My 5-yo LOVED getting her ears pierced here! She wasn’t afraid at all and the employees were so nice. Amber walked her through the whole process and it was quick and easy.I’ll be back for myself when I feel like adding more to my collection! Definitely recommend!

Went to get my bridge done because i heard this was the spot to do it. Laycie pierced me and she made my experience so much smoother than i thought it would be! It was only 100$ for the jewelry and piercing itself and i paid the extra 20$ for the aftercare kit. She was super sweet and didn’t make me feel awkward or uncomfortable at all. 10/10 experience i will definitely come back to get more things pierced here!

FANTASTIC piercing studio!! Clean, quiet, pleasant atmosphere, great jewelry options. Both ladies were very helpful and patient with my questions and helped me pick the best helix piercing location for me based on my individual anatomy and preferences. Also got my vertical labret during the same session and its EVERYTHINGGGGG (yes it looks like a long barbell but we havent started swelling yet 😂). Couldnt be happier with my experience, definitely coming back for more!

I love this place so much! I got my first and second lobes done and just got my naval, my little sister got her lobes, my step sister got her first and secind lobes,her nose, and her naval, and my brother got his lobes here. Every time we go its an amazing experience. My younger sister has sensory issues and they were able to work around it and still make her feel comfortable. I also have a fainting disorder and struggle getting peircings but I have always been met with respect, patience, and accommodations. Every time someone I know is getting a peircing I recomend finders keepers because I love the community and the peircers are absolutely amazing!! I wish I remembered the name of my peircer because she was amazing!

I am BEYOND happy with my experience at Finder’s Keepers. Not only did they do an exceptional job repiercing my septum, but (more importantly) they did an INCREDIBLE job piercing my 5 year old daughter’s ears. She was nervous but their kindness and professionalism put her at ease. The shop was clean and well stocked with beautiful jewelry. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and friendly. 1000/10!!!

I cannot even begin to say enough good things about Jessica here at finders keepers. My daughter has had issues with her ear piercings for years and have had them pierced and had to let them close up multiple times. But now, thanks to Jessica, and her expertise my daughter’s ear piercings are doing amazing. It’s been almost 9 months with no issues. Jessica is SO knowledgable and always takes time to explain things super clearly. She is just the best!

Recently got pierced for my second time at the greenbrier location. This time I had Lacy pierce an industrial and she was awesome! Previously other piercers weren’t as upbeat and friendly and honestly scared me away from a piercing I wanted and recommended others. I finally had the chance today and Lacy really made it quick and easy. She walked me through it with a positive attitude and I could tell she had the proper knowledge and technique. I highly recommend her.

Found this place for my 11 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. The staff were super helpful and super friendly. Not only were great, Laycie, the piercer, was quick and professional with my kiddo. Definitely recommend this studio!

Such a pleasant experience! I brought both of my daughters here for ear piercings (per appointments made previously online), and we were welcomed right away. They have a great assortment of earrings to choose from, and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Amber did an amazing job with not only the piercing itself but with making my girls feel comfortable. She well-informed us on the process and on the aftercare. My girls also had fun picking out a squishmallow afterwards and getting some extra treats. Easy to find in Greenbrier area. Good parking. Clean and good upkeep. Great atmosphere. An excellent experience all around!

Not very friendly. Didnt seem to want to do the piercings i wanted. Ended up doing it anyways at another time I probably shouldnt have come back after that first time. My bad. They made me get long studs that caused the holes to heal crooked now the piercing is completely healed crooked and my rings will never sit right. I got a similar cartilage piercing at another establishment started with rings and they healed fine. So in summation bad advice not very friendly. But whatever its a piercing shop go if you want im just venting here. 🤪

Taking my 7yo to get her ears pierced could’ve been overwhelming- especially for her but it was far from it. Everyone was extremely kind and patient while equally communicative and reassuring (for both of us!) 10/10 recommend - glad I trusted all the va beach moms groups that raved about this place!

Such a great place to take my daughter to get her 2nd and 3rd lobe piercings. Everyone was super friendly and professional. They all make you feel comfortable and walk you through the process. My daughter was nervous both times, but they explained everything. We recently had one of her earrings fall out, when I called, they invited us back for a replacement, with no questions since it was under 30 days. I did not realize that was their policy and was only inquiring if we could put in a different earring. A nice surprise!

My 10 year old son got his ears pierced by Jessica. She did fabulous. She explained everything she did before she did it and walked him through all of it step by step. Plus the price was very reasonable compared to other options in the area. Highly recommend!

Got a piercing here last Saturday with my partner and it was a 10/10 experience! We both got our eyebrows done and they walked us through the entire process from start the finish and provided awesome aftercare advice. It was a warm and welcoming environment and it felt very clean as well. Will definitely come back for more piercings!

