I brought my mom here for her first tattoo and Sammy did an awesome job with her. In the meantime Lauren was able to do some ink on my hand, and of course my wife needed to get some ink too and Sammy nailed that too. Everyone here is very fun and friendly. We will definitely be back.Update:Ive been working with Lauren on a cover up (not quite done yet) and I gotta say she has been phenomenal. She is such a great artist and just an awesome person. She explains what she is doing and what thats going to do over time. The shop is super clean and everyone is always friendly. This isnt the stereotypical tattoo shop. Monaree is very clean, colorful and inviting. If youve ever been hesitant about getting a tattoo or piercing you need to give Monaree a try, they will take great care of you!My last visit I worked with Sammy, and he was awesome. We talked about an original Gary the snail design, and he absolutely nailed it!Its been a long process covering up a couple old tattoos and completing my entire sleeve, but Lauren has been absolutely killing it and we are so close to being complete. Ive always had such a great time with everyone at Monaree!

I got my first tattoo done by Allison, She took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I was happy with my choice as well as the placement and she was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I was extremely nervous before I walked into my appointment but after our consultation I felt ready and comfortable. I highly recommend Allison and Monaree Ink! Our 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced today here. The shop, and folks who run it, are very friendly and welcoming. People chatting and laughing. Very clean and chill vibes. Billy took such care talking our daughter through the process. He set up a window seat for little sister to watch. I could not recommend this place more. We will definitely be back for little sister to get her ears pierced and maybe for mom (me) to get a tattoo.

I had Alexa tattoo me with a picture of a pinecone my mom had drawn, I was super nervous because it is something that means a lot to me, and she did an incredible job! I am so impressed with her work and she was super friendly and sweet. 10/10 will come again.

Went with my husband to get my mother in laws first tattoo. She was so nervous and excited, Sammy took very good care of her. He did an excellent job!! So naturally my husband and I also ended up getting one. Lauren was able to fit in my husband and Sammy did mine. They both turned out fantastic! The people here are welcoming and make you feel comfortable. I will definitely be coming back soon and highly recommend!! UPDATE: I absolutely love this tattoo shop! Everyone here is so talented! Lauren did an amazing cat protrait of my 3 kitties on my upper arm with some beautiful flowers! She also did a gorgeous skull and roses cover up on my back. Also a yoshi on my ankle. She is so informative the entire process of what she is doing and why. Allsion did an awesome job on my Gary from Spongebob on my inner calf. Like I said everyone here is super talented and know what theyre doing it shows. What I love most about this shop is the honesty of the artists and how they support each other. They let you know who is best to do each style or idea. They also give honest feedback about an idea like what will work and what might not and what could be improved. I really appreciate that because this is permanent. Im also very impressed of the cleanliness of this shop. Im looking forward to many more visits and highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about getting one for the first time or looking for a new place that is welcoming, clean and honest.

I had just recently went and got a cover up tattoo done by Allie. She was very nice and easy to talk to. She did an incredible job!!! She made my vision come to life perfectly and executed it beautifully. I 100% recommend booking with her :)

Alexa did an outstanding job on my first ever tattoo! I was nervous and Alexa supported me through the whole process, reassuring me and verbally checking in on me during the whole procedure. She was also really understanding and comforting when I asked to revisit the design. The end result was better than I could imagine. And all the staff at Monaree Ink helped to create a warm, welcoming, judgment free environment. Definitely visiting Alexa and Monaree Ink again.

Got a tattoo from Lauren and couldn’t be happier! She was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the design before she started tattooing it and even during the process. Offered me snacks and water to make sure I comfortable during the 3 hour appointment. Would highly recommend her!

Alexa did AMAZING!! I went with my friend for her first tattoo and she, as well as the rest of the staff, made her feel so comfortable during the process. The place was clean and cute, not intimidating what so ever, as tattoo places can sometimes be. I will definitely be coming back to get one done!

I got my first helix piercing and Billy was amazing! He explained everything that he would be doing and how to properly take care of my piercing once it was done. He also explained some of the different options I had in terms of placement for future piercings and what the business offered in terms of jewelry (buying their jewelry or bringing in your own). Overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Went in for Friday the 13th and had an amazing experience with Sammy. He had a light hand and took the time to educate not only on tattoo aftercare but little details during the actual tattoo. The entire shop has great vibes.

Picked this place by Googling piercings near me. So glad I did! My daughter Kendra has wanted her belly pierced forever, so we went and did it today. Billy the piercer was awesome. He was soooo informative, and helped my super shy daughter feel comfortable. He explained all kinds of stuff, and answered all of my questions. He really did a great job and her piercing looks beautiful. As a tattooed mom of three teenaged daughters, we will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Me and my nieces and sister had the best experience here. We all wanted meaningful and matching tattoos. Sammy is the BEST! I decided to get my ears re-pierced for my birthday and it was a great experience! Everything was so clean and Billy did an amazing job of explaining everything. He takes cleanliness and sanitation very seriously which is awesome to see in piercer and he was very welcoming. Definitely going back for more piercings from him!

