tattoo & piercing shop for that since hollow needles will hurt significantly less than a piercing gun.

Super nice and super sweet staff. Shelby pieced my 5 month old daughters ears and although my daughter cried, Shelby remained calm, polite, and professional.A few weeks later, we last the back to one of my daughters earrings. Came back and received the butterfly back to her earrings without a problem. I definitely will be returning :)

Sale Associate Cristina was SUPER nice and did a great job explaining their ear piercing process and after care instructions. She was very patient with our baby. She made us and everyone who entered Claires feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this location.

I personally love Claires because not just of the fact i use to work their but because they have so many useful things and cool things for my little ones. they are big fans of their makeup kits and their necklaces,bracelets, and rings. i Personally love their clearance section and their phone cases and charges which i still have after a year later. Great staff and awesome deals. Never been let down.

I went to clairs to pick out accessories for my 3 year olds pre-k school pics. Christina was wonderful! I didnt bring my daughter but had pictures of her and the outfit. She helped me select the perfect hair scrunshies and earrings. Thank you!!!!

Wow, the manager here is amazing. Such wonderful customer service for ear piercing. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They exceeded my expectations and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Who doesnt like claires?! You can get earrings for anything and kids love it there with all the cute stuff.

Really very disappointed with there online service,not delivered on time and no options for canceling your order if you’re not available. And they are giving you other options you do that upset with their service . Don’t use their online services if you’re buying gifts they are not on time .
