Went here super nervous to get our 6 month old ears pierced, but Aman made our experience perfect. She took her time to make sure the piercing would be even, made me and my husband comfortable, made sure our daughter was calm and not fussy, and explained in detail on how to take care of her ears afterwards. We are defiantly going to her again for our next child!

Shatara is great! She pierced my 3 month old’s ears today and it was a great experience. I would recommend her to anyone. She is super friendly and professional, and very gentle and caring for my baby girl. She helped me select the perfect earring for my baby’s face. She also set up a 1 month follow up to check my baby ears. She made sure I knew that if I had any questions or needed assistance not to hesitate and reach out to her. The service was phenomenal. I initially found her by reading other great Google reviews for piercing infants ears. She is truly amazing. The service was quick, sanitary, and I felt safe with my baby girl.

I got my ears pierced today with Shatara. She had me check to make sure I was comfortable with the marks for where the earrings were going. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the service. She was very personable and made me feel comfortable with the experience. Everything was very clean. My mother also got her ears pierced again. Her holes had closed up and Shatara was able to line up the hole and repierce it. I highly recommend going to her. If I need another piercing, I will certainly be going back

We love Banter. This is the second time we have gone there to have our daughter ears pierced and Shatara is PHENOMENAL. I would honestly give more than 5 stars if I could. Her demeanor and energy with babies and in general is just so gentle, friendly, and calming. She is super mindful with sanitizing and is meticulous with the ear piercing procedure, ensuring that I was happy with the markings prior. Our daughter barely cried and even gave her a smile when done. I highly recommend Banter and especially Shatara!

Went to get our 2 year old daughters ears pierced who has DS, and it went great. Shatara calmed our worries and was very personable and very caring for our toddler and the piercings look amazing!

I brought my 7 year old to have her ears pierced this past weekend. I do not have enough amazing things to say about Shatara. To put it nicely my daughter was nervous (ok she had a meltdown) and Shatara was incredibly, impossibly patient. I knew she wanted it done, she was just scared, and Shatara was able to reason with her just enough to get it done (an incredible feat!) My daughter was thrilled after (and a bit embarrassed by her meltdown lol) but I know for a fact if it had been anyone else besides Shatara her ears would not be pierced right now and my daughter would be disappointed. I cannot thank her enough and I highly encourage you to bring your children to her for their ear piercings! She is an absolute saint.

The most horrible customer store i have never seen . instead of fixing your issues based to the feedback you get from the clients you remove them so you can stay 5 starts . stop lying to the people.

I can’t thank Aman enough, she was soft spoken, patient and explained everything to me prior to piercing my four month old daughters ears. She truly is great at her job and I hope her superiors knows that. Her coworker told me how great she is at her job as well! I explained to her that I went to three Claire’s stores and was met with terrible customer service but didn’t know where else to go to pierce my daughters ears. I’m happy we happened to pass by the Piercing Pagoda stand when she was there, she made the experience much better than I ever thought it could be. The manager of the kiosk, Shatara, was very helpful and pierced my ears today. I feel confident in the after-care process for my second lobe piercings. I would definitely recommend it. It was quick and relatively painless.

My daughter and I got our ears pierced yesterday, and we had such a great experience. My daughter was so nervous, but the woman that helped us was so kind and my daughter says she felt no pain and had no fear! We will tell everyone to get their ears pierced here!

I brought my daughters here for their first ear piercings ages 4 & 6. The girls were so nervous that the piercer Aman had calmed the girls down and explained what the process was like and she even cracked jokes to ease the nerves and had little conversations which btw helped alot. Once it was all done, the girls were so excited and happy that they both gave her a hug and said theyd come back again even just to say hi.I would recommend everyone to come here for their first piercings with kids or even themselves and see Aman because she was lovely, caring, and very thorough with the piercing process!! :)

Chantar is amazing she super comforting . As my first time getting my piercing she made my fear go away. Definitely one of the best staff I’ve met ever .

The piercer who pierced me (I forgot her name, sorry😔) was super sweet and patient, as well as very professional. She talked my sister and I through every detail! The piercing itself, hurt a little bit but I also have very low pain tolerance so- Anyway, it was an overall great experience!