I just had 3 helix piercings done by Billy (with a threading assist by Allison) and I am obsessed with them! The jewelry is beautiful and the placement is right on for my ear size. I had such a great experience at Monaree. Its a really cool little shop and everyone there is great. I was able to watch Lauren tattoo while I was there and she can really bust out solid work! If you get the chance to check them out theyll really make you feel at home.

Allison is amazing - my mom and I got our first tattoos ever with her and she went above and beyond!! The tattoos are in honor of my late grandma and are so special to us - she captured exactly what we wanted so perfectly. Plus, she is the nicest human ever and made us feel so at ease - she also made it so comfortable for us to make suggestions/changes to the tattoos so we got exactly what we wanted. All my friends are obsessed and will be coming here next - cannot recommend enough!!!

Great place! Brought my son (14) and daughter (12) in to get their ears pierced and was thrilled with our experience! Everyone was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions, whichmade us feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Billy was hands down the most amazing piercer ever! My daughter is only 6 and let’s just say she had her moments. He was beyond patient and so kind. He made my daughter as comfortable as possible! I could not be any happier than I am with the cover up tattoo that Conner did for me. I just had it done today and have recommend Monaree Ink to 3 people. Anyone who asks me about tattoos will be told to go here. By far the best experience I have had with any of my tattoos. I won’t go anywhere else moving forward. I came in last week to get a tattoo done with Lauren. I got a memorial flower piece for my Mom. Lauren already had a good idea what I wanted from our communication prior, which was nice. While things were getting set up, I decided to get 2 ear piercings from Billy. Billy was great at giving suggestions on what jewelry to get. He made sure I was satisfied with placement. They turned out awesome! He was very thorough with after care instructions. Lauren started my tattoo shortly after. She was so personable! She knocked my memorial piece out of park. Went in for two tattoos with Lauren and had an awesome experience. Lauren and the whole team have made this the most positive and inclusive tattoo shop experience I have ever seen. I have gone to Lauren three times now, all for separate tattoos. I wanted a sentimental tattoo in memory of my Mother, Her Signature and A butterfly/ flower image. But what I received after 2 hours of sketching, and proper placement and not wanting A huge Butterfly in that area, I chose Little butterflies and uncomfortable with the artist when she couldn’t get the outline to stick after 3 tries. I knew it was bad, instead was a crooked wonky signature and a 2 year old sketch of Butterflies or whatever they are supposed to be!!!! I tried to communicate with the owner to NO AVAIL!!!! Very upset and I am now in the process of tattoo removal. I would not recommend this place unless you want a prison tattoo. Make sure you research your tattoo artist because this is my seventh tattoo and I’ve never had any prior issues. First time going there and the last!!!!!!!

Sammy is the guy to see, I got a tattoo of a Japanese symbol and sent him a simple boring design. He created an awesome design out of it and I loved it right when I saw it. Got a tattoo on Friday going back Tuesday for yet another one because he was so awesome. Super light hand, barely hurt. After losing my other artist, I had to find someone, and Sammy will be my guy from here on out. Way better than anyone I’ve ever been to, if your looking for something that looks great, come here to Sammy.

This tattoo/piercing shop is great. Not only did I get a great tattoo from Allison but I had a great time hanging out with the crew. The owner Lauren created a place that is very welcoming. You feel really comfortable and at ease because you know you are going to be taken care of.

My 9 year old previously has her ears pierced at a different shop and we let them close up as they were not even and were not healing well. This experience as SO MUCH BETTER. Billy was amazing, you can tell he has kids, took his time, gave us so much advice on ensuring this round was successful, they are perfectly located and healing well. I would 100% recommend this place for childrens ear piercing.

Lauren is an amazing artist. She definitely knows her art and she does a great job of being honest about a design and telling you if she thinks the placement and size look right. She does a great job at placing tattoos to flow with your body. All of her tattoos look clean and heal really nicely. She also does a great job with detail. Not only is Lauren an incredibly talented artist, but she also has a bright and bubbly personality. I want to come back and get more tattoos just so I can hang out with her.Billy did my third lobe piercings and he did an excellent job. I haven’t been to another tattoo shop that is more accommodating, professional, and knows their stuff! They will work together to help ensure the entire composition of the tattoo looks as best as it can. They design pieces to look as if they are a part of my body and flows with my anatomy. Allison was incredibly kind, very personable, and repeatedly made sure I was comfortable. Lauren is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to placement of tattoos and the construct of the entire sleeve. Billy was amazing while doing my piercings! I was so nervous and he talked me through every single step and explained what and why he was doing it. My nose is crooked, I have a deviated septum and a birth mark/mole on my nose (I got two nostril piercings) he took his time to make sure that the piercings looked straight on my nose. Thank goodness he had that patience 🤣. He has some super cute jewelry to choose from! Hes very personable and a great guy and piercer! Highly recommend him for your choice in body piercings!