They made our experience piercing my daughters ears enjoyable and very easy. Id recommend them for anyone looking to pierce their childs ears or for themselves. Make sure to call and book a time slot in advance. We called the day before and they fit us in for the following afternoon.

I picked up some new jewelry today at the Chesapeake location and was helped out by Malcolm. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. Found this gem while shopping for my daughter’s 18th birthday. She had been wanting to get a cartilage piercing. Amber greeted us, answered all the questions, provided insight and gave much attention to care of piercing. I appreciated the cleaning and sterilization of tools. (I am a RN).

Highly recommend this place. If you are waiting for the pandemic to be over DONT! This is a great local buisness that needs your support. They are super clean and made me very comfortable. Dax did my piercings (two helix and two forward helix) and was very helpful in picking out the right jewlery and personalizing them for me. Highly recommend!

Great staff and atmosphere. Brought my 15 yo for her second lobe piercings. We upgraded the jewelry to allergy/activity friendly, but didn’t realize they were priced by ring instead of a set… so our out the door cost was a bit more than we initially expected. We did have an appointment but weren’t taken back until about thirty minutes later-I’m not sure if that is a typical thing or how that day was working out.

Love the cleanliness, organization and the staff. Extremely knowledgeable and fun. Dex is awesome piercer who explains the process and what he’s doing while he’s doing it. You don’t even know that he pierced you till he says he is all done and let’s you see it.he also can customize the color of your jewelry. He did a transitional teal to purple for my rook cluster ring jewelry and it’s still my favorite one that I have. Will definitely be back for my future piercings!

Brought both of my daughters for ear piercings. My youngest had her ears pierced about a year ago that closed up leaving scar tissue. Our piercer was very knowledgeable on the right jewelry to use and ear care to ensure we dont have the same problems we had before. Everyone was so kind and patient. Definitely recommend this place for kids piercings.

The staff here are so nice and cute! I felt right at home. The lady in yellow was adorable. It was like talking to an old friend. The piercer herself was probably the best I’ve ever been to. Not only was she decked out in the coolest piercings and most beautiful jewelry- but she was super friendly and walked me through every step of the process. She got out new sanitized parts in front of me which made me feel safe. She also had angel baby hands LOL really gentle. I got my nostril pierced at the JANAF location in 2016 and my septum pierced a few days ago at the Chesapeake location.I even got a lollipop for doing good after my piercing haha! 10/10. I just wish I knew what size my 16g septum ring is so that I can find other jewelry for when it heals. I think it’s 8mm

We had the best experience! Totally recommend coming here for your childs first ear piercing! They used the needle with her ears, and it was the best! We took home an after care kit! Which was a microbial soap and a little gel on a small container, an I am brave certificate and a nice pink penguin plushie home!

This is where I decided to get my nose pierced, and Im very happy I did. I told her exactly what I wanted, and I was extremely nervous. She put me at ease and just like that, I had what I wanted within 15 minutes of walking through the door. Did it hurt? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes! I get my nose pierced here a couple years ago, and recently went back because my piecing site was consistently irritated and I needed a new nose ring. Im really glad I stopped by because the hole had started to close up, and Amber opened it back up and put the new ring in. She was absolutely wonderful, very kind and informative about piercings. I highly recommend this place!

I took my son and daughter(11 & 5 years old) here to get their ears pierced for the first time. They were patient and wonderful with them… when my daughter wanted to switch the first set of earrings out they helped her and were wonderful again. I have friends who brought their kids here and had good experiences also. I’m my opinion you can’t go wrong here. They are educated and will help you learn about the piercing process and healing.

I got my lobes done here and my piercer was very professional and thorough. They made sure they were straight and had a wide selection of Jewelry. My only complaint is that they don’t seem to offer the saline spray anymore, just a microbial soap. I used this soap and the skin off the back of my lobes and ear in general became very dry and peeled off. It was uncomfortable and unsightly. I’m going to have to purchase a separate aftercare after already spending $100 on my piercing. It would be nice if you had aftercare options for more sensitive skin.

I had a daith piercing done by Dak. He was AMAZING!! He talked to me and explained everything as he was working. It helped calm my nerves. Everything was very clean. The wait time was short and the staff was super friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Went here Saturday to get both my daughters (6 and 10 yo) earlobes done. Both the piercer and the woman at the desk were awesome with my kids. They helped us keep the girls separated so they wouldnt get each other worked up. My daughters had a great time and were surprised by how little it hurt. They gave thorough care instructions and encouraged us to come to them with any questions. Facility was clean and well kept. Piercer explained everything to my kids ahead of time and avoided any surprises. Two days later and Ive heard zero complaints from my girls.Update: Almost a month later and 0 complaints. No signs of infection. Neither kid had complained about their piercing except when one gets pulled while roughhousing. Very happy we went to Finders Keepers.

