Amazing! Rock has really mastered the art. He did an amazing portrait of my brother years ago and we were blown away. So when I decided to get one of my mother I knew I was going back to him. In the 10 or so years since he did my bro on my back he has only gotten better and better. Thanks so much Rock! Now I need to decide who the next portrait will be. Unfortunately Ive got a few to chose from. God bless! Be kind! Be safe!

I had gotten some tattoos there that were pricey but I trusted the person and always sent a deposit but I had to cancel and they didn’t give me my refund I know it’s policy but I had been coming forever and it was my first time I got really sick unexpectedly. Wouldn’t go back. So sad about the experience. I was understand when there was issues on their end but they weren’t when it came to my end even. Disappointed.

Had a tattoo done here and a nose piercing way back when they still did piercings. Both times i was greeted by the guys at the shop with respect and care. I love this shop, not only because of that but their work is of high quality and you will def get your moneys worth here. A cheap tattoo will show, but these guys put alot of hard work into their art and that shows too. Very happy i found this Tattoo shop❤

Rock Espinosa and Luis Islas are very talented artists! They pay close attention to detail, and take absolute pride in their work!

Came in with two friends. We all wanted to be tatted and showed the artists what we wanted. One of my friends was left our, the girl did not say she would not be able to do his just had him sitting there. We would have went somewhere else. No respect for our time. She then charged me almost $200 for two small tattoos barely 2 inches long. Ive had better, bigger, more beautiful tattoos for that price. She told me the cost after and I felt sorry for the clown so I gave it to her. All that aside the tattoos were crooked and the recurring letters drawn different. She did not listen to me when I showed her how I want it done but acted like she understood instead of getting clarification. The work was dark and heavily lined in some places and light/fading in others. Artists should be more honest about where their specialty lies instead of ruining someone for a quick buck. Maybe she is better at other things, maybe she will get better with time. But she Def did us wrong that day. The end.

I just got my first tramp stamp @ Southbay Tatoo and they were great. Very easy going. Attitude @ this tatoo shop. The artists are well trained and sensitive to the pain you are going through as you get your ink on. The price runs from $50 deposit to 100 bucks an hour for a small design. Mine took 2 hours so you can do the math. I love the outcome of my first and am quite sure Ill be returning for a second. Overall a perfect score. Id recommend this place to my friends.

I juse went in for my first tattoo, the customer service was great, they saw to me right away, gave me an estimate on how much the tattoo would cost, then did it right then. It wasnt too expensive, and the artist was great. Im definitely coming back for future tattoos

I had Alex tattoo my arm ,it was a cover up. He said that once it healed to call him for the touch up, so a few weeks went by. It healed and I called him for an appointment, but he wouldnt reply and when he did finally answer he kept giving me the run around. I got tired of dealing with him so I went to The Lost Harbor Tattoo in the city of Wilmington Ca. and I got it finished there with Oscar. I Highly recommend you not get a tattoo from Alex at south bay. He probably do a good job but if he has to do extra work after he will probably do the same thing and leave you with a unfinished tattoo. So I dont recommend him at all.!! Go see Oscar at The Lost Harbor Tattoo!

Came here with my friend and they treated us different when we walked in Cuz we looked underage but we were both 18. Over charged me for 2×1 small tattoo eith no detail on my wrist. Makes no sense to pay $60 for 2 small hearts that nearly takes up half of my wrist. Deffinaly wouldnt go back here or recommended. Better off going to one in LA.

This place has very very talent artist. The only thing was the manager doesnt have very good customer service skills, no shade to the work they all do as it is excellent , but honestly the manager said some very offensive things and should maybe let someone else be in charge for the sake of the buisness and the other artist that work there.

Got multiple tattoos here, love the artistry. Clean and comfortable environment. Everyone there was extremely friendly!

Never again will I come back to this place I asked for an industrial piercing & came out horrible the placing was wrong the bar was pressed against a certain part of my ear which didnt let it heal properly worst experience Ive had with a piercing.