It was a short session but I could see myself spending the whole day there. My sister, and I wanted to get piercings together, and by chance ended up choosing this place as soon as I saw the 5.0 rating.🙂 I had done quite a bit of research prior to this and was scheduled to go somewhere else until I realized we couldn’t bring our own jewelry. I called and spoke to Billy, the piercer, who was so informative and detailed. He explained the process, as well as why things are done the way they are. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable with everything. He explained certain things that no other piercer had before, so we were able to make a very educated and informed decision. I will absolutely be going back for more piercings in the future, as well as tattoos! He and his wife are the owners, where his wife does the tattoos. She is the sweetest…they have created such a great atmosphere…none like I have ever seen at a tattoo parlor! You gotta go see it for yourself!

I will go to this place over and over again for anything I need! Billy was amazing! Im terrified of needles and don’t have that big of a pain tolerance. My daughter had her nose pierced and a helix pierce for her 16th birthday. She had a great experience at Monaree Ink. Billy did a great job with both piercing. Very sanitary, very thorough with how to care for her piercings. Its been 5 months, shes had no problems with either piercing, and shes very happy with how they look. I went here to get my ears pierced for the first time a few weeks ago! I had waited until I was 26 years old to get it done because i always felt anxious over the thought of it, but they made it such a great experience, and it didn’t hurt at all! What an amazing experience! From the moment I contacted the studio I was impressed with their customer service! I was able to talk to Billy before coming in and I had all the information I needed! I can only speak to their tattooing services, however its highly recommended! I had an awesome session with Sammy, but had the opportunity to meet/speak to the other resident artists while I was there, which was great. Everyone is kind/welcoming and the shop environment is clean and accessible/approachable. (If you havent been tattooed before it is a very beginner friendly environment!)The shop has an open floor plan and isnt the largest, so thats something to keep in mind if you prefer going to sessions as a group and/or prefer having a bit more privacy. I have no doubt they can provide accommodations if you ask, but its not the type of shop where every artists station is semi-private or enclosed.The resident artists here all have slightly different styles, but are all versatile and could do good work no matter what youve got in mind. Its very much a supportive, team environment so regardless of who you visit, you effectively get the insight of everyone.They have a free parking lot, a (clean) gender neutral bathroom. I believe theyre cash only (no ATM on site), but I was able to use Venmo without a problem; check with your artist to see what their preferences/terms are! Ill be returning in the (near) future!

I absolutely love this place!! Lauren did my tattoo 5-6 months ago. It took me almost 15 years to find someone that did realistic as well as good looking roses. She is completely honest with you on what will and will not work. Very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is calm and chill. I can not wait to get more done by her.

I recently got my first tattoo here and absolutely loved it! The building is so cute and the vibe was incredibly comforting as I was kinda nervous going in. I’ve had two pieces done by Lauren, one under the “old” name and one under the new Monaree name. I have had work done by a few other artists around the state and can honestly say this was my best experience thus far. The improvements to the shop under Lauren are like nothing I’ve experienced before. The shop was clean, professional and a great atmosphere. I felt completely relaxed and welcomed. Lauren, her husband and the staff I’ve met so far are super inviting, fun to talk to and make it a great experience. I found myself engaged in conversations and laughing with them the whole time and not like a burden you feel at other places.As far as the work I had done, I had a general idea of what I wanted and gave a list of multiple thoughts. Lauren was able to narrow it down and provide me with a few different options to fit my thoughts and both pieces (upper arm “half sleeves”) turned out amazing. I was very impressed with her ability to decipher what I was looking for and give me awesome designs above what I thought of on my own. I will definitely continue to go back for additional work and refer anyone I come across. I cannot say enough great things about Billy! He was so informative and took his time with everything. I took my 14 year old to get her helix pierced and she was so nervous. He was amazing with her. He was not the type of guy to just do it for the money. He wanted his work to be the best. She wanted it in a spot that he said was too close to her vein and he wouldn’t do it; others may have just done it and wouldn’t care. Not to mention the place was super clean and just welcoming. I got my ears pierced by Billy, he was very nice and super informative. I had my third lobes pierced and a helix. The space was clean and the people were very nice. I was only 15 so I had to have parent consent and they were clear about what I needed to bring.

I drive 45 minutes to this place because it is 110% worth it and I cant reccomend them enough.

Definitely would recommend. Went for my first tattoo and thought I would feel whatever the tattoo studio equivalent to gymtimidation is, but Monaree couldnt have felt further from that. Staff was outgoing and welcoming, studio was clean, and perhaps most importantly the tattoo (done by Connor) looks great.

I got my very first tattoo with Sammy. Sammy made the entire process quick, easy & pain-free. He has a very gentle touch. The tattoo itself was a bit complicated but he did a remarkable job.