Amber was very patient with me even though Im incredibly indecisive. She helped pick out jewelry and even customed the color of a set to make it match. Jamie changed out my existing piercings and pierced my fourth lobe. Ill be back for future piercings and jewelry.

So let me just say I wont be back here... I picked this place to pierce my babys ears shes my 1st; the process was so emotional... then they sold me birthstones they said were hers (born in March) they are not even close to her birthstone. I was given like a ruby red or pink and her birthstone is an aqua marine blue I called July 3rd and spoke with a young man who promised that hed give me a pair of diamonds for the error on their end I asked him to write down my name and number with his promise and he refused saying anyone will give me the same offer (not true) I asked if I could come in to get them he refused saying its to early to change which I know but if you are offering free diamonds for your error give them now Ill change when appropriate... needless to say it just wasnt a really good experience

My daughter had an industrial done somewhere else that just would not heal (well over a year). Jessica told us exactly what to do and it healed w/in two weeks. She is incredibly knowledgeable and, importantly, honest when she consults on piercings. Everyone we have interacted with at the shop with have just been awesome. We had an absolutely perfect experience getting my 6 year old daughters ears pierced. Jessica was professional and her expertise made us feel comfortable. She spoke to my daughter kindly and with respect, explained each step of the process, and made sure she was ready before she moved on. We had a wonderful experience at Finder’s Keepers. I was nervous about getting our 1 year olds ears pierced and had alot of questions. They are extremely clean, everything is sterilized, the use one use kits with each piercing and had cleaning kits available for purchase. The artist was great with our daughter and patient with me when I changed my mind about the jewelry in the last minute. They require birth certificate and ID, so remember to bring that. Would go back!

I am a mom that ALWAYS reads peoples reviews prior to even considering taking my kiddos to any place and oh I have to say that the Chesapeake Finders Keepers didn’t disappoint 🙂 Last year I brought my 1 year old (at the time) daughter to get her first ear piercing done and the experience was amazing. The place was very cleaned and sanitized, the staff very professional and polite and they walked me through everything prior to. They were funny (trying to make my daughter laugh and distracting her from the quick pinch scare) and at the same time very gentle and patient with the piercing process. Over all the experience and the healing process both were so splendid that today I went back with my youngest to get her piercings done and once again they didn’t disappoint. THANK YOU so much for being kids friendly and so amazing! 🙏🏻

Most of the piercings i’ve gotten here are rushed leading to them being crooked and more painful than they should be. The owner pierced through my cartilage doing a septum and i left with it crooked and bleeding everywhere. The titanium jewelry is unbelievably overpriced. I have never seen such high prices for simple pieces, even if they’re great quality.

Amazing service and instructions for aftercare with the rise in humidity coming soon to the area to help avoid piercing bumps. Kimberly did a fantastic job on my tragus piercing. I was a little nervous but she kept me calm and made it nearly painless for me! Can’t recommend this place enough for any piercing!

Service was good. But I got a snake eye piercing from this place two months ago piercing was pierced crooked and with the piercer hands not tongue clamps. My tongue bled through out a month. Don’t recommend for tongue piercings.

We made a same-day child’s ear piercing appt for my 8 year old. The place had a good vibe but as we waited, my daughter got more and more nervous. By the time she got to the chair, she was a mess. The person who pierced her was exceptionally patient and kind. She talked her through it step by step, did some practice breathing and waited until she was ready. She never rushed her or made her feel like she needed to get to the next customers. I also feel that if I had any questions during the healing process, I would be able to call and have my concerns addressed by the staff….unlike piercing places at the mall. I would definitely recommend this business.

AMAZING! I got my navel done here today and I was in and out in 20 minutes or less. The woman working the counter is new, but she was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. The woman that pierced me walked me through it all and was very informational on the after-care process. She did started and finished my piercing in 10 seconds. Super quick and reasonably priced! It was $65 for the piercing (the jewelry I chose kept the price the same) and the after-care package was $20 but very worth it.

This place has exceptional customer service! i had a “emergency” i could not get the ball off my nose ring for my MRI and they took me in promptly no questions asked. the ladies in there turned my bad day around with just their personalities and smiles! y’all rock!! :)

The lady helped me switch my nose stud out and recommended purchasing a hemostat to switch out at home. It arrived today from Amazon and I successfully switched my jewelry in like 3 minutes. Got my septum done at another store completely incorrectly and then came to Finders Keepers and they were so kind and fixed it for me free of charge. I felt so safe and in good hands there. They were moderately busy and still both staff members took time to greet me when I arrived and check in with me while waiting (which was not very long at all, especially given that I arrived early for my scheduled appointment). Both staff members working were SO friendly and wonderful. Patient, courteous, super efficient, and really kind. It was the best piercing experience Ive ever had. The facility was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

First time piercing both my ears and it was a great experience. Amazing and fast customer service. The piercing was quick and painless and they explained the aftercare so I would easily understand. I just want to share that Kimberly the senior piercer and owner is one of the best. She provides great customer service and she cares about her customers and want to make sure you leave happy. I have been going to her since 1998 and most times I wont get a piercing unless she does it. If you get some jewelry that doesnt react well to your skin and it turns colors for some reason, it can possibly be replaced. Just be nice and you.will get great service and you wont leave disappointed.

