The African American girl with curly hair has the best customer service!! She is so sweet and helpful. The Other big girl was rude (Stephanie) when I asked her a couple questions. She didnt even acknowledge or welcome us when we came in. Like how can you be rude working at Claires with kids around ?!? If shes miserable or doesnt like her job she should work somewhere else.

This is a nice store to shop for fun stuff for kids. I always find something to delight my granddaughter - this is her favorite store to shop. I enjoy watching her going from wall to wall searching for that special something. You can purchase 3 items and get 3 items free. Of the 3 cheapest is free. Be prepare to spend some money. Some items can be a little pricey. The joy on my granddaughter face is worth it.

They have nice quality jewelry at good decent prices. I have shopped at Claire’s since I was in high school, that was forever ago. My favorite jewelry shop!

For me the place was little small had light 5 people in there and it felt claustrophobic the quality of their merchandise was excellent but a little expensive for me for it not to be real gold or silver but it was cute

Carmen and Ariene have the best customer service. We brought our son Ken in to get his ear pierced and even with 2 people in front of us it didnt take more than 15 minutes.

Came here May 15, 2021! I believe her name was Aimee who did my piercings! Definitely made my experience better 😄

My daughter got her ear pierced her for $35 and it was a good experience they took car of us and good service.
