I had an amazing experience with Lazer Away! The customer service was spectacular, and the treatment exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality treatments and excellent service. Pricing is very fair and transparent; definitely value for money. I was completely impressed with Rayzas, Ariels, Cheyennes, and Kams professionalism and customer service.

I loved my experience. It was far from what I expected. Clearly it’s not the most conferable thing getting done, but the women at this location in Brentwood CA are so humble and real. She made my first time experience more than conferable, I felt confident knowing that they were confident in what they accomplish at LazerAway. I can’t wait until my next visit.

I am Laser away client for the past four years. The customer service and receptionists in Brentwood and Walnut Creek location have no respect for your time and services. They always make errors in scheduling appointments for the clients. It is very frustrated and disappointed that they don’t value costumers’ timing. Their system send text message for your appointment time and day but when you go to there they have different time in their data base. I have shown them the message I received but literally they care less it is their way or high way. I highly request for higher authority to resolve the issue otherwise i don’t want to waste my time and money with business who don’t know the meaning of customer service.

Great experience at laser away! I’ve been to another laser office and am loving that this is more local and already showing quick results. Ariel was my nurse (?) and she was fabulous. Talked to me about aftercare and how to get those pesky white lines off after your appointment, IYKYK ;) excited to be back for the rest of my sessions.

This location is pristine. The staff are extremely pleasant and well educated on the processes. The laser hair removal was virtually painless. My nurse was Courtney and she is an absolute sweetheart. I cant wait for my second round!

Ariel is amazing. I have seen her before for my treatments a few times in the concord location. Where I will never go back again. I like this location so much better. The staff are very nice and respectful of my time. I have been here 2x now and they have taken cate of me right away. Compared to concord where they over book and make you wait 30 mins to 1 hour after your appointment to be seen.I recommend this location compared to others I been to. Thank you for a better experience.

Plan on getting more treatments at this location and highly recommend them for their exceptional service.

Rachel and Rayza are the best! Rayza is great at communicating last minute cancels and has called me twice to try to get me in early! I was so happy to be able to get in earlier than my appointment! Rachel was amazing, especially since it was my first laser appointment. She told me everything she was going to do and kept an open line of communication the whole time! Automatically when I first walked in I was astonished by how nice the staff and Brentwood location was. wonderful customer service I received. The lady kam was so helpful with getting me set up with their app they have, filling me in on all their updates, a few tips including their app, and just making me feel at home with their new location. The nurse was attentive and caring. a result, I will definitely be coming back to get what I am achieving, and continuing to get all of their great costumer service.

The lip and chin laser hair removal process was awesome I didnt feel a thing. The receptionist Rayza was very nice and the nurse Rachael was very professional nice and comforting.

Just got a clear and brilliant laser treatment with Nurse Marilen and truly felt safe and reassured throughout the process. The front desk staff was welcoming and showed me to a room when I arrived early and had some work to do. And Nurse Marilen was patient with answering my endless questions, she checked in often, talked through the process very thoroughly, and made sure I was never rushed. I was on standby and luckily got seen when someone canceled, it worked out much better timing for what I needed to do. This shows that the staff actually follows up. I would recommend Laser Away Brentwood location to others!