So today I did a thing!! They moved from their previous, so I almost missed out on the experience I had today. The two young ladies that were working today were very nice, knowledgeable and professional when it came to their craft, which was very good for me. I only knew that I wanted gauges in my ear and nothing about the process. Thank you so much for excellent service. I’ll see you again soon.

Jamie was amazing with my 8 year old! She explained everything in age appropriate language, waited for consent, respected feelings, and was fast and efficient in piercing her ears. She also took time to make sure the spots were lined up symmetrically and was just overall such a pleasant person to work with! Savannah did a great job explaining after care and checking us in and out.

My 3 year old daughter had her first ear piercing today. The staff was very friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. ( Chesapeake location).the lady up front was very pleasant.The online appointment was a waste, though.We waited an hour because they kept helping walk-ins, even though we arrived well before with an appointment ( and told them that). I understand they were busy and under staffed. There seemed to be no order.Wont be going back.

Another great piercing at Finders Keepers. I got my Tragus pierced by Chantel today and she was awesome! Chantel was so sweet and has such a friendly personality, you feel comfortable and welcome. She was so professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me about my concerns it was wonderful. She thoroughly explained how to take care of my new piercing and told me to reach out anytime I needed help which is amazing. I walked in hoping to get my naval pierced and got that in a great atmosphere with great service. I can not say enough great things about this place!! The staff last night (9-18) were absolutely over the moon amazing! I took my daughter to go get her ears pierced and they treated her so great. They turned on a movie and made her comfortable. She didnt actually get her ears pierced (she was a little too scared), but we will be back! I will recommend them to everyone I know!!! Well worth the trip to Greenbriar. Side note... they were so nice, and I felt bad (even though the told me not to) I was about to get something pierced just because of how great they were lol

I brought my 4 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced and I couldn’t be happier with the service today! The piercer was so sweet and understanding of my young daughters fears, and did everything she could to make her feel comfortable and safe getting her ears pierced. She talked her through the whole process, and made sure she understood what was happening. Gave her a cute little octopus doll to squeeze when it hurt, and gave her a minute to breathe and be ok with it before piercing her second ear. We didn’t feel rushed at all and everyone in the shop was super respectful and kind. The supportive and encouraging words from the piercer definitely helped my baby girl feel brave, comfortable and happy through the whole process. After a few tears from the pain they gave her a lollipop to put a smile on her face before we left. She loves her new earrings! And bragged the whole way home about how brave she was lol if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great, clean, professional, and good environment to get their piercings done! Thank you guys!

Ive taken two of my daughters here. Its super clean, theyre very professional and do a great job. They make sure to communicate throughout the whole process and made my girls feel very comfortable.Theyve done one ear, one nose and one belly button piercing for us. Most give info to reach them directly if you have any questions or issues afterwards, though weve never needed it.

I’m love with finders keepers, by far the best piercing place I have ever been to. They are so accommodating and make you so comfortable. There is so much jewelry to choose from and it’s all so beautiful. They do what is best for your body and quality of the piercing, they don’t push the expensive jewelry on to you which is so so nice. I will recommend this place til the day I die.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I never leave bad reviews unless necessary but the lady at this place shouldn’t even be piercing. I had her change my dermal jewelry on my sternum and first, she yanked my jewelry out so hard, I screamed and told her she was hurting me. I didn’t even have that much pain when I got it pierced ( by a different piercer over a year ago). I’ve never had any trouble out of my piercing until she did that. My piercing ended up literally coming through my skin a week later and I have a huge scar on my chest now too. I had to go to another piercer that had to take out my piercing altogether. I don’t think she truly knew what she was doing and she could have just declined the service. She also pierced my forward helix that day and pierced me with jewelry that had too small of a bar. The swelling of my ear ended up growing over the piercing so I had to go to someone else AGAIN to fix the problem. Please don’t go here. Temple Tattoo has the best and most professional piecer. I recommend him any day!

Jessica did a wonderful job on my daith piercing and my daughter’s lobes. She explained the process to us and I barely felt a thing. She even went over how I can keep my cartilage from forming those hypertrophic bumps and told me to call and ask for her if I have any questions.

We chose Finders Keepers for getting our 6 month old daughters ears pierced. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff was both very knowledgeable and very good with kids, even when she cried. They made sure to make the experience positive and memorable. The entire process was swift and well done. I will definitely be coming back!

Malcolm was awesome! Loved every bit of my experience here (and I am notoriously squeemish when it comes to piercings). So this is a very professional place they have a beautiful selection of jewelry and the piercing itself did not hurt at all she did it so swiftly and fast. You even get for $20 a kit that comes with a nice wash for your ear in a cooling ointment. I love my piercing and the only thing I would say was it did smell like some rotten eggs in there that I couldnt figure out why but overall I would go again.

My experience was amazing!! I had severe nerves walking in and I told them I was trying to talk myself into getting a nose piercing and they explained the whole process to me and even let me hold a cute little platypus stuffed animal named Pier. They also noticed I was shaking so they talked to me until my nerves were fully under control. They walked me through the process while it was happening which made it so much easier. They are very gentle and want to make you feel the most comfortable that you can be. Best experience ever!!!

The staff was friendly. And the piercer was quick. I got my septrum done and I was so scared but he was quick and it didn’t hurt. The price was great and it was even a discount the day I went so it came to like $36. I love my piercing and haven’t had any issues with it since. Definitely will be back for more

I have visited this shop a total of 4 times for piercings and I can honestly say that it has been a pleasant experience each time. Dak was super helpful and very patient with my friend and I. He worked very hard to make sure that we were comfortable, informed and satisfied. I left the shop loving my new addition and planning to add another soon. Ask for him by name because he was awesome on each occasion!!Side note: The manager was a little unprofessional while we were in there because she was very rude to them and kept shifting their focus from the customer to her . She was fussing about the placement of products and some other thing to the point where I had to reminder her that we were waiting and needed to be checked out. This was just during my last visit so maybe it was just a fluke.

My little girl said she wanted to get her ears pierced, and so I did some online searching to find the best place to go to. I was not impressed with a previous experience at Claires and didnt want to go back to them. I found Finders Keepers and read the reviews and felt that was the place to go. Made an appointment for the same day, brought the required documents, and the staff was very friendly as we went in. Dak was awesome as my indecisive six-year-old was nervous, and he was very patient and friendly as she worked through her feelings, and after a while she decided she didnt want to go through with it. He was very understanding, and I recommend him to anyone interested in piercings. They are well trained and professional and I know when my daughter feels ready again, we will return.

Yesterday was the blessing I was not expecting ! A little if a year ago I went to the Body Bar piercing studio in Greenbrier Mall and got a forward helix piecing . It was okay , but recently my ear starting going through hell it was swollen, it was bleeding, it was in a lot of pain , I was trying home remedies like tea tree oil and aspirin paste :/ . It did not help in fact it was getting worse . Yesterday I decided I was going to go to the body bar to have them look at it , just to get there and see that they were closed ! So I remembered that there was a piercing place by the hotels and went there “Finders keepers” When I walked in I was greeted by Amber and she was kind. I showed her my ear and asked if there was anything they can take the piercing out , if it would help she said yes they could take it out it would save the piercing ! Then Jaimie came just as sweet as she can be and examined my ear . She explained what happened I thought it was hypertrophic scarring. She explained my body was trying to reject the piercing because the piercing I had wasn’t titanium. I was like well damn . She was extremely knowledgeable, and it made me feel confident ! She was removing the ugly bump from my ear , but she was so gentle , and for my wig wearers because I had on a wig and y’all know how expensive they can be she was very careful to make sure she wasn’t pulling or tugging it , she had respect for my wig and didn’t make any uncomfortable comments and for my black women like myself YALL know how that is sometimes ! Jaimie was careful as well as professional . She cleaned my ear removed the bottom bump and gave me a new longer piercing as well as very thorough and specific cleaning and after care instructions ! It’s already starting to look better ! This was the BEST experience ever ! Thank you Amber & Jaimie . Seriously for being kind and professional and saving my piercing!!

I went for a helix piercing and had the best piercing experience Ive ever had. Jordan pierced me and he was literally the nicest person. He was a joy to be around. He is super fast with the piercing itself but he takes his time to explain to you everything you need to know and will answer any questions you have. He also made me feel comfortable so there was no room for me to be nervous. This will be the only place I go to for any piercings from now on. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Update:5 months later and I return back to have my 13 and 11 year old get their ears done. It started off rocky, I was told some misinformation, but they still worked with me in the best of their ability and was able to service my two kids. The first piercing was a cartilage that was quick and semi painless for my daughter. The piercer even went out of his way and did some magical voodoo to give her the color earring she wanted. The came the second kid. Who has struggled to get her ears pierced since she was a little one. He was so fast that my daughter didnt even have time to become her typical anxious self before he was done. Im so sorry that I didnt catch his name, but he truly is my hero! Please please go here if you want ANY piercing done!Original:Someone come and pick my mouth off of the floor! Just WOW! Made a next day appointment for my 6YO getting her lobes done for the first time. I was nervous about the needle vs. the gun, but after my experience at Finders Keepers I will never worry again! We had the great pleasure of working with Dak. Hes all pro! he made sure everything was perfect for my kid, even switching the movie to her favorite, Frozen. He talked to her and I the entire time and always made sure to get down to her level whenever he talked directly to her. The piercing itself was super fast. He was done and putting in the backing before she even had a chance to say ouch! and by the time she looked in the mirror she had immediately forgot about the whole thing. I will always book an appointment here for any future piercings. I have been officially converted!

Had to put two holes in my lip bc she didn’t like her first placement and didn’t even offer some type of discount for traumatizing me 🥹🥹Response to your response: The previous piercing was well over a year ago, completely irrelevant to the one I received yesterday. You did not use a clamp or draw a dot for a landmark, went in blind. AFTER doing the piercing you noticed that I had a gap in my teeth and said “oh no”… with tears in my eyes and my lips in your hand I’m in a vulnerable state at this point “oh no” is not something you wanna hear when someone is piercing your face. if it was ‘slightly off’ why was it so serious that you’d feel the need to put me through that pain again right after doing it?? You’re the person with all the power in the situation so of course I tried to go along with it and trust you but you didn’t even THINK to offer a discount? Not to mention you were touching your drawers and things after putting your gloves on, that’s nasty. You need to have your materials already out by the time you put your gloves on.

Got my second lobes pierced here and sadly ended up having to take them out months later as they were quite irritated even though it was after the healing process, I ended up getting them repierced somewhere else and haven’t had any issues, so maybe the jewelry I was sold wasn’t good for my ears, idk, but Something like this typically wouldn’t bother me but I know many others who have also had issues with their piercings from here. So while the prices are affordable I personally would recommend going somewhere else.

Finders Keepers is the most phenomenal piercing shop you can go to! The staff is nothing less then friendly and very welcoming as soon as you enter. Courtney is very knowledgeable, friendly, and explains everything regarding the aftercare for your piercings. Dak is an extraordinary piercer! I went in wanting to get my third earlobe pierced, but due to a past negative experience, I was very hesitant. Dak explains each step to you and cares about your experience there. Daughter said she wanted to get her ears pierced for her birthday, and I wanted to find the best place for this to be done. I did not want to go to Claires because of an experience had there with my other daughter, and when I saw the reviews for Finders Keepers and how they were good with kids, I knew that was the place. Dak was very patient with my girl, showed her what he was doing and was pleasant every step of the way, even when her anxiety got the best of her and she fidgeted for an hour or so reconsidering if she wanted to get pierced after all. Ultimately she decided not to, and Dak was okay with that because he wanted her to have a positive experience. (She just turned 6). I will definitely return there when she is ready to be pierced, and will bring my other daughter there for her birthday for the piercings she is asking for. They are very professional there, and although we didnt get a piercing that day, we are satisfied customers.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have been to many piercing places and this one is by far the worst. No worker seems to know what they are doing or what they are talking about. The front counter girls were rude from the start. I told them I was there to change my nose ring when I entered the store. It was 10-15 minutes before they took my information and “checked me in”. They told me it was a 20 minute wait so I sat in the chairs. I watched as the employees sat on their phones, chit chatted together, and vaped while other customers were waiting to be pierced/“checked in.” I sat in the front for 40 minutes before I was called back. One of the girls said to the piercer that I was up and pointed to another girl saying she was next. The piercer starts chit chatting, talking about fried chicken, and sitting on her phone. Eventually she goes to the other girl who was supposed to be after me and starts piercing her. At this point I had been there for an hour (and sitting in the piercing chair for at least 15 minutes now) so I was pretty frustrated. Not just for waiting so long, but the rude attitudes, lallygagging, and not to mention, the piercing station was disgusting. Products were left open for anything to contaminate them, trash on the floor and counter, the counter looked like it hadn’t been wiped in days, random jewelry which looked used was all over the table, the list goes on. Once I noticed that, there was no way I was letting anyone in that establishment touch my face/piercings. I ended up walking out before the piercer got to me without saying anything. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I should have walked out sooner, if anything, not gone at all! This business wont last long.

I got a navel piercing and was a little anxious because the last piercing I got was 5+ years ago. The shop was very professional and easygoing so my anxious thoughts were cooled down. The piercing itself was over as soon as I was told to take a deep breath. I could not have asked for a better experience. The workers make sure you are comfortable and ease any thoughts thats are running through your mind. I was recommended by a friend and can’t thank them enough. In conclusion, if you want an easy, quick, minimal-pain, clean, and nice piercing, this is definitely the place. They also give you a stuffed platypus to hold onto :)

Recently got my 5 MO daughters ears pierced and they were great with her! They were quick when it came to the actual piercing, but they took their time to mark and make sure the placement would be perfect! She cried for all of a minute and was fine after that. Definitely recommend getting your babies ears pierced here! And the place was very clean and sanitized!

Me and my friend went for their birthday ( July 15th ) originally to the Norfolk location which I’ve gone to on and off for 5 or so years for piercings and have had no issues. But there was only one piercer this evening and she was at the Chesapeake location which I had never been to. I got my Tragus pierced and my friend originally was going to get their eyebrow but didn’t feel comfortable with the piercer. As she went to pierce my tragus she almost pierced the wrong side and I had to tell her no the other side , didn’t mark it just pierced it , then was struggling to screw in the jewelry but eventually got it. Didn’t ask or say anything about after care which as someone with several piercings I know about but, didn’t ask if I needed anything nor did the woman at the register. The next day my piercing fell out because she didn’t screw in the top to the flat bar correctly , a few days later I called to speak to a manager because I lost this jewelry , my piercing ended up being infected , and I wanted a refund at this point for $80 to deal with all this is ridiculous. The girl said she took down my information and was kind but I never got a call back. Very unprofessional at this point. And I’m disappointed because I’ve never had issues like this with the piercers I’ve seen at the Norfolk location.

Jordan and the rest of the staff we talked with were incredible. My daughter had her ears pierced with her mom at Finders Keepers and said they didn’t hurt at all. About three weeks later we were at the beach and a wave knocked my daughter over and she lost an earring. We called the shop and they helped us get a replacement set right at closing time. Highly recommend and thank you to everyone at the shop for all their help!

I went in to get my nose pierced and everything was just great! Everyone there was so nice and everything was very professional. Dak did my piercing and I was surprised that it didn’t hurt. My mom got hers done too and Dak was also really good at doing hers although she has practically no pain tolerance. All in all it was a great experience with and the atmosphere was super chill.

So it first was when I got my nose piercing changed out here and Dak was amazing super friendly and took really good care of me. Then earlier today I went there to get belly button piercing and it was the same service with Dak he was amazing telling me every step of the way gave me a whole water bottle. Kept making sure I was okay and if I needed anything let him know. They didn’t have the exact one I wanted which was a blue one so he said I can go back later and get a discount on the jewelry! He is super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming here and nowhere else if I ever need anything!

I had the most wonderful time at this shop! I got both my Daith and my conch done at the same time and they made sure to take their time and make sure I was comfortable!! My top cartilage piercing doesnt seem to maintain the ball bearing very well and both times Ive come in, they been very accommodating. (For context, I got that piercing at least three years ago so its not their fault.)I think Ill just get one of their earrings where I know the bearing will hold.

I got my septum done yesterday, the workers were super friendly and funny and created a relaxing environment. There were so many different septum jewelry to choose from and they were all gorgeous. Dak did my piercing and was super funny, kind, and professional. The septum is gorgeous, practically painless, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes total, including singing in, giving my papers, picking jewelry, piercing, and payment. I would definitely recommend going here for piercings.

This was a wonderful experience for my daughter (10) who got her ears pierced. Chantel was phenomenal, made my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing before she touched her. No tears and all smiles! We had an original birth certificate and a Sheriff’s office ID to meet documentation requirements in addition to a parental drivers license. The facility uses sterile needles only, no piercing guns.

These two put on Disney songs for them and made it the most amazing experience for them. We went to Finders Keepers to get my 7 year old ears pierced on Friday night. I can not recommend them enough!! Chantel was our piercer and she was AMAIZING! She made my daughter feel so comfortable and made this process so easy for her. The entire staff at this location deserves a big round of applause! The cleanliness and professionalism of this location is TOP NOCH!!! WAY TO GO!!!

Went to Finders Keepers tonight and got my nipples pierced and I had an amazing experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had Chantel and I absolutely loved her!! She walked me through the whole process and was a huge help. Everything was sterile and I would definitely recommend going there for every piercing. She let me hold onto her hoodie for comfort lol and was just an all around perfect piercer! Very professional environment too.

Came by Monday for a third earlobe piercing. Dak and Malcolm were welcoming, fun, and professional. It was obvious they take pride in doing a great job. I felt very comfortable and safe in their hands. We had a great chat while Dak pierced, and Malcolm gave a thorough and well-explained rundown of aftercare. I had a great time and am very happy with my experience. These employees definitely deserve all the kudos!

When I was pregnant I had to take my belly ring out and I couldn’t get it back in. I came to this location because of the reviews and I’m happy I did. Jessica was amazing from the moment I stepped in the door and the piercing was quick and I didn’t feel a thing. I recommend this location.

I saw Dak for 2 piercings last week and had the best experience! I honestly can not reccomend him enough. He was very thorough in explaining placement and the procedure itself. He constantly asked how I was doing and made sure I was okay and comfortable before moving forward to the next step and the next piercing. I look forward to my next appointment!

Took my baby to get her ears pierced and the staff did such a great job trying to keep her entertained as well as keeping me calm. Super clean and sterile place. Staff was very friendly and made me feel more at ease. Definitely recommend.

I had previously got my nose pierced. I had noticed some pain and then someone pointed out redness. I looked in the mirror and bam there was a bump. So an hour or two later I drive to Virginia to Finders Keepers and a Lady named Kimberly really really took care of me. She explained that what I was doing to clean was all wrong. She took her time, and showed me the right way. I AM MORE THAN IMPRESSED. I went in feeling overwhelmed by what was on my face, and left with no bump, a new PROPER(Right size piercing), products to properly clean it! I am ecstatic. Thank you so much ladies!!!!

I got the piercing called the scoop done here today while I’m here on vacation. I leave in the morning to go back home (5 hours away). My scoop is extremely crooked and looks terrible. I am very disappointed for someone who has plenty years of experience doing piercings. She said as soon as she did the piercing it looked like it was crooked but then tried to play it off as it’s just swelling and hopefully it’ll look normal when it goes down. I was told to come back in a few days and she would redo it if it was still crooked and obviously I’m not even going to be in town by then. I was not even given any after care instructions on how to care for the piercing either. I am very upset with my experience and would not recommend going here!

I was a walk-in, I was greeted kindly and quickly by Jordan. My piercer was Malcom who was an absolute joy. He helped me find the perfect piercing for my ear prior to taking me back, and educated me on the different ear piercings. He was patient with me when it was time to pick out the jewelry and answered all of my questions about price and fit. Malcom was friendly and informative throughout the piercing and was overall very professional and very kind! I would absolutely visit Finders Keepers again and get another piercing from Malcom. I can’t wait for my new Conch to heal, thank you Malcom!

I got my nose pierced a few years back as a Valentines day gift from the hubs. I had my ears pierced but was afraid to get my nose done. I even had my tongue pierced back in my 20s. But I was afraid. I remember seeing Dennis Rodman get his pierced on TV several years ago. That reference shows my age. But anyway the young lady that pierced me was super patient and understanding. She didnt rush me. She talked me through the process and before I knew it it was over.I even had to call today because I lost my nose ring. The people are nice and professional just like they were two years ago. They answered all my questions and I hung up feeling good.So if you wanna get pierced in the 757 check out Finders Keepers Body Piercing tell em what you want pierced. The prices are reasonable. The establishment is clean and well maintained.You will be happy with whatever you decide.

I have had 13 piercings done at Finders Keepers, they are my GO-TO piercing shop! I have dealt with enough “tattoo/piercing” parlors that do not know what they are doing and use the wrong materials which led to a lot of piercing rejections. The staff at Finders Keepers are extremely knowledgeable and professional; they are unmatched in the piercing game. I have recently been to Dak at the Chesapeake location and he is absolutely wonderful! So personal and really knows how to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend him! I highly recommend Finders Keepers!

They let someone continue to work there that has 217 bad reviews. I only know that because when I went back for my daughters who wouldn’t heal the employee told me! The earrings she used were incorrect for her ears, that’s why they wouldn’t heal. They were pierced too close to her head and they were crooked. The employee said she’s been piercing for over 20 years and e needed to re-pierce her ears. She also pierced her ears crooked!!! Plus I got charged another$107!!!! I’ve tried to call and talk to a manager but everyone I call they are not in the office..

If you are a migraine sufferer like me, I recommend the daith piercing. I’ve had mine for a few years now and I can’t remember the last time I’ve had a migraine. I used to get them once or twice a week. Thank you Dak. You have changed my way of life. I have also gotten a nose and Monroe piercing from Finders Keepers. Awesome place and awesome group of people!

I took my three month old to get both her ears pierced back in January and they were pleasant and welcoming. They asked for her records of shots and her birth certificate it assured me that they follow regulations. The guy (sorry forgot the name) was very information on the procedure and the cleaning after. He took hes time to make sure it will look even and it does ! Thank you

Have the option to make an appointment but say that its still an hour wait past the appointment time. Showed up 15 minutes early on our daughters bday for this and she left crying after the staff said we close at four and probably wont get to you.Do not recommend going here. You need to stop making appointments if theyre bogus to begin with.

I got my rook pierced two days ago by Dak. He is super professional and makes you feel comfortable by explaining everything he is doing and why he is doing it. He also made sure that I was doing ok all throughout the process. You can tell he genuinely loves his job and his clients. I love my new piercing! Chantel was great too. She greeted me when I came in the store was incredibly nice and helpful. Definitely the best place to get piercings. Ill be back for more.
